I tried to book my flights without logging in to yatra.com, The email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I was trying to book the tickets on 16th August 2022 at around 11.30 PM.
While trying to pay, the amount was debited but the website showed that "payment has failed, please try again" but the amount has already been debited. The fight was SG-160 on 10th September.

I have recently tried to book 3 nights and 4 days in Green Nest Resort, Kotagiri (TN) I have made successful transaction in yatra app however I noticed that my full payment was made but the resort was not booked as any sort of confirmation from yatra was not provided, over app or email.

I try to book flight ticket on 5th april 2022 but upi payment successful and debited from my account and ticket not confirmed i was sent email to yatra they told me that wait 48-72 hrs after checking we revert your money but now 110 hrs done but not any email or money received.

I booked 3 domestic flights for a round trip (Booking reference no.[protected] amounting to more than Rs.27k at 17:22 hrs today. The transaction was successful, and the money was deducted from my account however, the booking is still UNCONFIRMED with no PNR number generated. I used yatra app to book my ticket from bagdogra to Mumbai for 29th Jan money got debited from my card however am unable to see any booking confirmation or acknowledgement from yatra for the transaction I made. I called my bank they say the amount is already send from their end to yatra.. no customer care phone number is provided by yatra I wrote email to them but just recieving automated messages from yatra to how to check refund status...

I have booked my flight from Hyderabad to Chennai to London on January 26th on yatra.com for the date of travel Feb 2nd, 2021. But the flight got cancelled by the airlines (Air India) and I have contacted yatra and they have rescheduled the flight to Feb 16th and then again the flight got cancelled by the airlines. I have booked 2 round tickets from Bombay to Dubai for the 29th of December 2020. The money has been debited from my account, but the booking is still not confirmed.

When making the booking, Yatra's app showed me that they will take 30 min to help resolve the issue. It has been more than 24 hours. I have sent 2 mails and tried any and all customer care numbers which just ask you to mail them again.

I have booked yatra to celebrate my, my son’s birthday and our marriage anniversary in bali (Reference number yh4885502). Overall experience of booking was horrible but since i have booked no other option. At the time of booking i made it clear that i need extra bed and it was mentioned in the vouchers as well. Yatra Egift Vouchers does not allow to fully redeem of the value, This will cause the user to left over the voucher money to the company. it is not fair trade policy by saying terms conditions which is not commonly available to all users.

I had a bad experience of redeeming 4000 vouchers against 1500. they redeemed 1499 and the remaing amount they are not refunded to and transferred to my profile....

I booked a multi city route with yatra.com
They booke 2 flights out of three, and mentioned that they would call me back in 2-3 hours to have this sorted. They did not call.
I called them the next day to check the status an they asked me to either get a refund of the 1 flight or pay the extra amount to confirm booking.

I made the booking with full payment as a mark of acceptance of a transaction provided to me...

I had booked two tickets from Pune to Delhi shown as refundable. Due to change of plans I had to change the route /cancel the tickets. Now it shows cancellation charges xyz hence refund is zero. Can the English you explain the meaning of refundable.
Plus for cancellations there is no toll free number so once booked you are at their mercy and if you call then you pay additional amount on phone bill.
