Yamaha Motor India — Bad service on airen yamaha indore (m.p.) | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I had given my bike for first service till that time bike was running in very good condition, after 3 4 day bike does not taking pickup. i immediately take bike to airen yamaha indore (m. p.). they called me at evening and told me engine has been seized and expense will about 60 to 70 thousand. i was already in tension and they shocked me. i again tell them please check the bike properly. they checked the bike and call me with problem. there was problem of wires. they told me it will be ok and we will do taping on it. and the bike will run again with its best performance. i accept all this things. i run bike to 2nd service it was okay but only fuel injector light on high rpm and oil pressure light on instant braking was blinking on meter. they write all this things on job card. and i took bike on second day. it was running in good condition but my problem was not solved. after i again visit to service station for the same problem. they take my bike. every day i called to them but not satisfaction answer was coming. and after 14 days bike being there they called me with problem. they told me ecu of your bike is damaged. i again asked how it is damaged. they said there was wiring problem in your bike and we checked it and it is damaged. i visit to airen yamaha that day and they showed me that ecu. dear sir/madam how it is damaged this costly part and bike was running with 2 cylinder and at very good condition by me. how now it comes on single cylinder with poor performance. they answered me when your wiring problem on first time we have done some temporary solution to it given electricity to circuit by joining two wires. how irresponsible they are. temporary solutions on authorized yamaha dealer. so bad how company give this well popular yamaha sports brand to this kind of dealer who don't have any technical mechanic. they doing such kind of job work in yamaha authorization. if this ecu problem occurs then why my bike is running good when i ride. and they blaming me for these reason. if any technical problem i face while riding on bike and have any accident who will be responsible for this. firstly please don't have this kind of mechanics in your company who does temporary solutions. please this is my humble request to you. i again tell them this is not my fault this is company's fault while checking that ecu they damaged that time and blaming me for this they were not listing a single word from me. i was not able to bear this kind of attitude of staff no one was with me. i can't keep my bike at airen yamaha. i had take decision to take my bike to my home without any serviced. and there was staff member amit garg airen yamaha indore (m. p.) who charged me for rs 300/- for opening and closing of body parts of bike. again i depressed there because they giving my bike more damaged caused by them and also charged for rs 300/-. he took my 3rd free service coupon after not giving money and then leave the bike. i asked them give my bike in that kind of running condition when i gave on service. they told me again we have to do temporary solution before we did to it and after that if any problem comes airen yamaha will not responsible. they done these solution before and took guarantee, now they are not taking guarantee because they know this problem occur by them only. they also want to write me on blank paper asked me for signature but i denied. is this comes in your company policy to want written by any costumer on blank paper. how sad i just have tears on my eyes leaving from there with more damaged bike by service station. they also not feel ashamed to give bad condition bike to costumer. i did ride my bike and placed at my home. now company also not coming to me with solution after giving mails and complaints. Please take harsh action on airen yamaha indore (m. p.) for this irresponsible work. And i request to company please change the damaged part with free of cost which is damaged by service station due to their fault. yes I aggree yamaha service is not good, they sale only bikes. please close such type of showroom who don't know about the bike servicing .
I given my bike to Airen Yamaha indore and after service my bike having a smoke and engine noise problem. When you are Yamaha then how could you did the mistake .
