YATRA can not handle offers, sales and ties up's as per my recent experience. There is a tie-up between Yatra and Flipkart wherein if something is bought from Flipkart. Customers get full cash back of that amount. You will get code of that amount which can be applied in Yatra.com as a ecash. I did shop from Flipkart multiple times and did receive code for some of the purchase. I had applied codes in Ecash and eventully, I had 3059 approximately. This was the first time ever, I was dealing with YATRA and you let me down in very first time. 1. I received a massage that 755 ecash has been debited from your account t and I was shocked why? I called in customer care they asked me to drop an email to [protected]@yatra.com. I did the same however, I received only one email stating will revert on this. I am waiting for response from last 4 to 6 days. Trouble No - 2 Currently I have 2434 in my acconot a. I also received a massage that your ecash is ready to use however I am not able to redeem since I am not getting payment option to reedem ecash. Technically, why I am unable to use it? One side you are asking me to use and on the other hand no body knows how to use it or how to make payment so not help at all. The point here is, first of all you will have to waist time with Flipkart (since not received code for some of the purchase ) and then you have to waist time with YATRA. I am saying this thing since no body is helping. You are not giving offers to us but yes you are giving us trouble here. If it will not be by Flipkart in some cases, then it will be by YATRA. In my case, trouble is from both side. I wanna ask that we pay, we buy but no body hears us when we face trouble. I wanna ask we keep getting promotional offers everyday once we buy anything but what about our complaints when we sent an email, we don't get any kind of massages that we are working on your issue. My question here is : 1.Why does all terms and conditions applies to customer? 2. Why do you break terms and conditions and ask others to stick to it? 3. Why do you only interested with your profit and earning but not about our complaints? This is the question that remained unanswered and would love to hear from you. Why I am following UP since I could have bought from other sites which were offering less then Flipkart however I purchased from Flipkart because of that offer. I had to book a hotel a month back for November but I thought that let this code be activated I will probably save some money because of this offer. I could not save money but on the other hand rate got increased while I was waiting for code to be activated. Neither code got activated nor received code for new purchased. Eventully, these offers may save some bucks but sometime can make you in trouble which is very frustrated. Please beware from these sort of offers.     I, have booked return air ticket Visakhapatnam - chennai - visakhapatnam for me and my wife on[protected]. Date of journey 3-8-2015 by 6E 512 and return on 5-8-2015 by 6 E 557. Ticket reference no. is FDFM7H. First i tried to pay through SBI debit card but it shown an error stating that it could not process. Then i paid by ICICI Credit card and the process is success and got my ticked. But i received a massage from both the banks that they debited Rs.9586/- to my account.Being 20th is Sunday, I went to SBI Bank on Monday and found that they debited Rs.9586 to my account.
    As the amount is paid twice to you for the same ticket, I request you to kindly pay me back my excess amount paid by me as early as possible.
    Hope you will do me this favor.

      Dear All,

      I need your help regrading a matter where I booked tour package for my Bother in Law through Yatra.com of Rs.3.15 Lac.

      I have booked Yatra Super saver 11 night 12 days for London, Italy & Paris Package on[protected] for travelling on[protected].
      Through we weren't sure of booking tickets at such short interval, Yatra.com team claimed none of the VISA applied by them has been refused yet and will make necessary arrangements in most feasible way. The company was only responsible for our Visa and other formalities while applying they have mentioned wrong information regarding our financial position and salary slip.
      Yatra.com were not aware of the minimum amount required in travelers account for travelling to European country because of which our Visa was refused.
      Later on the date of refusal company executive confirmed our tickets being aware of whole situation and as per UK norms we were not required to gets our ticket booked prior VISA was approved.
      When I confronted him for the misconduct Mr. Abhishek & Mr. Sonu Kumar said neither Company is responsible for refusal nor have refund policy.
      Though they were solely responsible for VISA as they have claimed earlier.
      As for now we cannot travel as we don't have our VISA nor they are refunding my money all over, because of their negligence I would loose a substantial amount of mine.

            This is in reference to the mischievous attitude of customer service representatives and the misleading advertising that Yatra.com is engaging in. I've a couple of serious complaints. 1. Yatra Assurance - While i purchased a ticket yesterday(Booking Date - 13 Jul 2015 16:37) and the price dropped (same flight) by over 1600 today (14th July 21:00), I called Yatra.com to claim the refund that they should give me according to Yatra Assurance and but the customer service lady told me me that, this is not applicable to low cost carriers WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN THE TERMS OF THIS OFFER AT ALL. Infact, most flights to UAE are low cost like Indigo, spiceJet, GoAir etc. She suggested the copy she has of the terms suggests so and she cannot do anything, but this is nothing short of pathetic because Yatra.com cannot advertise one set of terms for customers on the website and have a different set of terms at their end. I was getting a better, most hassle free deals on others sites but opted for Yatra.com due to this offer...And other sites like GoIbibo or MMT have very polite customer service staff. 2. When I purchased the ticket their app (fly dubai) FZ-Fly Dubai432 New Delhi 31 Jul 2015, 04:00 - Dubai 31 Jul 2015, 06:10, up until the time I received a copy of the ticket in my inbox, it had no mention of the fact, that I'd need to purchase check-in baggage allowance seperately, which is again akin to dupin unsuspecting customers. The customer rep, argued with me that these terms are listed but having gone from page one to payment page again, another 10 odd times, I can assure you they're not listed anywhere on the app. I refuse to pay this charge, as this is no more than a case of cheating, the way I see it. Please be careful of Buying international flights on Yatra.com - as they charge for checkin baggage on ome flights and don't mention this while booking. They are very notorious with other hidden charges too. Needless to say, I've had a terrible experience. I suppose gone are the days when Yatra.com was a trusted brand for consumers.

              I booked ticket with reference No.[protected]. The amount was deducted b ut ticket was not confirmed. Yatra representative called me to charge extra amount for the same ticket by saying that the ticket amount has been increased. When I told him to return my money, they told it will take another 5-7 business days to revert back. How to book the new ticket without the money, if they will refund it back in 5-7 days. Why cant it be done immidiately when they can take it from me immidiately.

                My name is Sudipto Kundu and i booked a return flight from Calcutta to Calgary on 9th July 2015. only after going through all the details about each and every timings and prices accordingly. Yatra.com gave me the confirmation no.[protected]. I am going to travel with my 9 years kid Suchana Kundu hence, i selected a flight schedule that would take the minimum hours to travel from the displayed schedules. Unfortunately i saw the departure time from Calcutta that i selected was changed from evening to morning 06:45 hrs when they sent me the E-Ticket. The departure time i selected was 20:15 hrs on 19th Oct. from Calcutta so that i don't have to wait much for our connecting flight from New Delhi onwards as because i will be traveling with a child. My connecting international flight is at 03:10 hrs on 20th Oct. Now if we reach New Delhi in the morning we will have to wait for more than 12 hours and that will be a great suffering for my child so please either you re-schedule with my flight that i selected while booking or you provide us a hotel near airport in New Delhi. that what i requested Yatra customer care but though they made the fault they are asking more money for re-scheduling the flight.                       This is to bring notice to everyone about the disgraceful experience I had with Yatra.com recently. I intended to book travel tickets to Goa on 26th May. The price was 1, 500 and the offer said the ticket is only 1 rupee, we need to pay 1500 and 1499 is cashback to the yatra account. total 11 thousand rupees was deducted from my debit card automatically without any intimidation(permission). When i tried to clarify with Yatra customer care, there was no proper response from their end. We are very disappointed with the service and want everyone to know about such fraudistic approach of Yatra and warn others. Please be careful when you use such sites - they claim to be offering the lowest price but are indeed offerring a higher price when compared to other similar sites.                           I am relay not happy with yatra.com as their way of handling their customers is really pathetic. on may 25th 2015 I booked my tickets for 6 passenger for delhi to goa and return tickets from goa to delhi. Recently yatra.com received a call from stating she is one of the co-passenger and they cancelled 2 of the tickets just by doing their basic procedure of verification. I came to know about the cancellation on july 3rd 2015 late night when I was just checking my hotel booking. spoke to yatra.com rep on july the 4th 2015 he informed it is not possible to cancel the tickets with confirming the mode of payment and last four of my card number no matter whosoever calls to cancel the tickets. I requested for call from supervisor. however I did not received a call. finally I called back yatra.com in evening. spoke to their supervisor named simran. she informed we cannot listen to call recording for that cancellation due to technical problems. she informed that I will receive a call from one of her another supervisor working their. we scheduled a call back time for 11am however as happened earlier I did not received any call back. finally I called yatra in night. spoke to supervisor and his name was MR. AMIT KUMAR. one of the worst experience I had with him because after we listened to the calls it was confirmed the details were not verified. he then said sir the basic verification was done so we cancelled the booking. yatra.com did not even confirmed any of the major details before cancellation such as last four of card number or even DOB of the lady making call just to confirm that it is a valid co-passenger they are talking to but MR. KUMAR was just stuck that the rep atleast confirmed my phone number and email address. this is very basic thing of a person that so many people might know about anyone they know. he was rude, not co-operative at all, while the conversation he was cross questioning me despite of giving resolution to me or answering my questions. when I asked him that I want to file complaint for him for his misbehaviour he went and filed a complaint for another supervisor I spoke to earlier, in the later of call I informed his the call is about to get disconnected so please call me back. MR. AMIT KUMAR then replied his shift is over so he will not call back and finally the call got disconnected. Today morning when I requested to speak to supervisor a call back was arranged for me, however as happened before I did not received any call back. atlast I called back yatra.com my call was placed on hold for more than 30mins because the supervisor went on break even after know I was waiting to speak to them and I was even informed that supervisor is saying that call back is arranger for manday from their senior management so there is no use of talking to any supervisor today. once again call got disconnected. got so pissed off from yatra.com that I decided to call back.. once again was on hold for atleast more than 15mins spoke to supervisor. she also said they have atleast confirmed basic details so they did not confirmed last 4 of my card number or even DOB of co-passenger just to make sure they are talking to legitimate person. still I have received no resolution from yatra.com and I am finally informed one of manager will call back tomorrow. yatra.com after ignoring their protocol they are not ready to accept their mistake that should have confirmed the details properly is actually cross questioning me as if I am a theif. this is how I am getting stress from you guys and just because of you guys I now need to cancel my hotel and cruise booking and more loss of money to me just because you guys did not followed the protocol. need a resolution.

Twice, while trying to reschedule my flight from Kolkata to Hyderabad (06.10 flight to 18.30 flight), my account was debited but the transaction wasn't successful. I got a fatal error after both the rescheduling attempts: Tried different banks but the issue seems to be with Yatra.com as I'm getting the same error every time.                                 my Reference no [protected] i booked my ticket on 16-jun-2015 from Mumbai and harare on 18-jun-2015 and my return ticket was on 2-jul-2015.Due to some reason i need to leave harare on 29-jun-2015.So on the 28-jun-2015 i called yaatra customer care and due to some miscommunication instead of booking my ticket on 29-jun-2015 they booked my ticket on 30-jul-2015 and to rechedule this they also deducted rs 5858. I was in hurry so i didn't have time to look at my ticket as i need to leave for airport there when i reached mumbai they said u r travelling on 30-jul-2015 so now u have to pay 87$ as a penalty i paid that .i called up yaatra and now they are not even listening to me nor they are providing me the conversion between me and the customer service i request you to look at this issue and raise a complaint agaist same

                                    I have booked my Holdiays with Yatra for Manali for 3 members. The poor experience started just from the day 1 where in the VOLVO seats which were booked has been changed without prior notice and we were forced to travel on different seats. HOtel which was claimed to be a 3 star has given below grade rooms, Full day CAB was booked for total tour package but was not provided on day 3 and half day on day 5. Rohtang tour was planned on day 3 at 5 am with exclusive vehicle for which on last moment at 8pm a day before forcefully asked to travel by Bus which was denied looking at young daughter was there and i was forced to cancel the Rohtang tour for which full money was charged by Yatra. Total shortcomings on Yatra part where Hotel was given with lower than promised quality and nothing has been done after registering the complaint also. Same was with the travel agent of YATRA as change in seat in Volvo, 1 Day no CAB given, 1 Day Half day CAB was provided. With all This i have gone through a lot of mental agony with YATRA. Total Disappointed with the kind o[censored]nprofessional approach of such a big name. Atleast they should not refund 50% of my tour cost as compensation for mental harassment.

                                      Dear Sir, I Am Vivek Arya holding Ac no [protected] In SBI Bank, Phadnis colony, INdore, I Tried to book a Flight ticket from Indore to Bhubaneswar Dated 18 June 2015 at 5.43.41 pm, while processing for the ticket, I made a successful transaction in the account of AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD of Rs.4396.00, with Journal No. 43886816, which got credited to your account on the same day for which the Txn. Amt was 21621391.27, but after transaction the page was expired and the reservation was not confirmed. I made numerous complaints to the customer care executives and also provided the bank statement for my ac the journal no and their ac statement as well. As evidential document of the confirmation from the bank that the money has transferred to their Account with the journal no 43886816. They have asked me to check with my bank people and they have assured me that the money is already transferred into the account of Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. Ac no. [protected] and also shown me the money transfer journal no. They are in my full support, they also said that Yatra.com is not willing to check/Return the money that's why they are giving such absurd replies. I have called several times at the Customer care Desk, though I haven't got any positive turn up from your end. But they are not ready to listen up my calls. they make me wait for half an hour on the calls to get connected, and once the call gets connected they assure me with the processure to be conducted and they never turn back I am waiting since last 8 days though they committed to get my money back in 48 working hours Maximum. Kindly check with all the attached documents in support to my issue. And help me to get my money back.

                                      Please, help me to get my money back, please treat as a serious issue, this yatra people are taking me for granted..
                                      Despite of sending the Ac statement on 24 and 25 june of my sbi ac [protected] and the avenue india pvt ltd Ac which is the payment gateway for yatra.com and the Ac no is [protected]which they are holding, people sitting at the senior escilation team asked me to send the bank statement again today on 27 june. This is the investigation they have made in last three days..
                                      They are not willing to pay my money back, they just send me a mail money not charged, mentioned in my last complaint..
                                      All i need is money with interest now along with compensation to the harassment they made to me from last 9 days with all my mobile bill.
                                      Please help to get my problem solved and get my money back.
