International airline ticket - surname issue

I have booked a ticket from Auckland to Delhi airline ticket for my wife on 24/06/2017 from www.yatra.com. On the booking page it comes up with Traveler details. I have entered the name of my wife as per passport.

Just to keep the name private, my wife's name as per passport is:

Yatra hold feature

Yatra .com promises to hold the ticket at given price forr 3 days and then when we lick on pay on it shows increased fare. Let me clearly state the words on yatra website, blog and email:
With our ‘Hold Now, Pay Later’ feature, you could hold international air tickets on lower prices without
paying in advance until your plans are finalized. Thus save the money you would otherwise spend on last minute bookings!

Ticket not booked but amount got deducted

I tried to book bus ticket (Goa-Pune) from Yatra.com on 15th Dec, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my icici bank.

I tried chasing Yatra bus booking team many a times, but they only assure me of resolution within 24-48 hours. After sending them many mails(on 9th Jan, 8th Jan, 7th Jan, 2nd Jan, 22nd Dec, and 19th Dec), they do not even bother to acknowledge.br...

Hotel booking cancellation no refund

I have booked a hotel in tamilnadu on 13th sep 16 two rooms for two nights. Then i decided to cancel my booking as per cancellation policy printed in the yatra.com confimation voucher. However, i got error cancelling online using my account with yatra.com so i sent an email request to cancel the booking to yatra.com customer care on 13th sep 16 late night. Blocked my money and did not give me ticket confirmation

Yatra charged me 49797 INR and my yatra refrence number is 130116f73561.they took money from my account and later on they said that we cant confirm your tickets and we are refunding your money in 5 to 7 working days .that was the only money i was left in my account so if i book it after 5 days for the same tickets price will go high. they are doing farud by keeping customer money .it happened with me twice.. never book tickets through them...

We wrote to Yatra couple of days before the trip that my wife was hospitalized with Dengue and is unable to travel. Yatra responded and asked me for Dr's certificate which we provided. Unconfirmed booking

Baggage promised but not included in the package

I booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi with Yatra for 20th Feb 2025, and I got the response that the flight is canceled from airlines end, I requested them to provide me alternate, but they are putting the blame on airlines. I contacted airlines, and was told, that Yatra had not updated the name of the passengers for the booking, and even the payment is due, therefore the airline is not able to provide me the alternate. I keep trying to reach Yatra, but never able to connect. I absolutely needed to be present in Delhi on the date for flight, and now the flight cost is way higher.

    I booked a flight from Yatra.com for the 15th of March, 2024 from Bengaluru to Guwahati(Air India Express - 8:20 departure and 11:10 arrival). All the details were taken and I made the payment through UPI the transaction receipt for which is attached here. It is clearly visible there that the payment was done and received by Yatra. The amount was deducted from my account but I did not get any booking details or confirmation. I tried to track the booking from my account and there is no trace of it anywhere but the amount was taken. I have been trying to contact Yatra but they do not respond to any emails. Only an automated response was all I got. Neither have they provided a phone number to reach out to for issues with flight bookings or for any urgent issues. This clearly looks like an attempt to loot money and then become unreachable. I want a refund for the money that was stolen from me by Yatra.

        I booked an indigo flight 6E-993 which was scheduled for 24th February. 2024 on 1st February 2024 through yatra.com.
        I opted for UPI payment and was redirected to the payment page. I received a request of Rs.4986 on my Phonepe account and I made the payment on the same request, i have attached a screenshot of the completion of the transaction on the same account which was of yatra.com

        My money got deducted but the payment page kept buffering for some time and redirected me to page saying time out even after the payment was done. i did not receive any confirmation of the payment or the ticket.
        It does not even show any record on the booking on the website. The money did not get credited back also.

        Even i did not received any mail or message on my registered mail/mobile no.

        I tried to reach them out but their customer care no is not able to connect. I have mailed complete issue but till now there is no response from yatra.com.

        They are cheating and looting money for nothing and they used to do it everytime. I am hopeless and my big amount money is with them.

        Please i am requesting to https://www.consumercomplaints.in to take necessary and immediate action against them.

          This flight got cancelled from Indigo itself and they sent us the credit note stating that your refund has already been given to your travel partner who is Yatra.com
          We initiated refund with Yatra.com with steps they have given. On which we see status that refund is processed and also we sent mail to support team where they say the same thing but we did not receive anything in bank. We asked for transaction number on which they said for refund to process share your bank details for NEFT.
          Firstly they said refund is processed whereas they did not take any steps and then we followed up again and again they asked for NEFT details. We provided that as well on which we are again not getting any update, Each time they say will update in 24 hours and they do not do anything. It is a month now we are trying to get refund. I dont understand the issue why they are not processing our refund.
