Hello,

On 19th September, I was trying to book a train ticket from Yatra from Howrah to Nagpur. The payment got succeeded but ticket was not booked and now I can't even find its history anywhere in Yatra..

As I have already booked my ticket through some other app..I want to know where my money got stuck and need the full refund of amount of Rs.4459.

I reached out to Yatra team and just received this Yatra Interaction ID[protected]

Kindly check and resolve this ASAP.

    I booked flight from yatra.com on 3rd september, 2023. Payment has been deducted from my bank of rupees 5311 and yatra portal was showing message that " transaction declined by the bank".
    I have called my bank and they said that Payment has been credited to the merchant's account.

      I tried to book my flight from Bangalore to Jaipur Yatra.COM. i was doing payment through UPI. so after the payment an error occured on the website that says no ticket booked, click to pay again.
      but my money got debited from the account

        I booked to and fro domestic flight ticket and the amount is deducted. However no ticket is received. There is no way to contact the customer executive and no response on e mail of [protected]@yatra.com. This is highly unprofessional that you don't even provide a customer service. Utter waste of time. How to resolve this?

          This is to inform you that I have below booking
          Sprise Munnar Resort & Spa at Munnar with Check-in: Sun 31Dec 2023
          for 2 Night(s) and Check-out at Tue 02Jan 2024 for 2 ROOMS FOR 2 Night(s) and ROOM TYPE is Majestic Ponmudi Dam View With Breakfast & Dinner

          I had booked this hotel with 100% payment in Independence sale at cheaper price which was confirmed by Yatra having
          Hotel Confirmation Number: YDPWA[protected]
          Booking Reference Number[protected]

          Now after having all this Yatra is unable to book my reservation stating that "Hotel could not confirm the booking", which was not the case and it s a issue at Yatra's side.

          They offered me 2-3 alternate star property against 5 star property which were not at par. To hide their mistake they even offered me Rs. 2000 refund against cancellation.

          This definitely seems Yatra is struck and could not resolve this issue. I have asked them to provide a comparable property to the property I have booked and do not want refund.

          I never wanted alternate property, but I cooperated with Yatra to go with it . But my only concern is to provide a similar property with similar inclusions.

          Please help at the earliest.

          Hotel Confirmation Number: YDPWA[protected] at Sprise Munnar.

          Yatra has failed to made booking.

          Sorry to say that I have been following with Prasad Gaitonde from 1 month in order to make alternate booking which Yatra could not confirm. But he has failed to do any booking till date and he is just making the timepass.

          I cannot wait any longer and now I want my original booking that is at Hotel Sprise Munnar.

          Kindly arrange to book the same or I would need to escalate the matter further.

            Today morning I was booking ticket from Indore to Ranchi via your platform. An amount for Rs 3498 was debited from my account, I selected Paytm for payment, and it was successful. But the page did not redirect to Yatra and It displayed, sorry for inconvenience please contact customer care. There was no history for my booking as well. You people even do not have an active customer service. I am attaching Screenshots for payments. I want my refund asap.

              I had made a booking ( Indigo Flight - Delhi to Kolkata - 2 Pax dt 25th October 2023 ) at around 4.15pm today. Payment 17294/- has already been deducted from my bank account. The Flight booking Reference no is[protected]. On contacting customer care at[protected] immidiately, i was told that the matter shall be resolved within 3 hours and i shall get a call and email. Bit i have not received anything till now. I tried contacting customer care number, but the response is that the executives are available upto 6.00pm only.

                I booked flight from yatra.com on 11 August 2023. Payment has been deducted from my bank of rup 6750 and yatra portal was showing message that " transaction declined by the bank".
                I have called my bank and they said that Payment has been credited to the merchant's account.
                I have sent many mails to yatra for the same but they didn't bothered to provide me the solution.

                    I tried to book an airline ticket Jaipur to mumbai on the 9th of august at 10.25 am from Yatra.com.however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my RBL CREDIT CARD

                    I tried chasing Yatra booking team many a times, but they DONT SEEM TO HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CARE NO THAT WORKS AT ALL.I sent them a complaint on their website complaint portal they do not even bother to acknowledge the same.

                    It is confirmed by them that the ticket is not booked and when I am calling the RBL CREDIT CARD GUYS THEY ARE ALSO CONFORMING THAT YATRA HAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED THE SAME.

                    I request this problem to be reached out to Yatra team by consumer complaint means, so that they resolve this out asap.

                      I have redeemed my Indus Ind Credit Card points towards a Rs 10000 rupees yatra e voucher issued by GyFTR, please note whenever i try to use this voucher on the yatra website and make the balance payment towards my flight tickets it doesnt allow me to make the payment saying " INVALID PROMO CODE ". There is no customer service number for yatra . If someone from yatra can help me resolve my problem.

                        Unconfirmed booking

                        Booked a To and Fro ticket from Hyderabad to New Delhi today but got PNR number for only(Hyd to Del) and for the Del to Hyd it's showing 00000 as PNR. But for both journeys in Yatra site/app it's showing as unconfirmed. While checking with Yatra customer service they mentioned I'll get confirmation mail for Hyd to Del in 2hrs but it's more than 8hrs I didn't received any. For the Del to Hyd they mentioned it will take 24-48hrs. I'm not sure...

                        I had booked on the flight UDR-Delhi on 24th May (9I - 696) via Yatra.com.

                        This flight was cancelled by the airline itself due to technical reasons and SMS received from airline . (The same is verifiable via the flight tracking sites online where it clearly shows that the flight 9I-696 which is a AHM-- UDR- DEL flight went from AHM to DEL directly on 24th May 2023 )

                        Its been more than 2 months since following up with Yatra and I've provided them with everything
                        1) phone recording of date 24th May with Alliance air executive confirming that the flight was cancelled
                        2) Flight cancellation SMS
                        3) flight tracking information

                        They keep denying me refund conveying that the airlines has denied full refund but on asking to share what the airlines has said they say that we cannot share.

                        On talking to airlines directly they confirm that flight was indeed cancelled but they ask me to talk to yatra.com for refund.

                        Yatra is taking customers for granted and instead of providing value by expediating this intermediatory issues they make the customer work (put the onus on customer to get the mail from airline, even for a cancelled flight) For such flights they should be proactive in processing refunds but they make you work for refund also, let alone the problems you faced due to flight cancellation and getting a last minute booking as airline did not adjust even after it was their own issue.

                        The experience on your platform was fine but with your support staff the experience I've been having is terrible. (Untrained and illogical. Seems to have been trained to distrust and avoid giving refunds)

                          I had made a flight booking on booking reference number[protected] from bagdogra to kochin on 27/07/2023 for the date 31/07/2023.The amount of Rs 14299 was deducted from my google pay upi account but the booking was not made. So kindly make arrangements for refund. I have attached the payment receipt.

                            I had made payment through google pay upi application for booking an indigo flight from bagdogra to kochin for 31/07/2023 on 27/07/2023. An amount of Rs14299 was deducted from my bank account by yatra and the booking was not made. I have attached the payment recipt. Kindly make refund so that i can book another flight.

                                  I was booking for a flight without login in yatra.com.
                                  During booking a flight from Delhi to Bagdogra for 5 july..the payment was deducted from my account but tickets were not booked.

                                      I was booking flight from Yatra.com (desktop) as guest user from LKO to BLR. My payment got deducted but the ticket was not booked. Yatra team is not responding. I've already shared bank statement with them. email id which i entered was [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. was [protected] .
                                      Date of incident : 15/06/2023 .
                                      I am requesting them to refund my ticket price which was deducted.
                                      Bank statement of transaction is also attached with this complaint.
