Worst International deal

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

I booked international flight ticket from delhi to JFK by Yatra and got a worst deal I ever had. I have paid 3000 Rs more. The actual fare was very less in yatra portal. I am about to book multiple international tickets but now I will never use this portal anymore. I don't recommend this site to anyone. I will disclose this incident to the social media soon....

Cheating customers

Recently i made a booking using yatra.com, i have had the worst experience with them. Firstly, the website doesn't mention the check in and check out at there portal. I booked Mango hotel by paying Rs.1990/- . When i reached the hotel i was made to wait for 40mins, then after checking in they kept on nagging me to pay 50% extra amount saying that i had checked in early. When i contacted the customer care of YATRA.com, it was a nightmare....

Non processing of Refund of canceled air ticket

wrong commitment
