1. This is with reference to recent purchase of Fascino on 10.11.2016 from Pacer Yamaha...1/A, Bellary Main Road, Next to Baptist Hospital, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024
2. During booking i was told Fascino on Road Price in Bangalore is Rs, 66009/-
I opted for a EMI of Rs, 25176/- with BAF India
To book vehicle i paid a cash of Rs, 1000/-
3. Later i was asked to submit documents of ID, Address, Bank Statement & Payslip which was verified & my loan was approved
4. I was asked to make a down payment of Rs, 24176/- + 500 Rupees of document charges i paid through cheque of Rs, 24176+500= Rs, 24676/- Dated on 05.11.2016
Axis Bank, Cheque Number-541034...
5. Please let me know why does you charge Document fees which no no brand takes from customer, i have 3 different brand purchased from authorised dealer none of them charged DOCUMENT FEES ..Over & above this i was asked to pay additional Rs, 500/- for affidavit stating i am resident of Bangalore by notary . When i have given valid address proof issued by Aadhaar Card which is authorised by Government, When government itself issued a ID proof why do you charge 500 Rupees & i went to local notary got this done at 150 Rupees
6. During delivery of vehicle of i went through Invoice issued by Pacer Yamaha & found it was written
Vehicle Rate : 47.636.68/- + 69.7.32(VAT 14.5 %) = Rs, 54.544.00/- ( Fifty four thousand five hundred and forty four only)
Insurance is Rs, 1532.94/-
Road Transport is Rs, 7267/-
Total value of vehicle is Rs, 63343.94/-
I was told ON road Price is Rs, 66009/-
Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- ( I was not given invoice Pacer Yamaha has given Debit Note on later head not tax invoice or cash Invoice)
I was told Difference Cost is Rs, 2665.06/- this is Transportation, Storage, PDI & RTO
Debit Note indicates value of Rs, 2324 + ST 410= RS, 2734/- ( i was not given INVOICE only debit note) if this is Part of Rs, 66009/- why this is not given in INVOICE
When i questioned this to employee i was told loading of vehicle from manufacturer to dealer will be charged on customer & ETC charges
Please give a clarity how can you charge a customer ???
Are you trying to fool customer by over charging a customer which no brand does it ..
With lot of trust i purchased this brand but now i am worrying how can i be charged more than on road price,
On Road Price always includes Vehicle Rate +Insurance + Road Tax
Not a vehicle loading from manufacturer to dealer point + Storage
This is ridiculous dealer is charging Documentation fees which no brand in India take from customer over & above you are charging additional cost of Rs, 2665.06/- i was not given tax invoice or cash invoice i was debit note
When government is trying to fix all unauthorised billings ..How can Yamaha do this ?
I expect quick response from YAMAHA or else same will be shared to higher authority
