1. This is with reference to recent purchase of Fascino on 10.11.2016 from Pacer Yamaha...1/A, Bellary Main Road, Next to Baptist Hospital, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024

2. During booking i was told Fascino on Road Price in Bangalore is Rs, 66009/-

I opted for a EMI of Rs, 25176/- with BAF India

To book vehicle i paid a cash of Rs, 1000/-

3. Later i was asked to submit documents of ID, Address, Bank Statement & Payslip which was verified & my loan was approved

4. I was asked to make a down payment of Rs, 24176/- + 500 Rupees of document charges i paid through cheque of Rs, 24176+500= Rs, 24676/- Dated on 05.11.2016
Axis Bank, Cheque Number-541034...

5. Please let me know why does you charge Document fees which no no brand takes from customer, i have 3 different brand purchased from authorised dealer none of them charged DOCUMENT FEES ..Over & above this i was asked to pay additional Rs, 500/- for affidavit stating i am resident of Bangalore by notary . When i have given valid address proof issued by Aadhaar Card which is authorised by Government, When government itself issued a ID proof why do you charge 500 Rupees & i went to local notary got this done at 150 Rupees

6. During delivery of vehicle of i went through Invoice issued by Pacer Yamaha & found it was written

Vehicle Rate : 47.636.68/- + 69.7.32(VAT 14.5 %) = Rs, 54.544.00/- ( Fifty four thousand five hundred and forty four only)

Insurance is Rs, 1532.94/-

Road Transport is Rs, 7267/-

Total value of vehicle is Rs, 63343.94/-

I was told ON road Price is Rs, 66009/-

Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- ( I was not given invoice Pacer Yamaha has given Debit Note on later head not tax invoice or cash Invoice)

I was told Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- this is Transportation, Storage, PDI & RTO
Debit Note indicates value of Rs, 2324 + ST 410= RS, 2734/- ( i was not given INVOICE only debit note) if this is Part of Rs, 66009/- why this is not given in INVOICE

When i questioned this to employee i was told loading of vehicle from manufacturer to dealer will be charged on customer & ETC charges

Please give a clarity how can you charge a customer ???

Are you trying to fool customer by over charging a customer which no brand does it ..

With lot of trust i purchased this brand but now i am worrying how can i be charged more than on road price,

On Road Price always includes Vehicle Rate +Insurance + Road Tax

Not a vehicle loading from manufacturer to dealer point + Storage

This is ridiculous dealer is charging Documentation fees which no brand in India take from customer over & above you are charging additional cost of Rs, 2665.06/- i was not given tax invoice or cash invoice i was debit note
When government is trying to fix all unauthorised billings ..How can Yamaha do this ?

I expect quick response from YAMAHA or else same will be shared to higher authority

    Bought a Yamaha SZRR Version 2 bike on January, In the issued RC book my name is mentioned as wrong. I inform to the showroom and surrendered my original RC book, But still I didn't get the revised RC book whenever I called they are not responding properly. They told within one week you got the card this is the word they are every time. they are not responding properly to the customer. they only concentrate on money.

    Bike FZ 16, complain about today I in service center for rear shock absorb replacement, from 11 am to till now work not done, and the device team telling we are doing .

    I think to replace a rear sock absorb shouldn't take this much time.

          Worst customer service... people in show room give fake promises just for the sake of booking bike in their showroom. No one knows how to treat customer.. I got fascino Matt blue while delivering there were so many scratches.. they promised that they will change the front visor set as scratch was deep and visible and also the same was mentioned in the bill.. after registration I came to the showroom so many times but they gave lame excuses... Instand of changing the front visor they have covered the scratch with blue paint and it was not matte finish.. am so pity for them" they could not even do the mistake properly" later we fought badly and stood with them while changing the visor... after changing the Visor indicator was not working they couldn't even test that before delivering as I was aware I found it... it was very worst service.. I couldnot even feel the happiness of new bike
          -writing feedback sitting in their showroom ( they went to check the indicator)😆

              I have a Yamaha R15 version 2.0 2012 model. It has been lying idle and nonoperational from past 20 days. Reason being the part is not available apparently with any of the service centers near me. I live in Navi Mumbai. I have checked for the part in Mumbai as well. All of them have just one thing to say - We too have not received the part from the company from past 2 months. My bike is stranded in my office compound with dust, spider webs, and pigeons all over it. I hate to see that site. Such a horrible experience with Yamaha I am having for the first time. I raised email requests as well with [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com. I got a few calls from Yamaha redarding this complaint. They are asking me to pay in advance and place an order for that part. I am ready to do that, but they are not ready to take the order saying that they have already placed an order for that. Hate to seesomebody else too is going through the same problems in this community.

              I got a call from Yamaha India after I raised a complaint here. They assured me that the RECTIFIER & REGULATOR ASSY will be available withing a week. But they failed yet again to deliver as promised. I am really fed up and planning to sell my Yamaha R15 and go haywire on social media.

              The service provided by sprint yamaha in bangalore kudlu gate is not so responsible in answering and providing the service and repairing the vehicle. issue facing from[protected].

                Complaint about yamaha dealer & exide battery dealer

                The exide battery was provided by the yamaha dealer. they took three times as paid service, telling that they will change it but now they are telling that i should contact the exide battery dealer. when i have purchased the vehicle as well as the battery from the yamaha dealer then why should i contact exide battery dealers. this is yamaha dealer's concern. they should contact the exide and replace the battery. i am really fed up of telling them again again and again. everytime they just charge the battery and give the vehicle back after servicing. i have to go for visiting many patients and hospitals as i am doctor by proffession. everytime the vehicle stops here and there. i am forwarding the details. i will be really grateful if you take some immediate necessary action as i am facing so much problems.

                  They are charging rs350 for 4th service but the 4th service is free they are charging for late servicing i dont know why plz help and the average is 35kmpl and company is saying 66kmpl Please look into this.
                  I bought my bike from southern motors pathiripala palakkad kerala 2 weeks ago. I saw a scratch at the wheel drum the next day. When I called them they tell that they will clear it at the first service. When I went for first service they told that they couldn't do any thing. I want to replace my drum.

                      Problem : 1. my engine area used to heat up at very high temperature, that i cant even touch that.
                      2. shocker were not working
                      I went to jinder auto for my fz bike service.
                      They guided me that engine work needs to be done and shocker needs to be repaired.
                      On behalf of their good reputation, i told them clearly to do whatever they want and get my bike repaired well.
                      They charged me 7800rs as bill, invoice no. 2655, job no. 91469 i paid.
                      2.7.2016, kms: 27839
                      On 2.7.16, when i took my back to home, i faced the same problem, i called them up, and told them the situation.
                      24.7.2016, kms: 28721, invoice no. 3278, job no. 92051
                      On 24.7.16 i went to service station for service and my problem to be repaired.
                      They told me drop the bike for two days, they will check and call me.
                      After two days i had a trial of my bike over there and same problem persists. they had no answer and were not attending me properly, and tried to ignore me.
                      I took my bike back.
                      After few days,
                      While driving, there was a sudden heat up and clutch plate was fired, and bike didnt get start up.
                      I loaded my bike on tempo from shahdra and took it to the service station.
                      I dropped my bike there, they repaired, i took bike back home.
                      After some days my shocker gets leaked up, oil is leaking on to the tyre.
                      Paid approx 10, 000 up to date and still the heating and shocker problem exists.
                      I request you to please consider this case as seriously.

                      They are charging rs350 for 4th service but the 4th service is free they are charging for late servicing i dont know why plz help and the average is 35kmpl and company is saying 66kmpl Please look into this.

                        I hav bought a new Yamaha Ray Z R from Sri motors, kumananchavadi, poonamalle, Chennai[protected]
                        On 14th of thz month, but dint get the crash guard on the date the service provider said as they would be issuing on the next day but v dnt get any response from spares team later v went and checked the showroom on the next day they said the same reason thtz they will be issuing on the another day, still itz 25th today v dint get the crash guard and not getting any prior information from the team . V hav visited the showroom atleast thrice only because of thz issue but the management is not taking any action ...

                        And too yesterday (Sunday) after a water wash I got a buzzer sound from the bike so I called the office to get the support team but the service provider sayZ tht they won't do any works on Sunday only booking is possible in Sundays ... itz the first tym v are trying Yamaha product but we are not satisfied with ur service and the showroom sri agency at poonamalle.. v r disappointed with Yamaha.
                        Before getting the product v used to have regular call from the agency to book the vehicle but after getting the vehicle thy r not replying to our queries..

                        Hope u will take necessary actions.

                            Very worst service in padi branch. Brought yamaha ray z in august month in the same padi branch. With in a month the battery was gone. I dont know what kind of battery they use. They took off the original and replaced it with dummy battery.in dummy battery self wont work; front light is dim; horn sound is too low. Still i havent got the new one. Waiting for more than a month. Did a great mistake by purchasing bike in sairam motors. Not only for me even my friend had faced the same battery problem. Guys pls dont buy bikes in padi and wavin branch. U will suffer a lot.

                                Hello everyone,

                                I need some educated help in here about test drive vehicles and its insurance in case of accidents.

                                Last evening, i took a test drive of Yamaha R3 from a showroom near my office. During the test drive, in an unexpected corner, TD bike got skidded and met with an accident. Luckily i jumped out of the vehicle and got away with minor injuries. But the bike took damages in one side fairing, frame and some electronics. When the bike fell down and slided, it rammed on a van which came on the opposite side and made a dent near wheel area of the van.

                                Yamaha people came to the accident area and asked me if i could pay up for the van's damage expenses if left in a workshop by yamaha people. They also said that if i dont pay for the van's expense, van guy will register a legal complaint on me. I was afraid and i said okay. Then i was taken to the nearby hospital for first aid(for which i paid) and then to the showroom. And that van was taken to workshop.

                                In showroom, Yamaha guys asked 5000RS from me to spend for the van expenses and also took my original driving license. They said they wont give bill for that amount i paid and said they may get me a bill from that van worshop and give back the change if its less.

                                They also threatened me that bike's damage expense may go upto 2L at maximum and i have to bear. I almost had a heart attack. Then i asked dont you have insurance for this bike? Cant you get the insurance cost and cover it up? Then they said that they will send the bike for insurance and see how much is coming and rest i have to bear. That sounds okay, but the problem here is, i sincerely doubt that these guys have an insurance. Neither the bike has a number plat nor a demo sticker. It was taken from display and given for test drive. They are doing the same for all R3 test drives.

                                Initially I went to the showroom in my friends bike, to talk to the finance people and take the test drive. After the accident, When i approached the showroom from first aid hospital, they lifted my friends bike inside their garage. When i came back they took the keys also from me. Now my friends bike is also on jeopardy.

                                Someone please guide me.

                                Yesterday, I made a complaint to commissioner and took police and my friends and relatives to the showroom. He took photocopy of those documents and gave me back all the documents and my colleague's bike from him.
                                After everything was given, he was still trying to get money from me. But we declined.
                                Have already called and reported to mentioned toll free number by 19th October. Also sent a mail with self attested complaint letter to the mail, yesterday.

                                Please get this issue resolved for me.

                                  Very unprofessional staff. There is issue in button start in my fzs bike. I had reported issue but they ignored it and didnt loomed into that now am not able to start bike within 15 days after servicing. Staff changed air filter amd other stuff and dis servicing within 30 min.

                                  I called their manager after issue he was talking very unprofessionally. Not only with me this peoples are not behaving well with any customer. This located in semi rural area so people ignore them and goes to local service centers.

                                    Till i don't have r15 i just love r15 and wanna own of my own. But after i owned my own r15 bike sound so loud r15 is silent bike but not nine. Even clutch is not working properly bike is full of problems not giving the proformance up to the mark my bike is brand new voice was different from every first day but i thought it will be fine after 1st service but is 2 month now bike sound increased and proformance goes down. And the dealer is saying bike is ok every time i visited the showroom manger said bike is good. I showed bike outside they hear they ride my bike they told me bike is not working good it is not feel like new bike bike feel like 5 year old one i put mail to yamaha then again they call to showroom and same they said bike is good but i was not satisfied with bike full of problems then after doing more effort they call me to showroom. Today and said you have to leave bike for 3 day i don't know what they will do with my bike. But new bike with full of problem and the dealership and the customer care just exploit there customer... Friend just wanna advice to i know r15 has a great market but don't go and set your mind that yamaha will provide quality service and quality product...                                         After almost 2 months of buying my new Ray ZR from Sakshi Motors, Nerul, my bike is still not registered and despite of several complains to the dealer and also the so called customer website of Yamaha India, I find myself in a turmoil of how to end this distress.If the company show the same response like the dealer then whom to approach.It is the responsibility of the company to resolve this issue and if my bike gets stolen then they should be liable.Yamaha has really turned me down despite of my several attempts to reach them and wait for their feedback...but all in vain.

                                        I have already registered my complain at [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com and have also received acknowledgement on 10th Oct, 2016 and my compain number is IC-26993-Y1K2.But till date I have received no update regarding my complain.At least I am entitled to know when the end to my distress will be from the company.
                                        Yamaha India there are lots of customers affected because of Sakshi motors, nerul.Even I had raised complain to Yamaha India but still no response.Its been 7 months still I have not got registration done.Complaint No is IC-32377-Y5J2
                                        I too cheated by Sakshi Motors, money taken, no RTO registration, then took back vehicle with promise to refund money, which he not returned.
                                        Despite knowing Sakshi motors cheating customers, from Yamaha no action, still he is authorised dealer. My complaint open with Yamaha from May 17.
