Dear Sir, Today I have remitted Rs. 27, 814.51, towards blocking flight tickets for two persons from Hyderabad to Stockholm through SBI. The bank also confirmed payment transfer to INB Avenues Pvt. Ltd. under Ref/Cheque No. CCACE2THL4281GOOZOAZQ9 TRANSFER TO 3. To my dismay your agent informs me that payment is not received and consequently not booked the ticket. As I have travelled to Varnasi by booking through yatra.com on 10th April to 14th April for flight and hotel, I had very good impression and hence in good faith I have opted to yatra.com again for my travel to Sweden. I therefore request you to kindly intervene and see that tickets are issued on this day as I have to apply for VISA for which flight itinary or tickets either confirmed or blocked are also essential part of documentation.     Hello Friends Recently i happen to travel to Goa and booked two months back via yatra.com where they showed highly discounted price . I booked for two nights for two adults and two children costing me 6109INR plus taxes = 5705INR. When i reached to hotel and checked their actual tarrif it was just 4200INR plus Taxes which manager said we discount on two days stay by 10% . And cost which we were charged is not even given during peak season . Approximate extra outgo of 2500INR which i could have saved if i would have spoken to hotel directly and as its a trusted site i never thought of crosschecking . Friends please crosscheck rates directly before you pay to online site esp Yatra.com . On raising the issue they replied as the trip is over we cannot help . This is a bad business practise of fooling customers by advertising discounts online and then adding hidden charges . Please beware of rates before paying as once you pay site would forget your complain . regards manoj nair

      Hi, I have booked the Bus Ticket on Yatra.com on 27th Apr 2015 to go to Indore from Pune. I have received the confirmed e-ticket from Yatra.com for 2 passengers with Ref # [protected] and BUS-PNR # TS-ABB14823650KWK. On travel Date 1 May 2015 I have called Operator "Sanjay Travels Indore" for more information on boarding point and local contact number. Travel Person informed that BUS has been cancelled and you can get the refund from Yatra.com. I have requested to Bus operator that if bus got cancelled then they have to arrange other bus or option to travellers instead of Refund and has to notify for the cancellation. We did not book the ticket to get the refund, we need to travel. Moreover I did not get the notification email or SMS for BUS Cancellation from either BUS Operator or Yatra.com. After this I have called on Yatra.com #[protected] to get the more information. I have called this number on following time and waited for the duration however no response from them. Date and Time Called on DURATION FOR CALL [protected][protected][protected][protected] 1. 01/05/15 12:09 PM 1:06 Minutes 2. 01/05/15 12:11 PM 18:16 Minutes 3. 01/05/15 12:38 PM 20:48 Minutes 3. 01/05/15 1:53 PM 3:22 Minutes I have also called on[protected] and received no appropriate support from them too. Call on the [protected] too for Refund and this number always switched off. Wrote the email on [protected]@yatra.com with URGENT and do not received any response till now till the time I'm writing this complain here. Please do the appropriate action on BUS OPERATOR and Travel Agent since this is normal practice they are having now-a-day during pick summer time. Sale the ticket on lower rate and then cancel the bus to get the more fare to take advantage of the Situation. At the first place if it have been sold then they MUST Provide the service, in unforeseen reason if BUS needs to be cancelled then they have to arrange the alternative travel option to Passenger instead of leaving them in (middle of no-where) dilemma.         Sir, I cancelled the booking PNR PC436K on 9 April 2015 by contacting spicejet customer care through phone, as the flight was rescheduled 1hr more than the schedule time. But the money wasn't credited to my account till now. On 28 April, I got a reply from spicejet saying that the money has been credited to yatra travel agent account on April 14th and it is told to contact the same travel agent for the refund. The PNR no is PC436K and yatra booking reference no is [protected] dated 10 April 2015 from cochin to chennai. What should i do? Kindly attend the same at the earliest.

        i request you guys please don't use Yatra for ticket booking. Yatra is cheater they have deducted 12222/- from Credit card and after one
        year they have refund me but still they didn't compensate me as they commited.

        people are unprofessional irresponsible and they are not bother about customer money i ever seen such worst company it's like dead man running the company.

          How many times i have to send mail for my compensation i have raised a complaint about my compensation on 24th of Feb15, still it is not resolved what kind of baldy nonsense work you guys are doing how many time i have to follow up with you guys. you guys are thieves you have used my hard earn money for one year and not giving me an my money back which i have been paid to ICICI bank i have sent the all Credit card statement twice. please let me know whether you will be give my money back or not or again how many years you will be taking.

            I have tried to book hotels in kullu.(Hotel Balaji)But several times I got failure.but money was deducted (total 670rs) from my paytm wallet.They not even sent single mail to me regarding order no or something like that.I just receive sms having some link which also don't work.I want my money back.Customer care also not picking up the call.my registered email id with yatra.com is [protected]@gmail.com Hope for your co-operation.

              I booked an international package to Mauritius. I was offered e-cash of 9000 Rs and I was told that I can redeem this e-cash in one go also. First of all, it is more than a month and this e-cash has not yet been credited to my account. I call their customer care almost everyday for last 15 days and I get the same answer "Sir, it will be credited to your account by today evening". I had to redeem this e-cash for my travel on 5th April, 2015 and 30th April. But, as they asked me to wait and committed that e-cash will be credited to my account that's why I didn't book the ticket. In the beginning, the ticket which was costing around 6000, now it reached to 12000. It was all because they asked me to wait. E-cash has not yet credited to my account. Above this, they are changing the conditions to redeem the e-cash. First, they told I can redeem in one go. Then they told, they will credit this amount to my Bank account (That was height of fake commitment). Then they told only 20% of fare can be paid by e-cash. Now, they are telling only 5% of the fare can be paid by e-cash. I must suggest everyone NOT TO GO FOR ANY BOOKING WITH YATRA. Worst customer support. Their team is not even aware of what is the offer and condition to redeem e-cash. Mental harassment to customer as they will tell you that they will come back to you for your issue in next 5 minutes, 15 minutes, one hour BLA BLA BLA. But they will never call you back. You yourself have to call them. And then also, if you will tell them to connect to the person who attended your call last time then he/she will say "Sir, he/she is not on the seat. I will ask to call you as soon as he/she will be come back." And they never come back on seat. Then, you have to explain your issue to someone else again.

              My booking reference number is S1529379 with yatra. i am not able to see any details of this on my account with yatra. They are not even helping me out to resolve this issue. No response from customer care. They are asking me to keep on waiting for last 2-3 months. They gave me an offer before booking this package that I will get eCash of 9000 INR. But, after booking and even after travelling back. They have not done anything. The issue is still pending with yatra and they have not yet come with any solution to my case.

                Hi..my name is Varun Verma. I booked tour package of Europe on 21st January 2015 for 3 persons. We deposited Rs. 2, 00, 000/- for 3 persons as deposit. The tour was planned from 14 April to 21 April 2015. Booking ID was S1428885. We submitted all documents within 7 days to Mr. Brahm Dutt, Sr. Executive. After repeated follow-ups with Mr. Brahm Dutt, he finally applied for visa near 25th March. We were denied visa by embassy and news came from him on 01.04.2015. He pressurised us to fill the booking form after visa denial and said Rs. 96, 000/- will be deducted from your deposit. Meanwhile he also changed our booking IDs and fresh ids are S1428398 and S1531395 which is different from original booking ID S1428885. He has not even returned our passports. We have been calling him for last 2 days several times daily. He never picked up phone and submitted fake blue dart tracking number [protected] through sms which is invalid since it must be 11 digits as per blue dart site.In my whole life, I have never faced such a harassment and finacial loss of Rs. 1 Lacs. I URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO NEVER GO FOR YATRA.COM TOUR PACKAGES AND FALL PREY TO THEM.

                  yatra with reference to book id #[protected] charged for room in ooty for 3-4-2015 and 4-42015 and confirmed the same and later denied service few hours before check in and gave me an option which was not used by any person no reviews on internet . On multiple calls the customer care person denied and even disconnected the calls . I want to take this matter to consumer court where the seller has sold and unavailabel product. guys stay away from this company

                    FYI... We had booked the holiday package online though Yatra.com which had cost us around Rs.70, 000 in total inclusive of hotel and flight bookings in the month on Jan 2015.The booking reference no. is : [protected] However, the flights included in the package got cancelled which was informed by the Yatra''s representative . Due to the unavailability of other flights we requested their team to cancel the whole package and proceed for refund. The same was acknowledged by the representative and we were informed that the whole amount will be refunded within 30 days. Now, it has almost been 3 months (90 days) the refund is still pending. Moreover we have been sending continuous reminders through my daughter''s e-mail, to their team but there is no communication from their end in this regard. On calling at the customer care to inquire about the status of refund they put our call on hold for hours without giving reply. This is actually a sheer negligence and harassment from their end. It is a great hassle for me being a single lady. If I would have put this amount in bank i could have got interest on the same as Rs. 70000 is not a small amount. Kindly assure I should get my refund at the earliest.

We have asked for Rs.20000 refund for their worst service. But after many phone calls they came till Rs.4000 refund (honeymoon inclusions) and again We asked to give atleast 50% for what i asked. They told they ll give Rs.7000 . We still dint get the amount credited in the account. For crediting the Rs.7000 u are taking soo long time.. but u told u ll credit in 6-7 working days.. We need at least 50% of the amount what i asked.. which is Rs.10, 000 .. How can one believe YATRA.COM if the customer support is like this..?? --- Ramya Selvaraj

                          Hotel Tamilnadu (a Ttdc Hotel) Palani Booking reference: [protected] | Booked on: Thu, 19 Mar 2015. Check-in :Sat 04-Apr-2015, Check-out: Sun 05-Apr-2015. Booking is confirmed by yatra.com and recieved the hotel voucher. Later hotel person calls and informs no vaccancy for the date. I have contacted with yatra customercare they informed me to wait 48 hours. Then they came back with a lternative lodge, iI have confirmed that. Later they mailed that there is no vaccancy in that lodge so wait 48 hours. after 3 days they informing that there is no rooms available in palani. will arrange room in madurai which is 119kms away from palani. When i check with other hotels in palani via phone there have vaccancy for dates. So yatra.com is denying the service.

                            I booked my International Package with Yatra on 27th Feb 2015 and made an initial payment of 20, 000INR. After my initial payment, none of the yatra representatives were courteous enough to call back and inform me about the details of the package or any action items from my end. I myself kept on calling them and mailing them on several occasions to know the details and action item from my side, however, none of them were couterous enough to call back. Due to certain unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my trip. I informed the same to Yatra representative's, however, got shock of my life when they threatened me to make payment of additional 20, 000INR for cancellation of my trip. The representative Sargun Diwan has mentioned that in case of failure of payment they will reach out to there payment recovery team. I informed the representative that as per yatra policy the complete package booking is only done upon 90% or full payment from the client and that too +7 days from the date of booking, and in my case which was a clear miss from there end. I have the written mail from Sargun from his official ID commanding me to make the payment and if not made would send my details to his payment recovery team. Well, I believe Yatra representative's should read the policies once before they send out such threatening mails. Regards, Jatinder Singh

                              I tried contacting the person who arranged our yatra trip (Ashish Bhatiya) but obviously he is not coming on phone. I had spoken to the president as well and I was promised to receive refund of rs. 1950 from yatra for the bad services, its been 2 months now and no one is even bothering to resolve the issue. I finished my honeymoon trip with yatra on 23rd January and feel bad to say that our experience was not at all good. My booking reference number was S1145987. Last day was most horrible for us as the hotel in backwaters was not at all safe. It was dirty and had no connectivity with city. 17 km away from main area and that too a dirty hotel makes no sense. There was no one except the 2 o[censored]s. and it was not lake view it was the view of a dirty gutter on which the hotel was made. Even the hotel owner told us names of some good hotels where we could go. It seems like yatra does not care for the safety of its passengers. We had to spend extra 6000 rs to find another safe hotel. The hotel in backwaters was nowhere near to a 3 star hotel. We had to spend extra 6000 rs to find another safe hotel. After giving you 60, 000 rs, the arrangement was not worth it. 1) From starting we were facing difficulties. Our jet airway flight was delayed by 2 hours and we had no notification from yatra side. When we contacted jet airways they said that yatra has given its own number in contact details and not our numbers. We unnecessarily had to wait for 2 hours. 2) Our hotel in thekkedy was good but the services were not at all good. The staff was lazy . there was no cold water coming out of tap and we wasted our 1.5 hr for just waiting for cold water to take bath. We ordered cake in the night which was stale, it just spoilt my honeymoon cake plan . 3) Our hotel in kovalam was very good but its strange that why we were given a hotel that was far away from the 3 beaches. You could have given us any hotel near beaches so that we could enjoy the main attractions over there. In all our experience was very bad and we are feeling like we could have planned better that this by our own. And after all of this I was promised that I will receive rs 1950 refund that I have not received till now, its been 2 months and I think no one is interested from yatra team to refund the money.

                                HI I have booked a flight ticket, from yatra.com web site and the ticket came after i completed the payment process, was different from what i have selected. i have select 7.pm flight of indigo from Mumbai to Lucknow but the ticket came of 1.50 pm indigo again i have selected 12.25 pm indigo flight for return from Lucknow to mumbai but the ticket came for 8 am flight. after calling just 2 mins receiving the ticket from yatra and asking about the said problem i was told that i will get a call back on my said number, but no one called yesterday i waited for the complete day. then today i called customer care again stating the details i was given a solution of rescheduling the flight with fare difference and 6 k charges for the same. why this not been told yesterday, their was no fare difference again, why should i pay for the charges for the mistake which i have not done.

                                  booking not done and amount charged by yatra from credit card

                                  i was trying to make a 1st class train booking for amritsar-delhi on 24 feburary 2015 but booking was not completed due to some technical error on yatra.com website but to my surpsrise full amount of Rs.3484 was charged from my account and from last 25days i am mailing them about this but i have not got a single response from yatra.com...

                                  I booked an international package to Europe with Mr Deepak Anand on 16 february 2015 by paying booking amount of Rs 10000. i was being assured by him that if i plan to cancel my booking well in advance I will be given full refund of money. on 19 feb i sent him a mail to cancel my booking and it was being acknowledged saying that it will be processed in 5-7 days. its over a month now and I am still fighting for refund. Everytime I call them they just have a standard line that it will be processed soon. Ms Ishani Singh from their finance team also called and ensured to give me transaction id of refund but I think their staff is well trained to fool people like us. I would never recommend anyone to trust Yatra and their fake promises. I am still fighting for my refund and I have lost all of my hopes of receiving my money from this money maker travel portal. And now it has been cancelled but the amount has not been refunded booked on 15 march or 16 march 2015 please refund the amount yatra.com
