worst travel experience

This incident happened today i. E 13 sep 2017. I looking for a deal for flight and hotel booking from delhi to udaipur and choosed a hotel. I called a yatra person to know if there is a discount coupon. He forced to book a hotel. The booking was made for 3 adults and one child for a standard room in the hotel. While booking my flight tickets from chennai to bombay on the 16th of september and returning on 18th september from bombay to chennai, my flight fares were not entirely displayed. I wasn't given all the flight options and due to time constraints i had to book my tickets.
