Dear sir,
This is regarding a homestay booking reference no.[protected], from contact mob. [protected] at hyderabad, manar luxury suites from 29th to 2nd october.
Very regretfully i have to say that im being cheated by your website/ you people as i had booked a room for 3 adults n 2 kids but when i checked here at night 9:30 pm what i found that a small room being provided with a double bed only and there was no space at all to adjust a mattress even. And when i called yatra helpline, which you can check at your end, no. Of times they people told me that they are helpless and i have no option but to adjust. Also when i asked about cancelling or even partial cancellation again they shown their inability to help. I have few questions before posting all this to social networking sites and lodging complain under section 420 c :
1. When im specifically mentioning 3 adults and 2 children at the time of booking, and im also being charged accordingly, then am i not supposed to get proper accomodation.
2. Pictures of rooms and facilities provided uploaded on the website, which is the actual reference of booking, are they fake?
3. If helpline people are unable to provide any kind of help in need and even unable to advise whom to talk to in such pathetic situation, then for what purpose they are sitting over there?
4. For the same room, which i have booked through yatra, oyo is charging rs.980/- per night and people in hotel over counter are providing @ 1200/- per night and im being charged rs. 2000/- plus, then too im helpless at night with family and kids and not being provided adequate space to sleep. Sir isnt it a clear case of cheating in the city of cybetabad.
Then why one should book through your website?
Hope this mail will at least work and some responsible person from your side will reply.
