Dear yatra my ticket booking on 14 feb. For 16 and 17 feb. Has been confirmed but the reference number provided to me is wrong [protected] my money has been deducted its a round trip ticket through indigo so please I request you to kindly look into this problem and take the action of sending me my right reference number and confirmation message immediately as I have my flight on monday waiting for your feedback .

    I don’t say “ Hi “ or “ Dear “ to you cheater’s !. Worst Experience, My ticket was cancelled without intimation and jet airways from chennai to bangalore on 11th feb 2015 (21:55), people denied giving ticket, don't know why ? I have informed by jet airways that " Yatra.com" cancelled my reservation !. Is this is the kind of speculation you do with our money. I will share my experience in review's for sure and make at least some people hold booking in your cheating " Website ". My reference id is : [protected] ( jet airways – Chennai to Bangalore 21:55 ). And your customer support number is totally waste which never connect to customer care ?.[protected]

    Relay.. Yatra is cheater and fraud. Past 8 months i am continuously doing follow ups with YATRA for payment dispute.
    some times they are saying we are unable to fetch the data, some time they said we don't received the money..

    I request to who are all reading this comments don't use Yatra for ticketing there many other merchants are available who are giving
    quality service. Yatra is using worlds worst system and worst people in their organisation who are just bother about customer service.

      We booked hotels from yatra.com the hotels were booked, money was charged but no voucher was given to us byYatra.com.The voucher they gave it says that with in 3 hours you will get the confirmation but 3 days no call or no message was given to us from Yatra.com.And now they are saying that your booking is cancelled after 3 days and from past 3 days I am calling them instantly but no revert from their side.Please take strick action against Yatra.com as requested.         Hi, This is the 2nd time i am complaining in conumer forum regarding yatra. 1. Dont care attitude of the travel agents : Firstly, the travel agents in yatra dont bother respond or call their customers. I have been trying to reach them at their call centre, but nobody picks up. And when i mail them, nobody responds. I have had issues with yatra from the day 1 of my booking. I had been given 3 set of hotels for Srlanka trip and i confirmed them and then paid an initial booking amount of Rs20000. Before paying the booking amount, i had confirmed with them regarding the final amount including hotel, flight, sightseeing and visa. After my inital booking amount, nobody called me from yatra for 5 days. I was repeatedly trying to call them, but no response. After 5 days, i got a call from the sales team that i will have to pay Rs25 per person as visa charges and i only have to process it by my own.. After a lot of fight and copying the senior managment, did they agree to do the visa processing. 2) Gave different hotels after full payment : After about a week, they got back to us saying 2 out of the 3 hotels which they gave initially are sold out and they would give us separate hotels with same category. We agreed on the 2nd batch of hotels they provided and then made the full payment. After making the full payment, nobody got to me on the status. They didnt even care to respond to my mails nor my calls. The call centre number doesnt work most of the time. They dont pick up their desk numbers. I had asked them to provide their mobile numbers, but they didnt agree. After repeatedly chasing them an submitting complaints to various Consumer forums and the higher management, we finally got the hotel vouchers 3 days before the departure. And again, 2 of the hotels were changed without even informing me. When i asked them, they said the hotels were sold out by the time they did the booking. Now these hotels are not up to the standards compared to the ones provided earlier. They are just cheating people after extorting money from them. I dont have any other choice now. 3) Their attitude has harassed me badly and i dont know whats in my store when i actually get there in srilanka. I had couple of more queries on Mirisa whale watching, but nobody has responded to my mails yet. Even the senior management is copied, but they dont even care to respond now since they have got all the money from me. I am just bothered because my parents are travelling and if they get into any issues there, nobody will come to their rescue. These guys are pathetic and have sworn, never ever to book any holiday from yatra. Also would advice people not to even think of booking any holiday packages from yatra, These guys will ruin your entire trip, right from the booking stages till the end and will extort all the money from you and then dont even loot at you.

          sir I am shocked to have reply from yatra when I asked for refund.the flight was cancelled by the airlines and it was not me who cancelled.Immediately we approached yatra helpline where we were told that you can apply for refund after the journey is complete.now i am being told that there is no refund applicable.I must say that I had to travel from chandigarh to delhi by taxi.it caused me inconvenience especially to my kids.Now If I am asking for my due refund politely I am being treated this way.Instead I should be asking for a taxi fare from chandigarh to delhi plus a compensation for harassment because of last minute cancellation.I demand an early reply and a sensible solution Regards Dr Vinish Narang yatra reference reference num YT13643377 phone number [protected], [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

          immediately after I wrote earlier complaint I got a call from the number [protected] by Mr Rahul Kumar. Initially he was reluctant to call me on an international number. then he asked me about the refund amount.then he asked me for my debit card details which I refused to give.then he told that he could not process the refund since refund can't be sent automatically into the account from which I paid.
          as far as I understand, The person should have been aware of the amount of refund and should be able to send into same account from which I paid.He said that if i told him the debit card number, I will get money in 300 seconds

          i have earlier lodged complaint through this forum around a month ago.immediately yatra personnel came into action and assured that things will be processed in 15 days.it seems that they slept over it.i even reminded them by a mail but no avail.i dont think that I wil use the services I and dont recommend to use their services to anybody

            Hello Yatra Team, I have booked a round trip from Kolkata to Port Blair from 1 April to 7 April on 31 Jan and my booking reference number is [protected]. As it was showing on your website while booking that both tickets are refundable and it is also showing now in Yatra that both of my tickets are refundable (Please find the attachment for your reference). I wanted reschedule ticket from 1 May to 7 May and when I contacted you customer care, he refused to cancel my on-ward ticket and said only return ticket I can cancel. Thereafter, your customer care agent put me in conference with Spicejet to say it is not possible to cancel the on-ward journey ticket. Could you please solve this problem?

              I booked a round trip 2014 on 16th december. I paid the amount using the EMI option and I was charged accordingly. The email I received form yatara specifies taht my payment was converted to EMI. Bu when My bill was generated by Citi bank, I was charged the whole amount. I called Citi bank and they said that no instrustion was sent by Yatra to them. I contacted ytraa on 20th January for the same and they said that tis must be some kind of mistake and they will resolve it within 48 hours. I called again a few days later and got the same answer. My payment dat for my credit card was 2nd Feb 2015. I am still waiting for any kind of response from them. My reference number is [protected]. I have been aloyal customer of yatra but after this experience, I am never going back.

                The tickets from Chennai to Portblair and back had to be cancelled for full refund, as the Spicejet cancelled the flight on 16.12.2014. I verified with Spicejet and came to know that they have credited full refund to you. I am sorry to say that till date the payment is not credited to my account. Why it is so?
                Please credit it immediately and confirm by sending me a mail.

                  Dear Yatra guy / Salman's representative, Your ads show Salman getting the best deals from any airlines. For last one month, you people couldn't manage to get my refund from spicejet for the said canceled flight on 28th Dec. I got fresh tickets at much higher price on 23rd Dec via Indigo through your portal only. I was told that it would take only one week to 10 days at the max. I called your office around 15 days after returning and still the call rep said that she is unable to process as Spicejet has not refunded. I am utterly disappointed that Yatra has not still armtwisted Spicejet to payback refund to your portal. Meanwhile all this month, your portal or agency continues to display various Spicejet flights itinerary. You are booking their flights and even getting your commissions from them. I am surprised that while you are forwarding money from customers to Spicejet, you can not refund my money back to me. You are the handlers of all Spicejet bookings from your portal. Leave aside your tall claims of getting deals, here you are not refunding money from an airline company to whom you are booking fresh customers.                     On dt.14.01.2015 I have booked one ticket for 5(five) passenger for Airindia (AI-618) PNR no.JC08L from Hyderabad to Ranchi on 28.04.2015 vide Yatra booking reference no.[protected]. on that the passenger name Mrs Suman Davi has came twice by mistake. The name Miss Anjali Agrawal should come on that ticket in place of repate entry of Mrs Suman Davi.

                      Dear Yatra here is to bring your kind request that my spice jet flight cancellation for 5jan has not been refund yet it was cancelled before 26thDec and I have even inquired with spice jet on 6th January and they said refundable money has been processed from spice jet but still I'm not getting my money it's more than 20days now.                         Dear Tear Yatra, I am facing a challenge of getting a refund of booking made by Ashish Sharma(Travel Consultant). He tried to book a round trip ticket from Delhi to Goa & Goa to Delhi, some how tiket wasn't booked but transaction happened & our money got debited. Post that we got call from Ashish saying that ticket hasn't been booked & we will get a refund, however he gave me an option of "Spice Jet", but I wasn't confident about it & I was told that he would call me next morning to book the ticket and he might have called to my wife's number. Since we were busy in some family function we couldn't answer the call & he went ahead with the Spice Jet booking. Which I felt shouldn't have been done. Whatever may be the intention of the consultant. I should have the right to say "YES" or "NO". I must say that consultant was good through out the call but his mistake in not minor, since its a matter of MONEY. I simply want my money to be refunded asap.

                          i had sent complaint YESTERDAY ALSO. ticket was booked for Gau to Delhi, for 20-2-15, reference no is[protected] in the name of Aaniv Saigal. Later i got email with ticket but with no PNR. After complaint i got message to call in particular number ie [protected], but there is no response (also in other number [protected]) although i have been calling endlessly. IS THIS A JOKE, PLAYING WITH OUR TIME and MONEY????? I have always booked from Yatra.com...this is a shocking and unwanted approach. Hence forth i WILL NOT be booking from here. I demand that i get a call immediately in [protected] or [protected]. DO NOT send me numbers i cannot connect to... Treat this as urgent

                          I booked ticket to bangalore from tanjore.It was an round trip and almost i booked it one and half month in prior.But the seats alloted was all upper birth.The preferences that i gave was lower and middle and availability was around 396 seats.My father&#039;s age is 52 and mother&#039;s age is 48.Then, what is the use of booking in prior? iam quite disappointed.I always book my ticket through yatra only, but what is the use?? on what criteria births are alloted? looking forward for the reply as soon as possible and i hope that this will be rectified in my next reservation.Thank you.

                            I booked a ticket from Yatra talking to an agent couple of days ago. The ticket which I booked was refundable fare in which change dates / cancellation refund is available after cutting off some penalty. I have the details on my email. Due to some unavoidable reasons I have to change my date of travel to next month for which I called the ticketing team. I spoke with yatra adviser named Humaira. I asked to check for the dates I wanted the booking to be amended to which is the 16th of April. She confirmed that there is no availability on the flight. I was also checking the availability of flights online from Yatra website and found lot many seats available. The adviser was unable to give me a single date in the whole month of April in which the seats were available to plan my travel. For me, I think its impossible that there is no seats available for the whole month and the availability shows full vacant for new bookings. I needed a change date in the itinerary so that I could have travelled. I was suggested to cancel the ticket and make a fresh booking as there are many seats available, but if I want to change dates this is not possible for the whole month. For me the reason for this statement from Yatra is only cuz they want to snatch more money from their customer's pocket. For cancellation of my ticket they will charge 23000 INR and then they have seats available to rebook... but to change dates they don't have even 1 seat available within the whole month of April because the change date fee will be 10000 INR only for them. So they are looking for the excess profit for 13000 if I cancel and rebook which I will not do. Will be great if someone can help me getting my itinerary date changed. These hidden facts and figures from Yatra are pathetic and don't even have any logic. Thanks SHASHI KUMAR +44 [protected]

                            Well.. My number is available 24*7... I've been taking calls everyday.. don't know how Yatra was not able to reach me. Maybe cuz its an international number and you tend not to call international numbers. That was informed to my by one of your reps on the call.
                            Anyways I had to pay 20300 INR to get the date changes done as seats were not available in the same class for date change.. But a whole lot of seats are available in the same class for new bookings. SI instead of 10000, I ended up paying 20300 unwillingly as there was no more option left.

                            Request you to please inform this to your customers while selling tickets that we have a change date option available however there's no surety if the changes will go through cuz we don't have seats available when you call for date changes.

                            Additionally the sales people... they are always after confirming the payment and not even bothering about what customer wants... at the end of every statement from them they add - so, how are you making the payment so that I can proceed to payments.. Was surprised talking to them... Thanks anyways..

                              My flight on 14th December 2014 from Delhi to Aurangabad was cancelled on 9th December. Clearly as the flight was cancelled, I am entitled to a refund. There is no rocket scienece in this. It's been a month since my flights were cancelled and I have not received a refund yet. I have called Yatra.com over 10 times but to no avail. They keep giving me excuses like 'management has not approved your refund yet', we are still awaiting confirmatin from finance departmnet etc. They are earning interest from my hard earned money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM YATRA.com. They are all thieves running illegal business.

                                DISASTROUS AND BELOW PAR SERVICE PROVIDED BY YATRA. Sir/madam, I have booked Odissa package “Blessed Odissa standard” costing approx32000 Rs on 4th Sep online as advice by yatra customer executive madam Anjali Aswalby paying advance of 8700.My departure date was 24th of December. 1) Advance booking on 4th ofSeptember as travel date was 24th of December: Advance booking done so as we get goodhotels and also there was pooja scheduled in Puri with relatives so could notbe missed. I have booked the package on 4 th of Sept. And with conditions ofthe hotels like lotus resort and fort mahodhabi. And your customer careexecutive (ANJALI ASWAL) committed for same.Yatra reference no. S-1086222. I have told customer care executiveif these hotels are available then and then book the package, and customer careexecutive committed for same.I am told for rest payment service department willcall u. 2) No call from Yatra after advance takenand some mal practice of advance taken. Since no call fromYatra and only 20 days left for departure I contacted yatra customer care, I amshocked to learn that my package was bookedfor Manilla and its over as departure date was 8th of October. I have triedfor two days to convince them that my travel dates and destination. Later Mr Neerajfrom your customer care confirm same and told me that booking in the hotels arefull you have to change hotel rooms. I asked him I havebooked on 4th of Sept and why now hotels become full, He repliedthat Yatra has booked same hotels but hotels have cancelled bookings as theygot customers with high rate paying, “ye sabto India me chalta hai.” I complaint to Yatraat all level by email but could not resolve. 3) Poor response to complaint. After lots of effortsyet one customer executives come in to picture on date 15th Dec nameMr. Ashish Kumar. He told me sorry and asked to take refund, I told him, I havebooked well in advance and all my relatives have booked their tour to Puri fordoing some rituals. He asked me to pay rest amount and I did same. Later he confirmedthe package on 18th December withnew reference no S-1342621. What about old reference no. It seems some mal practise. 4) Hotels provided in Konark and Puri wasfar below standard. Finally we startedtour and experienced disastrous service from Yatra. They provided hotelin konark name Surya Inn, to my surprise it is not hotel it is lodge. Problemswith surya Inn § It is lodge and made by converting a house to lodge, ground floor owner stay topfloor small rooms in which they kept us. § No drinking water facility in room. § As per package every day breakfast wasincluded but breakfast was not provided. § No hot water facility, hot wter was notprovided. In Puri we wereprovided Surya Beach Inn this is also budgeted hotel not a standard hotel asmentioned in package. 5) Very very poor response to customercomplaints: I have contacted no. Oftimes to customer care their response was very poor. There is no system inYatra for customer complaint no complaint no. Etc. So many time they disconnected call purposely and most of the time done by Anjali Aswal. I have complaint to Yatra but till dateno response, issue is so much inconviense, stress they provided, also moneytaken for standard package but package was lower than budget package.

                                  Hello, On 7th December I had booked a Yatra tour to Nepal (S1321431). Now that I have completed my journey I wanted to write and call out a set of complaints that I as part of my overall experience with Yatra. I also want to claim back an amount which I was unduly charged for. 1) Refund sought for Nepali Rs. 398 against the charge applied for Child breakfast at Club Himalaya in Nagarkot. Despite suggesting to the hotel authorities as well as the local tour operator (Yeti tours) I was asked to pay for the child breakfast on grounds that communication from Yatra is that I should be charged for child meals. 2) After I made the reservation and paid for the trip on 7th Dec I had few clarification questions for which I tried multiple times to reach Yatra through e-mail as well as through phone line. Neither did I receive a response to my mails nor was I able to easily get through to your phone helpline. When I did get through two times my request/questions were taken on board but I did not receive a response at all. You should be able to easily check the records of my requests for the time I was able to get through to your helpdesk. 3) I did not receive e-tickets or any other travel details till one day prior to travel when I called your emergency helpline seeking these details. Why is this the case? Shouldn’t we be getting all details of the travel well in advance? 4) Upon calling Yatra helpline I recd. an itinerary on 24 Dec which is not how the tour turned out to be. On arrival in Kathmandu we were told that our visit would start with Nagarkot, Chitwan and then Kathmandu which was the complete opposite of what Yatra's itinerary suggested. Why is there such a confusion? 5) I had to make several international calls to the local tour operator to ensure that I am not charged for child food at the other two hotels in Chitwan and Kathmandu. My local operator tells me that since Yatra did not respond to their query they have at their own behest worked with the hotels in Chitwan and Kathmandu and waived off the child meal cost. This is not acceptable despite having spent such a large sum of money with Yatra. 6) Isn’t there an easy way to escalate or raise an emergency complaint when travelling abroad? I found it extremely difficult to connect to your helpline (Option 2 for existing bookings) even when I was in India that I did not even try calling you from Nepal. Thanks, Suraj

                                    We had booked a package tour of Shimla-Manali with Yatra.com from December 24-28, 2014. Our return flight was from Delhi at 8.45 pm, which was a 14 hour drive from Manali. In spite of repeated reminders to our driver to start early at 4.30 am, he arrived only at 6 am. Heavy traffic and fog at Delhi, made us miss our flight as we reached the airport half an hour late. When we contacted a yatra agent, he was both rude and inconsiderate, telling us Yatra wasn't responsible and they won't refund or reschedule our flight and that we have to book a flight by ourselves. The flight ticket rates were extremely high, and he didn't give us any other option. Since the mistake was on yatra's part, it is upto them to accomodate for a reschedule. We were left stranded in Delhi airport, and it caused us a lot of mental trauma and physical strain. We booked a package tour with Yatra, and it is their responsibility to see through their commitment of ensuring our itinerary isn't hampered in any way. Leaving us stranded there without any form of support, for no mistake on our part, isn't what is expected out of yatra.

                                        Hi, This is Vikas Chouksey i have booked hotel through yatra.com with Sun Park Resort MANALI in the name of Mr. Vishal Chouksey date of booking was 14th dec2014 to 19 dec2014, due to heavy snowfall they were not able to move from simla to manali because road was blocked and govt was not allowed to move to manali they were waiting for 2 days to clear the road but it was not. I had discussion with yatra customer service desk regarding the same but they are not ready to refund. My Booking details with yatra is ref No.- [protected]. Can you help me with the same.                                         Reference to my above complaint,

                                        I am not getting any update regarding my complaint, I wrought first mail to Yatra on 16/12/2014 regarding my Rs.12845/- refund, same day I got the mail from "Rohit Juyal" Yatra Team that was "We are checking for possible cancellation under ref - [protected] with Sun Park Resort MANALI.
                                        Please allow us some time." After that I was waiting for reply from yatra but I didn't get any update regarding the same than send the mail to yatra "Mr. Rohit Juyal" on 20/12/2014 and 23/12/2014 after the last mail got the reply from Mr. Rohit Juyal that was
                                        "We have spoken to Ms.Kamna from hotel for same &amp; they are not agreed for any refund." Than on 27/12/2015 complained to consumer complaint.

                                        It's almost one month over but nothing is happening from yatra the amount is big for me so request you to please do the needful.
