Hi, This is DEBASISH MANDAL i have booked hotel through yatra.com with HOTEL KAMALA (BHUBANESWAR) in the name of DEBASISH MANDAL, & NITYA MANDAL date of booking was 26th dec2014 to 27th dec2014, Booking Reference Number - [protected], we reached HOTEL at 4.30 PM, but hotels Manager/ owner not provide hotel rooms.after all we gone another hotel (HOTEL SAMBIT PLACE)so i request you refund my money with local conveyance and harassment and extra charges paid by us in Hote Sambit Place amounting Rs. 5000.00. Please take action earlier.

Anyways I had to pay 20300 INR to get the date changes done as seats were not available in the same class for date change.. But a whole lot of seats are available in the same class for new bookings. SI instead of 10000, I ended up paying 20300 unwillingly as there was no more option left.
Request you to please inform this to your customers while selling tickets that we have a change date option available however there's no surety if the changes will go through cuz we don't have seats available when you call for date changes.
Additionally the sales people... they are always after confirming the payment and not even bothering about what customer wants... at the end of every statement from them they add - so, how are you making the payment so that I can proceed to payments.. Was surprised talking to them... Thanks anyways..
