I have booked room in Kings Court via yatra on 13/06/2023. Check date is 14/06/2023 and the checkout date is 15/06/2023.
Check-in & Check out time is flexible.(Screenshot attached for your reference). and also at the time of booking, I mentioned the check in time around 6.00 am-7.00 am to the hotel via yatra
On 14/06.2023 around 5.30 am, I reached the hotel. The gate was closed.
I tried to call the hotel number ([protected]) which is available on the hotel name board.
He simply said, there is no rooms available now. you can contact your yatra customer care. Even He didn't open hotel gate to respond.
I tried yatra customer support number. That number also invalid.
Why yatra allow us to book if there is no rooms available.?
If room available means, why the hotel InCharge prevent us to stay?
I need a proper reason for this worst experience.
Due to this, I have missed my interview. Why yatra doing such a worst hospitality service. ?
My money also waste. Initiate the refund.
