I had booked a flight ticket from DEL - COK on 2nd April’23. After a complete payment transaction of ₹7, 592/-. The page got stuck at Your order #[protected]-[protected] is
Awaited. Payment Reference no:[protected]

I call Yatra Customer Support many times but call not connected. They said no booking is made. Then I mail and no satisfactory reply received. I want my full refund now.

    I booked a flight ticket from DEL to COK on 2nd April’23. After the complete payment transaction of (INR 7, 592). Page stuck and I have not received PNR No. I tried to call yatra customer care many times but no call connected as they said I haven’t booked any ticket and also send mails but haven’t received any reply.

    I have taken a screenshot where the page stuck, I kindly request you to refund my hard earned money. I want my a confirmation on refund today.

      I had booking flight for Delhi to AHMEDABAD for 6 adult and 1 child(7yr) total 7 ticket and payment via Google pay but booking I'd not generated and still payment transfer to yatra.com official account pls do needful regarding these issue

        I was booking a flight from GOI-BOM today, and the amount got deducted from my HDFC account (I was paying via UPI using GPay) however on being redirected back to the Yatra app, it said that the payment is unsuccessful and the ticket was not booked.
        Do look into this ASAP and issue me a refund for the same.

          I had booked my flight on 21st March around 10pm, from yatra.com. But after making the payment I recieved a mail that the booking status is pending, and I will be updated withing 3 hours. Even after 3 hours got no update so I tried connecting with customer care, I realised they dont take complaints after 6pm. So next day around 9 am I called them and I found that the booking is canceled and now they dont want to book another flight for me within the same price. They did not even compensate for the 12 hours delay in confirming, because since they did not confirm I could not book another flight bu the the time I contacted the customer service the prices were high in all the airlines. Afterall how can I book another flight without know the status of the current one, they would have taken cancellation charge for either of the ticket had it been confirmed. They did not budge on getting a newer ticker even if it was a 2k extra. They only refunded the amount that I paid. And now I am left with no flight booked with 12 hours loss and the prices have reached the sky. Had they told me the booking was cancelled withing 3 hours, I would rebooked the flight. I think the right resolution of the issue is to get me a flight on the same day

            I have booking on March 10, 2023 which I purchased on Yatra.Com. I repeatedly called them to make the changes to the date but they never responded in time and when they responded they increased the date change changes.

            To me this looks like intentional way to create a situation for customer so that customer will cancel the ticket and that way Airline and Agent both get good money.

            Very bad Customer service.

              I booked a ticket from yatra on 2nd March for 3rd march morning flight to Delhi from Kochi. The booking came as confirmation awaited. I thought it will get confirmed in a while. Now the flight has gone. I didn’t get any call from yatra. Neither they have a agent to call. I cant refund my amount.. only option to contact them is email.. which i didn't get any reply.

                  Regarding my flight details has not sent but i am seeing with reference it is showing for 18 th may but i have booked for 18 th feb 2023 please send my itenary for Bangalore Delhi flight for 18 th feb 2023 because it is only4 days left no one sent my itenary i am going to mentally stressed eventhough so many mail has been sent through email or Twitter no one responded

                    I book 3 flight tickets from Patna to Guwahati through my Bajaj Emi Card
                    "Booking reference id[protected]" on 10th February, 2023, but the tickets never got confirmed. When I enquired about the problem, I got to know that this is an ill practice of this company. Go through their instagram page. You will get many complaints in the comment section. They don't even respond to their customers. But now they have found me. And I wanna say to Yatra.com that this time I will definitely sue your company. My brother is a lawyer of the supreme court. You won't be able to get away this time

                      At 7:55, I booked an Indigo Flight 6E-706, that is flying from Cochi International airport to Delhi international airport on 15th February, 9:20am - 12:35pm . I paid the amount Rs.9, 222 at 7:55 on 9th February. And then yatra website crashed. There has been no response, when i try opening my bookings tab, there are no bookings, absolutely no confirmation . Not been able to get back to the payment page. Kindly revert and help as soon as possible

                        Guys, Pls escalate this...the amount of 21, 004 was deducted and successfully paid to Yatra, however booking wasn't done on yatra mobile application. I need a call back asap at [protected].

                            Amount deducted twice but no booking received

                            Hi,

                            I tried to book a train ticket from New Delhi (NDLS) to Amb Andaura (AADR) on 1/19/2023 from www.yatra.com. The payable amount got deducted from the bank however, I did not receive any booking from Yatra. I tried it the 2nd time as there was only 1 available seat, but again the amount got deducted with no booking. Both the payments has not yet been reverted back. Also not able to get through the customer service number....

                            I am trying to book hotel through upi in yatra website and payment is successful in my upi app and money also deducted but it shown unsuccessful in yatra app and i can't even find that booking in booking history it is like i never even did payment in yatra app but my money is gone. i only have my statement histiry which can prove yatra deducted my money but didn't book hotel or even bothered to mail me if transaction is failed. i cant find anything in yatra website it is totally scam.

                              I have booked a return trip between Kol to Del on 17-19th Jan for Vistara airlines. It deducted total INR 18082 from my credit card but the ticket was never booked. It was a false PNR in the ticket and when I contacted airlines they mentioned that the money never reached to them. So it’s still staying with Yatra. I booked it on 4th Jan and today is 16th Jan. No refund or communication, nothing.
                              This company should be sued in consumer court for this fraudulent practices. Nobody should book any ticket from them if they can’t make their basic system right.

                                I tried to book my flight ticket from yatra for Bangalore to Bhubaneswar but the money got debited and ticket did not got booked, and nither i got the refund of the ammount, and not able to reach out to the customer support as well after trying a lot, request Yatra team to initiate my refund asap.

                                  Booked flight tickets from Bengaluru to New Delhi for 25th January. The total price paid was ₹10825. Received a cancellation from the carrier, and yatra initiated a refund of ₹9815.
                                  According to yatras policy, for booking cancellations by airline carrier, a complete refund will be initiated.
                                  Please look into this, as I have got no response when contacted through other channels.

                                    On 11 Jan 2023 i made a payment to your account regarding booking of round flight ticket from Dimapur to Kolkata and Kolkata to Dimapur for 16 and 26 Feb. 2023. However after an amount of 16404 is deducted no confirmation or acknowledgement is given regarding the payment and confirmation of ticket.
                                    Kindly let me know what is going on and when when will I receive the confirmation.
