My mom has her return ticket on oct 31st 2017 from us. When i enquired yatra to reschedule to november mid they are quoting 28000. When i look the cost difference for the flight online it is 2000 only. Yatra is giving some excuse to say they can see the cost as per the date booked and it is high. Regret booking through yatra. Felt it is better to book directly through airlines....

Fraud company... (Tagging the penalty charges as airline cancelling charges)

I had worst experience...
Booked ticket from bom to ixe on 20/10/2017 at around 2 pm for rs. 20664 and unfortunately cancelled the plan to travel. Hence proceeded for cancelling the ticket. When i checked the refund money is just rs. 3333.
Then called up the customer support ([protected]) and explained my quires. Then my call was transferred...

worst service given by yatra.com

We are travel twice in every year this time we tried yatra.com and booked package for kerala for6n7d tour the executive comited for gv me best service and hotel and thn for best executive told me 2500 more for better service... I gv 2500 more now my package cost become 52500/-
Now story begins this package booked for my mom dad very first day thy found 1* category hotel as they committed 3*
Thn the driver thay assigned was worst...

Its a very bad experience with yatra.com,
I have 3 booking in sleeper bus in new shatabdi travels via yatra.com

After giving lots of the call to operator of the bus, i've reached at bus point.
And the owner of bus mr mp singh, simply denied to giving my reserved seat.
Mr mp singh is saying he is not bounded to give the seat, and also saying "jo ukhadna hai ukhad...

e cash points

I booked international trip for which i got 5000rs worth ecash. I booked one internal hotel and tried to use those ecash. Yatra system was not allowing me that. I tried to contact them over phone but no response. Sent email, but no response.

Now my last day when ecash gets expire is 12th oct. I am in loss.

This is the worst company... I never recommend yatra to anyone. Please help me to resolve my issue...

I have booked a train ticket on 08th oct but i didn't get a pnr number and so i want to cancel it now. This is the first time i booked a ticket from this site and was very bad experience... I am wife of an officer serving for indian army. I was booking a hotel with yatra.com and came to know about their "special discounts" for defense personnel. So i tried booking the hotel from my husband's account instead. To my shock - i came to know yatra is charging more as hotel tariff from an armed forces officer than a regular civilian indian citizen. And so i rather chose to book the hotel from my account instead.

refundable tickets being denied a refund

I, anita hasurkar, had booked tickets for 8 pax from singapore - bali return. It read refundable on the site, am attaching a copy of the tkts.
Now, i want to cancel the booking for 4 pax, and on the site, it said, no information available on cancellation charges. On call, i was told it is a non refundable ticket!!!
This is a clear case of fraud!
Most unethical and unprofessional!
I need to escalate this matter...

Firstly customer service is worst i have ever seen.
Always false commitments.
No customer value!

At the time when we initiated bookings, we were told that in case if we cancel the trip, we are eligible to get refund within a day.

Due to some reasons we had to cancel the trip, and now 2 months over but no refund processed.
Everyday we need to call yatra customer care which itself takes 4-5...
