I bought my yamaha yzf-r15 s in walters yamaha moolakadai perambur showroom. After my first service i faced big problem while driving the rear wheel of my two wheeler had removed and i struggled a lot to save my life. Before two week i finished my second service in the same showroom and today while driving the side stand of my vehicle is fallen down and i visit the showroom regarding this issue but they are speaking irresponsibly and i am so fed up with their service. So kindly take necessary action on the particular show room.

I have yamaha fzs fi viper black. After using 8 mounts bikes some part is buildup. I visit yamaha service centre surat adajan. But his say this is normal. My 3 year old bicycle is very good more better than your bike

WB 26 TC 0496 & it is more than 2 months and I am yet to receive a registration number for my Scooty. There has been no response from the dealer Tanushka Auto, VIP Narayantala West till date. I have purchased the vehicle and I am unable to use it for my purpose.

      Hi,
      My name is Deepak Sahu. I met with an accident on 16th nov. 11:30 pm and went to the nearest yamaha Authorised service centre. The Survey was done by my insurance company i.e Reliance general insurance and told the service centre staff to repair my bike as soon as possible since all my documents were valid . The staff told me to wait for 1 month to get my bike done otherwise go to some other service centre. I asked them about any option i have to get it done faster, they told me to get the spare parts myself as they cannot order from yamaha more than twice a month. I had no option but and i did the run for the spare parts which were damaged but unfortunately all the dealers said i would not get it from them. Now i needed my bike before 5th of december but the service centre staff says it will take more 10-15 days to get the spare parts from the company. if the authorised dealer cannot provide me the spare parts on time then where else should i go for ?
      Please help me get my bike repaired before 5th of Dec.

      I have got a complaint number- IC-28199-W7J2 but have not got any response from neither yamaha nor the authorised dealer. I gave my bike on 17th nov. and was expecting my bike on or before 28th nov. which did not happen. Now, when i was expecting it before 5th dec. that also has passed .Can u guys confirm with the dealer n let me know about my bike's status. I am highly disappointed. I was told by your representative that the spare part delivery would be a speedy delivery which is again a false information to the customer.

      Hi,

      I am highly disappointed with the kind of response i am getting from yamaha. Even complaining on this website, nothing really happened. I paid my advance Rs.5000 on 2nd November and the order has still not reached the service center. It is been almost a month and i cannot get my exterior parts so that i could get my bike repaired.I gave my bike on 17th nov. for the repair.
      I have to travel to santacruz everyday in that dead traffic. Please understand a customer's problem and consider it. Who will take care of my extra expenses that i had to bare on Ola cabs? Yamaha should compensate with my bill as token of respect for the customer for all the trouble i had to go through.

        Sir,

        we gave our bike for servicing on[protected] stating our bike self is not working properly but with in a month we got the same trouble and struggled a lot. See, sir this is really not good and they didn't do the service properly and if this happen in traffic what may happen to us just think once. We need this to be taken priority and they took 6355.00/- and the same trouble gave ti us. Please do some thing on this and I am providing all the details of the bill.

          I am Ajinath Barde using Yamaha Gladiator from last 5 years but at showroom place am always find difficulty,
          As today I had visited for some maintaince work for Banson Yamaha showroom, Savedi Ahmednagar, but nobady is listened me and after 1 hour I went back with my bike without any solution.
          In that 1 hour I met Mr.Manoj Yadav Service manager, He not responded me in between he

          entairtain the other customers

          I am surprise that yamaha is looking only those come for regular service as I am also regular customer of you in last month only done the regular servicing.

            Its been less than one year since i have purchased r15.. Its been less than 5000 km.. And the bike have broken down while driving.. And the clutch cable seems to have broken... I am very disappointed in the kind of service you guys are offering.. I went to the yamaha dealers and they told me to come on the next day with out even offering me a solution for the trouble..

            This place has the worster than the worst service. They promised to deliver my bike worth 93K in one week, but then it's more than a week now and they still haven't delivered it! The customer care is super aweful! No body gave proper answers to my queries. I Suggest You all to go buy Bikes from Other Places!!

              I have a Yamaha Fazer Bike, purchased in Apr 2014. I have an AMC with Matrix Automotive an authorised service centre in malad Mumbai. I had problem with the bike, I took it to the service centre
              I went on 25th Oct 2016 to the service centre, initially i was told I need to change the battery, when the battery was replaced they realised the charger was faulty. I was initially told to buy charger from the nearby shop and they will replace it. When I insisted, that its not my job to buy spare parts from outside and give it to the service centre they told me to leave the bike and they will get it replaced. On 26th Oct 2016 they told me to get the bike collected since the spare part will take some time to come, since I was busy they delivered the bike at my residence on 27th Oct 16.
              Since then they have not bothered to call or inform about the status of the spare part. When I called the service engineer at Matrix Automotive said that the company has stopped production of the said spare part, hence he does not know when the spare part will be received.

                  Am the yamaha customer, I had bought yamaha saluto in chittoor Andhra Pradesh yesterday I had given my bike for 2nd service. It's a totally frustrated 2nd service of bike they have not washed it too clearly mud is clearly visible and the problems which I had told to them is partially satisfied due to their over talking and making me as if the service is done good, totally frustrated today its better that I would have made service by local mechanic far better than than the showroom

                    I am Nandini

                    On 12 November 2016 i gave my vehicle for service(yamaha fascino). I had many issues while giving my vehicle and they also suggested to oil change. Then the delivery date was today that is 14 November 2016. When i went today they gave me my vehicle after waiting for an hour. When they bought my vehicle they said they have serviced, but my vehicle was in same condition as i gave. They dint even wash my vehicle and they were returning vehicle just like that and there was a scarch on right mirror which was not there before and mirror was loose. Even oil is black in color and i dont think they have changed the oil.They took all the petrol too.

                    And is this the way of servicing the vehicle?

                      Hello team

                      I had purchased yamaha fascino on 15-oct-2016 and 1st servicing is due on before 14-nov-2016. so i have go to kamala landmarc motor bike (pune) pvt. ltd. chinchwad showroom for my 1st servicing your executive told me, i have to change engine oil and air filter oil and my bike km is only 100 km as its mandatory, i said ok and said to your executive give existing engine oil me back. after servicing bill amount of rs. 356/- (255/- engine oil, 61/- air filter oil and of rs 40/- is labour charge) he gave me engine oil but its black colour oil. its means they have not changed engine oil to my bike, as after 100 km engine oil is not in black colour as i have not use that much.

                      Request you to please give me my engine oil amount back. please let me know if you require any details from my side.

                        I had purchased your product Fascino Scooter on[protected]and paid in full. You fool people by commitment of 66KM/LTR. since then i have been monitoring everyday but i get only 30KM/LTR mileage.
                        there is no response from the service center tried and explained them but nobody cares. jut today i went there to de servicing of this scooter i reached at 2 pm afternoon but service center said we dont have people available please visit tomorrow. and gave me no confirmation whether it will be done tomorrow or not.
                        Now as all your promises are false so i will file a lawsuit/ petition against your company and expose your lies..Please within this week's time..

                        I have made payment in full by cheque on 22.10.2016 Rs 57, 125/- but till date RAYZR scooty not yet received. I am surprised regarding service of M/s.                           2. During booking i was told Fascino on Road Price in Bangalore is Rs, 66009/-

                          I opted for a EMI of Rs, 25176/- with BAF India

                          To book vehicle i paid a cash of Rs, 1000/-

                          3. Later i was asked to submit documents of ID, Address, Bank Statement & Payslip which was verified & my loan was approved

                          4. I was asked to make a down payment of Rs, 24176/- + 500 Rupees of document charges i paid through cheque of Rs, 24176+500= Rs, 24676/- Dated on 05.11.2016
                          Axis Bank, Cheque Number-541034...

                          5. Please let me know why does you charge Document fees which no no brand takes from customer, i have 3 different brand purchased from authorised dealer none of them charged DOCUMENT FEES ..Over & above this i was asked to pay additional Rs, 500/- for affidavit stating i am resident of Bangalore by notary . When i have given valid address proof issued by Aadhaar Card which is authorised by Government, When government itself issued a ID proof why do you charge 500 Rupees & i went to local notary got this done at 150 Rupees

                          6. During delivery of vehicle of i went through Invoice issued by Pacer Yamaha & found it was written

                          Vehicle Rate : 47.636.68/- + 69.7.32(VAT 14.5 %) = Rs, 54.544.00/- ( Fifty four thousand five hundred and forty four only)

                          Insurance is Rs, 1532.94/-

                          Road Transport is Rs, 7267/-

                          Total value of vehicle is Rs, 63343.94/-

                          I was told ON road Price is Rs, 66009/-

                          Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- ( I was not given invoice Pacer Yamaha has given Debit Note on later head not tax invoice or cash Invoice)

                          I was told Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- this is Transportation, Storage, PDI & RTO
                          Debit Note indicates value of Rs, 2324 + ST 410= RS, 2734/- ( i was not given INVOICE only debit note) if this is Part of Rs, 66009/- why this is not given in INVOICE

                          When i questioned this to employee i was told loading of vehicle from manufacturer to dealer will be charged on customer & ETC charges

                          Please give a clarity how can you charge a customer ???

                          Are you trying to fool customer by over charging a customer which no brand does it ..

                          With lot of trust i purchased this brand but now i am worrying how can i be charged more than on road price,

                          On Road Price always includes Vehicle Rate +Insurance + Road Tax

                          Not a vehicle loading from manufacturer to dealer point + Storage

                                  Worst customer service... people in show room give fake promises just for the sake of booking bike in their showroom. No one knows how to treat customer.. I got fascino Matt blue while delivering there were so many scratches.. they promised that they will change the front visor set as scratch was deep and visible and also the same was mentioned in the bill.. after registration I came to the showroom so many times but they gave lame excuses... Instand of changing the front visor they have covered the scratch with blue paint and it was not matte finish.. am so pity for them" they could not even do the mistake properly" later we fought badly and stood with them while changing the visor... after changing the Visor indicator was not working they couldn't even test that before delivering as I was aware I found it... it was very worst service.. I couldnot even feel the happiness of new bike

                                      I have a Yamaha R15 version 2.0 2012 model. It has been lying idle and nonoperational from past 20 days. Reason being the part is not available apparently with any of the service centers near me. I live in Navi Mumbai. I have checked for the part in Mumbai as well. All of them have just one thing to say - We too have not received the part from the company from past 2 months. My bike is stranded in my office compound with dust, spider webs, and pigeons all over it. I hate to see that site. Such a horrible experience with Yamaha I am having for the first time. I raised email requests as well with [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com. I got a few calls from Yamaha redarding this complaint. They are asking me to pay in advance and place an order for that part. I am ready to do that, but they are not ready to take the order saying that they have already placed an order for that.
