Dear sir, Palease note package for thailand tour reference no. - YH2328772.(5N/6D package - 28th dec-15 to 02nd Jan-16) Before receipt of full payment Yatra team promise me to provide list of services including GALA dinner on 31st night in bangkok(cost apporx 8000Rs per person).Two days before travel date yatra team cancelled the dinner.Communication mails attached for complete detail. Desirable resolution- refund of 16000Rs(Two person). Yatra team spoiled my complete family trip. YATRA.COM TEAM IS COMPLETELY FRAUD

Everyone please be aware of Yatra.com team, full of frauds, cheaters, They spoiled my family trip to Thailand.I have booked the tour at higher price than normal because they promise me to arrange New year party booking with a 3 star hotel, last day before travel Yatra team cancelled my arrangement and not ready to pay any refund.

    I booked a ticket through Yatra.com. The flight was cancelled due technical problem and neither airline (Jetairways/Etihad) nor Yatra refunded the ticket amount. Each time they will listen to your complaint and will infrom that "they will enquire about it" but you never get the money. Instead you get lot of "reference numbers" of your complaints and each time a new "EXECUTIVE" will attend. I regret so much going through third party portals like yatra instead of booking directly from web site of the airline. Then at least you have to call only one company.

    Booking a ticket?? Go to airline web page as other "agents" will suck you if there is a problem before or after you travel! The Customer Care Executives are there to delay/ postpone/ or just get rid of the consumer and not to help then if its about a refund. With a good company you need to call only once, and then you will see he result in a specified time!!

      I had booked one room in Rann Riders Safari Resort, Dasada, Gujrat, India on 18.11.15 for two nights ie checkin 8.12.15 and checkout 10.12.15 in the travel site yatra.com. The booking confirmation was made by them being booking reference [protected] and payment was made by credit card of Rs. 13980/- on 18.11.15. On 4.12.15 received a telephone call from yatra.com that the room is not available and the money is being refunded. I fail to understand that once booking has been accepted and payment also has been taken, how the booking is cancelled after more than two weeks. It seems that travel site is committing a fraud on people booking thru their site in the sense that they are booking rooms not available with them and even accepting payment against such false bookings. In the process, the traveller has to bear the brunt of last minute cancellation. Incidentally my tour had already commenced and I was travelling by road when yatra.com people called me. It has been a disgusting experience of booking thru yatra.com site and because of their acts I had to stay in an inferior property with my family and that also after paying thru my nose. Incidentally, the hotel booking terms and conditions, as expected, is totally one sided which entitles yatra.com to do whatever they feel like with the booking with the consumer having no recourse whatsoever.

      Standard reply by unethical people. The basic issue as to why the booking was cancelled by yatra.com after 2 weeks of confirmation of booking and accepting the payment in full has been left unresolved and unanswered. The cancellation by yatra.com was made only four days before the checkin date. Is the person who has relied on such booking and that also in the peak season stay on the road once he reaches the destination or cancel his journey and incur financial losses due to cancellation of air tickets/car booking etc.
      Beware of booking through yatra.com.
      Incidentally, on 22.12.15, I had also mailed my complaint to Manish Amin (Email id manish.[protected]@yatra.com), Sabina Chopra (Email id sabina.[protected]@yatra.com) and Sonia Mehta (Email id sonia.[protected]@yatra.com) all of them responsible persons of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. having fancy designations and the reply is still awaited.

          We have booked a resort in rangerwood natural castle from 26 th to 27th Dec 2015 through yatra.The accommodation has been confirmed by yatra and we got the confirmation voucher from yatra. When.When we landed in the resort they told us the money has not been transferred from yatra to rangerwood natural castle, thekkady. The managing director of the rangerwood natural castle MR.Satish Kumar threatened us to pay the whole amount if we have to stay.We are forcefully thrown out of the hotel because of the inefficient service done by yatra. We have paid an amount of Rs 6691/- for not staying in the rangerwood natural castle. We are trying to contact yatra from 25th morning until now 26th night but there was no response from yatra customer care numbers.           I have main only one question.
          Why there was no customer care support on 25thDec 2015, 26th Dec 2015, 27th Dec 2015

          I called the following customer care numbers on the above mentioned dates but there was zero response.

          What i'm going to do with the two thousand rupees gift vouchers which I can use only next time while booking.
          I have completely lost faith in yatra which doesn't support the customers in the crunch time.

          I have lost around ten thousand rupees because of the mess work done by yatra.

          As per the original plan the departure date to Chennai was 27th Dec 2015, but I need to leave forcefully on 26 Dec 2015 with shifting unreserved buses to Chennai as there was no accommodation in other hotels on 26th Dec 2015.

          The ranger wood natural castle managing director told they don't have tie up with yatra. When there is no tie up
          with the resort why the yatra is listing the resort in the display.

          I paid Rs 500/- extra for the accommodation for the stay on 25 th Dec 2015 to 26 Dec 2015 as they told yatra as transferred Rs 6000/-.The amount paid is Rs 6691/- from my side for the accomodation. The.The hotel management did not allow me to leave until I pay Rs 500/-.

          I got a call from yatra customer care on 26th Dec 2015 11AM promising that the issue will be resolved.The person who spoke to me assured that he will resolve the issue once I reach the resort in afternoon 26 Dec 2015.

          When I reached the resort around 11.45 AM thinking that the issue has been solved, the happening has been heartbroken and terrible.

          The resort managing director gave as a reciept of Rs 7000/- which I have to pay immediately as the check time 11AM has been crossed.The managing director satish kumar threatened us to pay the whole amount of Rs 7000/- either if I stay or not.I have to really beg him like a beggar that I dont have the required money.Finally I paid Rs 500/- after a long conversation with the in charge where I have to face extreme humiliation in front o[censored]nknown persons which I never faced in my life.

          The kind of humiliation faced by us was extreme frustration on yatra management where there was no support at very difficult times.
          If you really wants to give us a compensation then the present gift vouchers is not sufficient which wont even cover the fifty percentage of the loss.

            Sir/Madam, Yatra Booking Reference Number - [protected] The resort rangerwood natural castle, thekkady is telling that they have not received the payment from yatra, so I cannot allowed to stay in the rangerwood natural castle from 26 Dec to 27 th Dec. The response and service from the resort is very very poor and they are telling to pay again the rent if I have to stay in the above mentioned date. The manager of the resort is treating us like anything in a very worst manner. I have booked in the resort from Dec 25 to Dec 26 th separately and that stay was confirmed by the resort. Now the hotel management is telling that we are not allowed to stay tommorow 11 AM 26 Dec. Thanks, Vinod N Ph [protected]

              We booked a thailand package trip with Yatra.com on 31 november 2015.Since the time of booking, the response from their end was pathetic, Throughout the booking process our queries were never addressed completely and satisfactorily and it was every time we used to follow up for mere confirmation of our trip.However, every time, we would get a confirmation from their end that the trip was 100% confirmed.Our travel dates were from 21.11.15 - 26.11.15 and after making the full payment well in advance, when we called on 18 december to ask when will we get our flight tickets and hotel vouchers, to our greatest disappointment, we are being suddenly informed that our trip has been rescheduled to 26th November.however we agreed to go on 26.but point to be noted we got all vouchers just 1 day before to our departure date which has cost us huge mental stress. We're very shocked and disappointed by the highly unprofessional and carelessness in services by a reputed name like Yatra.

                I am a retired government employee. I booked an international trip via Yatra (Ref YH1993473) for Nov 2nd. We wrote to Yatra couple of days before the trip that my wife was hospitalized with Dengue and is unable to travel. Yatra responded and asked me for Dr's certificate which we provided. They said they will respond in 72 hours on when we can reschedule. It has been 2 months and we have seen no response from them. All we want is to reschedule...

                As I was booking my tickets from Dubai to Kolkata yesterday night, I'd seen an Air India flight priced approx 16K. On having proceeded to pay, the amount was deducted from my account but the ticket status was UNCONFIRMED. The message displayed was that I'd be receiving my eticket within 10 hours. As I didn't receive my eticket I called up the customer support and was told to book the flight at the new rate. Hence I was made to pay the fare...

                Hi, I have applied for Dubai holiday package include visa assistance, through Yatra.com, they booked air ticket and said that visa has been applied on 14th December 2015' And today is 21st December 2015, when I call Yatra.com to ask about delay, they said, that visa issuance priority is given to people who traveling in close dates.and I asked about the online visa application tracking number, they said we can't track it. After reading customer review on different site, I think they are just making me .i don't know if they have applied my visa or not, or what's going on ?? It's strange that after 8 days I m not getting reply from use embassy(normal period is 2-3days) ..reply me for this issue, or will see next couple of days then will take action, coz I paid 30, 000 rs.for air ticket and visa.almost gone 4000 extra, Waiting for reply .

                  Sir, I am to say that I have booked a flight through yatra .com to Baranasi from Dharmshala (Gaggle) airport for me and my wife on 11th December 2015 vide flight no.231115F64377. On return, I could not took the flight in my last segment of journey from Delhi to Dharmshala by Air India flght PNR Y2MR5 ticket no.098-[protected] and no.098-[protected], scheduled to leave Delhi T3 at 10.25 AM on 15th December 2015 because of, Air India flight left Delhi at 10 AM without any pre intimation / SMS/ mail to me by yatra services or air india. As schedule I reached the airport at 9.30 AM but refused the boarding ticket with the comments of air india staff that now the Gates are Closed. My again and again request were declined and the Manager Air India told me that since your booking is through yatra .com, it was the duty of yatra official to intimate you in well advance or supply my mobile no.to air india, which was not provided. Will you kindly tell me that what is my fault and why i was penalised for it? Resulting, I have to purchase another two tickets of spice jet plane in current booking spending Rs9870/- for plane scheduled to leave Delhi at 1.30 PM and reached my home since i have to reach my home urgently. This is the most bitter experience with your fault and when i tried to contact your customer care no.[protected], no body picked my phone to readdress my problem.                           I have booked one room in hotel le repose west tambaram chennai for one day stay from 02.12.2015 to 03.12.2015 for my son through yatra, com vide ref.[protected]..The booking was done for my son Apoorv nair who was stranded in Chennai due to floods.To my surprise when he reached the hotel at 08.05 AM on 02.12.2015 the hotel declined to offer room to my son-even though 100% payment was done online and confirmation received from yatra.com.I repeatedly talked to the customer service of yatra.com and the hotel reception but they declined to offer the room and not even allowed him to sit in the reception.Yatra.com called my son once and at his request offered alternative arrangements.They assured to call him back in 20 minutes but never called back.In such a pathetic situation they have sent my 18 year old son to streets with floods and he wandered there for 2 more days before reaching home on 05.12.2015.I realized from my son that the hotel authorities declined room to him as they can charge more from others due to floods.This type o[censored]n ethical practice in business is not correct. I can not forgive to yatra.com or the hotel authorities for the miseries of my son during the above days..The copy of mail correspondence with yatra, com in this regard is attached.They are telling full refund is made..Is it sufficient for our suffering?For that question they assured they will come back after investigation..but never turned back till today.

                              Hi Superior, I wanted to inform you that I have booked a hotel in Araku named Vellangini Comforts[protected] on 30 November. I have paid the totals amount and i got vocher also as a proof of booking. But suddenly after 8 days. I came to know that my booking has note been done properly. Indu was person who booked my hotel in Araku. Then they told me they will provide alternate service within 48 hours. I tried reaching to them for two days but no one has given me any response. In the end a person Anoop i hope his number[protected] with EXT 690 answerd me and he told me that he will provide alternate property by monday. Suddenly in the night a person named Karan cancelled my booking without my permission. When i tried reaching them the same story is continuing that is no is answering. I clearly asked about your service in the starting but they told you guys work sincerely and you provide best service. This is worst experience with you. Only having believe in you i didnt book alternate booking. Please tell me what should i do now. Ask karan with whose permission he cancelled my booking.                                 Yatra.com is most irresponsible travel portal ; it makes false booking No and when you reach Hotel and show them the voucher hotel says there is no such booking I made Hotel booking at TG Rooms Gwalior through Yatra (booking ref No.[protected]) this booking was declined by Hotel staff saying there is no such booking and please sort it out with Yatra.

                                  Yatra.com has cheated me. Yatra.com Booking Ref. [protected] Booking: 3 Hotel Rooms in Tirupati I had booked 3 rooms (3 couples / 6 adults) in Tirupati. But had to cancel the one for my in-laws as my mom-in-law lost her mother just weeks before the scheduled trip. When I approached the call center to understand cancellation procedure, they said the whole booking will have to be cancelled before the last date for getting 100% refund and fresh booking initiated. I did the same (repeat: weel before the last date for getting 100% refund). The details against each entry in the portal clearly shows "cancellation in process". In spite of providing all the necessary details / evidences that the cancellation was done of all three rooms in a timely and efficient manner, yatra.com support executive blatantly keeps saying the cancellation was not done so there can be no refund provided.

                                    I tried to book a ticket last night. It failed and I registered a complaint last night. I got a default mail saying your complaint got registered. Till now no response again. Do I need to book a ticket again? There are no response. No customer care. Too many steps for booking a train. Why should I use this site? If the train tickets are full now, how can I book again after your response? This is stupid service. Waste and worst website. I never recommend my friends for this. 3 times I visited this site and no time it worked.. How can some critical things like train ticket bookings will not have customer care? Also the number you provided is not a toll free number. Such a stupid and waste and worst customer service. How can they won't provide customer care for tic booking? Does people will write and wait for days while booking tickets? Don't ever go to this site. 2 customer care numbers are there. Both are not toll free. Submitted 3 tickets and no response after 1 day.
