I have given my scooter to my local service station for engine starting trouble and automatically engine is getting off while riding my bike. Because of the above issue i have given my scooter to service on 02-dec-2016 and then i contacted them for status and they told will deliver today, today and finally they took seven days to deliver my bike. Not even a single phone call from service center to update the bike status. I tried contacting them often to get the status. Finally they delivered and the bill is also in-appropriate and not clear. They charged me with same particulars multiple times. I have copy as well. Now am not able to check my issue has been resolved or not becoz now they have end up with different issue. Petrol is getting leaked from tank and engine not started. Please contact me immediately. I have totally frustrated with the service. I know the brand name of yahama, its very popular and very good. But the local service center like are creating bad image to yahama brands.

    Sir I am putting farward to you that I purchased Yamaha saluto bike on September 02 2015, it has completed 19000+ km. When I purchased bike first 4or5 months it gave 65kmpl. But now hardly 33kmpl is coming...
    It is irritating me. For Rs.72 (one ltr) it is going for 33km... Very sad news Sir.

    Please rectify my bike problem...

      Dear Sir, I am nagaraj from retteri i bought my bike on july 2016 month in fast bike show room . on starting onward hand bear and axilator is not working . i given three service in walter yamaha service center still not working . They are telling each service it is rectified but still not solved . after paying the big amount why we we suffer this much . I dont want this bike anymore. we want return this bike . kindly provide the another model bike in this same company or else return back the cash in my account .about this problem my hand got injured severely . i was hospitalized for 15 days . my friend also taken this bike they also have the same issue and got pain in the hands. i had paid my due till nov month .the services was not done till today . the show room people telling that need to contact service only . but service people not answering properly . . I dont think so they can able to rectify the problem . i want to return my bike . kindly refund our amount Bike name : YAMAHA FZ VERSION 2 MILTERY GREEN BIKE. Bike no : TN05BF2039.         Hi Sir/Madam,

        I bought Yamaha FZS Version 2.0 FI from Orion Motors India (Koramangal Brach)in Bangalore on 15-September-2016. from the day of Purchase the bike was giving some problems like wheels sound, and found that they have fixed the crash guard properly which made scratches on the mud guard.
        and i keep on going to Dealer (Orion Motors) and every time they used to do some temporary solutions and been giving the bike to me saying that the problem is solved. and i was roaming frequently to the dealer regarding the bike and they keep on giving temporary solutions until i have called Yamaha India and registered a complaint. after registering the complaint they have taken my bike for repair and asked for the issues, so i have explained the issues which i was facing (The front part of the bike was vibrating at speed of 70 and also while applying the front brake the front part was vibrating even at normal speeds), so thay checked and informed me that there was 50ml of oil less in the forks which was defect and said we have filled the oil correct and the problem wont be repeated.

        After that week, i was facing the same issues and been roaming like anything, so again i called Yamaha and then the Orion Motors have called me and have taken the bike for checking and now they have replaced the Fork springs, clutch cable, relay and said the bike is good now and promised that this is the final time.

        But later again the issues were repeating, so again i went to the dealer, they keep on saying give us some time need to check the issues and will repair the bike.

        If they keep on repairing the new bike within 2 months of purchase, they were not sure what is the root cause for it, they them self said that the bike is defective. they why should we call it as New bike. I have paid 1, 00, 500 rupees for the bike and have got fed up with the bike and want to replace the bike or refund my money. because they are not sure in solving the problem and i am also not satisfied with the dealer or Yamaha Motors India.

        So Finally i request you to take action on Orion Motors and Yamaha Motors India and get my bike replaced.

        The Complaints raised with Yamaha are IC-27698-V5P9, IC-28276-N3X4.

        Still there is no proper response and they keep on repairing the bike which i am not interested.

        so Please take serious action on Orion Motors India and Yamaha Motors India

          Charging Extra at the time of servicing

          I am from Nashik, Maharshtra (India) I have bought my Yamaha SZ RR matt green 8months before but Showroom Charging me for Air Filter and fitting service after 8 month of purchasing the bike, even when its a free service. If you say that you are providing free services then you should not charge for labour charges and if an air filter is required for a new bike in just 8 months then what about the warranty of bike?? My bike is in warranty...

              Hi I am santosh kumar. I purchased Yamaha FZS 2.0 on July 10 2015 at Pearl Yamaha in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I am facing service problems with that service centre since my first service of my bike. Recently on Oct 7th 2016 i gave my bike for 5th free service. I have mentioned list of problems with my bike. They have delivered my bike on the same day and they have charged Rs.608 and I still there are same issues with bike. I have been to the service centre to tell the problems but they are not ready to listen. The Disk break of my bike is not at all working after my 5th service and i have gone to the service centre for 4 time to re-service my bike. I have informed that the issues are not cleared after the 5th service. Then they have checked my bike again and said few things should be serviced and they are charged (they have not mentioned that problems when I went for the 5th service but mentioned when I went for the re-service). They have charged Rs.723 for the re-service and they returned my bike as it is they have not done anything. Still my Disk break is not working. I am an employee in a software company, how many times I need to go the service centre for the sake of my bike service. Whenever I go they come with some new problem in my bike and they charge. I am writing this to inform that if my bike is not been service well I am going to complaint to the consumer court if they are not servicing by bike for free as I totally paid Rs.1, 330/- for my 5th service and they have delivered my bike as I gave it to them and they gave it with my disk break problem. I need to them to service my bike perfectly or I am sure that i will complaint to the consumer court for sure. If I dint get reply in 2 days I will update the same in consumer court forum on 3day.                 I bought my yamaha yzf-r15 s in walters yamaha moolakadai perambur showroom. After my first service i faced big problem while driving the rear wheel of my two wheeler had removed and i struggled a lot to save my life. Before two week i finished my second service in the same showroom and today while driving the side stand of my vehicle is fallen down and i visit the showroom regarding this issue but they are speaking irresponsibly and i am so fed up with their service.                 I have yamaha fzs fi viper black. After using 8 mounts bikes some part is buildup. I visit yamaha service centre surat adajan. But his say this is normal. My 3 year old bicycle is very good more better than your bike

                    Hi,
                    My name is Deepak Sahu. I met with an accident on 16th nov. 11:30 pm and went to the nearest yamaha Authorised service centre. The Survey was done by my insurance company i.e Reliance general insurance and told the service centre staff to repair my bike as soon as possible since all my documents were valid . The staff told me to wait for 1 month to get my bike done otherwise go to some other service centre. I asked them about any option i have to get it done faster, they told me to get the spare parts myself as they cannot order from yamaha more than twice a month. I had no option but and i did the run for the spare parts which were damaged but unfortunately all the dealers said i would not get it from them. Now i needed my bike before 5th of december but the service centre staff says it will take more 10-15 days to get the spare parts from the company. if the authorised dealer cannot provide me the spare parts on time then where else should i go for ?
                    Please help me get my bike repaired before 5th of Dec.

                    I have got a complaint number- IC-28199-W7J2 but have not got any response from neither yamaha nor the authorised dealer. I gave my bike on 17th nov. and was expecting my bike on or before 28th nov. which did not happen. Now, when i was expecting it before 5th dec. that also has passed .Can u guys confirm with the dealer n let me know about my bike's status. I am highly disappointed. I was told by your representative that the spare part delivery would be a speedy delivery which is again a false information to the customer.

                    I am highly disappointed with the kind of response i am getting from yamaha. Even complaining on this website, nothing really happened. I paid my advance Rs.5000 on 2nd November and the order has still not reached the service center. It is been almost a month and i cannot get my exterior parts so that i could get my bike repaired.I gave my bike on 17th nov. for the repair.
                    I have to travel to santacruz everyday in that dead traffic. Please understand a customer's problem and consider it. Who will take care of my extra expenses that i had to bare on Ola cabs? Yamaha should compensate with my bill as token of respect for the customer for all the trouble i had to go through.

                        I am Ajinath Barde using Yamaha Gladiator from last 5 years but at showroom place am always find difficulty,
                        As today I had visited for some maintaince work for Banson Yamaha showroom, Savedi Ahmednagar, but nobady is listened me and after 1 hour I went back with my bike without any solution.
                        In that 1 hour I met Mr.Manoj Yadav Service manager, He not responded me in between he

                        I am surprise that yamaha is looking only those come for regular service as I am also regular customer of you in last month only done the regular servicing.

                          Its been less than one year since i have purchased r15.. Its been less than 5000 km.. And the bike have broken down while driving.. And the clutch cable seems to have broken... I am very disappointed in the kind of service you guys are offering.. I went to the yamaha dealers and they told me to come on the next day with out even offering me a solution for the trouble..

                          This place has the worster than the worst service. They promised to deliver my bike worth 93K in one week, but then it's more than a week now and they still haven't delivered it! The customer care is super aweful! No body gave proper answers to my queries. I Suggest You all to go buy Bikes from Other Places!!

                            I have a Yamaha Fazer Bike, purchased in Apr 2014. I have an AMC with Matrix Automotive an authorised service centre in malad Mumbai. I had problem with the bike, I took it to the service centre
                            I went on 25th Oct 2016 to the service centre, initially i was told I need to change the battery, when the battery was replaced they realised the charger was faulty. I was initially told to buy charger from the nearby shop and they will replace it. When I insisted, that its not my job to buy spare parts from outside and give it to the service centre they told me to leave the bike and they will get it replaced. On 26th Oct 2016 they told me to get the bike collected since the spare part will take some time to come, since I was busy they delivered the bike at my residence on 27th Oct 16.
                            Since then they have not bothered to call or inform about the status of the spare part. When I called the service engineer at Matrix Automotive said that the company has stopped production of the said spare part, hence he does not know when the spare part will be received.

                                  On 12 November 2016 i gave my vehicle for service(yamaha fascino). I had many issues while giving my vehicle and they also suggested to oil change. Then the delivery date was today that is 14 November 2016. When i went today they gave me my vehicle after waiting for an hour. When they bought my vehicle they said they have serviced, but my vehicle was in same condition as i gave. They dint even wash my vehicle and they were returning vehicle just like that and there was a scarch on right mirror which was not there before and mirror was loose. Even oil is black in color and i dont think they have changed the oil.They took all the petrol too.

                                  And is this the way of servicing the vehicle?

                                    I had purchased yamaha fascino on 15-oct-2016 and 1st servicing is due on before 14-nov-2016. so i have go to kamala landmarc motor bike (pune) pvt. ltd. chinchwad showroom for my 1st servicing your executive told me, i have to change engine oil and air filter oil and my bike km is only 100 km as its mandatory, i said ok and said to your executive give existing engine oil me back. after servicing bill amount of rs. 356/- (255/- engine oil, 61/- air filter oil and of rs 40/- is labour charge) he gave me engine oil but its black colour oil. its means they have not changed engine oil to my bike, as after 100 km engine oil is not in black colour as i have not use that much.

                                    Request you to please give me my engine oil amount back. please let me know if you require any details from my side.

                                      I had purchased your product Fascino Scooter on[protected]and paid in full. You fool people by commitment of 66KM/LTR. since then i have been monitoring everyday but i get only 30KM/LTR mileage.
                                      there is no response from the service center tried and explained them but nobody cares. jut today i went there to de servicing of this scooter i reached at 2 pm afternoon but service center said we dont have people available please visit tomorrow. and gave me no confirmation whether it will be done tomorrow or not.
