I tried to book my flight ticket from yatra for Bangalore to Bhubaneswar but the money got debited and ticket did not got booked, and nither i got the refund of the ammount, and not able to reach out to the customer support as well after trying a lot, request Yatra team to initiate my refund asap.

    Booked flight tickets from Bengaluru to New Delhi for 25th January. The total price paid was ₹10825. Received a cancellation from the carrier, and yatra initiated a refund of ₹9815.
    According to yatras policy, for booking cancellations by airline carrier, a complete refund will be initiated.
    Please look into this, as I have got no response when contacted through other channels.

      On 11 Jan 2023 i made a payment to your account regarding booking of round flight ticket from Dimapur to Kolkata and Kolkata to Dimapur for 16 and 26 Feb. 2023. However after an amount of 16404 is deducted no confirmation or acknowledgement is given regarding the payment and confirmation of ticket.
      Kindly let me know what is going on and when when will I receive the confirmation.

          I was booking a flight ticket on 9th Jan 2023. My UPI payment was successful and money got debited from my account but there was no booking confirmation on the portal. I am attaching the Gpay transaction status for reference.
          I have also not received any notification from Yatra about whether the booking was failed or confirmed.
          Please look into the situation and refund the amount as soon as possible.

            I have booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Guwahati on 05.01.2023 at 11.39 Pm through Yatra. Com . After Making a successful payment of Rs 16952 through UPI I didn’t receive any Ticket nor any intimation from the company. Very Poor service and if I don’t get my refund soon I will lodged forgery case against yatra. Com

                  Dear sir,
                  I have taken taken three e-visa for dubai. I received 5 day before visa copy but still visa status not showing on website it showing data not found. I already email 35 times but not any response. I have paised 36000 rupees for three visa. Kindly checked I think they are cheating, it not showing website means it is fake visa.                             I had a ticket booked for 6th Jan 23 from Mumbai-Frankfurt-Columbus. Yatra emails me asking if have you canceled your flight from Mumbai-Frankfurt or rescheduled with the airlines. If yes then inform us. I found it shocking as I had no interaction with the airlines whatsoever. To re-verify I called Lufthansa airlines to find that my part ticket has been canceled by the airline itself. Again a shock. Yatra trying to blame Lufthansa and the customer in this case for their own misdeed. When I try to call Yatra, my phone gets cut off after the message 'No Booking'. What the hell is this going on? Yatra is certainly playing fiddle here. You have to provide me with the same ticket for the same date as I don't have money to waste on booking another ticket that will come out heftily expensive. I had puposely booked this ticket in June to avoid heavy amount to spend at the last moment.

                                      I tried to book flight ticket via yatra but my money got deducted and ticket was not booked.
                                      I informed the yatra team via mail which they hai provided on their website.
                                      They informed me that the refund will be processed within 24 hrs. But even after 10 days they have not refunded the money. On the 8th day they informed me that within 24 hrs my refund will be processed and I will not have to send them mail again and this was after I mailed them several times.

                                      But again on the 10th day i mail them regarding the promise they made but now they are not replying.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        I booked a train ticket on yatra. During the transaction, the website stopped working and the ticket was not booked online but the money got debited from my bank. I did my transaction on December 7. Till now the money is not refunded back to my bank account.
