regarding cancellation of ticket and refund

hello sir

i am from pune and cancelled my ticket of Kolkaata to Pune quite in advance from YATRA.com.

i found the refund was almost 50% of the net amount. I like to know how this agents make money out of cancellation and bully passengers.

while booking they do not show any refund amounts and once they are booked they cancellation amount wht thye collect is too high.

Never received my payment back

I booked a flight ticket from yatra.com. By mistake i booked the ticket 1 month earlier so i called customer care to reschedule it. Customer care representative said you have to pay charges around 9500 rs. The original cost of the tocket was 6700! Why the hell would i pay such charges rather than keeping that ticket and booking another one at lesser price??


After that i tried to reschedule it through their online portal....
