Pathetic experience iam facing from yamaha support staff. (Oswal motors, gujranwala town, model town delhi) it's my fifth year with my bike, always there is some or other problem in it. When ever i take my bike to the service centre they used to charge unnecessarily. And more over they used to bltake bribe a to get it resolve, make personal calls and deals, saying that actual bill is this but you can pay this much to me, but you will not get bill and all, even refuse to give the bill as well. A guy named prasad who is responsible for all this #. My bike was having some. Starting problem, when i went there they said the problem was with the battery, i replaced it as it was under warranty. Next day morning again i faced the same issue, battery was ok and the current was not passing by. I towed my bike to the service centre, this time they said now the problem is with coolant seal. And spark plug. And said the bill will come around 3000. Some how i told them i don't have money now i can give only 1500, again that guy prasad asked me to give 200 extra.. Best part my still having that same issue. Refuse to start. Due to it battery too getting down. Really pissed off with this fraud people. They only need money. Used to give calls all the time to bargain. Kindly investigate and do the needful.
