Dear yatra.com i make 2 rail tickets from mukeria to delhi on 16 aug 2017 amount of rs 559.00/- is deducted from my pnb account which is through otp generated by pnb bank but tickets not receive by me through email or massage no any type of trasiction id show to me but ammount may deducted so please find and refund my amount which is deducted i have no need of ticket now thanks...

refund not received for bus booking

I booked two tickets from kumbakonam to chennai on 08-august-2017 11:40pm. Amount got deducted from my account. Transaction id:
P1708082342187260425933. But transaction failed while conforming the ticket.

Regarding this i have given a call to the customer care and they told your refund has been initiated will communicate the reference number soon via email.

Tried to book ticket from mutajapur to cst mumbai on wed, 26 jul 2017 with reference id[protected] for my brother akshay thorat and 2 more members.1099 rs got deducted but havent received a refund yet. miscommunication of bus and provided wrong service

The booking was for sam tours & travels 2+2, mercedes benz, ac seat number 5.

Just before 2 hours of travel i got a message stating my bus number is ka.51 c.477 and seat is shifted to 17.

When i went to the boarding point is was some old bus with no suspension and not even close to mercedes which i booked...
