I have booked chennai to hyderabad flight on 02 nov 2017 and return on 06 nov 2017 in spicejet flight via yatra. The total fare was rs. 2988.
And according to spicejet policy for seat booking seperately rs.200 each up and down i have paid for seat booking. The total fare including seat was for rs. 3388. Since it is an official trip i was supposed to claim for refund for the total amount of rs. 3388.
But to my surprise the ticket invoice i have received for up and down including seat booking was coming as rs. 2888 chennai to hyderabad - rs. 1220 and hyderabad to chennai - rs. 1668 which is rs. 500 less than the amount i have booked.
Without seat booking amount of rs. 400 the ticket rate is coming to rs. 1468 + rs. 1020 = rs. 2488.
There seems to be a disappearance of rs. 500 which i suppose must have gone as service charge or booking fees.
When enquired with yatra customer care they are pinpointing spicejet for missing money and spicejet also saying that yatra is responsible.
In spite of spending money, i am unable to figure out where it went and i need a valid receipt for this.

    I m bhupinder singh, i was book hotel revoli room on date 9-11-17 on yatra.com.
    But when i was arrived, the rooms were not in reals as shown on web site. The hotel was very poor quality. Hotel staff's behave very rude. They didnt pic the phones. Rooms were not clean. When i compaint that on yatra costumer care they said we clear you issue in just half an hour. But they did call backl till date.
    I m very dis-pointed. I have costumer care phone recording.

      Two bookings i made got a confirmation through email and while i was waiting for my eticket they sent me a mail that tkt is not confirmed send consent to get refund
      Who needs refund when we really get good fare and want to travel to our home. All the excitement and happiness is taken away by yatra not once but twice now the fares are very high and i cannot go home 😞
      Who will compensate it's your mistake yatra.

As per our records your ticket was unconfirmed due to minimum connecting time error in one of your flight which is from MCT-BOM-BHO from Air-India side and full refund was processed as per your consent and as fares are dynamic is nature and keep on changing as per the availability from airline end. We regret. However, we would not be able to process any further compensation.

        I have booked flight from delhi to pune on www. Yatra.com online app travel dated 14.10.2017. Booking reference number is[protected]. While booking app did not ask my permission to have insurance. So insurance amount is charged to me. After booking immediately i called to yatra customer care and i asked them to cancel my insurance and refund me the amount. They agreed and told me that refund will be paid. However i have not received the refund amount. I have done further follow up with them, they told they will pay soon but i have not received it.

          I had booked a hotel room with yatra.com for december month
          At the machan lonavala i had booked for rs.20153/- for 1 room
          I. Booked 2 rooms then the site suddenly booked the hogher category room and now as this was non refundable fare, the website people arent answering
          They say that this is your mistake and not ours so according to them they never have done any thing and all the fault is of the customers
          Now i am unnecessarily bearing a loss of 20300/-
          Also the complaint was made at the same time and not even after an hour or something

          This is something unexpected and disgusting from a reputed website

And, once a booking is confirmed changes and cancellation can be done as per the policy which is shared with customer before confirmation of the booking.             This complaint is for our booking with booking id (Yatra reference number[protected]. This booking was done in september 2017 for joe & marietta guest house calangute goa from 23 jan 2018 to 27 jan 2018 and got the confirmation from yatra.com on our email, confirming our booking.
            We were informed telephonically on 4th nov 2017 by the owner of the guest house that room is not available on that particular dates.
            On calling the customer care of yatra.com we were again got assurance that your booking is confirmed and reassured that they have recieved an acknowledgment from the owner of the guest house for confirmed booking.
            When we again called the owner for availability (As told us by yatra representative), he responded the same thing and he will talk with yatra. Then, we recieved a call from yatra representative on 6th of nov 2017 that our booked guest house joe & mareitta guest house is not available on these particular dates 23 jan 2017 to 27 jan 2017 as it was already booked and there was some error by your website (Which is not our fault), and told us to give them 24-48 hrs for alternative hotels or cancel the book and take the refund.
            Now even after 5 days i. E., on 11 nov 2017 we are not provided by any list of other alternative hotels as we were told telephonically. Now we are told that they are unable to find any suitable hotels/guest house for us and told us to find the good hotels by ourselved only.
            Within the meantime we also send them emails raising the issue on their email id [protected]@yatra.com but we did not recieved any reply through mail other than the system generated mail telling 'kindly accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you and we regret the same'. When we call the representatives they only tell us to give them some more time for alternative options and the clock is ticking and all the options are going from our hand day by day.
            They are giving us the option to cancel our booking and they will give us the full refund but our problem is since that is the peak season time in goa, all the good hotels are already booked and those which are left, their rates are double of what they were in september.
            This is a very unprofessional treatment towards the customer from yatra website. As per their website booking rules once the consumer gets a confirmation voucher in email there is no need for further confirmation from the property owner.
            The fault is totally from the website's end and now they are making the customer suffer without any fault of the customer. The refund which they are providing me will be of no use of mine as i will not get any good hotel in that amount at this time.
            Now if they want to cancel my booking they have to refund me double the amount since the rates have double of all the available hotels from september, so that i can find a suitable accomodation for four days.
            Why the customer should bear the financial loss when the error is from the website's end.

              I am really fed up of calling up your team, chasing them, getting false promises of

              I am really suprised as well as disappointed for such pathetic customer service offered by yatra in this competitive world

              I have been continuously calling and chasing the team and see no response

              I feel you guys have a feeling that customers have no other option and are at your mercy once we are booked with you which you are completely mistaken

              I have been chasing your :

              (1) post sales support service for further confirmation on trip booked yh3684273 (For which i got 10 calls in a span for 1 hr as it was typical pre sales rush to close the deal!! 1)

              (2) have given multiple calls to post sales rep (Nithin jha), to check on visa documents sent by me, check on yatra payment etc,. Either he is busy or on leave. People tell me he will call back which never happens

              I have done initial payment and have blocked rest payment till i don't get proper customer support

                I have made the reservation in one of the resort in pondicherry on 1st Oct 17 through Yatra.com. The reservation was confirmed by Yatra.com. But due to some technical problem in yatra.com, they have rejected the booking that I made through online portral through yatra.com.

                Due to this they promised that they will refund the full amount plus additional 50%. (Attached mail from yatra.com for reference)

                But they didn;t refund the additional amount which they promised. I have made multiple follow-ups but no response from them.

                  I have booked a ticket from hyd to latur on 3/11/17 which initially i. E before the booking showed that there were 9 tickets available but after the booking i had a pqwl status so i waited till the date of journey in hopes of getting confirmation of the ticket but cancelled it on the date of journey i.                     My booking reference number[protected]. While booking my refundable tickets on 3 segments beginning 5th november 2017, your site showed a cancellation charge of rs. 300, 400 and 300 respectively, and if done 6 hrs before, it mentioned a partial refund. I have today cancelled all 3 segments and find that i have lost the entire amount plus plus. I want an urgent explanation. I will never ever use the services of yatra.com. Many thanks

On reference[protected] cancellation charges for DEL-BLR INR3000.00 + INR400 Yatra service fee for BLR-MAA INR1025.00 + INR400.00 and for MAA-DEL INR3586.00 + INR400.00. Charges would be applicable per passenger per sector and promotional discount INR 1000.00 is non refundable. Hence refund would be nil.

                            I requested to update my mobile no, as my mobile no has changed, but yatra.com picked up my 5years old mobile no without asking me or taking my confirmation, now all my flight notification will not reach me, i m not able to get any help from yatra.com, as it's customer care no on website are not working and the support email id's are not responding to my complaint or request.. It is an extremely poor and yak experience from yatra.com, i will never suggest anyone for yatra.com.

                            I had asked them about support and some inputs for disabled patients, it has been 3days, and i have not got any response.. It made me realize yatra.com is not only insensitive to other travellers, but also insensitive and careless towards disabled.

                            Yatra.com is careless and poor organization and people shud not trust this for booking their flights..
                            My blog is just one out of millions of complaints lying on internet, yatra.com is the most condemned, abused and criticized on internet.

                              We had a flight from kolkata to jaipur on 19 october 2017. Flight number g8 701. Pnr number is a5lv3j. I booked 5kgs extra for each my mother and me. We have paid rs 9534. Out of which 2900 was paid for extra baggage. Goair said there was no payment for extra baggage showing in their system and charged us again. We have paid twice for the same service. I want refund of the extra amount paid by me. I can send you the details. Kindly do the needful ssap.

                                  I tried to book package on yatra application. While booking it was not allowing me to book and always get an pop up window asking my contact details to be submitted. After few days get a reply from advisor from yarta who quoted a price much higher and behaved very rudely on call. Asking for floor supervisor.. The floor supervisor was oversmart and quoted more amount then advisor on same call.. Further tried to escalte this an had not got any reply.. Meanwhile tried to book package from other company and again got call from yatra promising that they will resolve and beat the price of competitor. Waiting for which i lost the package from other company.. And even yatra agents even a product manager tried to make fun of this

                                  There was no pdf file i mention 100 times ..still i dont know which pdf file was to be shared ..i think the complain is not for the any pdf file ..its for the pricing and poor customer service ..you are trying to change the topic to dont know which PDF file ..there is no such pdf file ..

                                    My mom has her return ticket on oct 31st 2017 from us. When i enquired yatra to reschedule to november mid they are quoting 28000. When i look the cost difference for the flight online it is 2000 only. Yatra is giving some excuse to say they can see the cost as per the date booked and it is high. Regret booking through yatra. Felt it is better to book directly through airlines.

                                      Fraud company... (Tagging the penalty charges as airline cancelling charges)

                                      I had worst experience...
                                      Booked ticket from bom to ixe on 20/10/2017 at around 2 pm for rs. 20664 and unfortunately cancelled the plan to travel. Hence proceeded for cancelling the ticket. When i checked the refund money is just rs. 3333.
                                      Then called up the customer support ([protected]) and explained my quires. Then my call was transferred it to mr. Dev. He said its airline cancellation policy that you will be getting only rs 3333 only out of rs. 20664. Then told him want the confirmation from airline itself. And he made a conference with miss simran (From jet airways) and she said that airline will not to charge any fee for cancellation and date change requests within 24 hours from passenger. And my call got disconnected. Called them again and kept me in waiting for almost 1 hour saying dev is on other call. But still i kept on calling on this fraud company "yatra.com". After 30 mins my call got transferred to mr. Aditya. Who is floor supervisor. But i dont think so he is because he was not resolving my problems when i asked about dev he said uska shift khatam ho gaya. Wtf... So this made me to write and want my money back. Following are my points n want justification.

                                      - why the cancellation charges are high (Though cancelling with 24 hours)???
                                      - what is the meaning of refundable??
                                      - why there is no clear penalty charges been mentioned???
                                      - if airline doesnt charge for ncelling with 24 hours then why yatra.com (Fraud company) is charging such a high penalty.???

                                        We are travel twice in every year this time we tried yatra.com and booked package for kerala for6n7d tour the executive comited for gv me best service and hotel and thn for best executive told me 2500 more for better service... I gv 2500 more now my package cost become 52500/-
                                        Now story begins this package booked for my mom dad very first day thy found 1* category hotel as they committed 3*
                                        Thn the driver thay assigned was worst didnt cooperative miss so many sight seeing points roude behavior
                                        And in last day he drive car with 30-40 speed how rubbish.
                                        I complaint for the same but thn after yatra.com didn't follow up
                                        Friends my suggestion and request please don't prefer yatra.com they are selfish once u booked yr package thy vl not even consider even u have to call and remind them for pending payment
