I have booked a seat in bus for the route from chennai to pudhukottai. Saturday, 22, december at 10:30pm departure from chennai. I cancelled it in the website at saturday, 22, december at 5:30pm but no cancellation or refund was confirmed and no information regarding the respective cancellation was sent. Since i have initiated a refund before 5 hrs from departure, i need a 50% refund according to the cancellation policy

    Never book any holidays with yatra.com. I booked an international holidays to europe under flavours of europe scheduled on 18 january 2019 and at the nick of time yatra mailed me saying they cannot run the package after payment of full package amount. Such a mental harassment we are facing. I hope they maintain some kind of professionalism and refund my entire amount very very soon as i have no money left even to plan anything.

      Dear sir,

      I have booked an air ticket through yatra website on 19.12.2018 at 05:30pm. When i booked 1st time rs.4325/- was deduct from my account. But i din't received ticket at that time. Then i received a call from yatra call center that ur ticket is not confirmed & he insisted me to book again & said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days.

      But problem is that amount of rs.4325/- was deducted from my bank accountduring the transaction but no ticket booking took place. My transaction details are given below

      Transaction id: 92s01574w0425753x.

      Invoice id: [protected][protected]

      I notified the yatra customer at this no-[protected] and they stated that the amount would be refunded back within 5-7 days. Now after numerous call and follow ups, nothing has materialised and the people at yatra have stopped replying to my messages. Though the amount is not huge, i believe duping the customers in such a manner is unethical and illegal.

      I want the amount of rs.710, refund back in to my bank account.

      Please look into the matter and get it resolved asap.

      We truly apologize for the inconvenience you have faced in this regard. We would want to inform you that we have processed full refund of Rs. 4325.00. In case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further the private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Also if you can give clarity on refund of Rs. 710.00 which you mention in your above post, we are not able to trace any transaction with that amount.

        We stuck at andaman, neil island (14th n 15th dec, 2018) yatra didn't support us with any help, either verbally to understand the situation. We have to afford rooms by self (Cards didn't work there) we had shortage of cash, why do they care?
        They should guide regarding tickets cancellations, they said we have to manage by self.

        Above all, at port blair where we are expecting them to help with the accommodation, but its our mistake that we are making expectations from them.

        We were mentally tortured and harassed by yatra. Will never recommend yatra to anyone.

        Currently we are only looking for refund at there end :

        1. Tickets cancellation charges, indigo has made the complete refund of return ticket (Cancellation charges are also waived off)

        2. Refund of the unused services
        2.1 makruzz (Neil to port blair on 14th dec, 11:30 am)
        2.2 hotel (Gdm grand hotel at port blair - one day 14th night)
        2.3 cab and day travel expenses on 14th (Chidiyatapu)

        3. New ticket fare difference - because they didn't take action nor guided us.

        4. They should also compensate as they play with us mentally. The pressure we handle.. Trying to reach out the peoples.. No body from yatra helped us. Senior folks didn't respond. (Mr pradeep and mr akhil)

          Dear sir,

          I have booked a ticket through yatra.com vide ref[protected] for flight 6e-844. While booking payment was reflecting an amount lower than rs3800/- however after making the payment the amount charged was rs4506/-.
          Moreover the receipt they have sent for is rs4606/-
          I have sent a mail to them but there is no response from them to refund the excess amount.

            Unfortunately below complaint was auto-resolved without proper resolution. Yatra offered rs. 1000 as compensation, but unfortunately promptly took it back within a week without giving us an opportunity to spend it. The complaint stands unresolved as of 15-dec-2018 so reposting.

            We gifted a honeymoon package to 2 couples (4 people in total) as their wedding gift. Their holidays were totally ruined by this fraud company. We gifted this package but in the end, were left embarrassed for having to put the couples through such a horrible experience.

            We had the option of booking the package with some local operator but went with yatra thinking its a good brand name and it will be worth the extra money. I guess i was too naive to think it would be a good experience, you can never expect anything good from these frauds.

            To anyone who is thinking of booking anything through this website please think twice. This incident took place a while ago, but i still think it is my duty to warn others about how they systematically ruin the best days of your life. Don't go by the brand name. Once they have your money they will not care. We dropped multiple emails and phone calls (I live overseas, so it was an isd call each time). They never bothered to give us a satisfactory answer or even acknowledge the problem. They had the chance of fixing things even during the holidays, but they never bothered to respond. Companies like these are very dangerous to deal with who won't give you even a response when you directly complain to them, but act nice and innocent when complaints are publicly posted on sites like these. The pa machinery will do over time to contain public complaints, ignoring the fact that they had the chance to make things right when the customer initially approached them.

            Booking reference: ya:1229656

            Issues:

            1) shimla being a cold place, it's obvious the hotel rooms should provide heater facility. When they arrived at the hotel the couples were told they will have to pay separately. Why? This was an all inclusive package and heater charges were nowhere mentioned in the list of exclusions. You don't give the option to pay for it at the time of booking then charge it later, that's your business model? Do you even realize we gifted this package to someone telling them they need not pay anything, and then they start getting bills from the hotel? It's your responsibility to manage the hotel since we paid you.

            2) huge promises were made like welcome drinks etc. That never happened. Obviously, we were charged for it in the package and then you conveniently forget providing what was promised. That's cheap especially if you advertise yourself as a "brand".

            3) the package had itinerary for outings/sightseeing scheduled for 3 days. The staff conveniently jam-packed all the sightseeing in 2 days leaving them without any activity for the 3rd day. It was a terrible and overwhelming experience to have to be rushed into such a hectic schedule within 2 days. People come with a mindset to enjoy and you totally ruined their expectations.

            There were numerous other issues, but no point wasting my time. I hope the issues above convince you to not deal with this fraud company in any way.

              I had send a query for greece holiday package and got a call from rahul bhadouria. I described him my requirement and he assured me that a customize package would be send on email on the same day. It has been three days, i'm trying to get in touch with him on his extension 2255 however no calls were answered. I send the query again on the website and another agent contacted but same attitude and no response. I would really appreciate if your team can inform the customers directly that customize packages are not available instead of wasting time.

              It was an highly unprofessional behavior.

                I booked flight ticket with yatra.com costing rs. 10070 with referrence no[protected] and it was confirmed. Few days back, message came saying due to payment failed i have to pay again the same amount otherwise flight will be cancelled. They give the time very short, due to which i couldnt think of any and i paid the whole amount again. This time with different debit card. I have contacted them many times and they said refund was initiated and it will take 5-6 days. And after 5 days when i contacted them, they said they have done from their part and i have to talk to my bank with reference id[protected]r. But even with request they didnt reply me in which account they made the refund as i used two diffrent debit card to do the payment. Its already nearly a month but till now ihave not receive the said amount i. E. 10070 in either of my account.

                  Regarding my booking id[protected] and[protected]. I am trying to reschedule and when i go to app/website it says currently service is not available, so please call the customer care no. However displayed phone number is invalid. When i call the number [protected] for reschedule/cancellation it says do it through web/app. This delay is causing me a lot. I am trying to reschedule/cancel my next week flight from last 4 weeks. Last two times when the call get connected customer care person told me that they have to check with internal department and they will call me back but they never call back. I need a complete refund of my full ticket or else i will go the court.

Website or app it says reschedule by dialling the number and when u dial the number it says use website or app for rescheduling. It really pathetic. I need an answe for this pathetic service by yatra

                    I booked thailand package for four people worth of 32000 per person
                    In this package pick up drop service hotels accommodation and sight seen
                    But when we reached airport we wait for yatra pick up for 2-3 hours but no one comes and then we continue call yatra customer care but no one answered properly then we book taxi and go to the hotel but in hotel no booking for us then we pay for room and then second day no one pick up to us for sight seen in sort we pay for package and then also pay for all that things which are include in package

                      Frequent traveller - shown in the page to avail discount of rs.1000/- for flight. Booked immediately but not discounted. Why it was shown to befool the party. This is unfortunate. Why shall we follow yatra.com. Please address the issue at the earliest. The ticket is booked today only after seeing the discount. This is unfair. Do not misguide the traveller.

                        My name is hitesh bharwani n my booking reference number is[protected], i was searching for 17 december 2018 flights from dehradun to ahmedabad! I selected the flight for 17 dec n paid rs 4616 for the direct spicejet flight sg 2938
                        From dehradun to ahmedabad yet i got confirmed ticket sent for 17 january 2019 despite many calls to customer care one refused to listen to my issue as my ticket was not showing in his server as it was getting updated, alright! He promised me tocall back in one hour, which he didnt! I called back again n didnt tell the issue to the person listening on yatra customer care, he got the details of my ticket n then when i said about the issue he again promised to forward my complain n call me back within 24 hours for it to be solved, as they have to check my ligs that i was serching for 17 dec flight! When i logged in to the website to reschdule my flight, after selcting new date when i select next the website takes me. Back to my dashboard without any info about rescheduling process! Means i cant reschedule! Got cheated for 4616 rs! Yatra.com big time cheater! Dont book anything there save ur hard earned money! Many negative reports about them not solving any minor or major issue n gulping all the money reports r found about yatra.com on almost all review websites!

Ofcourse i need asisstance and after sales service as u did booked the flight in the wrong date still ur telling me u confirmed it on the payment page! I checked when we use ur website to pay after the booking of the ticket no conformation ofthe date is on that page! How will help me after tellling me to lose 4000 and recieve back 640 rs in any cancel or rescheduling process! Its very clear sir ur trying to loot us with answers like that as it will only help me in court i[censored] dont solve this issue or this mistake o[censored]r server!                           On 3/11/2018, I tried to book air ticket for DEL-CCU for 4-Nov, 2018 on line from my Yatra.com account.
                          Once paid Rs 11160/- again demanded to pay for Rs.1859/- and again paid.
                          total I have paid online Rs.13019/- But ticket did not came... so, when I asked for refund... Yatra.com sent my money to Yatra E-wallet. So again I bound to purchase fresh ticket against fresh money.

                          But why money should go to Yatra e-cash ?? It should directly come back to my bank account, where from ( Credit Card) I paid .

                          Couple of time I talk & wrote ( email) to yatra.com customer care... some time they assured to refund the money to my bank account, some time they replied ( email), " as per system, money gone to Yatra e-wallet".

                          when I am calling[protected], they are suggesting to call [protected]..., but even after repeated try & giving the correct option, it is repeating " you did not gave any option" !! Finally Yatra.com is giving harassment

                          Please look the matter & do necessary action and confirm accordingly.

                            I am sharing my horrible experience with yatra services and would like to highlight this to yatra management.
                            We booked round trip tickets from delhi to pune for 7th and 10th dec, 18. But by mistake instead of 10th dec. Return ticket was booked for the same date i. E. 7th dec. Wihin hours we realised the mistake and contacted yatra and asked them to correct the date as 10th instead of 7th dec. But they refused. We spent almost 4-5 hrs. Talking to yatra/airlines people, taking both of them in conference call but nothing came out. We tried our level best to make them understand that it was a mistake and that nothing was done intentionally and tried to convince them that a person who is leaving from delhi to pune at 8.35am can’t come back from pune to delhi at 7.55am. It’s not at all possible. Travel time between delhi & pune is minimum 2 hrs. But in vain. Nothing came out. We had to cancel that ticket and book a new ticket. We got only rs.200/- as refund out of rs.4500/- for cancellation. We had a long relationship with yatra but felt cheated.
                            I must say that yatra has a very poor customer support. They are making profit on customers money by cheating people.

                              This is to inform you that we have checked the details with IRCTC and received the refund confirmation. As per the confirmation, INR 430.00 refund has been initiated from our end.

                              IRCTC always deduct " wait list cancellation fee of INR 65.00. Hence this amount deducted and refund initiated.

                              Yatra takes 24 hrs to initiate the refund. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 48 working hrs and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

                                  I had booked my round trip colombo-cochin-colombo using yatra.com. My booking reference id is[protected].
                                  Today, i. E. 30.11.2018 evening 6:00 pm i had raised interest in reschedule my flight ticket to 7th of december. By that time, the customer care executive has told that there is no fare difference and another person in this regard will contact.
                                  One mr. Jyoti nandan rai from yatra.com customer care executive has called me back by evening 07:47pm and when i told him regarding my rescheduling plan, he told me that on 7th there is a fare difference of 1200rs, due to which i again shifted my date from 7th to 8th of december where there is comparatively less fare difference of 500 rs. However i was unable to make payment immediately since during his call time, i was out of my house and i requested him to kindly give ma a return call in 10 minutes so that i can reach my house and able to make payment.

                                  Now its already 9:53pm and i haven't received any call from any of executive and meanwhile i had made call to the customer care executive 02 time to attend my matter to avoid any fare hike.

                                  Each minute your executive is wasting, i am getting charged for fare difference, which i am not going to pay.

                                  Kindly look in to the matter and revert on priority.

                                    I was scheduled to fly on 31st October 2018 to Paris from Bangalore with my 4 year old daughter, Raga Abheri Mavalur and husband, Mr.Jaygee Mavalur and back to Bangalore from Paris on 9th November

                                    We had to cancel our little Parisian holiday unfortunately as my father-in-law was hospitalized due to a sudden cardiac arrest on the same day of our flight. As we all work hard to save for a family holiday, I held my hopes that 'YATRA' would understand my situation and refund the airfares of my daughter's and mine but when I contacted YATRA contact centre, they showed absolutely no empathy at a time when I was in great emotional distress and the least that I could expect was some amount of empathy from the Yatra customer service, instead I was metted out with a nasty surprise of almost rude and uncouth response. As we are yet to come to terms with such a sudden event in the family and as a daughter-in-law, I'm emotionally bound to fully focus and support my family at this hour which did not allow an opportunity to write to you any earlier than this. As my husband was not going to travel with us and he had to attend to his father immediately, there was no way I could continue with our travel plans and what was required for me to do at that moment was to attend to my family. But when I called Yatra customer care, they outright rejected my claim to receive a refund of the airfare for my daughter and I. I cannot believe this injustice meteded out to me. As a lady, a mother, a daughter-in-law, I have my responsibilities towards my family which I cannot ignore and don't expect such a treatment coming from a reputed company like 'Yatra'. Such events only reassure that women have to fight for their rights which is very unfortunate.

                                      Payment of rs.6, 018.00 (Card rs.3, 983.72 + amazon pay balance rs.2, 034.28) for txn id p[protected] on yatra onli... Is successful.
                                      I called up customer care thereafter and the executive told me they had received the payment but would be refunded. When i called after 5 days, i was told that they do not have the history of payment and would get in touch with the senior executive but i have not received any information as yet! This is highly disappointing and shows poor customer service! Such issues need to resolved at the earliest!

                                        I am sharing my horrible experience with Yatra services and would like to highlight this to Yatra management / consumer forum

                                        My parents travelled to Europe with Yatra and they are still chasing for their the suitcase they have promised at the time of booking.

                                        After so many followup, they confirmed that it was delivered to one more couple who had travelled with them and shown us the POD with the correction / overwriting done.

                                        Earlier they took more than a month for the refund for the services (optional tour) which had been denied by them on the tour where all the amount was taken in advance.

                                        The service was charged on extra price in Europe.

                                        The trip ended on 10th of Oct but they are still waiting and chasing you people for the suitcase promised.

                                        They think that we as consumers don't have a right to get our money on time or the promised gifts.

                                        I would like to highlight this to the top management of Yatra and the grievance cell for the behaviour for people involved and response on the same.

                                        All I wanted to say is a big mistake of mine in spending more than 3 lakhs with a company
