Hope you are doing great. We want to change our destination as you guys knew that mount agung volcano eruption. We do not want to take any risk because after 31st december we cant reschedule our trip plan. Last year also we booked kerala trip we faced problem and our trip was spoiled but this time we cant take any risk. We are ok with any other destination with same flight.
Also we had a discussion with airasia they suggested to cancel our flight and transfer our amount to airasia account. They will credit our amount in airasia account. But just because of yatra we are not able to do it.

I have been with airasia for 1 hour and they said the yatra agent has locked till 10th dec and that’s why they cant reverse. Inderdeep was the agent.

We just want safe trip that’s all. My friends and family suggesting not to go to bali. I dnt know why yatra agent have locked the flight. We wanted to go to bali but not like this way. We just wanted a new package asap so that we can get it done during same period. Because after 31st december we cant go for any holiday because company will not allow any leave and already we invest 75000 and if we dnt pay rest of the amount by 3rd dec they will not return any amount.

Can you guys help on this case. Unfortunately we have to travel through airasia but still there are many destinations and tickets left but i don’t think if we wait till 10th and then come to know that bali is still unsafe we wont be able to book a new vacation this year and it will be total loss rs.150000. However yatra can easily change our destination but they are not doing it.

    My yatra representative name is swati arora.. After getting booking amount 35000 for singapore package they are not receiving my calls to clear my queries. Even when i msged mail then also no replies.
    I cannot take risk further more so iwant to cancel the booking
    I have mailed them that i want to cancel the booking but no replies...
    Take action as soon as possible n refund the amount.

      I am a regular customer of yatra.com, i booked a three star hotel in the name of shelter palace at navi mumbai with reference no[protected] for three nights 26 nov to 29 nov. But the hotel didn't deserve single star.in the name of free breakfast there is no breakfast and other facilities like three star hotel.
      The yatra has cheated us, next day i booked nearby hotel and checked out from shelter palace. I am approaching yatra for my two days refund but they refuse to pay the same. I request you please do something in my favour. I enclosed of both bookings.

        Compensation /refund required for the activities which were not provided during my travel to andaman package.

        Scuba diving, semi - submarine, glass bottom boat ride included in my package, but only glass boat ride provided. Main activities scuba and semi submarine not provided.

        Yatra must provide compensation/refund for the activities which we were not provided during my travel as we opt the package only due to these activities.

        Moreover other couples/group member having the same package in cost around 60-65 k and i availed the same package in much higher cost.

        In that case i have to knock the door of consumer court because if promised things can't provided from package due to any circumstances you have to return the amount back for same.

        Same has been informed to me by your yatra representative present in Andaman, that after completing the trip you can claim for your refund for water activities.

          Booking reference no. =yh3782816
          Correct our names as sahil, alka instead of sahil sharma, alka sharma in flight tickets. Otherwise cancel our bookings and refund the whole amount we have paid to you. It's your responsibility to confirm our data before booking flight tickets. We have called the agent sana khan so many times to correct this error, till now we have not received the tickets with correct names. Make sure you correct this in both way tickets, from delhi to goa and goa to delhi.

            I have booked the package with yatra.com to andaman. After giving the quotation, i paid the initial money to book the flights. As soon as they received the money they have firstly they change my flight which is direct flight to connecting flight that increase my travel time to 4 hours. Also, the person who is talking to many times before the payment and stop taking my calls and not responding to the emails. Luckily, i haven't given the full amount but still it feels like cheated for our hard earned money going in vein with these type companies running in india.

              I am nikhileswarreddy, i have booked 2 rooms in yatra.com. I have mail with confirmation "booking reference number[protected]. Kindly note, your booking is now confirmed. You are not required to contact yatra to confirm further". So by believing on yatra hotel bookings i have booked my train tickets, after 5 days of my booking i have received a call from customer care, hotel rooms are unavailable so please accept cancellation of your hotel booking.
              I have requested to yatra customer care to arrange rooms in another hotel based on your contacts in that area because of already train tickets are booked. But yatra customer care are not helpful.
              Hotel name swastic residency, proddatur, andhrapradesh.
              Sincerely, i need justice, no one wants to hardly suffer by booking in this hotel. My sincere advice to yatra customers is do not totally believe on yatra.com at the neck of the moment they also not helpful. Try to check twice to contact with hotel where you have booked.

                Dear consumer complaint,

                I book tickets with yatra.com on the regular basis and my email is [protected]@gmail.com. It's like i book about 20 tickets and hotels a year or more.

                I have just booked a ticket for my brother in law - rahul kumar for some emergency in my family. However, since i was in hurry i booked using yatra app on mobile. After booking ticket i found instead of rahul kumar i wrote rahil kumar - i accept its human errors. Right after one mint, i called airline, however, they said yatra should change it and there should not be any charge for the same. When i spoke to yatra - their reps "neha kashyap" was very rude and unhelpful. She refuses to help and said such changes is not possible. I offered to pay modification fee however since the flight was in next 4 hours - that was not possible from there end. Also, i couldn't cancel the flight.

                I have one more opinion that they run this ecash scam - i have 7000 ecash and i was not able to to use more than 200 ever. They give me like 1000 ecash every time i book tickets, whats the point when you cant really use them. Can you imagine they offer me 200 ecash and charge me 270 rs as a convenience fee?

                I am very unhappy they way dhruv sangvi and his team running this company with no professional service whatsoever. This is like happened to me twice and probably they have the rudest team dealing with passengers. They want more people to cancel or modify tickets to make more money. I would really not going to use this app ever in my life, neither going to recommend anybody

                  I have booked a train ticket... Mayiladurai to madurai 2 seats fare amounts are 406.. Travel date : 14/11/2017. Booking date : 13/11/2017. Yatra send to me a message that's... Kindly note that the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take upto 7 working days to refund the amount in your account...                         I have made an international flight booking through yatra agent harsharan singh on 4th nov. From bangalore to toronto. At the time of payment, the agent offered two options : get straight discount of 2800 or get ecash worth 7500 by applying a special promotion code. I opted for ecash and he confirmed having applied the same and will reflect in my profile in 24 hours.

                        Even after 2 weeks, it is not showing up. I called customer care on 12th nov. Who also confirmed that harsharan has applied the promotion code. They gave complaint ref. Of 25324881, but still it is not credited as on 17th nov.

                        I have to make a domestic flight booking within 1 week and need to apply ecash.

                          I paid amout rs 2882 for my flight on[protected], yatra reference number is[protected] go air flight [protected]@21:55 on sun 03 dec 17 from mumbai to goa is pnr byyz2k... Just after booking i tried to cancel my ticked as i mistakely booked for 3rd dec rather than 10 dec... Now i need to cancel my ticket but there is 0 refund... As airline cancellation charges alone are 2950 plus 400 as yatra cancellation charges.. Im trying to cancel my booking 25 days prior flight. This is really cheating for customers..

                            I have booked chennai to hyderabad flight on 02 nov 2017 and return on 06 nov 2017 in spicejet flight via yatra. The total fare was rs. 2988.
                            And according to spicejet policy for seat booking seperately rs.200 each up and down i have paid for seat booking. The total fare including seat was for rs. 3388. Since it is an official trip i was supposed to claim for refund for the total amount of rs. 3388.
                            But to my surprise the ticket invoice i have received for up and down including seat booking was coming as rs. 2888 chennai to hyderabad - rs. 1220 and hyderabad to chennai - rs. 1668 which is rs. 500 less than the amount i have booked.
                            Without seat booking amount of rs. 400 the ticket rate is coming to rs. 1468 + rs. 1020 = rs. 2488.
                            There seems to be a disappearance of rs. 500 which i suppose must have gone as service charge or booking fees.
                            When enquired with yatra customer care they are pinpointing spicejet for missing money and spicejet also saying that yatra is responsible.
                            In spite of spending money, i am unable to figure out where it went and i need a valid receipt for this.

                              I m bhupinder singh, i was book hotel revoli room on date 9-11-17 on yatra.com.
                              But when i was arrived, the rooms were not in reals as shown on web site. The hotel was very poor quality. Hotel staff's behave very rude. They didnt pic the phones. Rooms were not clean. When i compaint that on yatra costumer care they said we clear you issue in just half an hour. But they did call backl till date.
                              I m very dis-pointed. I have costumer care phone recording.

                                  I have booked flight from delhi to pune on www. Yatra.com online app travel dated 14.10.2017. Booking reference number is[protected]. While booking app did not ask my permission to have insurance. So insurance amount is charged to me. After booking immediately i called to yatra customer care and i asked them to cancel my insurance and refund me the amount. They agreed and told me that refund will be paid. However i have not received the refund amount. I have done further follow up with them, they told they will pay soon but i have not received it.

                                    I had booked a hotel room with yatra.com for december month
                                    At the machan lonavala i had booked for rs.20153/- for 1 room
                                    I. Booked 2 rooms then the site suddenly booked the hogher category room and now as this was non refundable fare, the website people arent answering
                                    They say that this is your mistake and not ours so according to them they never have done any thing and all the fault is of the customers
                                    Now i am unnecessarily bearing a loss of 20300/-
                                    Also the complaint was made at the same time and not even after an hour or something

                                    This is something unexpected and disgusting from a reputed website

                                      This complaint is for our booking with booking id (Yatra reference number[protected]. This booking was done in september 2017 for joe & marietta guest house calangute goa from 23 jan 2018 to 27 jan 2018 and got the confirmation from yatra.com on our email, confirming our booking.
                                      We were informed telephonically on 4th nov 2017 by the owner of the guest house that room is not available on that particular dates.
                                      On calling the customer care of yatra.com we were again got assurance that your booking is confirmed and reassured that they have recieved an acknowledgment from the owner of the guest house for confirmed booking.
                                      When we again called the owner for availability (As told us by yatra representative), he responded the same thing and he will talk with yatra. Then, we recieved a call from yatra representative on 6th of nov 2017 that our booked guest house joe & mareitta guest house is not available on these particular dates 23 jan 2017 to 27 jan 2017 as it was already booked and there was some error by your website (Which is not our fault), and told us to give them 24-48 hrs for alternative hotels or cancel the book and take the refund.
                                      Now even after 5 days i. E., on 11 nov 2017 we are not provided by any list of other alternative hotels as we were told telephonically. Now we are told that they are unable to find any suitable hotels/guest house for us and told us to find the good hotels by ourselved only.
                                      Within the meantime we also send them emails raising the issue on their email id [protected]@yatra.com but we did not recieved any reply through mail other than the system generated mail telling 'kindly accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you and we regret the same'. When we call the representatives they only tell us to give them some more time for alternative options and the clock is ticking and all the options are going from our hand day by day.
                                      They are giving us the option to cancel our booking and they will give us the full refund but our problem is since that is the peak season time in goa, all the good hotels are already booked and those which are left, their rates are double of what they were in september.
                                      This is a very unprofessional treatment towards the customer from yatra website. As per their website booking rules once the consumer gets a confirmation voucher in email there is no need for further confirmation from the property owner.
                                      The fault is totally from the website's end and now they are making the customer suffer without any fault of the customer. The refund which they are providing me will be of no use of mine as i will not get any good hotel in that amount at this time.
                                      Now if they want to cancel my booking they have to refund me double the amount since the rates have double of all the available hotels from september, so that i can find a suitable accomodation for four days.
                                      Why the customer should bear the financial loss when the error is from the website's end.

                                        I am really fed up of calling up your team, chasing them, getting false promises of

                                        I am really suprised as well as disappointed for such pathetic customer service offered by yatra in this competitive world

                                        I have been continuously calling and chasing the team and see no response

                                        I feel you guys have a feeling that customers have no other option and are at your mercy once we are booked with you which you are completely mistaken

                                        I have been chasing your :

                                        (1) post sales support service for further confirmation on trip booked yh3684273 (For which i got 10 calls in a span for 1 hr as it was typical pre sales rush to close the deal!! 1)

                                        (2) have given multiple calls to post sales rep (Nithin jha), to check on visa documents sent by me, check on yatra payment etc,. Either he is busy or on leave. People tell me he will call back which never happens

                                        I have done initial payment and have blocked rest payment till i don't get proper customer support
