Every time i call them they tell me some other story on 11th july i got the mail that i will get my refund in 10 days. I don`t know which kind of calendar you guys use. Booking confirmed but reached hotel no rooms

I booked hotel Parichey at Rewari on 9th July 2017 through yatra.com.
Yatra.com confirmed my booking and we reached hotel at 8.30 pm.
At hotel reception they told no rooms are available and we can't do nothing, it's yatra.com mistake to give confirmation for room.
I called yatra.com customer care, they told me that they can't give guarantee for booking.
How can I trust such booking through this site....

I had booked two tickets from Pune to Delhi shown as refundable. Due to change of plans I had to change the route /cancel the tickets. Now it shows cancellation charges xyz hence refund is zero. Can the English you explain the meaning of refundable.
Plus for cancellations there is no toll free number so once booked you are at their mercy and if you call then you pay additional amount on phone bill.
Very poor services, will never...

Air India officials said that this is clearly the fault of the third party(YATRA.COM)
Please look into this as this is a serious issue giving very much misleading information to customers...
