I booked two premium suits in CSM, Goa on 2nd Oct 2015 and paid the full amount. The web site advertised that the rooms are with sea view (Screenshot attached). But when I called the hotel they informed me that the booked rooms are not sea facing. I wrote several mails to yatra regarding this and raised a complain[protected] in their web site thereafter. First three mails were not even replied to and in response of my complain I got a couple of mails saying that they are looking into the matter.       Hi, This complaint is regarding the hotel booking. We had to book a hotel as we were travelling to Munnar. When checked in Yatra, we booked Mountain Fog's which was represented as 3-Star hotel. Kindly find the pictures attached. To cross check when we checked the same on the previous day of travel we found that yatra had cheated us by showing us the wrong pictures of the hotel. When we contacted the customer care representatives, they had asked for 2 hours time to help us out with the problem they had. When contacted after 2 hours, they were rude to us and they asked us to check prior to booking. But, its obvious that Yatra is a brand and they can't be fooling us with fake listing. It's not practical that we check the hotel listing until we physical go there. Later, they asked to click the picture of the hotel and if it turns out to be fake, they would refund the money. So we have the proof now on the resort. Kindly find the links and attachment of the pictures for the same. Please find the mail communicated too across them. Below are the the links of resorts The picture which has been uploaded by owner is related to www.thefogmunnar.com/ and the original pics of hotel you can find into the ww2.etownmunnar.com/mountain-fogs We are still waiting for their reply and they have not replied yet. We need the complete reimbursement. We were charged - more than 15K for last minute booking because of their fault.

        Yatra reference number[protected].
        I booked my bus ticket from yatra.com for Paulo travels for date 21/09/2015 having yatra reference no. 15345984 and PNR no. P[protected] from goa to bangalore which was to pick me from paulo office in margao near margao ktc. The booking ticket shows the bus was supposed to pick me up at 21:16 from margao. On 21st, at 20:00 I recieved a call from paulo travels that the bus is leaving from margao, which can't wait any further.
        On enquiry and continuous calling paulo travels, they said ther's only 1 bus for bangalore @ 19:50 from Margao which had its starting point at Panaji at 1915 hrs.
        My online booked ticket from your app lead me to suffer a lot, which conveyed the wrong bus timing.
        I contacted earlier with ur support team, and to my suprise they dont wanna check the details of my bus tickets and not even understanding what I am saying. They responded the bus was on time(I mentioned that fact on my mail itself) and not ready to accept that the fault was in the from yatra.com which lead me to suffer a lot.
        I want my money refunded asap.Hope you will look forward in this matter and take necessary steps to refund my money back.

          Dear all Please don't book buses in yatra.com, they do make fool by showing the offers. As i was booked bus ticket by the given offer as 60% cash back, once we do the booking they are crediting the amount to ecash by we cant use that amount fully for the next time it is of totally waste of amount. better go for Paytm or Red bus there are offering good offers and amount is usefull for next any transaction. Please think before booking.

            Hi Sir/Madam,

            I would like to let you know that I was trying to book a ticket from hyderabad to delhi from yatra.com and when i tried to use an offer which the site posted on their official page, I found that its not according to terms and conditions. (It was flat 1100/- offer) but when I applied to code It said its only applicable for round trips only so I checked the terms and conditions again but there was nothing saying that offer is for round trip, I have been waiting for this kind of offer and when it came this utter stupid incident happened.

            I called the yatra guys but they didn't sorted the issue saying they can't help me out, the ticket cost was 5322/- and after the discount of 1100/- it was supposed to be 4222/- but that didn't happen so I have attached a screenshot of their offer and there is nothing saying offer is valid for round trip.

            Please help me out with this issue, after this incident has happened I am hating my own people and more than that I never expected this from yatra.com, please help me out with this issue.

              On 26.09.2015 I made a payment for a hotel booking with Rs 4308 being debited from my debit card account. However, the booking has not been made and I did not receive any confirmation for the same. According to the call centre too the booking had not been made. The people at the call centre were very unhelpful. They did not register any complaint and were only willing to provide an email address where I sent the complaint. So far, have not got any mail back in reply and no signs of my money being reversed to my account.

                Hi I have made my hotel booking for the coming weekend in Lonavala to spend a vacation with my family. Today afternoon (24/09/2015) I received a call from Yatra.com stating that the booking which I did for upcoming Saturday is now not available with the hotel. Immediately I gave a call to the hotel - Sunnny's retreat and inquired about my booking status and told them about the call I received from Yatra. The hotel owner told me that Yatra has listed discounted room price on Yatra.com website, which the hotel has not agreed with Yatra. He also told me that the rooms are very much available. Hence, till now Yatra has not come back to me again. Being a consumer and even making a advance complete payment I was unnecessarily dragged into their dispute. I am still not sure about my hotel booking made through Yatra.com even after making full payment. This is a pathetic experience and nobody from Yatra has called up and apologized for this harassment. Yatra.com is harassing and exploiting the consumers online!! Please refer to the below hotel booking details and the email received (attached).                   Hi, I am Preeti Tripathi, I booked a package tour from Yatra.com to Silvasa and Daman from Mumbai, after enquiring through telephone and having discussions with Trip advisor Kapil Chaudhary of yatra .com, got a mail from him on 11th August with the itinerary (which is following below this letter) .Now after receiving this mail we made online payment of Rupees 83500/- Our tour started from 17th August from Mumbai.We were provided Tempo Traveller vehicle, we reached Silvasa same day and checked in to the booked Resort. According to the itinerary the major attraction of the trip was Vasona Lion Safari. To our utter surprise we came to know that Lion Safari is closed every year during this month .We were highly disappointed because everybody was excited to visit the safari as the other tourists sports are just for the name sake with no attraction or water sports activities like trekking, motor boating and canoeing as promised and mentioned in the itinerary. We were totally misinformed and badly cheated as we depended on the yatra .com to book a package tour for us .Still we decided to move on to our next Destination Daman.To our absolute displeasure and surprise the resort “Silver Sand Resort “which is just a budget hotel, very much like a lodge with the approach road with muddy pot holes and rooms with fungus on the walls and dirty bed sheets .(photographs attached with the mail)We immediately called yatra.com( which can be confirmed through your records).The resort staff on our request to change the rooms said that these were the rooms booked by yatra.com and can be changed or upgraded only when we make extra payment .After multiple calls from our side to yatra.com office somebody called the hotel people and they decided to change our rooms which were just a degree less filthier then the earlier rooms but we were helpless as the whole family with our old mother and two little kids were tired sitting at the reception for almost two hours we decided to check in.The tea was served in dirty plastic mugs and cheap plastic plates were used to serve food.Complimentary breakfast comprised of ordinary two or three things like poori bhaaji and poha.As a result of this we got mentally and physically harassed .Our displeasue and dissatisfaction did not end here as next day the tourist spots which are mentioned in the itinerary as beautiful places are dirty, old, very ordinary building structures with no architectural or aesthetic importance, Other attraction Daman beaches must be the dirtiest beaches of the world with black sand and funniest thing was that there was no water in the so called sea, it was supposed to come in the beach at 2 pm .Still, helpless, we waited, when the water came on the beach it was muddy dirty water., Devka and Jampore Beaches are the worst beaches of India I am sure. It was one of our most horrifying travel, just because of Yatra.com .Instead of being a pleasure trip it turned out to be a torture trip for my family as be relied on yatra.com people for our trip advise.We were misinformed about the tourist spots and itinerary was also false .We request you to refund our total money back else we would be forced to take legal action through consumer courts, Thanking You, Preeti Tripathi [protected] Detail Itinerary DAY 1 Arrival in Mumbai | Mumbai to SilvassaMeals: Meals as per the hotel plan As you reach Mumbai, you will be transferred to Silvassa, the capital city of Dadar and Nagar Haveli. Silvassa, a Portuguese colony, was a small village till Portuguese shifted their headquarters here in the late 19th century. It lies between Gujarat and Maharashtra and is famous for its surreal beauty, exotic wildlife and sandy beaches. This place is an ideal destination for those who want to spend a time in the lap of the nature. There are many things to explore here including the Roman Catholic Church, Vanganga Lake, Vasona Lion Safari, Madhuban Dam, Dhudhani and Khanvel. It is the most preferred weekend destination among travellers from Mumbai as it is only about two and half hours away by road.                     I have booked a ticket from Mumbai to Frankfurt through yatra.com on Air India airline.booking reference number YT14889162 Later due to rejection of visa I cancelled the ticket with airline and with yatra.com immediately. Both confirmed that ticket is cancelled successfully and whole(100%) amount will be refunded if visa is rejected. I sent email with visa rejection documents as required on 16 Jul 15 receipt of documents confirmation from yatra given via email on 18 july 15, stating refund is made in 45 -60 days . I replied to email that in Yatra.com website it is clearly mentioned that refund is made within 2-3 working days without any t&c . and yatra replied and confirmed in email dated 19 july 15 that regarding booking reference number YT14889162, tickt is cancelled and ticket s sent for refund to processing team. But nothing happened until i wrote on 27 july again to ask about refund AND Yatra replied and confirmed on 27 july 15 email that refund is initiated and amount will credit in my bank account in 5-7 working days then i keep writing about refund BUT till 24th August 2015 they wrote me email due to technical reason it is not refunded and will take again 7-10 working days then i keep sending multiple reminders which are finally answered on 7/8/9/10th september 2015 that matter is raised with airline .. Today status i received only 70% of money and still behind yatra for remaining 30% money which they are making excused /postponing singing same old tunes that they are trying with airlines. I didnot buy from airline why should i wait for their internal policy with airline, why yatra not refunded as per their rule book mentioned in website. why i am suffering to get money . Since yatra.com did not refund my money I could not try to buy another ticket for me to travel in summer .Yatra was big mistake i did to buy ticket. Please help/support to get me back my remaining amount as they don't call and if i call them for refund i had to wait for 30-60 minutes (1 hour ) to get someone online,

                    Yatra.com should be shameful .Yatra never write or communicate or provide status UNTILL customer write .

                      I have purchased shimla, manali tour package in yatra.com. my ref number is YH1968600. Before purchasing they said cab service is included in the package but when i was in manali cab driver refused to take me to rohtang pass and he said im not allowed to go there but u need to hire a private cab.i don't know if he is telling the truth so i called yatra executive, he said in the mail we mentioned you that rohtang pass is on direct payment basis but when i got that mail i called them to inquire particularly about this matter but what their executive told me is "direct payment for entrance fees and other entertainment activities that's all" he didn't mention any thing about separate cab.so i hired a separate cab for Rs. 2500/- Because of this my days plan is delayed and dissatisfying.Please make them refund the amount for the cab.

                            With utter frustration I am raising this concern on customer complaint forum as No support I am getting from my Travel Agent and neither from the airlines. What kind of service I am getting from my travel agent is that no one is following up my concern with the airlines, as if this is the scenario then Yatra.com should remove customer support as they don’t believe in delivering any service and have no ethics at all. If this complaint reaches to Yatra.com management then kindly share my worst experience with the British airways. And Yatra.com team wants to help kindly check on my below saga which I have gone through: 1. I booked ticket for 24th July Travel PNR - 6PA6RF Madrid till New Delhi for which I have also attached the screenshot of my booking. This BA denied boarding due not having transit visa for London and my son booking was being rescheduled to 25th July by BA. According to the embassy and airline call centre only No transit visa was being required while travelling then why he was advised to travel on a different date. Who would be bearing the loss and inconvenience of going back unnecessarily having no mistake at all? 2. Now when my son reached the airport on 25th July then again he was being denied for the same reason which was utter non-sense and they have come with a new story that my son didn’t reach the airport at proper time. What kind of non-sense it was?? I have attached screenshot having details as my son was at the airport at proper time he was again denied boarding as he was at the airport as contacted the other Travel agency and got flight booked on Etihad airways. Do think that we are fool enough and can buy this non-sense explanation. Just think why my son would be wasting money in purchasing another ticket. What I want is that complete refund on BOOKING BOOKED WITH YATRA.COM and British Airways UNDER PNR - 6PA6RF or else I would be taking legal action against them and would make them realise what they doing and having un-ethical conduct business and cheating customers. If Yatra.com still want any proof they can contact me on – [protected] // Yatra.com should realise its place in market as they are Travel agent and it’s their work to help if they selling tickets.

                              We booked our package to Thailand on August 16th and while booking the YATRA members were talking very sweetly that in case of emergency we would be able to refund back the money to us. But we were in a situation that we have cancelled our travel due to personal emergency on Friday (4th September 2015) but again we confirmed that we would be travelling after we have recovered from our problem. While booking the package all your colleagues from Yatra spoke very sweetly and also committed that in case of emergency(bad) situation YATRA will be there to SUPPORT us. But it is jut the reverse case that is happening. It is not the one we are expecting from you and in future we are very sorry that we will never book a package in YATRA if this is the support you are going to give the customers. Also please note that while we are cancelling on Friday afternoon (4th sep) Sheeba Birla, Pooja Khanna and Rajat Saxena have informed us that we have booked the 2 tickets on your name and cancelling is not possible and you need have to travel. Considering this and our problem was also solved by that time we planned to travel and we confirmed the same to YATRA team that we are ready to travel on the date planned[protected] Wednesday ).But on Sunday we got another call from Sheeba Birla telling that our tickets have been sold out to some other persons and you will not be able to travel on the same date and she proposed a new date for travelling. We confirm you that we are not going to travel on the new date that was proposed by Sheeba Birla!!! . Could you please confirm us if we are travelling tomorrow[protected] or else refund back the money(INR 20938 ) back to us since the ticket was also given to some else for travel and it is no way loss to your institution. Could you please revert back to us as early as possible so that we can take another alternative or let us know the person we need to contact in case if you are not able to support us so that we could at least give back the money that we have paid to you!!!                               It is not a last minute cancellation.


                              I have booked the package only before 15 days from the date of journey and due to personal emergency we communicated to YATRA team to cancel the package on friday[protected] but YATRA team told that we cannot cancel the ticket because it was already booked on my name.


                              Considering this message from YATRA team we planned to continue the trip again and was also communicated to the YATRA Team through mail and telephone (on Sunday[protected].Canceling the package on friday and again we came back for the travel on the next day of cancellation.But the YATRA team called us on sunday and told that your (sasikumar) ticket was already sold out to somebody.So you(Sasikumar) will not be able to travel on the booked date and YATRA Team proposed us the new date of journey.


                              But the date proposed was not comfortable to us(Sasikumar) so we are asking for the money REFUND.


                              We have given the confirmation of journey through mail on sunday morning but YATRA sent us the package cancellation mail on sunday evening .Is this the way YATRA team supporting to customers???


                              Do you think it is a mistake on our part or YATRA??? I clearly understand that it is the mistake from YATRA since they are not able to communicate to customers properly and cancelling my package without customer knowledege.


                              Since we are ready to travel on 9th of September as planned earlier but YATRA already sold out the ticket to someone else and also not ready for a refund..


                              It is no ones responsibility to provide more offers to the other customers with my valuable money.


                              Now YATRA have sold my ticket to the new customers with additional offers without my confirmation and not able to refund my valuable amount back to me.It is a double JACKPOT to YATRA .

                              It is very clear that YATRA has done the mistake by, even if the customer is ready for a travel on the date planned, they have cancelled my package and the same package was sold out to some other new customers without our knowledge & the money paid by me was also not refunded .


                              It is the double JACKPOT to YATRA since it took the money from both the customers!!!

                                I have already contacted the bank and they say that there is no such transaction with order ID.Two months have lapsed, I have not received any refund from yatra.com towards the failed transaction. There is no manual process required in online money transfer as we all know. And if anyone has to contact the Bank's grievance cell, it should by yatra.com as the transaction processed by you has not reached your customer. If a transaction done by me fails, I will be liable to enquire about the failure in the process.

                                And you cannot just justify yourself by giving me some random numbers. How can I be sure that these numbers are even genuine for that matter. Moreover, why don't you just check with your account whether the money has been deducted from your account and if it is the case, then first show me the proof and then contact the bank to check the fault in the process.

                                Since last two months, I have been following this issue with yatra.com but no fruitful result has come out.

                                  I did a booking from Yatra.com for my trip from Kuwait to Trivandrum, India. Unfortunately the amount when compared with the actual airline website of Oman Airlines shows huge differences, the amount charged by yatra is way high than what offered by Oman airlines. Booking Reference Number from Yatra- 270815F83627, 270815F82221.
                                  The amount that yatra is showing in their website during booking was Rs. 22354 each which includes online processing fee as well. So A total of Rs 44708 is the price for my travel. After the booking I happened to check the details of the price in the airline webpage, it shows far less the amount. The website offers the trip at Rs 41794, which is far less than yatra.
                                  Also to add, I chose the service based on the filter option which the site has showing the lowest flight amount with the less number of travel hours. Which gave me the best option of Oman Air and hence my booking of the ticket. Kuwait airways which has direct flights to my location was termed as highly expensive in the website because of the least travel hours. However, when I check kuwait airways website, the actual amount is only Rs 31, 248. I am frustrated. I just faced a huge online scam with one of the best reputed website in india. What a scam.

                                  All the data furnished above is based on my travel search on Aug 28th 2015 for my round trip from Kuwait to India. The date for my travel is 22nd OCT 2015 (From kuwait) with my wife and return trip from trivandrum on 24th Nov 2015.

                                  I need justice. Yatra is a trap in disguise. I contacted their customer service. They are sweet but they are not worried because I already paid them the booking monies.

                                  Please do help get me back my money and also to inform people about the online fraud.

NECW6U and OG8ZMR.At the time of booking and making the payment the amount asked by the company were Rs.10488 and Rs.5727. Even on the hard copies of tickets the amount paid is printed the same, but they have charged Rs.11488 and Rs.6327 respectively for both of the bookings.When I contacted yatra.com in this regard, first they asked about my mode of payment and when I told that through PNB debit card, they told that discount code is valid for all other card other than PNB.If it was not valid for PNB card it should have been mentioned.Apart from that, when I entered the discount code, it appeared SUCCESSFUL and the amount after discount were asked to pay, but when I made the payment they charged Rs.1600 extra.This way the company is cheating the customers.I, my family, friends, relatives and colleagues were very regular customer of yatra.com but now all o[censored]s are not going to use this site.

                                      If it was not applicable on PNB card then, when I applied the promo code it appeared SUCCESSFUL on the screen, and on the hard copy of ticket also, discounted fare is written, but charged more.No where it was written that this promo code is not applicable for PNB card.Before going for second booking, I confirmed the same on telephone from yatra.com and then gone for thesecond booking.
