        I recently made a booking on Yatra with the reference number[protected]. The order number for Snapmint is 14547899. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue related to the payment for this booking.

        I had book ticket from yatra.com on 20 Jan 2024 around 9pm . My booking was confirmed. Later on i realised I had 2 bookings for same name. I am trying to yatra.com since then to check or cancel within 24hrs but i have no response as well as they are charging me for this whereas as per airline rule cancellation for such type is - full refund. Nor I am getting solution to my nor my money . Yatra is worst app no call working

          I made a booking at Mayfair Darjeeling on 13/01/2024 through yatra (ref number[protected]. Upon calling the hotel they’re saying they’ve received no such booking.

            I have booked a hotel using yatra website and has done the payment, immediately after the payment has done instead of redirecting to website it has redirected to a page it was saying that to contact support.This is so disgusting to grab money when someone trusted you.

            and booked for 19th Jan, 2024 stay.

            I want my money back.

                On 2nd December I have purchased a ticket from yatra website, I was redirected to the payment gateway but as soon as the payment was successful the yatra site blanked out and redirected me to home page without any reference against my payment. I am contacting them till from 2nd they asked the details of payment and till date it has been a week and no revert back of the payment has been initiated and also the fact when I call the customer service they are telling we have checked that against the mail we haven't received any payment and the concern team will get back to you. The fact which is visible on website after login with the mail id that no transaction is labeled there they are telling the same and manually cutting the call. I have mailed them all the details and they have told they will get back within 2-3 days and today its the 5th day they haven't mailed me any information yet. I want my money back, I am attaching the traction details below.

                  I booked a flight from yatra source and the travel was confirmed, because of cyclone and flood, flight got cancelled from airlines side and refunded entired paid amount from their side to yatra, but these yatra people charged Rs 1200 as convinence charge and refunded remaining which seems like cheating people

                    - I reached on 12:30 am at boarding point Rajeev Chowk.
                    - I continued to contact with driver, and when he reached at boarding point he not stop the bus, I called him and he said - thoda aage aa jaao. Mai aage gya or fir vo muje Iffco chowk aane ke bole, mai iffco chock gya and he didn't pick my call.
                    - I Tried to contact with support team, then one of member chat with me (+91-[protected]) {Appan Travels Rajeev Chowk Under

                          I booked a flight on yatra.com on 26 Aug. I booked my flight for Rs 5881.07
                          But by mistake I have booked twice
                          And I cancelled one flight. On that flight I used my credit card for some discount Reason. I got a discount of Rs 975 on flight ticket. I cancelled the flight within 1/2 an hour of booking and yatra charged over 1600 for cancellation. I called yatra and asked why so high cancellation charges. They said discount amount is non refundable(Rs 975), airline charges Rs.500 and yatra convenience fee of rs Rs.450 something. I am a student and by seeing this much cancellation rate on yatra. Yatra don't Even bold these kind of important details while giving discounts. Yatra is a big fraud company.

                            Post filling the online Yatra Form for hotel booking, amount got deducted from bank account but hotel booking failed as reported by yatra online.

                            Suprised to see that post failure of booking there is no email or SMS stating that booking failed and that amount will be refunded in X days.
                            Also in booking section of the app or online portal there is no record of a failed transaction and that refund is in process.

                            Post which I tried to connect to "Contact Us" section in portal to which a bot was replying with already predefined messages and no communication for my failed transaction. there was a feedback option in which i mentioned this details to which i got a response that yatra will get back to your mail id in sometime for which i am still waiting.

                            Please attend the issue ASAP and share timeline for refund of the deducted amount.

                              I booked flight ticket from yatra.com without logging into yatra account but money was debited and ticket was not booked. The transaction was successful and was done from GPAY UPI. I raised concern with support team i.e. [protected]@yatra.com and support ticket number is YA:39887610, but no action till now.

                              I provided the below details

                                  I tried to book a flight from Sharjah to Surat on Yatra.COM (Yatra Reference Number[protected]. I used UPI to pay, but after making the payment, the website didn't update, and my money was deducted from my account. The website says my ticket isn't confirmed, and it's still pending. It's been over 24 hours, and I've tried calling customer service at[protected] between 09:00 and 18:00, but I couldn't get through.

                                  I want to know if my ticket will eventually get confirmed or if I should book another one. Also, what will happen to the money that was taken from my account? Currently, I cannot apply for cancellation or refund for this booking. Kindly help.
