Yamaha Motor India — Rejected service for manufacturing defect even though bike is under warranty | |||||
Dear yamaha, Issue: Digital fuel indicator is not working Disappointing service: I have been using a yamaha fz version 2 vehicle for 1.6 years. The fuel indicator stopped working, post to which, i have walked into a nearest showroom to get it resolved. The way showroom staff communicated is very disappointing and they were demanding money for procuring new part, which the service center staff want to replace even if the vehicle is under warranty. I was told that it would take 25 days to resolve it. Also they asked us to contact other showroom as they do not have much knowledge to resolve it.
