Out of extreme disappointment and deep grief I am writing this email, without expecting any results from your end. Without expectation - because I am fed-up with the UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL attitude of your call center ([protected]) executives and your rusty feedback system. It is too painful to write e-mail like this as we hardly expect any action will be taken. 1) On 16th May, 2014 I called for the first time to Yatra.com call center by searching the no. from your website. The phone was picked up by an executive named Mr. Nikhil Kalra. He had proposed a Tour Package to me as :(RE:'yatra=[protected]' CDXDFGVCJVCHGFJHNB30 ( 16MAY14VHD ) Srinagar holidays) by sending an email to me. The very next moment another call center executive Mr. Neeraj Bhatt called m. He told me that the plan proposed by Nikhil Kalra is not appropriate for you and rather Mr. Bhatt will sent me another plan and hence he sent the plan: "yatra=[protected]' srinagar package" (Inference: The two executives from same company has no coordination and competing with each other thus confusing the customer) 2) After a few minutes Mr. Nikhil Kalra again called me and enquirer whether I am ok with the plan? When I told him that another executive Mr. Neeraj Bhatt has called me and offered me a plan which is cheaper and more suitable, Mr. Nikhil Kalra got annoyed and started arguing that " How can you deceive me by choosing another plan?" . His ton was similar to a GOONDA of Delhi. (If you don't believe me please check the recordings). (Inference: The ugly bloody fight between the two executives is now on streets. Customers is not aware about this.) 3) When I complained about this behaviour to Mr. Neeraj Bhatt, Mr. Bhatt said that Mr. Kalra is not supposed to make such proposal as it is not his job as he is just a software maintenance guy. (Inference: Yatra.com has no internal control mechanism and hence any Eira Gaira (maintainance guy) can propose any stupid plan to any customer. No wonder tomorrow sweepers from your organization will sell plans.) 4) I have choosen the plan offered by Mr. Neeraj Bhatt with lot of hesitation in my mind (hesitation after seeing the unprofessional behaviour of executive) and made the payment of Rs. 90, 000/- by credit card. 2 days after (on 19/05/2014) I paid the rest of the amount Rs. 63, 000/- by depositing cash in Axis Bank thus paying the total amount of Rs. 1, 53, 000/- (Ref: S858875). I have requested early receipt of the flight tickets as well as LTC invoice as we were travelling to another place and would be out of network for many days. Mr Bhatt promised that the tickets will be send by evening of 19/05/2014 or by morning of 20/05/2014. But I did not receive the tickets till that time. Mr. Neeraj Bhatt started avoiding my calls. I got frustrated after making innumerable calls which was not picked up. (Inference: The promises need not be met by Yatra.com executive. You cannot depend on them. Their is lack of professionalism and basic courtesy to pick up calls makes them un dependable. It is usually expected from a good company that for any service a single executive will act as the contact person and will take care of all the problems which in this case is absent) 5) I called the customer care again and some another executive picked up the call. i asked him to connect me to Mr. Neeraj Bhatt. He connected to Neeraj. I was frustrated till this moment and charged neeraj with a raised voice. Mr. Neeraj replied " It is not my job to make tickets for you. I have done my job by acknowledging the payment receipt". In that case I asked whom to contact. He told contact Mr. Deepak Pandey or Mr. Abhishekh Gour. (Inference: Why you make false promises of service delivery which you can't meet? and when you are charged of irresponsibility, you just become ignorant and shift the responsibility to others?) 6) I was connected to Mr. Deepak Pandey. I asked him till what time will I be provided with the tickets? He promised me by evening of 20th May, 2014. He promised that he will call after sending the tickets to ensure I get it. I waited till 9:00 p.m. but didn't receive any ticket and neither any call. Helpless, I called at Mr. Pandey's extn no. When enquired Mr. Pandey said "Oh sorry I forgot". (Inference: At yatra.com executives take the word "promise" & " sorry" as pinch of salt.) 7) Later that night I received the tickets but not the vouchers. I was also promised that I will be receiving the invoice of Leave Travel (LTC) which they said that we have never promised to provide. It was said that vouchers will be delivered 7 days before travel date. My travel date is 31st May, 2014 so seven days before means I should have received this vouchers by 23rd or 24th of May. Today is 26th May and I am still waiting for the vouchers. Mr Deepak Pandey (extn - 2032) has stopped picking up my phone calls. 8) Helplessly again I have called the customer care and this time the false promiser is Mr. Varun Singh (extn - 3668). He promised that I will be receiving the vouchers by evening of 26th May. As expected I didn't receive any. At 7:00 p.m. today Mr. Varun Singh too didn't receive my call. 9) Again helplessly I called at customer care and this time it is Mr. Vivek Mahorkar (extn - 2071) He asked for 1 hour after listening to my pain. I helplessly waited for 3 hours. He didn't call so i called again. He said he is helpless and I shall float a mail to seniors. 10) I thought that like any other smart Indian corporate the services of Yatra would be quick, smart and responsible but now I lost all hopes. The person travelling is a senior civil servant and his family. For any good experience specially related to travel we recommend our other colleagues but after such an experience only a fool will recommend such a brand. Soumyajeet Biswas

    Hi, I made a reservation online reservation for an international flight & money got deducted from my account then I get a call from yatra executive that your tickets are not booked & I would need to book a new reservation. So I had to go ahead & book a new reservation & then also await for the refund from Yatra which they promised in 5-7 working days. I did this transaction on 25th April & today is 17th May but there is absolutely no clue where the money has gone. Have contacted Yatra & they gave an ARN & Transaction ID & suggested me to go to the bank. I Spoke to Bank customer service & even went to the branch but Bank denied that they have received any money from Yatra .com. This is really frustrating & not sure why it has to take 3 weeks to process ones refund & why do they first have to charge money when they cannot book the reservation & then again made me cancel the reservation & booked a new one. Please help where else I can escalate this matter. Booking reference [protected]

      Yatra Reference Number: [protected]I'm sharing possibly worst Hotel Booking experience with Yatra.com. I had booked my tickets with yatra.com on 9 May 2014 for Shimla (2 rooms for 1 night stay).I registered into Yatra portal and booked my tickets with no hastle and payed booking amount through Credit Card.Immediately I got confirmation sms as well as e-mail from Yatra.com. I called my friend and said rooms booked and informed my wife.After 10 minutes I wanted to check my booking with the Hotel in Shimla, I called Hotel and shared my booking details with the staff but hotel staff said there is no booking in my name. When I explained them I booked hotel room from Yatra.com, they said they don't have any association with Yatra.com.I double checked the telephone number shared by yatra.com with telephone number on Hotel website. They both were same. I called yatra.com support and it kept on saying "Your call is important to us stay on online blah blah" and then came voice record message of Salman khan "blah blah", after 10 minutes i connected with support. They asked for ref number, Email ID and Phone, I explained the whole story to support, he hold me for 5 minutes and said yatra.com and travelguru.com book hotel for each other and said Hotel booking is confirmed.I again called Hotel they again denied Booking on my name.Again called yatra.com, talked with different executive again gave him Ref Number, Email ID and Mobile number, again told the same story, he put me hold and said Booking status will be updated to Hotel by evening 5 PM.Called Hotel in evening they again denied the booking.Again called Yatra.com went through the same horsesh********ttttttttt of ref number, email id, telephone number, Salman khan recorded voice, different executive told him same story...He put me on hold and said he will check with backend...after 5 minutes he said he will call me back in 1 hour.After 2 hour again called Yatra.com, goes through same procedure...he said he will call me at 10:30 PM but no call.Again called Yatra.com in morning at 7 AM...same bulllshyt but different executive...He promised to call be in 1 Hour. Still waiting to hear from there end and possible legal notice for discrepancy in the service.

        I booked ticket in Yatra with ref.no.[protected] on[protected] and my ticket was confirm i got the coach number with seat and berth number . Rs. 1062.06 with agent commission was transferred from my IOB bank account .My journey date was[protected] .58 days before i booked my ticket, but on[protected] my ticket was cancelled. On[protected] by 5.45 P.M. a staff from yatra.com contact me a fund transfer from my bank account was refund to my account, to get a confirm tickets I have to pay tickets again through the payment link.
        I checked my bank statement there was no refund from Yatra .com I explained them and also attached my bank statement with my mail . But the cancelled my train tickets and they not refund my money .I lost my money and also my tickets . I booked this tickets for my Uncle and my aunt they were aged and they were suffered by knee pain unfortunately they had to travel by bus on that day .
        Is there is any way to get my refund .

        You issued me an air ticket on the 30th day of March 2014 for Delhi to Cochin
        trip. But regretfully, I could not manage the time to avail the
        journey. Consequently, I cancelled my trip informing in your office. I

          I booked international flight ticket from delhi to JFK by Yatra and got a worst deal I ever had. I have paid 3000 Rs more. The actual fare was very less in yatra portal. I am about to book multiple international tickets but now I will never use this portal anymore. I don't recommend this site to anyone. I will disclose this incident to the social media soon.

              This is regarding my booking confirmation number YAT[protected] I would strongly suggest you guys that DO NOT BOOK ANY HOTELS FROM YATRA.com We have planned our vacation in ooty and booked hotel rooms from yatra.com and got confirmation also After 10 days got call from them saying your booking is cancelled due to unavailability of room. This is peak vacation time and at very short notice they ruin our plan. Now every hotel's rooms are either not available or gone to very high cost. When I questioned why it's cancelled that YATRA customer care lady's tone was so rude that she cut my call saying your booking is cancelled This is the way they talk to their client. PLS DON'T BOOK ANYTHING FROM YATRA.COM they are not professionals

                Hi, My name is Suma Raju. We booked a vacation package to Leh- Numbra- pangong - Leh from Yatra.com. The reference number is Ref no: 12311955. When the call was made to enquire the details, I was told that the stay and tourism costs around 16000 per head. We were told that we need to pay 33000 for 2 pax on 28th Feb 2014. The representatives kept calling me every hour to check when I am booking the tickets. I informed them that based on the availability of the air tickets I will book the package. After confirming the details with Ms. Priyanka Verma from yatra, i booked the air tickets. I was told to pay 25 % of the booking amount on March 1st and I was asked to pay Rs. 8250 to book the package (which is 25 % of 33000). We booked the package on March 1st. We were told to book the remaining amount 15 days prior to the package start date (27 April 2014). The day when we were supposed to pay the remaining amount i.e 12th April 2014 we get a cal from the representative and she mentions that the amount that she had quoted was for one person and now we will have to pay 60000 for the entire package. She also accepted that it is her mistake and she is willing to return the booking amount. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? If it is the mistake of the travel planner why should the customer be penalised. After thorough confirmation, I have booked my air tickets. If I was told that the actual package was 33000 per person, I would have had no problem in paying the same. The reason given to us is there was a system error initially. 1. Why the system shows wrong details? 2. How come this error was ignored when we were asked to book by paying the advance amount? 3. Even after the booking was confirmed there was no communication about the change in rates. 4. Exactly when we were supposed to pay the remaining amount we get this call saying there was an error. 5. Why should I take the advance money back and cancel my trip? 6. Who will refund my air tickets money? 7. Who will help me organizing the trip at such a short notice? 8. Would you accept 3 pax instead of 2 pax in your trip if I say I made an error when booking or requested the entire amount for the same reason? I expect a resolution here. I had planned for this trip since 2 months and for your mistake I am not willing to cancel my trip and the air tickets.

                  Recently i made a booking using yatra.com, i have had the worst experience with them. Firstly, the website doesn't mention the check in and check out at there portal. I booked Mango hotel by paying Rs.1990/- . When i reached the hotel i was made to wait for 40mins, then after checking in they kept on nagging me to pay 50% extra amount saying that i had checked in early. When i contacted the customer care of YATRA.com, it was a nightmare. They talk rudely, make false promises and blame the customers. Instead of taking the accountability or compensating for my loss they made me pay the extra Rs1000/- to the hotel. They are looting people on daily basis, there are numerous complaints on them in the forums. I know its Rs. 1000/- only but each day every common man is being looted by them, i want them to realize the power of consumer, so that they start respecting them instead of embarrassing.                     I had booked a ticket from Yatra.com with reference number [protected].Both me and my friend booked the ticket.We paid from the same account.Both of our payment were successful.My friend got the ticket but i got a call from Yatra saying that "Till the time my bank s money was transferred to yatra fare got changed'.And that too from 4000 to 11, 0000 within 2 secs of time payment was processed
                    This is absolute cheating!!!
                    I completely understand that plane fare charges are dynamic and gets changed but that should happen before payment being made.After payment is done then how can one say that within 5 secs of time taken from payment to get processed from bank to Yatra the fare can change.
                    I am a software engineer and please dont give such reasons to me.
                    I told the customer care repeatedly to not take any action but she forcefully credited the entire amount to my account.
                    But my complain is that the ticket which my friend had booked is confirm.My friend is definitely not going alone.
                    yatra says that my friend will only get 400 as a refund amount.
                    In Refund it was written that only 300 will be deducted for online booking.Now they are deducting entire 4000
                    Yatra is a big fraud.They are just cheating giving lame excuses.
                    My friend cannot go alone.So please give the full refund for her ticket also or book my ticket for the amount i was paying.
                    If Yatra is providing such lame excuses that during payment processing from ban to yatra, yatra fare got changed, then people will stop doing online booking.

                          I booked a ticket from Patna to Pune Indian Airlines(AI ticket PNR J0E56) The flight was delayed by more than an hour before departure. I cancelled the ticket with airline from airport. A full refund was promised as flight was delayed. I submitted a copy of cancelation to yatra for a refund. I was told that full refund takes one month to 45 days. Even after a more than a 45 days has passed yatra has not refunded any money Ticket issued by Yatra says refund would be done in 72hours. I do not understand where this 45 days or one month thing comes from. When the ticket is canceled and Airline has given full refund receipt, I don't understand what takes 1 month ? This is the refrence no issued by yatra for this refund yatra=[protected].

                            My Question is u can earn a lot of money with good bussines. Why u feed ur childrens with money which is earned by fraud stuff. They not live long life KEEP MY WORDINGS.

                              Sir,
                              Me and my friends had been to Bhuj, Gujurat from 27.12.2013 to 29.12.2013 for a recreational trip. We had booked two rooms at Shiv Hotel, Bhuj; one room through Cleartrip and another room through Yatra (Bkg ID: YT[protected]. Payment was done through Internet Banking from my friend Debadutta Senapati's account on dt. 20.12.2013. On 25.12.2013, Yatra people called and said they don't have vacancy at Shiv Hotel, so they will provide us alternate accommodation at Hotel Swagat which Yatra.com claimed to be of similar quality. Total cost of booking was Rs. 4827 for 2 nights. On reaching the Hotel Swagat after our long journey, we found it to be sub-standard and it looked more like a guest house than a 3 star property as claimed by Yatra.com. Also, the room tariffs displayed at the hotel was not even close to what we had paid online. But, that is not the end of story. On asking the hotel owner, he said he has not received any confirmation from Yatra.com and he did not allow us to check-in. I immediately called Yatra.com helpline and made them aware of the situation. They said they will arrange some alternate accommodation for us, but we denied this time because we had lost faith on these Yatra people for the reception we received at the hotel Swagat which they had provided as alternate accommodation and also because we had travelled from Cuttack, Orissa and were very tired. We somehow managed to get another room at Shiv Hotel on our own and stayed there as our other friends were staying in one room we had booked over Cleartrip. After this incidence, I talked with Yatra.com representatives for refund of my booking amount as they could not provide any accommodation even after changing the accommodation 2 days before our arrival (on 25.12.2013) but, they did not believe us or what, they said me to send the hotel bill of Hotel Shiv where we stayed after not getting accommodation at Hotel Swagat. I sent them the bill through e-mail at [protected]@yatra.com, and after that there has been no reply from their side ever since. Yatra.com should refund me the booking amount for allotting poor standard hotel as alternative and for being unable to provide accommodation at Bhuj on the day of arrival.

                                I booked a reservation for the Hotel with YATRA.COM on 12 Feb for Rs.1298 and the process finished but even after payment I have not received any confirmation in my yatra account or email account or on mobile.

                                The reference number was [protected].

                                It was mentioned that I will receive a call in 2 hrs which I didn't get. It was almost 3hrs gone but nobody contacted fromyatra.com side. How irresponsible you guys are? Atleast if it is confirmed about the cancellation, I could book my room from other service providers as yours is very pathetic.
                                I called customer care at 2.10 PM and the guy told he will call me and confirm within 30 mins, max within 2.45 PM.He never called.

                                I called again at 3 PM and spoke to Mr. Sathish Kumar. He kept me on call and tried to verify and in the end connected me to Mr. Adhil who after 20 mins of making me wait on call booked the same hotel again from his side and sent me the voucher to my mail. He said it's confirmed.

                                Check in date today 12th Feb..but when I reached the hotel at 5.30 AM they are saying hotel has not received any booking from Yatra.com.
                                As the customer service was available only after 6.30, I had to wait on the road so early in the morning until they were available. Called at 6.30 AM and got in touch with Gowri Shankar ([protected]) who called the hotel owner and kept me in conference and finally they say the hotel's branch is in different area and asked me to go their. WheN I had booked for this branch how can I go to other area? How can a prestigious website like Yatra can be so cheap and irresponsible.

                                I had to be on road for 2 hours and finally got the booking cancelled. Had to book a costly hotel as others were not available immediately. The number of calls I had from yesterday. With each call more than 20 mins long and time wasted on road is complete responsibility of yatra.com. I have taken this issue very seriously and for all the discomfort caused it's your responsibility to compensate.

                                The money wasted on calls and new hotel booking should be compensated from Yatra.com. I will file a lawsuit as there is a complete negligence and the mental torture I had in this service.

                                I got a call on 15th Feb regarding this issue and they said they will let me know about the compensation. I have not received any information regarding this issue after that. This is complete disrespect and I am in no mood to tolerate this discomfort and troubled experience from Cleartrip.

                                  I contacted Yatra.com on 15feb for a package to Malaysia for 2 and made the payment of Rs 70001 via credit card.
                                  Reference NO.# S677336 | Mr. Tarun Gupta x 02 pax | Malaysia package | 25 Feb.

                                  Now here starts the complete Fraud:
                                  1. I asked for 26 t0 2March, but i got an email for 25 Feb to 2March, 2014. Later on they said its a mistake and this is 25 Feb to 1 march.
                                  2. I was asked made the payment of 70000 (By Sidhant) and he told me send the scan copies of Passport.
                                  I did the same an after payment, I was told that their representative from Bangalore office will come to pick my documents for further processing and no action is required from my end.

                                  Now today on 16 Feb, I was called by Narmata to confirm the same and later i was told that i need to send my documents by Cargo by today only (On Sunday) at my own cost. But they themselves were confused wether to send my documents to Delhi or chennai. later on, I talked to Narmata regarding cost for courier and brought YOUSUF in call and i dont know what that guy was. He talked so badly and said that it is not their responsibility and even I send my documents and if visa would not processed on time then I have to bear the cost and they dont care about this. Why he was threatening my, I still dont know if he was a gangster or whatever he was??

                                  Now I m so fed up going here and there and still dont know what to do. I am raising this issue with 24 hours on this site to ensure that they dont harm me any more. I need my full return along with the apology letter from them.

                                  Yatra team please do not cheat people to make money everytime... It was my first anniversery and you have made it like a hell. If dont get the resolution by 17th, Feb i will either file a criminal case for fradulent activities and harassment.

                                  Below is the last email that I sent to Yatra after talking to Narmata as she has accepted that this is Yatra's fault and i should not bear any cost.

                                  Since I was misinformed about the package completely and it seems that this is not going to be feasible for you people to do the formalities on time.

                                  I was told earlier by Sidhant that I need to make the payment then someone from Bangalore team will pick my documents. Now today at 2 o'clock I was told that i need to send my documents by Cargo and i will have to bear the cost.

                                  I checked with the Cargo companies and they are going to charge me around 3000rs and afterwards, I have to go to airport to give the package which is not feasible as I have to travel almost 3 hours to reach to the airport.

                                  So I am not sure why I was misguided to take the money out of the pocket even when the package was not feasible as on the decided dates.

                                  Now I can only give my documents to the Bangalore office at the max if required and will not be responsible if anything goes wrong from your end.

                                  I NEED MY FULL REFUND OF Rs 70001 + 2% credit card (If any was deducted from my account) or else I have to take the court route to recover my account as this is not just a misguiding but a fraudulent & harassment case.

                                  Now do let me know your further action by tomorrow Monday (17 Feb) at max or else I will take the steps from my end by registering this case and which will hurt the creditability of Yatra.com as well. Since, I will go for a full case via Lawyer, to recover above mentioned amount along with Harrasment charges as I have been bouncing from one place to another since morning(16 Feb, 2014). Package confirmation date for 15th Feb, 2014.

                                  Presales I talked to Sidhant and post sales – Narmata & Yousuf (This guy is too arrogant and does not know how to talk the customer.)

                                  Narmata, as you have assured that you will try to get the full refund for this case as even you have agreed over the call that there was a mistake from Yatra.com not from the customer side.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam my booking reference is S636684 1. my wife name had been changed by ur executive mistake i travelled with my own risk.with wrong id proof by my own sources my judicial coat by my own lawyer... 2. hotel as per booking not good . i spend money for 3 star room but i got basic room in hotel as temperorary basis...& hotel room was very bad ... its full of rats he distroyed my sweet box i complaint to hotel manger for it... if i spend money for 3 star room why i lived in basic room.. 3 Mr Vinay sharma tone behaviour or dealing is ver good... but yatra.com experience is very bad... plz resolve my problem...& Soon i will Send u the consumer court notice..                                       Dear Team, Yesterday I have booked some tickets for my family (Yatra Ref No [protected]). I have selected the dates 16 March 14 to 20 March 14. But I was shocked when I got the tickets for 16 November 14 to 20 November 14. I have checked twice while booking the tickets. I cant afford the reschedule charges, I One again I am focusing on the fact that i have selected the correct dates. But the Yatra.com is completely denying from the fact. The total cost of tickets is Rs 31, 034 and the are charging Rs 21, 290 to reschedule/Cancel it. They will give me only Rs 9, 845 as balance amount in case of cancellation. This is pure cheating from customers by this website.

                                        I have made a booking for Goa from 8th to 11th feb and when I was making these booking I was told that your resort that is Osborne holiday resort is 3-4 star hotel, I made the payment and got the booking in hotel voucher and confirmation, now when it's just 7 days from my decided date I have got a call that says you ll have to change your hotel and the mail says your last hotel was 2 star hotel so we are giving you alternate option for another 2 star hotel, I mean what is that are you fooling your customers ?? Once you told its 3-4 star hotel and now saying it was 2 star, your agent told me that we just see the ratings on site and provide you the information, so is it our mistake that you do not have updated or right information ??? Or even I was never been told that it's 2 star hotel even after confirmation voucher. We want a same category hotel or you just deal with the flight we will deal with hotel thing. I gotta book these complain on consumer court as well, because that's not a customer satisfaction deal . I'm forced to adjust with things.
