Hi i have booked a hotel in yellagiri for 1 day stay. I was charged to 3249 bucks for that and when i checked the same hotel with another site it was only for 1900. Also my other traveller booked the same room with the amout of 1900 only. After asking the hotel service also we get to know that room is only for 1900 bucks. I don't know why yatra charged us differently and still on this site that hotel is listed for 3249 only.
The hotel was sucks and no facilities were provided as mentioned.
You guys seriously claiming the best deal and on the name of that looting the money from user and cheating them.
I want you guys to look into this asap. I want my money back. Your help line number is sucks guys please do something about it.

    Dear sir / madam,

    I tried to book flight ticket (Indigo _ delhi-cochin _30th march 2019) from yatra.com on 7th march 2019, however due to some technical issues, the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my hdfc credit card. The same issue happened twice.

    It was intimated to me that yatra have initiated refund against booking reference no[protected] of rs. 13, 777/- and rs.14, 017/- against booking reference no[protected]. But no such refund received in my account till date.

    I tried chasing yatra customer care many a times, but they have informed me that they have no option for speeding up the refund especially of flight booking.

    Since such a huge amount is held up with yatra, i am unable to book my flight again, and the fare is getting increased day by day. There is also a chance of not getting seats for the desired flight.

    In view of the above mentioned situations, i request you to look into the matter seriously and get a resolution at the earliest.

As checked under both the Yatra booking number refund of INR 13777.00 and INR 14017.00 has been processed from our end in your same mode of payment on 7th March 2019. Please note yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. Kindly note Saturday and Sunday are non working day's.

      Food is not delivered in gudur station date on 07/03/2019. And that order number is 2141318.

      Here concern is we are waiting for food in train. But that food is not order means, how will feel very bad situation in that time.

      And I given to call them they told like simply will take complaint, will take enqury in 2 days.

      When they taking order, they will call to restaurant directly. When we asked y food not delivered means they will tell we don't have option to call restaurant s. Worest service

        I had complained on 26th February when I received SMS giving details of ticket booked. But that was not booked by me and the name on the eTicket was also not mine.
        I received an acknowledgement to the complaint on 27th (ID 2251844) but no solution was given yet. How is it possible for someone to book using my cell number. Don't you verify the number by sending an OTP?

        If you have not got the desired amount or the alternative service was not provided):

        The complaint has to be submitted in written to the company (entity), whom you had paid and own invoice or to the air carrier directly.

        The complaint has to contain the basic fields:-

        1. Particulars of the address, according to e-ticket, or PNR, or invoice

        2. Particulars of the submitter: full name, address, email, phone, bank account number

        3. Brief description of the events:
        when, where, which services had been ordered according to, for example, PNR or e-ticket;
        when, who had cancelled the ordered flight ID

        4. Request: the statement of the act from the responder (what do you want)

        5. Signature / name, date, time, place.

        The responding party has 7 days (max 30 days) for the refund processing, or refusal to refund / compensation, or refusal to process the claim, stating the addressee, reasons, decision, his particulars.

        Such documents are not seen here.

        In addition, the author does not know his all rights, which are acquired.

        If the claim is not processed within 30 days or not full amount is paid,
        the passenger is entitled to claim money from the offender via one of the authorities:-

        1. Department general of civil aviation in the state of residence, if in India,

        2. Customers court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

        3. District court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

        If the passenger does not know the rules and his all rights, incurred from the cancellation of the flight,
        he or she is entitled to hire the lawyer or the legal professional for the agreed fee.

        The cost of the legal assistance start from rs 4000 before the Indian authority.

          I booked a ticket for bangalore to pune for 26th may, 2019 today at around 12.20pm. I needed to change it to 1st june. I then called their customer care in next 4 hrs, and they mention that the reschedule fare is more than the fresh flight tickets.

          Per government rules, 24 hours cancellation is free. But these people are not honoring them.

          I had been a regular user of Yatra. However, this time I got a poor experience when trying to cancel/reschedule within 5 hours of booking. I think there is a need of change in cancellation system for the 1st day of booking.
          I haven't heard back yet. But I hope to hear back from them soon.

          I was charged Rs.5510 for the 2 airline tickets which I booked (for SpiceJet). Only if the refund is full, then only I agree to cancellation. Otherwise, you may let the ticket remain. I don't wish to pay any cancellation or refund charges.

          The Yatra team contacted me at 11PM yesterday. They mentioned that it is upto the Airlines whether to refund or not. I then contacted SpiceJet for the refund immediately. But, they flatly refused saying that once ticket is booked the cancellation charges are same.

          As per SpiceJet, there is no clause of 24 hrs for them.

          While I understand Yatra's perspective, I feel the Airlines (in this case, SpiceJet) is not honoring the 24 hours rule at all.

            We had planned to go for a international trip in the month of octber 2018 due unavoidable circumstances we couldnt make it. When we tried to reshedule we are not able to contact any body.

                My booking reference number[protected]
                It was a round trip journey delhi to bhubaneswar and back. With partial refund for cancellation. But getting no refund.
                I wanted to postpone my return journey date on line but found to be charged heavily. So contacted yatra costomer care and got a advise to do the same after 1st journey. Then due to unavoidable circumstances i wanted total postponement / amendment for both journeys, but received a reply e-mail dt.11/01/2019 to contact airline service directly.

                I contacted vistara airlines, who refused for postponement and finally i got the ticket (Both way) cancelled by the airlines with a verbal communication that the tax amount rs 1020/- is credited to yatra.

                Earlier yatra.com online cancellation was showing airline cancellation charge rs 4575 /- yatra cancellation charge 400/- promotion discount -400/- refund amount rs4.62 where as actual airline cancellation charge rs 4360/- airline service refunded rs.1020/ to yatra.

                Now yatra is not refunding a single paisa to me and saying that cancellation charge is 400 for one side and 800 rupees for both side plus 400 rupees promotion discount. Finally i am in overdue of rs180/-

                YATRA has offered a discount for its promotion Rs.400/-
                Customer has not asked for any discount but only accepted the offer of discount Rs. 400/-
                And the Customer has paid less the discount Rs. 400/- The details of payment is as below.

                Ticket cost - Rs. 5, 380.00
                YATRA Service Fee - Rs. 520.00

                TOTAL - Rs. 5900.00
                Promotional Discount (-)Rs. 400.00

                Customer Paid - Rs. 5, 500.00

                Complaint No1. - YATRA has taken Rs.520/- as online processing fees / Yatra service fee while booking- But when customer wanted an amendment in journey, YATRA just advised to contact Airline Service directly without providing any service to the customer.

                Complaint No.2 - Customer is forced to cancel the ticket without getting any amendment on the journey through the Airlines by direct contact investing hours of time to talk and e-mails (copy can be provided)
                Where as YATRA is deducting Rs.400/- as Service fee for cancellation again.
                Is it justified without providing any service ?

                Complaint No.3 - Customer has paid Rs.5500/- less the discount Rs.400/- from Rs.5900/-

                Discount is offered by YATRA for its own promotion. Consumer has accepted and paid less. The discount should not be taken back while cancellation. Customer feel that it as injustice as a human being.

                A simple example - If you purchase an item costing Rs.500- with a discount offer of Rs100/- and net payment Rs400/- Then while returning due to any reason, you get full refund of your paid money Rs.400/- Do you receive Rs 300/- after a deduction of discount Rs100/- ?

                Please justify on what basis YATRA is deducting its own discounted money from the refund money.

                Complaint No 4. - YATRA has informed the customer through e-mail dt.23/02/2019 that the Airline has refunded Rs1020/- as informed by the Airlines to me. Now YATRA is saying Rs 218/- is deducted as GST. This is just misleading the issue. It is requested to clarify whether YATRA has received Rs.1020/- or less the GST 218/- ?
                Who is depositing the GST to Govt. for cancellation of a service ? YATRA or AIRLINES ?

                Complaint -5 - Why YATRA differs its statements ? The E-mail dt.23/02/19 by your Representative - Rani Kumari stated - Refund-NIL. And the details of calculation provided by YATRA is a overdue of Rs.180/- on me.

                And Now YATRA says I shall receive a refund amount Rs.2/- . If it is correct then why YATRA is delaying my payment of Rs2/- Two rupees ?

                Finally as a customer, I am totally disappointed by the service of YATRA and want a justice.

                  I have booked tickets for kerala-rtc volvo multi axle, bus pnr: k473956 on january 2, the booking reference number:[protected] and passenger name : arunima m g. The kerala-rtc itself has cancelled the bus that day and i had to take another means of transport for my journey. I had a great loss of money and time. I asked kerala-rtc enquiry section and they told that for refund i have to get it from yatra online. So please go through my complaint and do urgent measures to get my refund of rupees 520.

                    I am highly disappointed with yatra.
                    I had booked an online ticket with yatra for an international flight.
                    The booking was not complete but the amount was deducted from my account.
                    I have called them multiple times, every time their customer care put the phone on hold saying they will get back to us, or check with accounts team.
                    But never talk about the refund amount.

                    I have a 10280 rs amount pending from yatra.
                    I need to have this amount refunded as soon as possible.

                      I have booked an air ticket through Yatra website on 09.02.2019. When i booked 1st time Rs.2470/- was deduct from my account. But I din't received ticket at the 1st time. Then i received a call from yatra call center that ur ticket is not confirmed & he insisted me to book again & said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days.On 13th Feb i sent my 1st mail regarding the refund & yatra replied me that send ur transaction detail. I have attached my transaction details and i again sent mail on 15th feb & yatra replied that with a mail that the amount was not credit in our account.                         On 15/02/2018 i booked 3 tickets via yatra.com. I made a payment of 2263 from my google pay upi (Details in the photo attached).
                        The money got debited from my account and the transaction was successful but i did not receive any tickets nor any booking reference id.

                        [protected]@yatra.com is the support for faulty bus bookings and on sending them mail, it says that the domain does not exist.

                        I then sent a mail to [protected]@yatra.com and they sent a reference number regarding the complaint[protected].

                        I have not yet recieved any call from any representative nor any refund was generated.

                        Please help me.

                          But i was my blunder mistake that i had chosen yatra.com. On 14 feb i have to do check in but at 11 pm i am sitting in lounge due to poor management and flight booking.

                          I booked a 4 days 3 night holiday in which my 1 night already lost due to your mis management.

                          We are paying you as per you itinery and you people's cheating us at the last moment.

                          Kindly extent my holiday for 1 more day as i lost my 1 night and also arrange tickets for the same extend day.

                            1st of all they did not provided invoice against the payment received

                            When the objection was raised then they sent a receipt cum invoice of Rs 9343- only showing total amount received but the said invoice does not have any breakup and the worst part is that they have not shown the tax component.

                            When again the objection was raised then they have send the tax invoice indicating the amount paid to airline rs 8972, Yatra service charge 720, taxable value 720, discounts 720 and net payable amount of Rs 8972 only where as they had taken rs 9343 at the time of booking as well as se d the invoice of this amount only

                            Now they are processing the refund of amount for which they are unable to juatify

                            This is pure cheating cheating and nothing else

                            My Complain is Why the invoice with tax detail was not provided??

                            When I contacted Yatra help line no then they informed that Airlines will provide the invoice with tax break up.

                            Then I contacted airlines helpline. Airline helpline responded that Yatra will provide the details when I insisted that Yatra team has advised to get this invoice from airline then airline helpline executive asked for Yatra agency ID. Again contacted Yatra help line then Yatra help line executive denied to share airline agency ID.

                            This input again shared with airline helpline execuiti and complain was registered with airline help line floor spurvisor.

                            Questions is why the invoice along with tax and respective charges are not shared against the payment made??

                            Is it some kind of tax manipulation is going on.??

                                  Sir, i would like to inform that i have booked 2 seats through yatra.com vide pnr no. [protected] stating that congratulations! Your bus booking is confirmed vide booking reference number[protected]
                                  From allahabad to jaipur but unfortunately the bus was cancelled and no intimation was given by the operator shri sawriya travels a-c, seater sleeper. When my parents reached the bus stand we came to know that they have cancelled the bus and when asked them about they said that they will arrange the seats as my parents are of old age and they have not given seats but they made them to sit on the floor. Inspite of being spending the required amount to them of rs 1250 to them my parents has to suffer.

                                  Inspite of communication with mr. Abhishek the matter is not yet been resolved
                                  So, i request your goodself to look into the matter and do the needful so, that no one should suffer that too old age persons like this.

                                    I have reserved 3rd ac railway ticket from wfd to kcvl on 21.02.2019 in the name of rejin ramesh, aged 24. I was not found any problem upto online payment.                                         I cancelled the flight ticket. Indigo refunded 731 rupee as refund. But yatra refunded only 231. They are saying 400 as service charge and 100 as promo. This was not conveyed while booking flight

                                        This is to inform you that we have checked the booking details / Cancellation charges which was applied on your ticket and found that refund of INR 231.00 is the correct refund.

                                        We always share information with our customer related to the cancellation. Please refer the E-ticket, on which all these details are mentioned.

                                        The email which our team has shared with you is mentioning the correct details. After deducting the below mentioned charges, refund has been processed form our end.

                                        YATRA has given a promotional discount for its own promotion.
                                        Customer has not asked for any discount.
                                        Customer has paid the amount after deduction of the promotional discount Rs.100/-
                                        Indigo Airline Service has refunded 731 rupees to YATRA.
                                        YATRA is not paying the discount money Rs100/- to Indigo.
                                        Then on what basis YATRA is deducting Rs100/- from the customer ?

                                        If you purchase an item costing 500 rupees from a shop with a discount of 100 rupees (Paid -400 rupees)
                                        And return the item to shop keeper then how much amount he should be refunded ?

                                        Is it Rs400/- or Rs300/- ?
