I booked one room in "Executive Inn - A boutique Hotel, Pondicherry" on 1st of August for 2nd of August. I reached pondicherry at 1:00 AM 2nd august and i called reception of Executive Inn and the person at reception denied the room saying we don't have room available right now. I tried explaining him i am at pondicherry bus stand and I have booked the room through yatra.com but he refused to provide any room. I called yatra.com but the helpline is open till 12:30 AM. I was there at pondicherry bus stand with my fiancée trusting yatra.com has booked a room but yatra.com made that night worst night of my life. Next evening I got a call from Executive Inn asking when I will check in. I called yatra.com helpline and filed a complaint but after so many follow ups i am not getting any refund from yatra.com.       Dear sir,

      my booking ref id S1041710 I booked tour for Thailand on 16th August 2014 from your Andheri -Mumbai branch for departure date on 17/09/2014 . But today suddenly got call from your office this booking is postpone due to seasonal problem. I was aksing abt my booking refund amount they told me you will get 4-5 working days .I require money on urgent baisis . Because problem is raised from your side i dont want to suffer in your issue. Already i got late intimation from your side before 10 days for tour . Its very worst . My booing amt Rs.20, 000/- . why its dealy from your end to get me money. pls settle this issue . provide my booking amt on urgent basis.

        I have booked a flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad of Dt. 21.09.2014 - Spice Jet 12 Noon for two person, but when I received Email from yatra after 10/15 minutes it was booked for 22nd and of late night. When complained they have sent me a screen shot which is not logged in, when i have asked to send me screen shot of logged in they did not replied. SO BE WARE OF SUCH THINGS.

          hello sir

          i am from pune and cancelled my ticket of Kolkaata to Pune quite in advance from YATRA.com.

          i found the refund was almost 50% of the net amount. I like to know how this agents make money out of cancellation and bully passengers.

          while booking they do not show any refund amounts and once they are booked they cancellation amount wht thye collect is too high.

          so i like to know is there in law which could permit this type of BROAD DAY ROBBERTY COULD BE STOPPED

            I have booked a Kinfisher flight from Delhi to doon through Yatra. But, during that time kingfisher was grounded and I was told to book another flight. I have asked yatra people so many times but I never received any response from them, though initially they said that I will receive my payment back. Till date I have not received my payment.

              We booked a leh trip from yatra and it was the worst exp of our life. They stuff 8 people in one car, we had no place to even move and there are 7 hour journeys for which we need to sit in a constricted position. The worst was our tour administrator from yatra who was the most arrogant, conceited and un-responsive person. when the entire group raised and issue and requested another car, he said he will check and get back to us, but never did. on the last day he avoided contact with us and did not even have the courtesy to tell us on the status of another car. How can 8 people sit in 1 car for 7 days !!! it was pure torture. I am ensuring that every single individual i know at work and in person cancells their booking and i have put up negative comments about yatra on every social media platform so that it goes viral and no one ever decides to travel with this fraud arrogant company. In fact the stuffy car was so bad that it broke down in the middle of no where and we had to carry 20kgs of our own luggage and walk 7km to the next village. I think the tour operator has single hadedly ruined the reputation of yatra for all times to come. I will consider it my personal mission to ensure that yatra has as much neagtive feedback and reduction in business as humanly possible.Our ID number is 'yatra=[protected]

                Dear sir/madam we are mailed in yatra.com- ""we booked a room in Hotel Caurvey Inn from yatra.com Hotel Details:- Reference No.[protected] Hotel confirmation number- YAT[protected] Hotel Cauvery Inn Address: Daba Gardens, Visakhapatnam Phone:[protected] Total Amount pad: Rs. 2, 602 The hotel owner (hotel Cauvery Inn) refused to provide the room as they didn't have a vacant room. So they shifted us to second hotel (Hotel Jaipur) where the hotel owner said they didn't have any AC room. After that again they shifted us to a third hotel (Iswar Residency). There the hotel owner said that they don't have a 4-bed room and each room can have only two people at max. So we were offered to stay in 2 rooms where we had to pay Rs. 400 per night per bed. So in total we had to pay Rs 1600 which was surplus to the amount we paid when we booked the room in Cauvery Inn through Yatra.com. The rooms that were provided was very poorly maintained and the harassment caused to us during this entire trip is extremely uncalled for. Kindly explain why such incident happened and please initiate the refund immediately. The refund amount 2602+1600=4202 Rs.                   Hi, I had made a booking for 2 adults and one child (3yrs age) Ref No. [protected] on 17th Aug 2014 by paying Rs.3200. But in voucher it is showing 1 Adult and 1 Child. When I Contacted yatra customer service and informed him about the website error the person told me that he will look into it and will provide me a resolution and is arranging a call back within 24hrs. When I customer care after 24hrs as there was no communication from the yratra side, the person in formed me that i have to pay 1500 extra at the hotel. I informed him that yatra itself was selling the same room at 3524 and hotel tariff for the same room was 4200. Now yatra was asking me to pay 4700 for a room which costs 4200. The person again asked me for 24hrs time for resolution. And promised me a call back by today ie 19th Aug 2014. But also when there was no response from yatra i called the customer care, I got a rude shock as the person on the other very rudely told me that, i had to pay 1500 extra as it was my error and i should have looked while booking and done it properly. He said it was not a web site error his back end team has confirmed the same. When i asked for a refund he said it cannot be done as there will be no refund as per hotel policy. I feel cheated by yatra. I had got numerous feed backs from friends asking me not to book from yatra. but i fell for the Rs.200 rate difference compare to make my trip. He has told me yatra cannot do any thing as it was not a web site error. i will request every one to stay away fro yatra as it is a fraud company.

                    Dear sir, I booked my a flight in the morning of the 19th. A payment of Rs.23484 was processed on successful booking. An hour later i get a call reporting that my flight wasnt booked or it was left uncofirmed. I told the latter that i have a receipt on the matter. I was told to pay a sum of Rs. 4000 by the latter for confirming the ticket. The conversation after several hours was forwarded to Mr. Richard Anthony who later said there were no more seats left in the flight that i payed for. He suggested me a different flight and told me to pay an excess of Rs 5500 exactly for ticket confirmation. Since i was in a hurry, i accepted after a heated conversation. This is a complaint regarding your company policies. Dont accept money untill you confirm my ticket. I want an official apology and moneyback(extra amount of Rs.5500 charged) for the problems you've caused me. Reply to me on suhail.[protected]@gmail.com or i will move to the consumer courts.                       I booked a flight ticket from yatra.com. By mistake i booked the ticket 1 month earlier so i called customer care to reschedule it. Customer care representative said you have to pay charges around 9500 rs. The original cost of the tocket was 6700! Why the hell would i pay such charges rather than keeping that ticket and booking another one at lesser price??


                      After that i tried to reschedule it through their online portal. On website it allowed me to reschedule it for some amount and i paid the same. After payment it said your ticket is UNCONFIRMED and we'll call you in three hours. Nobody called me back from yatra. When i called thme they said you have to pay some more money. And they are talking to higher management. After that there is no response.
                      I'm thinking of taking some legal action against them.

                        he customer care (suvindha kanojia) executive had taken advance of Rs.15000 each for 2 couples for leh holiday package. ref 1032916/20 today they called me saying me to shift the dates according to them and asking us to change the dates as per their convenience. Without giving us the reference number they said ur holiday package is cancelled due to non payment. What does it mean by taking advance.. The customer care stopped picking up my call.. a new person jaint verma(not his real name as he took 5 min to say his name) employee id: 3218 email id: called me saying adjust and shift the dates of 4 people which i cannot.. than he told me to go to kashmir.. he doesnt even know how to talk to customer.. customer wants to go to leh and he is sending them to kashmir.. i have already booked ticket on 24th and 1st according to the time and taken leave solve my issue by today call me with the solution @[protected] i cant change my date ur excutive is talking to me for more than 1hr without any solution only begging saying sorry which i cannot accept Chat Conversation End now they are saying pay 7500 per person

                            I had booked one room in Hotel Supreme (Beach View), Vizag (Ramkrishna Beach), for the day 16.08.2014 with Yatra.com. I received a confirmation mail from Yatra.com with reference No. [protected] and it mentioned a non-ac deluxe room was booked and finally Rs 1383/- was deduced from my card. The booking was done on 01.06.2014 and when finally on 16.08.2014 the guests actually went to the hotel Supreme for check-in with the print out of the confirmation email received from Yatra.com, the hotel representatives informed that the booking is invalid and the hotel itself does not have any such rooms which are mentioned in the Yatra.com mail. As per the hotel representatives the hotel does not have any non ac room at all ! So after booking a room and paying the amount required, somebody travels to a different state and tries to check in to a booked hotel and to his utter surprise and harassment he/she finds that such booking/room does not exist at all . Who will pay for the harassment caused ? I have the confirmation mail of booking and there was no cancellation done and the rooms which are claimed to be booked by Yatra.com actually do not exist as per hotel representatives .                             I made a hotel booking on 16th Aug ref no. [protected] from Yatra Customer Support.

                            Bhumika attended my call from Yatra to generate reference no. and fill up my personal and other details.

                            She booked hotel voucher dated from 06th Oct to 10th Oct while I repeatedly told her to book from 06th Nov to 10th Nov.

                            It was intentionally mentioned wrong date by her and some of my colleagues also noticed these kind of practices are going there from customer care executive.

                            I had made cancellation immediately (within 15 mins.) but it’s not yet credited debited amount in my Account.

                            Kindly check and stop these kind of practices it goes wrong impression to any individual/organization.

                            Also, Please let me know the status of my cancellation and credit deducted amount in my account immediately.

                              I have opted for a domestic hotel booking(Ref.S1024496).The yatra executive told that rooms are available and made me pay the whole amount 13, 296Rs.Once payment was made, they provided a voucher .But no details on the hotel booked, contact number or anything.Tried calling the executive, but line was not connected.I was fed up of calling customer care, even after waiting for 15-30 mins on line, no one will answer.Finally got fed up as the booking was not confirmed.My holiday plans were spoiled and asked them for refund.They told the refund will be done within 2 working days and still no updates on that yet. Never again on yatra.com.

                                I had booked 2 nights hotel stay in Hyatt, Pune with Yatra.com. The total cost was Rs.6358. The Yatra.com website led me to the payment gateway. I used Net banking(State Bank of India) and the amount was paid.I havent got any confirmation from yatra.com.(No SMS / eMAIL confirming booking) I only received a mail from them - which says--> your booking in Hyatt, Pune is still available and it gives a link to complete the confirmation( but you need to make payment again). My bank statement has shown a transaction which goes to AVENUES INDIA PVT. LTD. for the amount of Rs.6358. Now where has my money gone? When contacted yatra.com--> they adviced to send mail to their [protected]@yatra team.. asking for the debit card details and the bank statement. I have sent the bank statement., but there is no reply from them. Is there any safety in sharing the credit/debit card details with them since there are so many allegations against yatr.com for fraudulent use of credit card details. Please help. Its hard earned money going to fraudulent people. I will be happy if yatra.com return my money. I donot want to book anything with them anymore. Thanks Anand

                                    Yatra Representatives Lying to customers and cheating them to buy packages. I had inquired with yatra.com for a ladakh package. a day later i got a call from their representative Pradeep Singh with regards to package details. He offered me the package price and also offered complimentary hotel stay in Delhi as my package started from Delhi and i am located in Mumbai. i also told him to email the same to us. However the agent sent me package details and did not write anything about the complimentary stay. When asking form flight details over the phone he offered us rs 22000/- for 2 people return flight MUM- DEL - MUM and when told him to email it he sent us 24000/- again trying to cheat us. After booking the package from Delhi we had to make travel arrangements for Mum - Delhi when we call the agent for the complimentary hotel stay the agent says I HAVE NEVER EVER OFFERED YOU A COMPLIMENTARY STAY AT ALL. I had a recording of the same and sent the same to yatra. Still the yatra fellow backed their agent. And decided not to address the issue at all. I spoke to numerous people and sent almost 12 Emails to all the departments a Manager and spoke to 2 managers of which 1 Din not even get back to me. i wrote across to a higher authority as well 6 days back but no one cares to address the issue.. YATRA.COM Has horrible customer service. If you are buying any Holidays Please don't buy from Yatra.com they are a big team of cheats.

                                    Dear Mr. Inder Joshi,

                                    After my 10th complain written across to yatra I finally got a revert back from a manager Mr. Avik Chatterjee on 31-7-14.

                                    I got a call from Mr. Avik Chatterjee. He claimed that he had heard all the conversations i had with Mr. Pradeep Singh, Miss Maninder Kaur, and all the other multiple calles that i have made to yatra, and the representatives I spoke to while trying to get my issue solved.


                                    I am surprised with the answer Mr. Avik gave me and the resolution offered to me.

                                    1) Mr Avik Stress on the fact that I was informed on the first day that flight rates are dynamic and are subject to change.

                                    2) That a discount was offered to me on my package so I was not given a complimentary stay.

                                    3) THAT EVEN THOUGH HE DOES NOT SEE ANY MISTAKE FROM YATRA’S END HE IS COMPENSATING ME WITH 2000 RS OF TRAVEL VOUCHERS.

                                    I would like to bring some facts to light which I think were completely ignored while listening to the Call recordings.

                                    1) 1st July 2014 - Pradeep Singh did offer me a complimentary stay in Delhi on the first call and later after I made the full payment denied to have said such a statement at all.

                                    Avik heard the call where I have told the agent to send me both the options and Yatra did not send it to me in writing and also ignored the fact that yatra representative lied. HE DID NOT ADDRESS IT.

                                    2) 1st July 2014 - Pradeep Singh offered me MUM- DEL return flight rate of 22000 on the phone and sent me an email of 24000 Rs for the same.

                                    Avik heard the call however ignored the fact that yatra representative again lied to me or tried to fool me to pay a higher price. HE DID NOT ADDRESS IT NOR EVEN FELT THAT REPRESENTATIVE WAS WRONG.

                                    3) 3rd July 2014 – I informed Pradeep that I would like to add 2 more people along with me so if he can offer me an alternative date. He readily agreed to do that without any hesitation. And offered me a date of 30th July 2014 for 4 people.

                                    4) 3rd July 2014 – Mr pankaj calls me up asking for balance payment and tells me changing dates will be considered as cancelation. We had a discussion and later I Said pradeep has already agreed to it. So I will speak to him.

                                    5) 4th July 2014 – Mr Pradeep calls me and says date change is not possible, giving me a reason the department has sent the names across.

                                    Avik heard the calls however ignored the fact that yatra representative again lied to me. After telling me yes the date change is possible next day denies the same and says its not possible. AVIK DID NOT ADDRESS IT NOR EVEN FELT THAT REPRESENTATIVE WAS WRONG BY SAYING YES FIRST AND LATER SAYING NO.

                                    6) 4th July 2014 - I MAKE THE BALANCE PAYMENT AND CALL PRADEEP ABOUT THE COMPLIMENTRY HOTEL STAY TO MAKE MY DELHI TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS . HE DENIES TO HAVE EVEN SAID SUCH A STATEMENT (Maine Aap ko complimentary stay kabhi offer hi nahi kiya)

                                    7) 4th July 2014 - After Pradeep denied to offer me a complimentary stay in Delhi I have written an email to yatra ALONG WITH THE RECORDED CONVERSATION WHERE PRADEEP HAS OFFERED ME A COMPLIMENTRY STAY addressing it to [protected]@yatra.com, pradeep.[protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com. Clearly stating that due to this I had to keep my travel arrangement to Delhi on hold and also requested to review the call recording I sent and revert quickly.

                                    Avik heard the call where pradeep called me and had offered me a complimentary stay in delhi. He however ignored the fact that by saying No yatra representative’s are lying to its customers.

                                    I also had informed yatra to look into the call recording and the matter ASAP as I had kept my Delhi flight arrangement on hold. HE DID NOT ADDRESS IT.

                                    8) 5th July 2014 - Pradeep singh calls me up and argues with me that I have not confirmed any such thing at the time of booking. I replied the same saying nor did u confirm anything. So how will the offer become void. We have and argument and I ask for a manager. He says manager is busy and will call back in 10 minutes

                                    9) 5th July 2014 – Miss Maninder Kaur calls me up after 2 hours after listening to a part of the conversation. After we have a conversation she tells me that she will personally listen to all the calls and get back to me on the same. I inform her to close the same asap.

                                    10) 5th July 2014 – Pradeep singh calls me up asking that you had a word with my manager and hope the issue is closed. I said No. Miss Maninder is supposed to review all the calls and get back to me. We end the conversation.

                                    5th July 2014 – Pradeep still sends me an email saying - I hope you have spoken with concern person and now you do not have any doubt regarding to your booking.

                                    5th July 2014 - To which I replied – [protected]@yatra.com As the per my last conversation with your manager Miss Kaurna. She is going to review all our conversations and get back to me till then the doubts are not resolved.

                                    5th July 2014 - Again sent an reminder email to - [protected]@yatra.com, pradeep.[protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com saying My last conversation with Miss Kaur was incomplete and did not lead to a closure of the same. She told me she will go through the calls again and get back to me. Till then the issue is not closed.

                                    11) 6th July 2014 – Miss Subhani called me to discuss the same and asked me to narrate everything. i informed her that i had spoken to Manindar kaur about the same. she said if you have already spoken to her its ok. she also said that she will remind her to get back to me. i again informed her that my travel arrangements are still pending and that this needs to be closed asap.

                                    12) 7h July 2014 – The Flight rates go up – I write an email to –[protected]@yatra.com, pradeep.[protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com

                                    Hi Pradeep / Maninder Kaur

                                    Even after me informing you all more than 5 times that my flight arrangements are pending. You all have still not reverted back on my problem.

                                    Thanks to your slow and bad service now the flight rates have increased for Delhi and I will end up paying almost Rs. 5000 extra for my one way flight to Delhi. the flight rates have changed from 5055 to 7500.

                                    You all should be ashamed of being such a big name and provide such horrible service to customers...

                                    I would really think a 100 times before buying from Yatra again.. Nor would i recommend Yatra to anyone... I will definitely share my experience of your slow and bad service with other social sites...

                                    13) 7th July 2014 – Pradeep singh calls me up and offers me a complimentary hotel in Delhi.

                                    I said I want the stay alsong with 5000 Rs of damages.so duw to you slow revert the flight rates have gone up. I again ask to speak to a manager Maninder Kaur. Pardeep tells me she has left for the day and no other manager I free to talk to me.

                                    Avik heard the call where pradeep called me and had offered me a complimentary stay in delhi. He however ignored the fact that had the issue been solved on time I would not have to pay a higher price for my tickets.

                                    8th July 2014 – I write across 3 complains on the yatra website in the new complain section.

                                    Below is the last complain.

                                    This is my 3 rd complain on the yatra website today.

                                    Even after repeated requests to speak to a Manager or Manindar Kaur The agents at yatra blindly deny to transfer me to a manager.

                                    Even after calling 6 times i did not receive a call back from yatra. I had to call up again and spoke to Praveen bali again. He told me that Manaindar kaur has left for the day and no other managers are available to speak to.

                                    I have been asking to speak to a manager for the past 2 days and am being denied every time saying they are busy and can not answer the call. even when asked for a call back i have not received any call from any manager from the past 2 days. i have sent 5 emails so far however no one cares about addressing the issue.

                                    I have paid extra 4000 Rs because of Yatra and booked my flights to delhi. Due to your bad service i had to loose money from my pocket.

                                    Nor Yatra Agents Nor managers are interested in to the customer's problem. And do not wish to offer an acceptable solution to customer.

                                    I am very disappointed with the behavior of yatra agents...

                                    I am definitely going to inform every one about my this experience with yatra...

                                    14) 8TH July 2014 – In my last conversation I had spoken to Mr Praveen Bali. After a long discussion Simply denied offering me any solution. He did not even agree to give me a complimentary hotel stay which was agreed in the first place. I asked him to connect me to a manager he said (KOI MANAGER AVAILABLE NAHI HAI) I told him that I shall book these tickets from yatra website however am not happy with the solution offered to me.

                                    Avik heard the call but decided to ignored it. That I have been calling up Yatra time and again to get the matter solved. However even after writing 6 complains calling up 6 times from my end none of the people thought it important to address the issue.

                                    I did not receive any call from yatra after that till I again posted a complain on the 26th July 2014.

                                    This is the kind of service Yatra has been giving its customers.

                                    I would request you to kindly review the matter yourself and evaluate the issue yourself, and explain me what was my mistake why did I suffer a loss in this whole matter.

                                    Please place your self in customers shoes before you come to any conclusion.

                                    I booked Gujrat Holiday tour on 14 NOV 2014 and paid Rs.10000 vide receipt REC/14-15/R12690473 by netbanking.

                                    On calling to YATRA, they said that my booking is not confirm.
