Yatra.com is most irresponsible travel portal ; it makes false booking No and when you reach Hotel and show them the voucher hotel says there is no such booking I made Hotel booking at TG Rooms Gwalior through Yatra (booking ref No.[protected]) this booking was declined by Hotel staff saying there is no such booking and please sort it out with Yatra....

I booked too tickets with yatra mobile app. they promised to give 1000 e cash on each booking via promocode. the app said promo code accepted but when i completed the travel i did not get my cash back. when i called call center they said you have used wrong code or you might have crossed maximum number of try. promo codes are confusing for first time user but you can cheat them by promising e cash and than deflect by saying you got it wrong...

Yatra is taking care only for make booking only. They will never worried about the cancellation or refund of money. I feel very bad o[censored]sing their service by paying extra money without any support. Hence forth, I have planned to do the booking directly with the concerned(airlines or hotels).
