I booked an international package to Mauritius. I was offered e-cash of 9000 Rs and I was told that I can redeem this e-cash in one go also. First of all, it is more than a month and this e-cash has not yet been credited to my account. I call their customer care almost everyday for last 15 days and I get the same answer "Sir, it will be credited to your account by today evening". I had to redeem this e-cash for my travel on 5th April, 2015 and 30th April. But, as they asked me to wait and committed that e-cash will be credited to my account that's why I didn't book the ticket. In the beginning, the ticket which was costing around 6000, now it reached to 12000. It was all because they asked me to wait. E-cash has not yet credited to my account. Above this, they are changing the conditions to redeem the e-cash. First, they told I can redeem in one go. Then they told, they will credit this amount to my Bank account (That was height of fake commitment). Then they told only 20% of fare can be paid by e-cash. Now, they are telling only 5% of the fare can be paid by e-cash. I must suggest everyone NOT TO GO FOR ANY BOOKING WITH YATRA. Worst customer support. Their team is not even aware of what is the offer and condition to redeem e-cash. Mental harassment to customer as they will tell you that they will come back to you for your issue in next 5 minutes, 15 minutes, one hour BLA BLA BLA. But they will never call you back. You yourself have to call them. And then also, if you will tell them to connect to the person who attended your call last time then he/she will say "Sir, he/she is not on the seat. I will ask to call you as soon as he/she will be come back." And they never come back on seat. Then, you have to explain your issue to someone else again.
