    I have booked room in Kings Court via yatra on 13/06/2023. Check date is 14/06/2023 and the checkout date is 15/06/2023.
    Check-in & Check out time is flexible.(Screenshot attached for your reference). and also at the time of booking, I mentioned the check in time around 6.00 am-7.00 am to the hotel via yatra

    On 14/06.2023 around 5.30 am, I reached the hotel. The gate was closed.
    I tried to call the hotel number ([protected]) which is available on the hotel name board.

    He simply said, there is no rooms available now. you can contact your yatra customer care. Even He didn't open hotel gate to respond.

    I tried yatra customer support number. That number also invalid.

    Why yatra allow us to book if there is no rooms available.?
    If room available means, why the hotel InCharge prevent us to stay?

    I need a proper reason for this worst experience.

    Due to this, I have missed my interview. Why yatra doing such a worst hospitality service. ?

    My money also waste. Initiate the refund.

      I have booked the 3 flight tickets from Jaipur to Mumbai and Mumbai - Jaipur (Return) and made payment of Rs 21996 to Yatra.com via Amazon pay UPI (UPI ID - [protected]@amazonpay). However, my amount got deducted and no tickets were booked and confirmed. I logged in as Guest in Yatra application and tried to book tickets using email ID ikush.[protected]@gmail.com. Please look into this asap and refund my money asap.

        Hi,
        While booking a flight from BBI -BLR for 15th June 2023 the amount got deducted, ticket number is showing unconfirmed and PNR is not generated. While trying to call the provided customer support number in the email[protected], it giving automated response and nobody is picking up.

        It is an important booking and from yesterday it is not confirmed. Sent email to Yatra support got automated response and no resolution yet.

          I booked an AirIndia flight DEL-BLR for 16/06/2023. However, the money has been debited from my account and the booking is not confirmed.

          After the payment was completed, it showed me that refund would be processed but I have received an email that says your refund request could not be processed. "Oops! We are facing some difficulty processing your refund request. The amount of Rs. 16, 096.00 will be refunded to your tez within 5-7 working days. "

          The payment method was UPI.

          I have already booked another flight since this booking was not possible and now I need a refund ASAP.

            I have cancelled 3 tickets out of a group booking on Yatra and after 8 days, I have still not received the refund. Also I paid extra cancellation charges for getting full refund incase of cancellations but Yatra asks me to claim the partial amount from directly from the insurance company which is a very lengthy process. They take the charges themselves but asks to claim and indulge in a long process with the insurance company. I want my additional cancellation charges to be refunded else I will file a case in the consumer forum. Yatra is not refunding the airline charges inspite of taking extra charges for full refund process. My reference number is[protected]

                  Flight was cancelled by the airline on 13th April 2023 and refund was processed by the airline. Yatra had informed that they were about to initiate the NEFT payment within 24 hours.But even after more than 2 weeks of following up, they have not provided me any transaction details.

                      Hi Yatra Team,

                      Let me explain to you the complete scenario in detail.

                      I needed a 8(7+1) seater cab for my visit to Nainital which was planned for 21 April'23 at 7:00 am.
                      I have found and booked a cab through Yatra at midnight 1:00 am as 7+1 seater was available because my earlier cab got cancelled at the last moment.

                      At 6:00 morning i called the driver and discussed with him. He clearly mentioned that his car is 7 seater Innova(6+1) not a 8 seater.
                      He video called me through Whatsapp and showed me his vehicle and asked me to get connected with GetmeCab customer care.
                      Then we had a conference call with customer care & the driver because the vehicle which i booked was not available with Getmecab team.
                      Customer care executive asked me to show the pics of the cab that i booked earlier(a 8 seater SUV) for my visit(which got cancelled last moment).
                      I shared the pics to him over whatsapp and he told me that he can only provide me Ertiga or Innova which will be the same 7 STR and that too will take minimum of 2 hours.
                      I could have waited for 2 hours more if he agreed to provide a 8 STR cab but he didn't. My trip getting delayed at the last moment again.
                      I trusted yatra team not the getmecab as i don't know there support & feedback in google is also terrible.
                      I have paid 25% advance just to make sure that i get a correct cab on time in order to make my journey smooth on time.
                      Post getmecab denied i asked them to refund my money that i paid(Rs.2286) as advance.
                      They denied and my plan shattered due to this. Then, since 7:00 am in the morning it took me 2 hours to arrange another cab.
                      That too with the help of my Nainital resort manager where i booked my stay. Somehow i got a cab(Mahindra) and my jouney started at 11:30 am.
                      I reached the destination at 6:00 pm in the evening and my whole day plan got wasted due to this issue.
                      I was supposed to reached by 12:30 pm if i left on time from Delhi. The whole issue is because of GetmeCab team, my 1 day gets wasted.
                      Then also they are denying my refund as well when it was totally there fault. I could have not asked for refund if any issue is at my end.

                      @YAtra Team: I trusted just your brand name to book the cab with this 3rd party vendor during emergency otherwise I would have never taken such risks.
                      If you won't support your consumers then trust from Yatra is also broken and I had to escalate this further as i have evidence of my call history.

                      You can check with the driver as well in case needed. He has Innova with 6+1 Seater not the 8 STR.

                      Moreover, intially you told me to refund 50% of the amount and that too not received till now.

                        I tried booking 2 flight tickets from Vizag to Kochi. The amount 12226 got deducted from my bajaj emi card account but the tickets have not been booked.

                        There is no customer care number. Just mail ID. I sent a mail . Though 24 hours over still the money has not been reverted back.

                        Please resolve this issue.

                          I have made a booking to thailand for 3rd june 2023.. even after 12 hours it is still unconfirmed ..
                          yatra sent me mail to cancel the ticket and ask for refund..
                          I need to travel in this flight as hotel and other activity bookings have already been made.
                          Rates also changed a lot after sometime..
                          Airasia ask for 11 digit reference number which is 13 digit with yatra..

                            Hi,

                            Booking I'd number[protected] where I booked a hotel and my money got deducted. I had used a gift voucher as well, which was applied and deducted and my yatra e- cash has been deducted.

                            With all of this my hotel is not booked.
                            When I go to the self care service I it says booking I'd doesn't exist. But money is deducted from every place for this booking. I can provide transaction details as well.

                            I tried reaching yatra support team but no response. It would be really great to get my money back

                              I have been cheated by Yatra.com on the recent hotel booking with pre payment...My booking was successful and we have booked transport and every arrangement...first there was no CONTACT of hotel post booking however we CONTACTed Yatra cx SUPPORT for hotel CONTACT. when we CONTACTed the hotel the owner is denying to be affiliated to Yatra and demanding 13K again when we arrive or else asking us to ### ourselves

                                I’ve booked this return flight on Yatra.com and airline gofirst. On May 3 I received a message from airlines stating the flights has been canceled due to operational issues. I asked them for full refund. Airline has shared me a confirmation email of full refund transferred to agency(yatra.com) but Yatra has not yet issued me any refund so far. I urg you to please look into this and help me as I really have further bills to pay 🙏🏻

                                      I booked an international ticket from Houston to Delhi at 17:00 hours on 2nd May. At 17:04 hours Yatra deducted money from my account for that ticket but I did not receive any booking confirmation or ticket on my email id.

                                      I have tried reaching out to Yatra and submitted a complaint to them as well but to no avail. I would please like either a confirmation and ticket or a refund ASAP. This is extremely stressful and a difficult experience for users.

                                      I would like the Yatra team to resolve this ASAP as I am flying out in a day's time.

                                        Yatra has been absolutely irresponsible with its services so far. I booked a flight from Guwahati to Kochi where the amount has been debited from my account and there has been confirmation on the booking status. Also, my profile on Yatra's website shows no transaction history. I request that this issue be resolved immediately.
                                        I am attaching a photo of the transaction amount. Please do the needful.
