Hi Team, This email is in continuation of the International flights tickets which I purchased for Delhi to Bangkok for June 19 vide Reference No. [protected]. I already informed you guys that my brother Kapil Sagar suffering from Typhoid since last 5 days and the moment Doctor confirmed, I intimated the same to you. Please understand that it is case of emergency and every company have such policy and procedures that flights can be modified with no extra cost. I am a frequent flyer works with American Express and I used to travel a lot and our company already use your travel services and I am really disappointed to know that when it comes to personal services, I am facing these bloody issues of yours. And when it comes to your customer service, it is really pathetic that you guys don't even listen at all. I made numerous calls to you guys in a day. Almost 100 calls in a day and on each call, someone said I need to pay you 2000 as penalty or sometimes 5000 or sometimes even 7000. What the hell is this? I will not pay you even a single penny at all and you have to understand that. He is still unwell, so I need to modify dates to somewhere in July or August and mind it, I will not pay you anything. If I need to pay you 5000, then I would love to pay this amount to Supreme Court Advocate to get this escalated to consumer grievances cell so that they can get it done on their own. Being a employee of a organization, I totally understand how it works when it comes to emergency situations. Its been more than 12 days I am sending mails to you and following up on my ticket cancellation request and no one is not even replying? I am telling you that once all this dissatisfaction will reach to the saturation level, I will drag this matter to consumer grievances cell and travel authorities of india which can really have a bad impact on your organization. See, I works with a MNC and i know how to float a news that how badly you treat a customer. My brother is ill and admitted in hospital and still I am sending daily mails to you just for the sake that my money should not get wasted. I am telling you i will not pay even a single amount of money to guys as a penalty and I want my money back. Now, after all this, I am leaving this with this note and this is my last communication to you guys.

    I have booked a holiday package for leh .
    finally after discussion with niti tyagi on 14.06.14 i deposited the money on 16.6, 14now Mr Mathew ext no 3724 is saying you have to travel on 2nd of Julyan i[censored]ou check the recording of 3.58 you will see a per saying " abe call rakh de kaat phone kaat" the way of talking persons not picking up the call from my no(1)Deepak Kumar Ext No 5953 (2) Vinay Kumar Ext No 3723
    i want you please check my all the recordings .
    finally Ms Niti Tyagi resolving the issue asked me to deposit the money by monday morning ie on 16.06.14 i deposited the money now Mr Mathew Ext No 3724 is saying your booking stands cancelled now you have to travel on 2nd of July please i will request to listen the recording of 3.58 pm and listen what he said at the last line before disconnecting the phone . . . now i have deposited the money and my tour is not fixed my daughters classes will reopen on 2nd of july...

      I had booked a round trip Calcutta - Delhi - Calcutta through the yatra.com web portal. Following is my Yatra Reference Number: [protected] . Had to cancel the round trip i.e both the to and fro journeys a few days later. A huge amount worth 6000 Indian Rupees on account of Airline Cancellation Fee was deducted at source while refunding the amount back to my credit card account. Such a huge amount is not deducted even by the airline companies themselves. Further Information: My Flight PNR i.e Airline Reference Ticket Number: KCDSMX. Airline Flight Number: IndiGo 6E-224 for Calcutta - Delhi journey. IndiGo 6E-227 for Delhi - Calcutta journey. Thanks, Anirban Karmakar.

        I have done this booking on 25 may with 40000rs, due to some official work i have to postpone it and informed your officer Mr shahid khan. he replied that this amount will be forfeited if you postpone your programme. I am not able to understand that i have travelled with so may travel companies mostly yatra but never got a response like that. 40000 Rs is a hard earned money and i am not going to loose it at any cost. kindly look into this matter ASAP. i also conveyed Mr shahid khan that you make another trip also but according to him this type of facilities is not available in yatra company. Which type of company is this? i dont think company dosent have refund/ cancellation policies. This is the only matter who is handling the customers. pls take care of your employees as customer asre GOD for every company.

        This is my 2nd time complain against yatra.com.I am still not getting any reply for this.I have talk with my lawer and i am now ready to file case against yatra in consumer court.i am still in shock, to enquiry any holiday trip we have to pay 40k.this is disgusting.i have all proof in my cell phone (recording ) and also mail proof.My lawer said i ll not return the money but also will put another case where i have gone through lot of mental stress.Here again i am writing the same story. i just enquired about swiss holiday package and to continue the same Mr. Jijo from yatra said " Madam you need to pay 40k as booking amount and he was very much aware of our concern that we may not travel still he assured the money and clearly said only 10k may b deducted rest i ll get back".he misguided about visa process and luckily we came across its not possible in a week time.I have all mail proof and even whats app text.So we stopped well and advance the trip but always adv iced to take the tentitive date where we both were not available, so i clearly said him to cancel the thing.when asked about refund money he said check with Mr. Ahmed.Mr Ahmed said he ll try his best to refund all money.after a month when i returned back from my marraige if i m calling to Jijo, he is behaving very badly.Ahmed said its forfeited as flights tickets has been booked.when we didnt attend any visa interview where you booked the things.No problem see you in court.

          Hi, I am Sachin Srivastava, I booked the hotel pachmarhi situated at Patel Road, Pachmarhi for 3 days, start from 20th june to 23rd june 2014.After booking, Yatra people told me that in this hotel the rooms are not available and ask me that they will gave some other hotel, for that they gave me choice that hotel paradise is good. I told them that I search this hotel then will confirm you, but they already confirm that hotel for me without intimation. After searching I found that this hotel is not good, so I told yatra executives that I dont want to stay in this hotel, you gave me room either in same hotel pachmarhi or gave me refund. But these executives waste my time and from past 10 days they told us that they will revert back soon. Please help me out for getting refund from Yatra.com.           Hi, After logging the complaint in this portal we got a call from no. [protected] Mr Suresh Singh, He is asking me the details of all my bank account as well as CVV no. of my cards also the PIN number of my cards, But I refuse to gave the cvv and pin no. of my card, I only gave the my bank account details. Yatra people ask so many things about my bank account and m got frustrated with this. Please help me out to resolve my refund issue.

            I and my friend had been on a vacation through yatra.com on 29th May. Our package was Nainital(2)-Corbett(2) we paid total Rs.26800 for 4 nights 5 days. Bookings done by yatra.com were not even worth 26800/- . bad rooms in Nainital. Bad rooms as in a standard room which was like a lodge and while talking and telling about bookings they told us that we have deluxe room. once we reached nainital they said your bookings are not done. We complaint about it, they neither shift us to another room nor another hotel. We had to JABARDASTI spend our 2 nights in that room, just because we had already paid them trusting them. Next day we left for corbett, they gave us stupid tents which were 990 per night. Spending night in those tents were not possible. we had to pay extra 2500 for a good room. Then what was the point in paying 26800/-? On top of that they hardly replied us back, they hardly pick our calls. If this is the service they are going to give their clients then soon this travelling site may just collapse. The itinerary given to us said Meals included whereas it didnt! they were supposed to refund us 2000/- which they didn't. This was my first and last experience with them. technically they are supposed to refund us the rooms money which they must have eaten up. Or else tell them to revert us back or give the break up of 26800/- as soon as possible! and refund our 2000/- back. our booking reference number: S876058

              I had booked a flight from Delhi to Kullu on 17.01.2014 under reference number [protected] and PNR number AI-9805. The Air India flight was scheduled to depart on 24.02.2014. I received a call from your Customer Care on 23.02.2014 and was told that the said flight is cancelled by the airline and the refund will be automatically processed within 30 days into your account. It has been over 100 days and the amount is still not credited into my account.                 Reference - Booking Information: Yatra Reference Number: YT12679314 Yatra Voucher Number: A-383547 Supplier Ref Number: YATMB[protected] Booking Status: Confirmed Yatra Voucher Date: 01 JUN 2014 The issue is as follows: I made this booking through the Trip Advisor app in my iPhone. I selected Hotel The Great Ganga located at Kailash Gate, Muni ki reti, Rishikesh. When I selected "Show Prices", I was given three options. The lowest offer was from Yatra for Rs. 1800. I selected Yatra. This link took me to the Yatra website from within the Trip Advisor app. I went through with the booking. Then I went to the hotel and showed the booking voucher. It is then that I realised that Yatra had booked me in another hotel of the same name, located in Haridwar. This happened because of a glitch in the link between Trip Advisor and Yatra. Since I was already at Rishikesh, at the hotel which I actually wanted, I decided to stay there. Since the mistake happened because of a Trip Advisor - Yatra.com linkage problem, I requested Yatra to please cancel the booking and refund my booking amount. I have made a phone call about this to Yatra. I spoke to Ms. Rajni Sharma. The issue remains unresolved. B. R.                   Out of extreme disappointment and deep grief I am writing this email, without expecting any results from your end. Without expectation - because I am fed-up with the UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL attitude of your call center ([protected]) executives and your rusty feedback system. It is too painful to write e-mail like this as we hardly expect any action will be taken. 1) On 16th May, 2014 I called for the first time to Yatra.com call center by searching the no. from your website. The phone was picked up by an executive named Mr. Nikhil Kalra. He had proposed a Tour Package to me as :(RE:'yatra=[protected]' CDXDFGVCJVCHGFJHNB30 ( 16MAY14VHD ) Srinagar holidays) by sending an email to me. The very next moment another call center executive Mr. Neeraj Bhatt called m. He told me that the plan proposed by Nikhil Kalra is not appropriate for you and rather Mr. Bhatt will sent me another plan and hence he sent the plan: "yatra=[protected]' srinagar package" (Inference: The two executives from same company has no coordination and competing with each other thus confusing the customer) 2) After a few minutes Mr. Nikhil Kalra again called me and enquirer whether I am ok with the plan? When I told him that another executive Mr. Neeraj Bhatt has called me and offered me a plan which is cheaper and more suitable, Mr. Nikhil Kalra got annoyed and started arguing that " How can you deceive me by choosing another plan?" . His ton was similar to a GOONDA of Delhi. (If you don't believe me please check the recordings). (Inference: The ugly bloody fight between the two executives is now on streets. Customers is not aware about this.) 3) When I complained about this behaviour to Mr. Neeraj Bhatt, Mr. Bhatt said that Mr. Kalra is not supposed to make such proposal as it is not his job as he is just a software maintenance guy. (Inference: Yatra.com has no internal control mechanism and hence any Eira Gaira (maintainance guy) can propose any stupid plan to any customer. No wonder tomorrow sweepers from your organization will sell plans.) 4) I have choosen the plan offered by Mr. Neeraj Bhatt with lot of hesitation in my mind (hesitation after seeing the unprofessional behaviour of executive) and made the payment of Rs. 90, 000/- by credit card. 2 days after (on 19/05/2014) I paid the rest of the amount Rs. 63, 000/- by depositing cash in Axis Bank thus paying the total amount of Rs. 1, 53, 000/- (Ref: S858875). I have requested early receipt of the flight tickets as well as LTC invoice as we were travelling to another place and would be out of network for many days. Mr Bhatt promised that the tickets will be send by evening of 19/05/2014 or by morning of 20/05/2014. But I did not receive the tickets till that time. Mr. Neeraj Bhatt started avoiding my calls. I got frustrated after making innumerable calls which was not picked up. (Inference: The promises need not be met by Yatra.com executive. You cannot depend on them. Their is lack of professionalism and basic courtesy to pick up calls makes them un dependable. It is usually expected from a good company that for any service a single executive will act as the contact person and will take care of all the problems which in this case is absent) 5) I called the customer care again and some another executive picked up the call. i asked him to connect me to Mr. Neeraj Bhatt. He connected to Neeraj. I was frustrated till this moment and charged neeraj with a raised voice. Mr. Neeraj replied " It is not my job to make tickets for you. I have done my job by acknowledging the payment receipt". In that case I asked whom to contact. He told contact Mr. Deepak Pandey or Mr. Abhishekh Gour. (Inference: Why you make false promises of service delivery which you can't meet? and when you are charged of irresponsibility, you just become ignorant and shift the responsibility to others?) 6) I was connected to Mr. Deepak Pandey. I asked him till what time will I be provided with the tickets? He promised me by evening of 20th May, 2014. He promised that he will call after sending the tickets to ensure I get it. I waited till 9:00 p.m. but didn't receive any ticket and neither any call. Helpless, I called at Mr. Pandey's extn no. When enquired Mr. Pandey said "Oh sorry I forgot". (Inference: At yatra.com executives take the word "promise" & " sorry" as pinch of salt.) 7) Later that night I received the tickets but not the vouchers. I was also promised that I will be receiving the invoice of Leave Travel (LTC) which they said that we have never promised to provide. It was said that vouchers will be delivered 7 days before travel date. My travel date is 31st May, 2014 so seven days before means I should have received this vouchers by 23rd or 24th of May. Today is 26th May and I am still waiting for the vouchers. Mr Deepak Pandey (extn - 2032) has stopped picking up my phone calls. 8) Helplessly again I have called the customer care and this time the false promiser is Mr. Varun Singh (extn - 3668). He promised that I will be receiving the vouchers by evening of 26th May. As expected I didn't receive any. At 7:00 p.m. today Mr. Varun Singh too didn't receive my call. 9) Again helplessly I called at customer care and this time it is Mr. Vivek Mahorkar (extn - 2071) He asked for 1 hour after listening to my pain. I helplessly waited for 3 hours. He didn't call so i called again. He said he is helpless and I shall float a mail to seniors. 10) I thought that like any other smart Indian corporate the services of Yatra would be quick, smart and responsible but now I lost all hopes. The person travelling is a senior civil servant and his family. For any good experience specially related to travel we recommend our other colleagues but after such an experience only a fool will recommend such a brand. Soumyajeet Biswas

                    Hi, I made a reservation online reservation for an international flight & money got deducted from my account then I get a call from yatra executive that your tickets are not booked & I would need to book a new reservation. So I had to go ahead & book a new reservation & then also await for the refund from Yatra which they promised in 5-7 working days. I did this transaction on 25th April & today is 17th May but there is absolutely no clue where the money has gone. Have contacted Yatra & they gave an ARN & Transaction ID & suggested me to go to the bank. I Spoke to Bank customer service & even went to the branch but Bank denied that they have received any money from Yatra .com. This is really frustrating & not sure why it has to take 3 weeks to process ones refund & why do they first have to charge money when they cannot book the reservation & then again made me cancel the reservation & booked a new one. Please help where else I can escalate this matter. Booking reference [protected]

                      Yatra Reference Number: [protected]I'm sharing possibly worst Hotel Booking experience with Yatra.com. I had booked my tickets with yatra.com on 9 May 2014 for Shimla (2 rooms for 1 night stay).I registered into Yatra portal and booked my tickets with no hastle and payed booking amount through Credit Card.Immediately I got confirmation sms as well as e-mail from Yatra.com. I called my friend and said rooms booked and informed my wife.After 10 minutes I wanted to check my booking with the Hotel in Shimla, I called Hotel and shared my booking details with the staff but hotel staff said there is no booking in my name. When I explained them I booked hotel room from Yatra.com, they said they don't have any association with Yatra.com.I double checked the telephone number shared by yatra.com with telephone number on Hotel website. They both were same. I called yatra.com support and it kept on saying "Your call is important to us stay on online blah blah" and then came voice record message of Salman khan "blah blah", after 10 minutes i connected with support. They asked for ref number, Email ID and Phone, I explained the whole story to support, he hold me for 5 minutes and said yatra.com and travelguru.com book hotel for each other and said Hotel booking is confirmed.I again called Hotel they again denied Booking on my name.Again called yatra.com, talked with different executive again gave him Ref Number, Email ID and Mobile number, again told the same story, he put me hold and said Booking status will be updated to Hotel by evening 5 PM.Called Hotel in evening they again denied the booking.Again called Yatra.com went through the same horsesh********ttttttttt of ref number, email id, telephone number, Salman khan recorded voice, different executive told him same story...He put me on hold and said he will check with backend...after 5 minutes he said he will call me back in 1 hour.After 2 hour again called Yatra.com, goes through same procedure...he said he will call me at 10:30 PM but no call.Again called Yatra.com in morning at 7 AM...same bulllshyt but different executive...He promised to call be in 1 Hour. Still waiting to hear from there end and possible legal notice for discrepancy in the service.

                        I booked ticket in Yatra with ref.no.[protected] on[protected] and my ticket was confirm i got the coach number with seat and berth number . Rs. 1062.06 with agent commission was transferred from my IOB bank account .My journey date was[protected] .58 days before i booked my ticket, but on[protected] my ticket was cancelled. On[protected] by 5.45 P.M. a staff from yatra.com contact me a fund transfer from my bank account was refund to my account, to get a confirm tickets I have to pay tickets again through the payment link.
                        I checked my bank statement there was no refund from Yatra .com I explained them and also attached my bank statement with my mail . But the cancelled my train tickets and they not refund my money .I lost my money and also my tickets . I booked this tickets for my Uncle and my aunt they were aged and they were suffered by knee pain unfortunately they had to travel by bus on that day .
                        Is there is any way to get my refund .

                          I booked international flight ticket from delhi to JFK by Yatra and got a worst deal I ever had. I have paid 3000 Rs more. The actual fare was very less in yatra portal. I am about to book multiple international tickets but now I will never use this portal anymore. I don't recommend this site to anyone. I will disclose this incident to the social media soon.

                              This is regarding my booking confirmation number YAT[protected] I would strongly suggest you guys that DO NOT BOOK ANY HOTELS FROM YATRA.com We have planned our vacation in ooty and booked hotel rooms from yatra.com and got confirmation also After 10 days got call from them saying your booking is cancelled due to unavailability of room. This is peak vacation time and at very short notice they ruin our plan. Now every hotel's rooms are either not available or gone to very high cost. When I questioned why it's cancelled that YATRA customer care lady's tone was so rude that she cut my call saying your booking is cancelled This is the way they talk to their client. PLS DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM YATRA.COM they are not professionals

                                Hi, My name is Suma Raju. We booked a vacation package to Leh- Numbra- pangong - Leh from Yatra.com. The reference number is Ref no: 12311955. When the call was made to enquire the details, I was told that the stay and tourism costs around 16000 per head. We were told that we need to pay 33000 for 2 pax on 28th Feb 2014. The representatives kept calling me every hour to check when I am booking the tickets. I informed them that based on the availability of the air tickets I will book the package. After confirming the details with Ms. Priyanka Verma from yatra, i booked the air tickets. I was told to pay 25 % of the booking amount on March 1st and I was asked to pay Rs. 8250 to book the package (which is 25 % of 33000). We booked the package on March 1st. We were told to book the remaining amount 15 days prior to the package start date (27 April 2014). The day when we were supposed to pay the remaining amount i.e 12th April 2014 we get a cal from the representative and she mentions that the amount that she had quoted was for one person and now we will have to pay 60000 for the entire package. She also accepted that it is her mistake and she is willing to return the booking amount. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? If it is the mistake of the travel planner why should the customer be penalised. After thorough confirmation, I have booked my air tickets. If I was told that the actual package was 33000 per person, I would have had no problem in paying the same. The reason given to us is there was a system error initially. 1. Why the system shows wrong details? 2. How come this error was ignored when we were asked to book by paying the advance amount? 3. Even after the booking was confirmed there was no communication about the change in rates. 4. Exactly when we were supposed to pay the remaining amount we get this call saying there was an error. 5. Why should I take the advance money back and cancel my trip? 6. Who will refund my air tickets money? 7. Who will help me organizing the trip at such a short notice? 8. Would you accept 3 pax instead of 2 pax in your trip if I say I made an error when booking or requested the entire amount for the same reason? I expect a resolution here. I had planned for this trip since 2 months and for your mistake I am not willing to cancel my trip and the air tickets.

                                  Recently i made a booking using yatra.com, i have had the worst experience with them. Firstly, the website doesn't mention the check in and check out at there portal. I booked Mango hotel by paying Rs.1990/- . When i reached the hotel i was made to wait for 40mins, then after checking in they kept on nagging me to pay 50% extra amount saying that i had checked in early. When i contacted the customer care of YATRA.com, it was a nightmare. They talk rudely, make false promises and blame the customers. Instead of taking the accountability or compensating for my loss they made me pay the extra Rs1000/- to the hotel. They are looting people on daily basis, there are numerous complaints on them in the forums. I know its Rs. 1000/- only but each day every common man is being looted by them, i want them to realize the power of consumer, so that they start respecting them instead of embarrassing.                                     I had booked a ticket from Yatra.com with reference number [protected].Both me and my friend booked the ticket.We paid from the same account.Both of our payment were successful.My friend got the ticket but i got a call from Yatra saying that "Till the time my bank s money was transferred to yatra fare got changed'.And that too from 4000 to 11, 0000 within 2 secs of time payment was processed
                                    This is absolute cheating!!!
                                    I completely understand that plane fare charges are dynamic and gets changed but that should happen before payment being made.After payment is done then how can one say that within 5 secs of time taken from payment to get processed from bank to Yatra the fare can change.
                                    I am a software engineer and please dont give such reasons to me.
                                    I told the customer care repeatedly to not take any action but she forcefully credited the entire amount to my account.
                                    But my complain is that the ticket which my friend had booked is confirm.My friend is definitely not going alone.
                                    yatra says that my friend will only get 400 as a refund amount.
                                    In Refund it was written that only 300 will be deducted for online booking.Now they are deducting entire 4000
                                    Yatra is a big fraud.They are just cheating giving lame excuses.
                                    My friend cannot go alone.So please give the full refund for her ticket also or book my ticket for the amount i was paying.
                                    If Yatra is providing such lame excuses that during payment processing from ban to yatra, yatra fare got changed, then people will stop doing online booking.
