Yatra Reference Number: [protected]I'm sharing possibly worst Hotel Booking experience with Yatra.com. I had booked my tickets with yatra.com on 9 May 2014 for Shimla (2 rooms for 1 night stay).I registered into Yatra portal and booked my tickets with no hastle and payed booking amount through Credit Card.Immediately I got confirmation sms as well as e-mail from Yatra.com. I called my friend and said rooms booked and informed my wife.After 10 minutes I wanted to check my booking with the Hotel in Shimla,
I called Hotel and shared my booking details with the staff but hotel
staff said there is no booking in my name. When I explained them I
booked hotel room from Yatra.com, they said they don't have any
association with Yatra.com.I double checked the telephone number shared by yatra.com with telephone number on Hotel website. They both were same. I called yatra.com support and it kept on saying "Your call is important to us stay on online blah blah" and then came voice record message of Salman khan "blah blah", after 10 minutes i
connected with support. They asked for ref number, Email ID and Phone, I
explained the whole story to support, he hold me for 5 minutes and said
yatra.com and travelguru.com book hotel for each other and said Hotel
booking is confirmed.I again called Hotel they again denied Booking on my name.Again
called yatra.com, talked with different executive again gave him Ref
Number, Email ID and Mobile number, again told the same story, he put me
hold and said Booking status will be updated to Hotel by evening 5 PM.Called Hotel in evening they again denied the booking.Again called Yatra.com went through the same horsesh********ttttttttt of ref number, email id, telephone number, Salman
khan recorded voice, different executive told him same story...He put
me on hold and said he will check with backend...after 5 minutes he said
he will call me back in 1 hour.After 2 hour again called Yatra.com, goes through same procedure...he said he will call me at 10:30 PM but no call.Again called Yatra.com in morning at 7 AM...same bulllshyt but different executive...He promised to call be in 1 Hour.
Still waiting to hear from there end and possible legal notice for discrepancy in the service.
