मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 03 नवम्बर 2015 को yatra.com से Hotel Castle Bera, Pali की दो दिनों 13 से 15 नवम्बर की बुकिंग Booking Ref: YT15812158 से करवाई गई इसका बुकिंग कन्फर्मेशन उसी दिन mail से Hotel Contact Detail के साथ प्राप्त को गया; इस हेतु मेरे द्वारा 25330/- रुपए का भुगतान hotel तथा yatra.com सर्विस चार्जेज हेतु किया गया
दिनांक 04 नवम्बर को जब hotel से संपर्क किया गया तो पता चला की इस दौरान सारे रूम book हो चुके है और इस हेतु yatra.com को सूचित करने के बाद भी इसके द्वारा बुकिंग की जारही है; और hotel रूम देने मै असमर्थ है
उसी दिन yatra.com के contact no. [protected] पर बताने पर जवाब मिला की peak tourist season में high डिमांड के कारण hotel sold out show कर higher बुकिंग अमाउंट के लिए ऐसा करती है; हम आपको जल्द ही hotel से संपर्क कर जवाब देंगे. hotel से हमें sold out के लिए mail भी प्राप्त हुआ है
दिनांक 6 नवम्बर को yatra.com से दूसरी hotel के लिए ऑफर आया जो की Bera जहा की booking करवाई गई से लगभग 100 km दूर थी
इसके बाद 7 और 8 नवम्बर को yatra.com से बार बार संपर्क करने पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं आया 8 नवम्बर को yatra.com की site विजिट करने पर पता चला की अभी भी यहाँ hotel castle Bera में 13-15 नवम्बर के लिए 1 room available बता बुकिंग के लिए उपलब्ध था.
इस से ऐसा लगा की hotel से yatra.com की बात हो गई है और hotel बुकिंग confirm है; 08 नवम्बर को yatra.com को mail पर बता दिया गया की इससे confirm है कि मेंरे द्वारा की गई Booking confirm है
इस mail के बाद 9 नवम्बर को yatra.com द्वारा दूसरी hotel हेतु mail आया जो की Book की गई hotel से 10 km दुरी पर ही थी; yatra.com द्वारा इस दुरी का भी विवरण mail में किया गया; इसके बाद मेरे द्वारा mail से इस hotel की बुकिंग हेतु सहमति दे दी गई; तथा बुकिंग कन्फर्मेशन हेतु लिखा गया; 10 नवम्बर को कन्फर्मेशन mail के लिए वापस mail किया गया
इसके साथ 10 नवम्बर को contact no. [protected] पर संपर्क करने पर पता चला की yatra.com तथा hotel से मध्य बात चल रही है और जल्द ही कन्फर्मेशन mail कर दिया जायेगा; पर 10 नवम्बर को yatra से कोई जवाब नहीं आया
11 नवम्बर को yatra.com से संपर्क करने पर बताया गया की hotel बुकिंग confirm स्टेज पर है; परन्तु 11 नवम्बर को भी yatra.com से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला
अब मेरे पास केवल 12 नवम्बर का दिन था और 13 नवम्बर को मुझे परिवार सहित Bera जाना था पर पुरे भुगतान तथा सर्विस चार्ज देने के बाद भी बुकिंग का कन्फर्मेशन नहीं था
12 नवम्बर को दोपहर 12 बजे contact no. [protected] पर संपर्क किया गया तो लम्बे Hold के बाद जवाब मिला की मुझे अगले 2 घंटे में कन्फर्मेशन मिल जायेगा परन्तु 4 बजे तक yatra.com से कोई जवाब नहीं आया; 4 बजे संपर्क करने पर जवाब मिला की कन्फर्मेशन 6 बजे मिल जायेगा; 6 बजे तक कोई जवाब ना आने पर वापस संपर्क करने पर जवाब मिला की आपकी बुकिंग confirm है और आपको अगले 10 मिनीट में बुकिंग कन्फर्मेशन mail मिल जायेगा; परन्तु इसके दो घंटे बाद भी कोई जवाब नहीं जब वापस संपर्क किया गया तो ऐसे जवाब मिला की जैसे बुकिंग confirm है और कहा गया की आपको अगले 10 मिनिट में कन्फर्मेशन आ जायेगा; इसके बाद yatra.com को mail से भी इस घटना का mail कर; बुकिंग कन्फर्मेशन हेतु आग्रह किया गया
परन्तु 13 नवम्बर सवेरे 9 बजे तक yatra.com द्वारा ना कोई संपर्क किया गया और नहीं कन्फर्मेशन mail मिला; yatra.com द्वारा 12.45 पर mail से सूचना मिलती है की due to over booking on my selected dates; my booking cannot be confirm( This was for Hotel Which was booked on 03rd Nov. and get confirmation). And they are consider it as special case and will made 100% refund.

--- With whole incidence I can say few things about yatrs.com
1) They had book any Sold Out Hotel with booking confirmation mail. With a term that if I want to cancel my booking no refund will be made.
2) If Hotel was sold out. I have to contact this; yatra.com will never contact with me.
3) For alternate option I have to made number of contacts with yatra.com they don't bother for your booking.
4) Even after knowing that Hotel was sold out; they will continue their booking to capture more and more customers like me.
5) They had commit that my booking is confirm and I will get confirmation with in next 5-10 min. but in actual I received confirmation of cancellation of booking at time of my check in.

Now for Cheating done by yatra.com with me and for spoiling my Holidays due to continuous wrong commitments and harassment by them; I need compensation from them.

    Yatra is taking care only for make booking only. They will never worried about the cancellation or refund of money. I feel very bad o[censored]sing their service by paying extra money without any support. Hence forth, I have planned to do the booking directly with the concerned(airlines or hotels). It will help me to get the things done in time.

      Hi, I am avira jose. I have posted in yatra.com forum but the responce is in vain. I have tried booking a flight ticket from kochi to kolkata for 21-11-15 on 16-11-15. But the cASH WAS DEDUCTED AND TICKET IS NOT BOOKED. After my online transaction i got a phone call from your executive saying your ticket will be booked and conformation will be sent to your mail. Till now i haven, t got any response. So now i can, t book any other ticket without knowing the status of this one. So please do therequired... Regards, Avirajosee

        In respect of reference no YH2201195 in respect of Goa package Yatra.com Promise us 3star hotel but given zero star hotel no light in staircase no intercome in room no bucket in bathroom TV not working electricity wires were broken tickets &car not provided timely really they cheated us instead of enjoying we were facing problem all the days we were given hotel 4_5 km in lonely place in remote area no person was around except street dog. Company not providing compensation

          I have booked a train ticket from yatra.com, i didn't receive any confirmation email or ticket but received a text message that 611 rs are withdrawn from my state bank of Hyderabad account. text message is " thanks for using your debit card at yatra online pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon INDtxn#[protected]. please help me to get refund.

            I had booked flights tickets to travel from Pondicherry to Bangalore and Bangalore to Pondicherry on Wednesday, October 7, 2015

            AI - 9509 - Friday 30, october 2015 Bangalore to Pondicherry

            Payment Details:

            Total flight Price is Rs. 7498
            Travel Insurance is Rs. 177
            Online Processing Fee is Rs. 350
            Total Paid is Rs. 8025
            Payment mode - Debit card

            Airindia cancelled flight services on 27.10.2015 and 30.10.2015. I had to travel by bus from Pondicherry to Bangalore and back, as it was essential.

            I had sent SMS to ytinfo 071015F24713 : to 56161
            But no reply is recieved so far
            Please help to get the refund Rs. 8025 from Yatra. com Agency.

              I had earlier booked an international flight from Yatra.com and read the full terms and conditions of it. It says that when we find a identical itinerary with a lower price until the day before our journey, the difference will be refunded.

              I found a ticket with exactly the same itinerary in Yatra.com itself after some days and yesterday I called the Yatra hotline and I told them. The Yatra representative told me take screenshots of those flight information and sent him and also to [protected]@yatra.com. He verified the details and send me they will validate and intimate me. I asked him repeatedly that whether he wants any other information from my end. He said no.

              But today another representative wrote me from [protected]@yatra.com the following

              We would like to inform you that we need payment page screenshot without that we are unable to assist you.Choose flight then click on BOOK NOW then you will be on payment page.

              Its very strange. They are finding the way out of this. Thats what they are basically doing. And I tried to call him on the number he gave, I couldnt reach him. First of all, I had sent him the flight information screenshot which shows everything from Flight no. and timing and stops. Moreover, I asked the guy, is there anything else that I should send.? He said no.

              I need a resolution for this.

              Very good Yatra. Keep it up. If I don't get the refund, I will take this to the next level.

                I booked e-Ticket Mumbai to Kochi & return Booking Reference No.301015F99886 for dt 8/11/2015 to 13
                /11/2015, when I get mail copy of same I came to know that the date on it was 8/05/2016 & 13/05/2016
                I inquire about this mistake to Go Air Company No.[protected] on 3/11/2015 from my LL no.[protected], they told me contact your booking agent, so I mail yatra.com on 4/11/2015.Again I phoned Yatra customer care No.[protected], They denies their mistake & ask me cancel the ticket & deduct the penalty, It is near about Rs.14000/- from my booking amount Rs.21444/-
                So this is unfair & unethical practice
                They refund me all booking amount

                    Never ever use yatra.com for any kind of bookings in your life. This complaint is in benefit to all who have used or wish to yatra.com.

                    During this season all the competing online third party online services for booking flight tickets and hotels are experiencing peak loads. Yatra.com one of the biggest cheat in this market is refreshing their website every five minutes to fluctuate the rates with new fight options and high rates every 5 minutes. This do not leave customers to even complete the booking at the same price they saw. Addtionally so many pop-ups on teh website makes it difficult to be on a single page to complete the booking

                    Due to this, while i was trying to book tickets errorneously my tickets got booked from different destination. I immediately called customer care and the lady told me i will 9762 as my refund after all cancellations..

                    Now when i cancelled the ticket the refund is 8470.

                    I cant understand why is this so.

                    My yatra booking reference is : 021115f47538

                    I know nothing will happen even now also after seeing so many complaints here on consumer forum.

                    Yatra literally is a company with zero customer satisfaction and 100% money minded policies.

                    Lets the yatra rest in peace.
                    I hope i get the money back i.e. Rs.8470 back in my bank account. I am scared to get this amount back as i have filed complaint against them now.

                      I booked a European tour with Yatra.com in June 2015. The tour was scheduled for November and they waited till October to request my passport for Visa processing. Meanwhile they did not forget to ask me to do the full payment. And now today, they say that the VISA is rejectred and according to their policy if the cancellation is before 15 days, they charge 100% of the cost as cancellation fee. I understand that VISA was rejected but why did you have to wait till October to request my passport. If the cancellation was before 30-15 days of the travel, I would have at least got 50% of the money back. Now tell me why I should be charged the whole amount as cancellation fee. I begged and borrowed money after the pursuits of Mr. Manpreet Singh and Ms. Monisha Sharma who handled my bookings. They said what they had to say but did not say anything when I asked about why they waited till the last month to take my passport. I hope i get some kind of justice from this forum.

Embassy has a specific time limit calculated from date of travel and Visa can not be applied before that duration. As per T&Cs booking was nonrefundable. Hence, we are unable to process the refund.

                      Well shouldn't the customers be aware of this policy? Because as you see in the email mailed on Oct 7, was I intimated about the cancellation policy. I received the Booking Form with terms and conditions on October 7th which is 4 months after i paid the booking amount and one month before I am supposed to travel. How am I supposed to make a decision when you send the form ONE MONTH before I am supposed to travel and when I am way out of your cancellation policy where I will get some money if things don't work out.

                      45 days or more- Booking Fees deposit
                      Between 44-31 days: 25% of the total tour cost
                      Between 30-15 days- 50% of the total tour cost
                      Less than 15 days – 100% cancellation
                      The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional
                      cost or any fees relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of
                      air tickets or other arrangement not done through the company.
                      The company reserve the rights to forfeit the booking deposit
                      and any other actual expenses over and above booking deposit
                      in case of any cancellation (including visa rejection) and refund

                      UPDATE: Since they did not want to respond to my legitimate questions, YATRA.com has deleted my thread altogether from their official complaint forum. Is this how you treat your clients? You take Rs. 200, 000 from me, mess up my whole travel experience and when i raise questions you shut my page up???

                      I request one and all you come to this page- Do not go for these guys. I have had a much better experience with makemytrip.com who behave in the utmost professional way.

                      P.S: I am not going to take this lying down. I will be fighting for my rights again and again. I am going to name and shame the two people who are responsible for my current situation- MANPREET SINGH & MONISHA SHARMA. They are the ones who made sure i paid the booking amount without showing me the cancellation policy and thereby ruin everything in the end.

                      You keep on saying the same thing again and again while you conveniently deviate from my question. Why didn't you make clear of your policies before asking me to pay the first installment?

                      And why didn't you let me know that this is how the visa process works- that you can only apply for the visa exactly 30 days before I travel? I paid in July for a trip in November so that there is ample time in between to get the work done and if it doesn't work I get the money back. If you do not tell me that, whose fault is it? How am i supposed to know of all this if you do not inform me? If i had to find it all by myself why should I consider you to help me plan my travel? We approached you for your services because we could not do it by ourselves and we expect you to charge us a fee for helping us out. And this is how you behave??

                        I did a flight booking online on yatra.com for me and my family Bangalore to Jaipur on 24th October 2015 which cost Rs 33, 815.00. While making this booking after the transaction was complete (I used netbanking) thought the transaction showed as successful on my bankers website yatra's website prompted that transaction was failed saying something like timed out or session expired. Immediately after this I got a call from one of the agents or representative of yatra and he told me to redo the transaction and he told me that the first transaction amount would be refunded and I should check with my banker. So I went ahead and did another transaction of Rs 33, 815.00. When I check with my banker, they informed me that the transaction was successful and my money has reached yatra.com they also gave a reference number for the transaction which is[protected] and[protected]. I tried calling yatra.com support on the same issue but every time I call them . I here the same thing we are sending email to concerned team and we will will get back to you in 24 hours but no luck .this takes me to post a complain here. I need yatra to act on it ASAP and refund my money.

                          Regarding a refund for Booking Reference Number - 290915F68088

                          I'm awaiting for almost 2 weeks for a refund from Yatra towards fare difference. Yatra is running a promotion called "assurance" to refund the difference if the prices go down. I'm expecting a refund as the price went down for almost 8k and called them multiple times but no luck

                            i have booked 2 delux rooms in hotel krunji meridian, kodaikanal FROM YATRA.COM on 19sept 2015 for 23rd oct to 24th oct 2015and i have paid the full amount that yatra charged .but when the passengers tried to check in the hotel on 23ed oct 2015 the hotel management denied that yatra has not provided them the booking amount AND BECAUSE OF THAT PASSENGERS HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR 2.30 HRS .                               I don't understand about your technical glitch, very simply, i know just that i booked a very important ticket successfully, and you have cancelled that ticket and asked form more money than mentioned, it is clearly fraud.
                              Book my ticket as soon as possible for the same destination. Don't pose excuses by framing technical glitch or whatever, whatever it was why i have to suffer for that. It was your problem not mine. i want my ticket, and how dare you, to cancel my ticket without my permission, here again it's case of fraud.

                                Hi I have made my hotel booking on 2nd Oct for 4 nights in Goa to spend a vacation with my Pregnant wife. When I landed at airport, nobody come to pick me. On calling yatra numerous times, finally I was told that the booking which I did is now not available with the hotel and I can go for any other hotel and yatra would refund my amount later.
                                I asked them for refund confirmation mail which they said that its already in process. Till date I have not received any refund. My statement has been generated and due date is pretty close.

                                Yatra customer service is pathetic and their staff are not upto mark. I would give zero rating to yatra in all fields.

                                So YATRA i book a Flight from your site and just before the day of departure u cancel it and give option of refund only !! Just bcz of YATRA one has to pay 4 times the normal airfare !! Same with Hotel booking on YATRA !!

                                  Hello, I had booked a NON-AC Double Bed room in Hotel Kavitha Residency, Mangalore on night on 20th OCT for a stay of 3 nights from 22nd OCT to 25th OCT. Booking reference number is [protected]. At the time of booking there were rooms available as per shown in yatra website.The money got deducted and i even got CONFIRMATION MAIL / MESSAGE / Vocher /INvoice from YATRA. However, On 21st OCT morning I called up hotel kavitha residency to get confirmation on booking. And the reply i got from hotel was, "THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BOOKINGS FROM YATRA". I have the booking confirmation Invoice with me, my money got deducted and hotel staff telling me that they haven't received any booking from YATRA. And YATRA did not even felt necessary to INTIMATE me in any form about this. The response from CUSTOMER CARE of yatra was crap. I had to wait for 10 mins before someone answerd me. Then i was put on hold for 5 more minutes before they made enquiries. Then i was told that a suitable replacement will be searched for and will be booked for no extra cost for me. This was at morning 11 AM. I have called them back 3 times from 11 AM to 5:45 PM. And still they have not found ANY HOTELS in MANGALORE for me to stay for 3 days. Now they are asking me to wait till 10 PM. (After escalating multiple times and after talking to their manager.) Later at 8:30 PM i was given a alternative which is located FAR AWAY FROM CITY and by any means not comparable to the one which i had booked. I mean i had heard of getting UPGRADES..but YATRA is the only site which will offer a DOWNGRADED service because of their fault and they want us to accept it. There are more than 15 hotels listed in YATRA WEBSITE for MANGALORE which are showing ROOMS AVAILABLE. I personally called up couple of hotels to check availability of rooms and got positive response. (Ofcourse the UPGRADED versions.) I even asked YATRA that i will do my bookings and provide them with bill if they can reimburse my expenses.. But this seems to be not an option for them. I want my FULL REFUND along with the SUITABLE COMPENSATION for my trouble of following up with YATRA's CRAPPY CUSTOMER SUPPORT and having left mw with NO ACCOMODATION RESERVED at the end of the day before my arrival in MANGALORE.                                   Thank you very much yatra for providing me with an alternate booking. Definitely this helped me to execute my travel plans better. Just listing out few points. 1) Yatra told they will search for a alternative. But apparently they couldnt find any rooms, 2) I myself called up couple of hotels and learned that rooms were available. (Upgraded option.) 3) End of the day, Yatra told me to book my accomodation myself and they would refund the full amount of my second booking, The customer service representative i talked at last was polite and he was willing to help. I appreciate that. All other representatives i talked to that day were just evasive and buying time for themselves. I got my issue resolved and even got the full refund back in my account just in 2 days. Thank you very much.

                                      We tried to book a ticket from Delhi to Jaipur using Yatra .com. Rs.10, 148 was debited from my account but the confirmation on the booking was not received. After talking to customer care, they suggested I do the booking again to get the refund of the first ticket. I did the second booking, same thing happened again. I did not get any confirmation on the ticket booking. After contacting the customer care, they repeated the same thing. Now after two hours, i have no tickets and Rs20, 296 has been debited from my account. Detail of Transaction: 1. INR 10148 debited on[protected] at 13.58.53 2.                                         Hi, I earlier booked a ticket from Mumbai to Hangzhou through yatra.com but i had to cancel the ticket more than a day before because of visa issues. Initially when i spoke to yatra customercare, they confirmed that cancellation charges are around 6400Rs and i confirmed them to cancel the ticket. It was around 28hours when i confirmed cancellation. Later i followed up with them to ensure that its cancelled but no response. When i followed up again, they increased cancellation charges to 10, 100Rs with some excuse. I raised a complaint and no one responded. Let me know if i can send you full email communication
