I am very sorry to say you are having a very bad customer support i was trying to book a doemstic airline ticket on your site. After taking the amount from my bank it was shown order to be confirmed after that i got a msg showing payment details number.. Now your customer care executive is telling they cannot support me to refund the amount i have lost 9563 rs on u r site. I request all pls never use this cheating site

    Yatra team,

    I had booked my round trip colombo-cochin-colombo using yatra.com. My booking reference id is[protected].
    Today, i. E. 30.11.2018 evening 6:00 pm i had raised interest in reschedule my flight ticket to 7th of december. By that time, the customer care executive has told that there is no fare difference and another person in this regard will contact.
    One mr. Jyoti nandan rai from yatra.com customer care executive has called me back by evening 07:47pm and when i told him regarding my rescheduling plan, he told me that on 7th there is a fare difference of 1200rs, due to which i again shifted my date from 7th to 8th of december where there is comparatively less fare difference of 500 rs. However i was unable to make payment immediately since during his call time, i was out of my house and i requested him to kindly give ma a return call in 10 minutes so that i can reach my house and able to make payment.

    Now its already 9:53pm and i haven't received any call from any of executive and meanwhile i had made call to the customer care executive 02 time to attend my matter to avoid any fare hike.

    Each minute your executive is wasting, i am getting charged for fare difference, which i am not going to pay.

    Kindly look in to the matter and revert on priority.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I was scheduled to fly on 31st October 2018 to Paris from Bangalore with my 4 year old daughter, Raga Abheri Mavalur and husband, Mr.Jaygee Mavalur and back to Bangalore from Paris on 9th November
      2018. My Yatra reference number is[protected]. My PNR no. is QC4PVT.

      We had to cancel our little Parisian holiday unfortunately as my father-in-law was hospitalized due to a sudden cardiac arrest on the same day of our flight. As we all work hard to save for a family holiday, I held my hopes that 'YATRA' would understand my situation and refund the airfares of my daughter's and mine but when I contacted YATRA contact centre, they showed absolutely no empathy at a time when I was in great emotional distress and the least that I could expect was some amount of empathy from the Yatra customer service, instead I was metted out with a nasty surprise of almost rude and uncouth response. As we are yet to come to terms with such a sudden event in the family and as a daughter-in-law, I'm emotionally bound to fully focus and support my family at this hour which did not allow an opportunity to write to you any earlier than this. As my husband was not going to travel with us and he had to attend to his father immediately, there was no way I could continue with our travel plans and what was required for me to do at that moment was to attend to my family. But when I called Yatra customer care, they outright rejected my claim to receive a refund of the airfare for my daughter and I. I cannot believe this injustice meteded out to me. As a lady, a mother, a daughter-in-law, I have my responsibilities towards my family which I cannot ignore and don't expect such a treatment coming from a reputed company like 'Yatra'. Such events only reassure that women have to fight for their rights which is very unfortunate.

      You had cancelled your own unidentified trip, which dos not show
      - dates
      - names
      - airlines
      - other servcies
      - paid fare
      and wish the service provder Yatratrip.in to give you money based on your wish only.

      If you want the refund/compensation, you need to provide the documents/lāw related to your purchaced trip and to the refund,
      which show that you are entitled on refund and to difene the exact value by yourself.

      Such documents are absent in your complaint.

        I had booked a flight last wednesday and made the payment through amazon pay. This is the message i received:
        Payment of rs.6, 018.00 (Card rs.3, 983.72 + amazon pay balance rs.2, 034.28) for txn id p[protected] on yatra onli... Is successful.
        I called up customer care thereafter and the executive told me they had received the payment but would be refunded. When i called after 5 days, i was told that they do not have the history of payment and would get in touch with the senior executive but i have not received any information as yet! This is highly disappointing and shows poor customer service! Such issues need to resolved at the earliest!

        I have cancelled my flight ticket on 3rd nov 2018 but till now i have not received my refund. My yatra ref no was[protected].they told that refund will be received within 7-12 days but now it will be almost 1 month but still the refund is not made.I have also contacted with their customer executives but they could not resolve my matter

          I am sharing my horrible experience with Yatra services and would like to highlight this to Yatra management / consumer forum

          My parents travelled to Europe with Yatra and they are still chasing for their the suitcase they have promised at the time of booking.

          After so many followup, they confirmed that it was delivered to one more couple who had travelled with them and shown us the POD with the correction / overwriting done.

          Earlier they took more than a month for the refund for the services (optional tour) which had been denied by them on the tour where all the amount was taken in advance.

          The service was charged on extra price in Europe.

          The trip ended on 10th of Oct but they are still waiting and chasing you people for the suitcase promised.

          They think that we as consumers don't have a right to get our money on time or the promised gifts.

          I would like to highlight this to the top management of Yatra and the grievance cell for the behaviour for people involved and response on the same.

          All I wanted to say is a big mistake of mine in spending more than 3 lakhs with a company

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Yesterday night [UK time] I booked a return ticket from London to Kolkata in Yatra.com. After I made the payment, Yatra has generated a Reference Number 33542878 saying that your PNR has not been confirmed. I called up their customer care immediately and the customer service agent said that he would arrange a call back and asked for my number. I have given him my UK number. Till morning, I have not received any call, so I called again and the agent has responded with the same thing [Someone would call me back in 2 hrs]. I have not received any call in 3 hours, so I called again and this time, the agent told me that someone would call me back in 15 minutes. No call in 20/25 minutes. Then I called up 4th time, this time the agent told me that if I pay another INR 7000, they can confirm my booking. I have asked for the refund. The agent said that it would take 8/9 days [for public sector Bank] for the fund to reach my account.

            I don't want to book my ticket with Yatra.com anymore but I do not have money to book my ticket from somewhere else, what do I do? Who will compensate me for blocking my money for 8/9 days? Please help.

Please understand in case of refund to bank account/credit card, yatra only takes 24 Hrs to process your refund. Further it is the bank turn around time where private sector bank may take 2 to 3 working days and public sector bank may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note this is the maximum time we take from our customer's, refund may credit back before the shared TAT.

              Cancelation rules of the yatra.com pasted below
              You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to my bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the cancel button. For online cancellation, yatra will charge rs. 400 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.

              To amend/cancel your ticket offline, call yatra customer care on [protected]. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of rs. 1250 per person per sector, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings a standard fee of rs 1250 per person would be charged for online cancellation and 2250 for any offline cancellation, over and above the airline's own cancellation charge.
              For rescheduling of domestic flights, yatra will charge rs. 400 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.
              For no-show on domestic flights, yatra will charge rs. 100 per person per sector as standard no-show charges.

              Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using yatra services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (Of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

                I tried to book Domestic flight ticket on 11.11.2018 through Yatra.com using SBI Credit card. An amount of Rs 7641/- was debited to my SBI Credit card account but ticket not generated and booking not confirmed. In spite of my several calls to Yatra they did not respond and not refunded my amount. On 20.11.2018 SBI Credit card raised invoice in which 7641/- is also included and I need to pay the amount. The payment gateway used is PayPal Yatraonline. The transaction was successful at payment gateway and yatra.com received that amount, but no responsive to my complaint. I request u to intervene and help me to get my refund amount. Regards

                  Hi

                  It seems you have teamed up to do frauds with customers. We were offered to stay at bentota and when we reached hotel hibiscuss we realised we were not in bentota but put some 30kms away from bentota.
                  This is serious offence from yatra team and i am going to fight breach of trust.
                  Sales team hv pitched was not delivered.

                  If dont hear for compensation for all distress mentioned below and above in this mail i will take it up consumer court n social media.

                  I did not hear word of apology from your side yet. This is very annoying.

                  1. The hotel sandria lake view at kandy is not a 3 star hotel in any sense. The rooms were smelling, food was horrible with hard idlies medu wada, no response from hk staff for cleaning room in evening im event of minor spilage, wifi was not working, tv channels not working,

                  2. The interior n room never matched the 3 star stds. The class was missing
                  3. We also faced issues colombo hotel. The dinner menu was same for 2 nights with horrible menu. We had to literaly call the chef n explain how could he provide such a dry menu. 2nd day they did little changes.

                  Will request to process for refund of partial amount for experience you are providing n make us stay in degraded hotel vs what was committed to us.

                    Yesterday while tried to book hotel sonar tori agartala through yatra com, my account got debited by inr 2196 however no booking was made. Accordingly i have sent them a request for either booking confirmation or refund processing. I have attached my account statement where the transaction is clearly visible. Instead of that their response is of lacklustre nature with no confirmation and with standard statement like we will get back to you within two hours. I got the confirmation from my credit card company as well that merchant has not confirmed the transaction to them as well. I will ensure that none of friends nor my family would book anything through yatra.com in future.

                      Sir i was booking a bus ticket on 17.11.2018 from Delhi to Chandigarh via using Yatra app due to some technical issues ticket not booked and screen shows blank. And 437 rupees deducted from my account. I called to Yatra customer care service they told me amount will refund within 24 hours but still yet it is not credited in my account. I am trying to call customer care but no one is responding. Please takes corrective action as soon. Thanks with regards.

                        Hi team,

                        I have requested activity at bangkok for safari park + marine park + lunch. What i am seeing in confirmation voucher is activity date marked as 19th nov. Which is same as booking date.

                        However, i have booked for 16th of dec 2018. I am not even seeing write vouchers have been confirmed. Customer care are so careless that they are not even responding back. I want either amount to be refunded or vouchers to be generated properly & send it to me over my email id.

                          I booked four tickets from new delhi - rome and venice - new delhi. For some serious reason (Death of our close relative) had to cancel our tickets. During the time of booking tickets were showing refundable status but as soon as i booked it status was no refundable. Inspite of several complains and conversation over phone yatra is not looking in the matter. It’s a big fraud from the side of yatra. One of the senior promised to pay back all the refunds within 10/15 working days. But no results till the date. Need justice.

                          Aa soon as I booked the tickets it shows non refundable at that time I called up Yatra regarding. You can plz check your call records . And I also called up Emirates but they replied can’t help as it was booked via Yatra. I am regular traveller of Yatra never expected such a things and didn’t had an idea to take a screen shot before booking that’s big my mistake . And one of the senior executives of Yatra promised me to atleast pay me back the charges deducted by Yatra for my air ticket booking .

                          As soon as I booked the tickets the shows it’s nonrefundable I called up Yatra . Sir you can check your records regarding that . I even called up Emirates but they refuesed as I booked through yatra. And yes one of your senior representatives confirmed to that Yatra will pay back atleast Yatra charges and will revert soon but no answer from Yatra.

                            I had booked a ticket with ref no[protected], which got cancelled by the airlines due to some technical issue in the aircraft and full refund was assured, but whenever i contact yatra they tell me that they have initiated the refund request but haven't got any response from the airlines, whereas air-india is telling me to get the refund from yatra as the airport authority have marked the ticket for full refund some 15 days ago. The ticket amount was 17000+ and i am being pushed from air-india to yatra to air-india.

                              Hello,

                              I had booked round flight from yatra.com with go air dated 22 and 24th of january 2019 however accidentally i pressed the wrong month. It was supposed to be on december 2018. Seeing this i cancelled the flight immediately.

                              The refund amount i was going to be paid is very low, i had paid around rs. 10791 but due to air line charges and yatra service charges, i was told that i would only be refunded rs. 471 approx.

                              That is a total loss for me as a student i had to appear exam but due to this i cannot. I lost all my money and i am not satisfied with the refund amount. I cannot go anywhere and this is the only place i hope somebody can hear my grievances.

                                Hello yatra,

                                I have booked a bus from hyderabad to mumbai on date of travelling 17 the nov. I waited at the boarding point for 2 hrs but the bus didn't come. Later when i checked at the travels i was told bus has been cancelled. I had an emergency work and it all got spoiled as once even i was not notified either by travels or yatra.com about the cancellation of journey. Now who is responsible and what about my refund and my waste of time?? Can you please look into the issue.

                                  My name is pankaj kumar yesterday i booked my holiday plan to ooty through kritika sharma customer representative. She booked my holiday but when i saw the hotels which she booked in ooty is not upto the mark which is simple a gues house and he told me its rating is 3 star which is totally wrong in the morning i called her but he din't not pick my call i tried several time but no responce from their site. And when i call to another no they told me to call support department or mailed i mailed it but no responce from there site also i paid 25000 which is a huge amount i feel bad that brand like yatra do like this to their cutomer.

                                    Dear team,
                                    We have booked our trip to sri lanka in name of indranil mukherjee in august '18 for 21 dec - 27 dec.
                                    Hierover our flight from bhubane dear to chennai round trip was cancelled by air asia, and accounting to the flight company they have refunded the amount to yatra, but yatra executive are incoming that they haven't received any amount.
                                    We also dont get any update regarding our trip and whom to contact.
