I booked a hotel from yatra on 7th december.. And received the confirmation the same day..
Post this confirmation mail i finalized my travelling and booked my tickets from delhi to shilma.. Please note the same are non refundable.

On 9th i called up yatra since i wanna upgrade my hotel. I was told that the booking cannot be chnaged now since my existing hotel...

Following are the issues detail:
1. On 10th dec my flight was from kolkata to chennai and it was delayed by 1 hrs. Flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:10 pm but it was arrived at 8:00 pm. My next flight was scheduled to departure at 8:35 pm.in very short time period i was not able to get boarding pass because of baggage belt.
2. I have talked to your representative ms dimple but she is not able to help me at this situation....

My honeymoon trip (Yh3651274) completely ruined as honeymoon cake missed on first day and cellular jail visit missed at last moment and too much follow up for everything and when called assistance then they said sorry and will refund the same for the missed itinerary and it will take 7-10 days but even after 12 days, when talked with yatra agent (Mr asli), they asked we have no information and it will take time.

And it's charged me 20k for 4 passengers and one of your customer service agent call and say that make the payment again and i will return your first payment in 2 to 7 days... I've been facing so many challenges with this holiday package. First of all, i was promised (In email) that i would be booked a 9.35 am flight from chennai. But when the tickets were shared with me, it was for a 11.00 am flight.

Hope you are doing great. We want to change our destination as you guys knew that mount agung volcano eruption. We do not want to take any risk because after 31st december we cant reschedule our trip plan.
