I booked my flight and return flight (Booking i'd[protected] from delhi to hong kong and back. I got the ticket but one of the seats is showing unconfirmed while going and also while coming back. When i checked at cathay pacific website they asked for eticket number which is not printed on the ticket sent to me by yatra. Also when i checke the seats on that flight, that one seat is still not occupied.
On the airlines site, baggage allowance shown is 20 kg but in my ticket from yatra it is shown as 10 kg. Plus meal for my infant is also not booked

    Hello,
    This is to bring to your kind notice the amount of gst charged by your sales agents. I, along with my parents and my sister was a part of your "jewels of europe" package conducted on 25th of july to 8th of august. I had been given a quotation of rs 2, 29, 804 per person inclusive of 9 % gst. This amounts to rs 9, 19, 216 for the 4 o[censored]s. Out of this, an amount of rs 3, 90, 000 was paid before july. The remaining amount of rs. 5, 29, 216 (After a discount of rs 13000) was paid by cheque on july 17th. Now, as the gst was slashed to 5 % for all international tours, my question is why was i still charged at 9 % gst?? Isn't it a violation of the government guidelines for taxes?? When i asked your sales agent for a clarification regarding this issue, i suprisingly got no reply from him. I would here by like to claim the refund of extra 4 % gst charged per person. I would like to hear from you regarding the matter, or else i would have to approach the concerned authorities regarding this issue.
    I tried to reach yatra at [protected]@yatra.com, through your support system on your website. But your pathetic website does not register any complain. Neither the toll free phone number of [protected] is answered.

      My pnr is : gj66tp booked on 19th sep. I wanted to reschedule the flight from 14 nov to 22 nov. But the additional price mentioned at your call center and your site is very different.
      At the call center the executives are mentioning about rescheduling penalty, yatra penalty etc. Which sums it up to rs 2000 odd. Whereas while doing through the site its showing cancellation charges etc. Which sums up to rs 2600.
      The call center executives are clueless and giving excuse of real time price changes. I tried to do it simultaneously while being online and talking to them. Still the prices mentioned by them and the site are not matching.

      In both the cases the additional price needed to be paid is different.

        Hi!
        Recently i booked a air india ticket through yatra, within minutes of making the payment, i trying to cancel it but i m not able to do it. I had booked 2 tickets n as per rule they have to refund my 100% charges. M currently in uk and i am not able to contact the customer support through mail or fone, as they r not responding to it. Very frustrating n irresponsible of yatra team.

          I had recently booked flight tickets from india to munich and back from hamburg to mumbai through yatra website costing rs.47335. Unfortunately due to my "visa rejection", i had to cancel my tickets. So i called customer care for some help with the cancellation and full refund due to genuine reason, but i was being forced to cancel my tickets through the customer care who was charging rs.21511 but when i checked the cancellation by my own through their website, they charged me only rs.16426. I am highly disappointed with yatra for such discrepancies in the cancellation fee.

          Further i was not made aware of any further deductions from yatra, but to my horror on cancellation from the website, they took back the e-cash that was credited at the time of booking. I was really looking for some help from yatra but no one bothered to reply to my repeated e-mails and instead of considering my case of "visa rejection" as an exception, they have totally charged me rs.19025 as cancellation charges and have provided no support in communicating with the airlines for full refund. I had least expected this from a site like yatra and still trying to look for help.

Hence, full refund would not be possible on this, Therefore, team given the waiver Yatra service fee of INR 1000 and they refunded the amount in your account. If payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.           For your kind attention, I received a call directly from the Lufthansa Airlines asking for the confirmation if I receive the total refund that I'd requested for due to Visa rejection. According to the above communication, the last update from Yatra given to me was that "the airlines has rejected the full refund". Can you tell me when the total refund amount would be credited to me which is already processed and credited to Yatra by the airlines.

              This incident happened today i. E 13 sep 2017. I looking for a deal for flight and hotel booking from delhi to udaipur and choosed a hotel. I called a yatra person to know if there is a discount coupon. He forced to book a hotel. The booking was made for 3 adults and one child for a standard room in the hotel. After payment i just checked the hotel pics, the rooms were way to small to be accommodated by those many people. I called the hotel to confirm they donot allow more than two people in the room and that they have rejected the booking. Called yatra again they mentioned no booking was cancelled by hotel person. I[censored] want to cancel the booking you can buy 14k will be cut.
              Now after spending a hefty amount on vacation wants to stay in such a small room where people can't even move. On the other side yatra being the service provider is such unpleasant experience. We are stuck in this situation. We feel like don't even going.
              They are not even aaranging a different hotel. Last but definitely not the least there are better hotels available at the same rate probably the yatra person made forced booking due to some commission.

                While booking my flight tickets from chennai to bombay on the 16th of september and returning on 18th september from bombay to chennai, my flight fares were not entirely displayed. I wasn't given all the flight options and due to time constraints i had to book my tickets. Later checking the site found that there were other flights giving me better prices which was 10, 000 lesser than what i had paid. My booking reference number:[protected]. I want to change it in accordance to the flights with lesser prices as it's not a mistake on my behalf and i do not wish to incur any cancellation charges.

                  This is regarding my booking (Booking id[protected] with yatra. I had booked a flight for my mother from delhi to manchester. Since she was travelling first time out of the country (That too alone) i wanted her experience to be comfortable so i had booked an etihad flight (Paying more). However this did not happen. Once she reached the check in counter she was told that her flight was changed to jet airways. Firstly why was it changed when i had paid for an etihad flight, secondly there was no prior intimation. She had to move around the airport to find her counter.
                  This was just the beginning of her troubled travel. The jet airways flight was not upto the mark - there were no tv screens installed, food was not appropriate, seats were uncomfortable. Then at the abu dhabhi airport she had to take her boarding pass again (Which should have been given to her in delhi), also she was asked if her visit was urgent as it was the last ticket. Could you please explain why such a question was asked if we had booked our flights already. Infact a fellow passenger complained about not getting the boarding pass as the seats were full. I am really not sure how such a thing is possible and i really need an explanation for this.

                  I myself had travelled a month back through the etihad airways and the experience was great then. But this time it was far from good. This is the first time i had booked an international flight through yatra and if such a treatment was given because i did not book it through etihad website then in that case i would like to cancel my two other pending bookings with yatra.

There was no change in the flight, DEL-AUH was a code share flight which was operated by Jet Airways.                       Hi,

                      I booked tickets for a round trip from bangalore to hyderabad today. The trip is a clear 2 months away (In the 1st week of nov). But post booking i realised that i have booked for a flight in the evening instead of the morning and wanted to cancel-rebook/reschedule the flight. More so because, all along while i was booking the ticket, i kept getting an icon in bold green stating that the ticket was 'refundable'. But to my horror, i found out that the entire ticket amount gets adjusted against 'airline charges, yatra cancellation/reschedule charges and fees and taxes' to show a refund amount of 'zero'. The worst part is the charge is almost double the ticket cost.

                      I contacted the customer care on chat and their response was even more irresponsible to say that i should go and read about the cancellation and reschedule refund t&c and they cannot help. When i asked for a customer support number to talk to the executive kept ignoring my request and after asking 5-6 times i was given a number. I am going to call them tomorrow. But looking at the complaints about yatra.com online, i wonder if that number is even correct. But this is gross misleading of the customer to make money and cheating! And by no stretch of imagination and logic do i understand the cancellation/reschedule charges being double of the actual airfare when the trip is a clear 2 months away.

                      I hope these organizations that take the consumer for a ride with their fine print and ridiculous policies are brought to book.

                        This is to inform you all that i board a ac sleeper bus from goa to bangalore on 27th aug 2017 (Booking reference number[protected]. Some agent present in the bus to fill the vacant seat behaved unruly and abusive and starred my wife in a inappropriate matter when we were late by just 10 min. The same agent took 2000rs from my another friend to catch the bus who missed bus just when he was 15min late. Please take action against the agent and conductor or else i will take action from my side.

Operator informed that passenger was not on a boarding point on a right time and Operator had waited almost 1 hour for the 2 Members in that PNR. And at final on a long wait you completed your journey with the same service and seat which you booked. Mostly important the service was totally filled through on online, where there is a no chance to pick the road side Passenger. Hope your query has been resolved now.                           We had provided Pozhiyoram Beach Resort in alleppey for reference no YA:5023764 on 18 Aug 2017, the resort was too much lonely and out of area where no guest appart from us on rhat day, which was unsafe. We are two couples (two ladies and a baby girl) The room shown to us had the toilet out of the room having open sky, after paying should we opt this? and which was not told by yatra executive. The alternate room shown to us was too much dirty having lots of Mosquito and spider net at loots of places which was shown in photos attached. The bed sheets and blanket are smelling dirty, in front o[censored]s room attender spread room freshener on it. Both executive of yatra.com and resort are not in position to provide us alternate resort/hotel. We had make own arrangements for hotel at kochin due to non availability of hotel rooms in alleppey,
                          Which hamper our pocket by more ₹5000. Exicutive of Yatra.Com stand his hand on between such crushal circumstances. This is shamfool approach by yatra.com for traveler. Till date no initiative taken by yatra.com about the refund. Please look into the matter most urgently. Other wise we have to opt next level complaint.

                            We two senior citizens booked bangaluru to mumbai and back tickets thru yatra.com online. Now they are refusing to book wheel chairs for us which is done by all other similar portals. Secondly they did not disclose about their high convenience charges of rs.400 per person while quoting the total price of the tickets but suddenly collected the same during the payment very smartly. Not clarifying the statutory provisions and backing for the same making it illegal for refunding the same. Even on facebook avoding the required efficient and judicious services and fooling the aged passengers.

                              Today i booked bus ticket from tirunelveli to trichy at renugambal travels at 8.30pm in tirunelveli old bustand through your site but the bus driver told me your names are not there in the passenger chart my self krishnaraj and my colleague rajesh, i am totally disappointed, as a energy auditor i will take this issue as a simple thing, mentally i got stressed now. And now, after 6 days from that issue still that amount has not been refunded to my account even do not gate any positive response from yatra customer service.                                   Hello, it's been a week passed and my queries went unheard. Yatra reference no.[protected] and the said refund was to be made within a week (Booked on 22nd aug.2017), and i find it being sceptical now, though nothing like the third party should get involved here yet i have been complying with their policies so far and yet again nothing gets resolved.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I was travelling on the morning star travels a/c sleeper (2+1) bus[ py05a-1199 pnr : ts[protected]legg operator pnr : 4625707 booking reference :[protected]] on 11 august 2017 from bangalore to hyderabad to attend my college convocation. The expected arrival time for the bus at hyderabad was 12 august at around 6:30 am.
                                    When i woke up in the morning of 12 aug i noticed that my gps still showed me in karnataka. Later i came to know that the driver was taking an alternative route to avoid rta checking and toll gates. It happened out that the bus travels didn't have the required permit to be running sleeper buses on the route.
                                    The journey that had to take around 8 hours took a total of 22 hours as we reached to our destination i. E hyderabad on saturday night 8:30 pm. It costed me once in a lifetime chance to attend my convocation.
                                    I want a complete refund of my ticket along with damages covered for the emotional harassment and mental torture that i had to face during this horrendous journey.

                                    If no action is taken in this regard i will feel cheated and lose my faith in the system as no heed is paid to the voice of innocent people due to the callous attitude of the people in charge for the same.
                                    Also i am going to sue yatra.com for selling tickets of buses without doing a background check on the companies and going ahead with selling the tickets even though they don't have a permit to be running on the prescribed course of travel.

                                      Hello,

                                      I did a hotel booking in darjeeling. The details are:
                                      Yatra reference no:[protected]
                                      Amount paid: rs.10, 712
                                      Name: anuj chandra
                                      Phone no.[protected]
                                      Hotel name: hotel fairmont (29th sep17' - 03rd oct17').

                                      After booking the hotel, i cross checked with the hotelier if they received the booking or not and i was told that riots and arson attacks have been going on there and that my booking stands invalid since i will not be able to enter darjeeling during that period.
                                      Now, i would like to mention the varied efforts i have taken to be heard :
                                      1. Called the hotelier as i mentioned above.
                                      2. Contacted your customer center and told them everything regarding the riots and the fact i have already made a full payment for the hotel booking. I was assured that the matter will be looked into and they will reach me within 24-48 hrs. They never reached me till now!!!
                                      3. After 3 days i called customer care again and i was told that he has talked about it with the hotelier (Real or not i don't know) and the booking is confirmed from hotel side and he told that he will provide me with hotel details to contact them later.
                                      I never received the details!!!
                                      4. I called at the hotel again and the hotelier told that the booking is uncertain. (Again). I have attached recorded voice call made to the hotelier.

                                      Your customer care is not only misleading the customers but disregarding the customer's concerns by giving them false assurance.

                                      I want to know on what basis was my booking accepted by yatra, and who received the payment for this invalid booking. Firstly, you shouldn't be receiving the bookings for darjeeling, if it is surrounded by this huge civil agitation.
                                      I would be happy to know if yatra team has given even half of their time and efforts that i took in writing this mail. As your customer, i demand to get my payment refunded because this clearly is a limitation from your side.
                                      Lastly, i would like to mention that i have raised my complaint on all possible social media so as not to be victimized by your fraudulent services.
                                      This clearly is my last booking from yatra if the issue is not resolved asap.

                                        I am trying to cancel a yatra booking and before 20 days of my flight and i am getting zero refund!! My yatra booking reference number[protected].

                                        Now why should i cancel this ticket? I find no reason to cancel as the cancellation charges is higher than my ticket fare.

                                        This is joke, isn't it?

                                        If yatra can give me some refund, this ticket can be useful for the people who actually needs it.
