money deducted from account but tickets not booked

On 15/02/2018 i booked 3 tickets via yatra.com. I made a payment of 2263 from my google pay upi (Details in the photo attached).
The money got debited from my account and the transaction was successful but i did not receive any tickets nor any booking reference id.

[protected]@yatra.com is the support for faulty bus bookings and on sending them mail, it says that the domain does not exist.

But i was my blunder mistake that i had chosen yatra.com. On 14 feb i have to do check in but at 11 pm i am sitting in lounge due to poor management and flight booking.

no invoice provided against the booking and payment received

On 4th feb 2019 i booked flight ticket. Yatra ref no[protected]. Yatra.com did not provided the invoice against the payment made.

Is it not mandatory to provide invoice with price, charges and tax breakup??

Is it not a violation of commercial tax rule of the india?

Kindly let me know if this is a violation or not

I have reserved 3rd ac railway ticket from wfd to kcvl on 21.02.2019 in the name of rejin ramesh, aged 24. I was not found any problem upto online payment. I got less refund through yatra.

I cancelled the flight ticket. Indigo refunded 731 rupee as refund. But yatra refunded only 231. They are saying 400 as service charge and 100 as promo. This was not conveyed while booking flight

I booked a train ticket from yatra.com mobile app and paid rs 12095. But i had to cancel the ticket for some reason.
Irctc sent me a message that i will get a refund of rs 11080. Yatra also messaged me that i will get a refund of rs 11080.
After sometime i received a message from yatra that they are processing a refund of rs 8120. But where is the rest of my money.? Why are they deducting so much. I have not done a flight booking...

refund on my international tickets

I booked international ticket to my parents for january 12th from hyderabad to paris and the first flight of airindia from
Hyderabad to chennai was delayed by 3hrs and in any case they cannot reach their connecting flight on time. So they did not take the first flight.
We had informed yatra from the hyd airport and they started bluffing us saying "it's on time and they have no info on delay. They meant as if we are lying"....

hotel do not booked but money got deducted

On february 2nd, we tried to book a treebo select fortel hotel in chennai through yatra app... Money got deducted but dint receive any confirmation.. Through msg we received the booking reference number also... It was confirmed also. But hotel booking is not showing in my booking summary of yatra app also... Kindly resolve to the earliest...
Amount of money deducted is 3502/-

flight didn't booked but money got deducted

Tried to book a flight from pune to delhi. Money got deducted but no confirmation from the yatra team about the ticket. When payment is getting done no message was popped and page got hanged there but money was already deducted. I was not able to book different flight ticket because no message came for success and error for this booking.

Took 56k for my kerala trip in december where hotels provided was unsafe, tried to call yatra executives but no response trying to contact emergency tour coordinator no reply even after texting its emergency pls call back he switched his phone off. (Emergency number) so had to book another resort for next two days of the trip where as i had already paid everything in advance nearly 15k extra... Now when asking for refund they are only arranging...

yatra failed to provide service and refund, money purely inability of dealing with vendors

1. I had a online reservation on 14/12/18 for island vinnies tropical beach cabana stay on 6/1/19. On 5th while i was in andaman i got a call from yatra explaining they were unable to reserve hotel.in spite of advance reservation yatra unable to reserve stay for me.

2. Since i am already in andaman they offered stay at pellicon beach resorts, i appreciate they tried to correct their fault. There was a cyclone on 6/1/19 so no...
