On Dt:09-12-14 when i login in www.yatra.com to check the flight from Jammu to Srinagar it was showing Amount of Rs.3548/- for two nos of Adults exculsive of all taxes and liablites and depositing this amount i recieved a E-ticket on my mail showing your ticket is not confirmed and i called the Yatra customer care they told me the indigo airlines has updated there fares is you want to proceed further for confirmation you have to pay extra Rs.1440/- otherwise the ticket will be cancelled and your amount shall be refunded later on which cost me the ticket about Rs.5364/- for two adults, and after receiving the ticket from yatra.com the amount was not mentioned also after certain time the ticket was recieved on my mail id showing Rs.5004/- which is total harassment to the customer and they are just grabbing the money from customer which is total unethical and unprofessional company.

    I have boked the Malaysia package from Yatra.com. Our Booking Ref number - S1249815 I was promised the package of Rs.31, 000 per person which includes air tickets, baggage, local sightseeing, airport transfers, VISA, hotel accommodation). The total package cost (INR 31000*3= 93000) . I was asked to register paying some amount to avail this offer. On the same day I paid Rs.5000/- and got registered. Next day I made payment (49558/-) for booking air tickets both KUL and Langkawi. I asked Divyagana whether I can pay the baggage charges later for which she said Yes. I booked the tickets without baggage charges. When I asked her to mention the luggage limit to be carried, she said that the package doesn't include baggage charges as I couldn't book at the time of ticketing We are facing a lot of inconvenience at every step with Yatra and I always receive last minute surprises from the m. There is huge slippage from Yatra team in processing the package 1. Hotels that were promised to us were filled up and we have to book hotel on our own spending more money 2. VISA processing was not initiated on time and we don't know the status of VISA clearance until 11 DEC 2014 and travel date is 12th DEC. If there is any problem in VISA we end up loosing a lot of money. 3. Now they are going back with their commitment saying baggage charges were not included in package. I asked them to share the recording of the conversations we had, even that they are not doing it we don think we can spend any more money on baggages. If this not taken care in the package I would request you to cancel the trip and refund whole money. Also we are not sure whether this team can take care o[censored]s properly after landing there We are finding it very difficult to handle these everyday challenges with Yarta team I seek your help and guidance to resolve this issue. I don't think any customer should be treated like this. Looking forward for early response as the travel date is near by 12 DEC2014.

      i have made booking 2 months earlier and i was informed that i will be receiving air tickets & vouchers 3 days prior to my journey which was supposed to start from 7th of dec, but my air ticket got canceled & nobody have the courtesy to call and inform. now my trip will be starting from 8th dec, but that to the employees who are cordinating with me is not sure and not able to give proper solution. this not the way service is been provided. i have already made contact with tourism of india and started my way out. if in case i do not get things as committed i won't be leaving yatra.

        We booked a holiday to Darjeeling and Gangtok for our parents with reference ID S1174347 but it is really shocking to see the type of accommodation and the facility provided by this site. While the booking was made through a customer service advisor Mr. Arpit he ensured that the customise package he is providing us according to the traveling date suggested by us will be best and the hotels of 3 star category will be included in the package and the facilities provided will be good. Since when we enquired regarding booking of this trip Mr. Arpit was so curious that he was continusally following us and calling us 10 times a day and he promised us that he will provide the best facility available finally he made the booking around 11.30 pm the package which he booked cost Rs. 32, 000 for 4 nights and 5 days which included hotel accommodation with breakfast and local sight seeing transportation. The trip started with a bad note as the cab driver was not aware about the rout and when my parents tried contacting the hotel where they were suppose to stay that number was not working resulting in the delay of 1 hour to reach there hotel. The condition of the hotel was worst to there imagination and the services provided were even more pathetic which was of 1 star or 2 star category which did not justify the promise made and the amount paid for the package.Breakfast that was included in their so called package consisted of sandwich and tea. It's a shame in the name of yatra. Com the so called trip planner sheer wastage of money and humiliation on part of the customer. Strict action should be taken against these executives and the false promises made by them and also the refund of excess amount should be done.

          I had purchased flight tickets on[protected] through yatra with seven reference no eith coupon code DAPP1000 by which I was to receive rs.500 per ref no as cash back totalling to 3500/ within one week.But inspite of several phone calls to cust care which hardly gets connected after waiting for several minutes after which the cust care person promises to refund with in 24 hrs and also 2 mails sent to [protected]@yatra.com, I am yet to receive my cash back.Even though several websites offering instant discounts i trusted yatra cashback to be as reliable as an instant one.My referance no are -[protected] #[protected] #[protected] #[protected] #[protected]#[protected] #[protected].My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

            I have booked hotel through yatra for lucknow . The room was not booked as requested and as confirm at the time of booking by Yatra rep. On reaching hotel I was told to check in a lower category of room, hotel staff demanded an additional payments to allot the room . After numerous call to the Yatra office, I was told to pay the difference in amount of the payment as requested by hotel for room supposed to be booked by Yatra, I also received an e- mail confirmation on same from Yatra office. The claim was submitted for the same 15 days back and I am still awaiting for the settlement of same, I have made several call to Yatra to enquire about the progress of same but everytime I get the same answer to wait for few more days. My bank details are as under;- State Bank of Travancore (SBT) Kochi Br. IFSC: SBTR0000140 Name: Ramesan T K A/C No. [protected] Please verify at your end and do the needful at the earliest, as much efforts&time are being put in my me, for mutiple breach of trust by Yatra.com (non-delivery of both, service & subsequent refund of paid amount). It is intimated that I am working with SBT in the capacity of Cash Teller, hence you may approve the veracity of my claim of not crediting to the account.                 This is in reference to the mental harrasment and torture received from YATRA.COM HOLIDAY SERVICES.


                I booked holiday from YATRA .COM from 22 nov 14 till 25 nov 14 for GOA.


                I took airport transfers for GOA holiday trip and paid extra 2500 for that and was confirmed also and in my voucher also it was mentioned..


                However after reaching airport at around 6.20 pm when I came to exit point with my 14 MONTH OLD BABY and husband, I didnot find any one with my name on the board for airport transfers. Madly i was walking here and there in the hope may be iam unable to see it.


                Finally I realised somthing is wrong and started dialing THE EMERGENCY NO[protected] which was given on the voutcher after 3-4 attempt only I was able to get SHASHANK, who after 15 min of hold told me, that airport transfers are not included in my package and this is showing in his system and asked me to hire a taxi and go to resort.


                On 22 nov film festival was there so no prepaid taxi was available, somehow we managed a taxi and reached hotel.


                and wrote email to them and the response received was " your message is read ".


                Till date no action is taken no refund is received.


                Vikas from yatra .com said my refund will be processed and he will call me but no response.


                I want them to put themself in my position ( unknown city with a 14 month old baby at night in the airport if this incident happens how it feels.).

                  We have book the Mumbai- Delhi return Air tickets with the reference no. [protected] vide Ft. Go Air G8-336 for 25th Oct.14 & spice jet Ft.GS 437 for 10th, Nov.14, in the name of Sunil Gupta & Shashi Gupta. The both the tickets has been cancelled on 19th Oct & 7th Nov. 2014. As per return rules the balance cancellation amount should be transfer in out Bank but the Yatra failed to do so. In spite our several remainder, we have not received even any reply till d date.                   Further this to inform that someone from Yatra.com, phone number [protected] called by given my complaint no.[protected] and asked my Bank details for the transfer of cancellation balance amount for the Yatra booking reference [protected].

                  Its looking suspicious since the Air Ticket books on line hance the Yatra.com having my all the bank details.

                  Please clarify why the Yatra.com require my bank details, if it is necessary they should reply my mail.

                    We planned for a short holiday trip for 3 couples who had undergone some or other medical treatments and wanted to go for a vacation on the advice of the doctor. So we saw the Darjeeling – Gangtok package on “YATRA.COM” and booked the flight tickets & hotels with full payment of 2, 18, 000/- We left from Chennai on the 27th October 2014 with 2 couples on board, the third couple cancelled their tickets due to medical emergencies. Our flight landed at Bagdora and Ms. Seema from Yatraa came to pick us up. We reached Darjeeling without A/C vehicle, but we have booked A/C vehicle. When we reached Darjeeling we were shocked to see that the Hotel (Hotel Sanderling) was under renovation & closed for the past 3months. It’s very upsetting for a heart patient & BP patient to reach a place & then know that there is no place for us to stay. We had contacted the emergency number you sent but we dint get any response. We had to find a new place to stay after waiting for 3 hours outside the hotel. Its very saddening to know after full due payment on the start of the trip we had to go through so much difficulties. We had called Mr. AVIEK SHAH – [protected] who had promised us that the company would refund the amount and stopped us from booking FIR. Its only because of Mr. Jigme – the owner of Seven Seventeen that we got a stay for 3 nights in Darjeeling and we had to do the payment from our pockets. After this we went to Gangtok – over there also we had to face problems “ Hotel View Point” was booked which was a LABOUR CLASS HOTEL with no parking facilities, carry our luggage for nearly ½ km, the hotel was stinking with liquor and cigarettes. ITS REALLY SHOCKING AFTER ALL THE PAYMENT WE GET SUCH A RESPONSE FROM YOU GUYS!!! Again we had to search for a new hotel and pay from our pockets. For sight seeing also we had to get our own vehicle!! The only hotel in which we stayed was on our return back to siliguri in “SUMMIT MILESTONE HOTEL & SPA” We just request you to please refund our amount back or else out of necessity we have to book a FIR and go to consumer court.                       Recently i booked the andaman tour with yatra.com and the overall experience has been below average. Booking Reference: S1182774. I would like to highlight the following: 1. The travel itinerary we received before our travel was different from what we actually experienced. Both the cruise (from Port blair to Havelock and return) were changed from morning to evening because of which there was a lot of time wastage. Our itinerary was changed without any prior information. 2. The person in Delhi with whom i booked my travel (Mr. Nikhil Kalra) is totally unprofessional. I called him atleast ten times from Andaman out of which 7 times he didnt pick and 3 times he picked and put me on hold for atleast 20 mins. 3. The cost of the trip considering the inclusions was too expensive. When we met other families there, their inclusions were more than ours at about 80 % of our cost. 4. Guided tours were also not very well organized. We always have to wait for the transport during pickups . In havelock, the transport reached one hour late. I hope yatra will take this feedback positively and take appropriate steps to improve the customer experience.

                        Hello, I have done my payment on 7th November 2014. I have not received my voucher of booking confirmation. when i am calling in yatra helpline no one is giving proper answer. Your consultant from which i have booked this package he is not responding my calls and not giving me any support or answer. This is my last booking with yatra now i will never deal with you or recommend to anyone. this is the way you are working? When you have to take payment at that time you are giving calls & mails twice or thrice in a day and after getting payment you are even not answering customer's call or mail. Looking for positive response.

                          I had no problems booking online with yatra.com for domestic flight and hotel. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip from Canada to India for this december as my father has been diagnosed with cancer. And when I tried to cancell my booking, my God what a nightmare. I have been trying for the last 2 days to cancel my flight and hotel booking and this is still not done. First I couldn't reach the phone number provided from Canada. I got another number to call from yatra US and had to call them 4 times before I got an agent who gave me a number to call in India. I found your agents who deal with domestic packages really lack knowledge about your cancellation policy and to top it off I did not receive the email confirmation that my booking was cancelled. When I called back the next agent could not find my booking reference, and she could not help me as the system was down now. I still dont know if my booking has been cancelled and if I am being refunded my money. Kudos to yatra.com for giving me the worst travel booking experience of my life, and I travel around the world all the time. I will definitely flame yatra.com on social media every chance I get. I thought I had encountered incompetence before, but yatra.com does take the cake here.

                            We were happy to go to small travel agency to book our Kerala trip and I was contacted multiple times a day by Yatra.com to convince me that they will match up the quote given by the other company. Within a day, quote was not only matched but additional services like extra bed in all 3 rooms were added. I was quite impressed thinking wow yatra.com has good power being a big company and could provide for the same price good package. I went to other agency and cancelled my booking with them. I was asked to make payment of Rs50000 which I made on 25th oct. I followed up with calls to Kerala office and I was told yes all hotels are confirmed and good service was promised. On 7th of Nov, there was an email from branch officer confirming all the services and was asked to make rest of the payment. This is when I cancelled all the hotel bookings I had with booking.com thinking nothing can go wrong now. I was in the process of transferring money and to my horror, I received email from Kerala office on 12th of Nov asking almost Rs60000 more. Reason given was it is a peak period and hotels are expensive. When i spoke to branch manager, he failed to explain on what basis he sent out the email on 7th saying all services are confirmed. I felt like a big looser. Actually not felt, I was a big looser. Branch manager promised someone senior will call up. And I am still waiting for that call after a week. I had to spend stressful day at work thinking where am I going to get Rs 60000 more. All the options I had I cancelled thanks to yatra. I called up delhi office on the same day and spoke to Vinay Sharma. Who gave me some hope saying he will look into this matter and someone will be in touch from Kerala office. Adharsh did call up but i didn't want poor guy to be penalised because of branch manager’s mistake. By this time anyway there was no trust left in the service. I asked for the refund and provided all the details for refund on 14th of nov. Vinay Sharma promised money will be refunded by tuesday 18th. When I called up today, I was told money will be refunded by Friday. This is such a horrible process. I have already spent so much money on calling from New Zealand to India. Every time I call I have to explain the whole story again. This kind of terrible customer experience provided by reputable company makes us Indians life way harder outside India. I am regretting that I did not come to this website to see how poor service Yatra.com has provided to other so many customers. My biggest question at the moment is would I ever get my money back. The other complaint at the moment is I am spending atlest rs 15000 more than original quote with other travel agency because of 3 weeks delay in booking with them. And also I have to compromise on the hotel quality again thanks to yatra. Why was I put in this situation of where quote was given to snatch the business and then dirty tactics of increasing price? In this case by 60%. Ridiculous. I hope this complaint gets looked into and hoping to get some decent reply to this. With this internet age, it is not difficult to spread word to wider community on how customers are being harassed by big companies.

                              This is in regard to the refund of my cancellation ticket, which was booked for Delhi-Varanasi on 21st Oct. 2014. The travelling date was 22nd Oct. 2014. The Cancellation details for Yatra Ref is [protected]. I have cancelled the ticket just few hrs later after the booking because of some emergencies. After the cancellation I received the confirmation of ticket cancellation through the mail as well through the message. Few days passed after I didn't get my refund back, I contacted yatra customer and the executive refused to process the refund in cash. As per his information the refund was processed to E-cash. I have tried to contact Customer care twice through the mail for the positive response. But Same thing is repeated in both mails received in replies from Yatra that money is processed in the ecash. My concern is here that why my money has been processed to E-cash, without my information? As per yatra mail and massage, which I received after the cancellation, I have right to get my refund back, two days ago I talked Ms.Ruchi Avasathi (Domestic Supervisor). Neither she didn't reply pleasantly nor she supported me on phone. I have also mailed to CEO of Yatra, but didn't get reply. This is a big amount of 11207 Rs. These yatra charges for everything and keep money of the customers. The airways company refunded the money to them, but bloody nonsense Yatra kept my money. AWARE OF THESE YATRA CHEATERS. Never book ticekt from yatra.They make the customers fool. Disgusting services. Will never recommend any one.

                                Hi, My reference no S1224982 I had a horrible experience with yatra.com they don't understand customer service once they sold never gives you support. I am traveling my with my family from chandigarh-manali-dharachandigarh-manali-dharamshala-dalhousie-Delhi, Sales team told me because I am traveling with my family with kids this will be best for me but to my surprise this was horrible experience, from chandigarh to manali it took me nearly 9 hours to reach and my kids started vomiting so I called yatra.com and told them to change my itinerary from Dalhousie to chandigar than delhi on my way to manali itself, Sales team told me not to worry they will take care of it, When I called next day same lady assure me she has initiate request and no need to worry I tried reaching her after that but she didn't picked mmy call th I call to service depth they said they have not received any request and told me as per rules if sales team would have initiate request same day than it would have been done but they saud they will try and work it out next day when i call them a new.erson pick phone and assure me he will resolve my query and call me after sometime saying they can cancel my booking but for chandigarh i have to pay. And sales team never interacted with me. This is horrible journey for me with kids and will never advice anybody to trust yatra.com team. I payed 43000.00 to them but still not enjoying this tour.

                                  My reference No. - S1169475 I booked my itinerary with Yatra on 7th oct. I am really not happy with your approach towards payment. I confirmed your offer at 8.45 PM on 7th Oct and Mr. Ankit Dumir wanted me to pay immediately irrespective of my multiple requests to him for giving me just a one night time. Even i told him that it was never your company policy to ask customer for payment immediately even if it is night. I told him that last time when i booked my itinerary with Yatra; Yatra people were not so stubborn about this. Even i had to request him 2-3 times to buy 30 minutes time to finish my dinner which i was having while talking to him. After all these i paid advance amount of Rs. 10, 000/- on 7th Oct. and got an assurance for reservations of my flight tickets, desired room, and vehicle as finalised. Till today, irrespective of my multiple emails and phone calls to Mr. Ankit & Pravin Bali i have not received any confirmation / voucher or booking details of desired hotel, vehicle and air tickets. My last experience was worse than this and Mr. Pravin Bali assured me that such thing wont happen in future with written apology email; and he himself is not responding.                                       Dear Sir, I am Sreekanth Ravi. This is regarding our domestic travel from Yatra. Destination : Manali Travel Date : 01.10.14 to 05.10.14 Agent name : Ms. Neeti Tyagi Travels : Myself and my wife Mugdha Complaint : I was committed for hotel “ Apple country resort” and I paid the money considering the same. The paid amount was ~ Rs 26500/- Later before 7 days of travel, I was degraded to hotel Rock Land Inn.(3 star hotel), which was very strange. When we refused, we were said that we can cancel my booking. Unwantedly we have to agree as in the last moment all four star hotels were occupied. Our travel experience was very bad. Because of the following issues : 1. No coordinator were coordinating from Yatra side. 2. No mail from itinerary was provided from Yatra side. We were frequently calling yatra persona and confirming our itineraries. 3. Allotted hotel was very far and out of reach from the city. 4. We were provided with tea cattle which had living worm swimming inside it. Later they took good care but we were looking for 4 star hotel so it was not matching our standards. Moreover it does not had any other facilities like spa, gym etc. 5. After frequently asking no break up of Money was provided. 6. We have told for semi sleeper bus to and fro but while coming back it was just a Volvo bus. 7. We have not received refund for the differential amount ( 4 Star To 3 Star Conversion, Hotel has no additional amenity as promised like spa, gym and disco, fro bus was not semi sleeper) After travel nobody contacted us for promised refund. When I called the agent was not interested. We have been frequent flyer and traveler with Yatra . Previously we have travelled to Bali and experience was very good. But this time experience was highly disappointing. Please resolve the same on URGENT basis. Looking forward for your Urgent and quick support. Regards Sreekanth Ravi [protected]

                                        Hello, I made a mistake by using yatra.com for my booking. I had used goibibo, MMT earlier and they were really good. I booked 3 rooms in a hotel for Dehradun, got the discount, confirmation etc so far so good. Horror started on the day of travel. At 1 PM I get a call from some Mr Jain that due to some problem in hotel, all bookings are cancelled and I have made alternate arrangements in a equally good hotel. He was very rude definitely not suitable for a customer service. I came to know later it was a fraud as our colleagues who booked the same hotel after us directly were staying there and it was a chance to earn money due to some meet in Dehradun. This so called resort was so remote that I guarantee no one can reach there without Google Map. There was no TV, no Wifi, no restaurent. Moreover I guess, it was unauthorised resort. I called customer service in night, he said he will arrange a call back. I called next day in noon, this guy was even worse thn Mr Jain. He bluntly said, it will take 24 hrs, I told this gentleman, after 24 hrs I will be at home. He simply ignored my requests and after 26 hrs still there is no call. While I advise you to avoid yatra.com, please suggest consumer forum process. I want to file a case tomorrow itself. Also to add I am orthopadic disabled. -Naresh
