This is in reference to my booking with yatra (Ya:[protected] for thailand following is discrepancy with money taken by yatra and services rendered
1. Visa fees
As per by booking visa fees was included, however due to delay at yatra end, it could not be processed and i had to take visa on arrival
Visa fees - 16,[protected] bhat) - 8, 400 (Refund received = rs 8, 400 balance due (Plz check with nidhi saxena and mr anshul in this regard, all email communication available with her. Booking person mr anshul sharma)
2. Siam niramit show
As per booking (Plz check with mr anshu sharma who was contact person during booking) dinner included in the payment done from my end. Please refer the email cimmunication below in this email
Actually no dinner serviced in entry ticket given to me (Matter reported to yatra representative nidhi saxena through my email dt 3rd jul, next day to actual visit to siam niramit)
I had to pay 400 x 4 = 1600 bhat ie 3300 rs
i have sending request to yatra representative nidhi saxena) for the balance refund of the services not rendered by yatra but money taken at time of booking
I request your help in getting my refund of rs 11, 707
It has been almost 2 months since my first complaint but still issue not resolved. Request an early reply. Please call me at my no [protected].
