I booked Flight ticket through Yatra on November 28, 2015 (Reference no. 281115f56743 ; PNR - jkfon) as a Guest user in an email id of [protected]@ymail.com. Because of some problems i tried to cancelled my Flight ticket but their system didn't allowed for cancellation. So, i tried to contact Customer care but i didn't find any and sent email but still not yet answer me. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME SINCE Rs.4088.00 IS A BIG LOST FOR A STUDENT LIKE ME.       I tried booking hotel through yatra. The booking was unsuccessful but money got debited from my account. I keep complaining but no response from the other end. Do check with the screenshots provided and do the needful.

        Order NO:[protected], Yatra online is not having a clear cancellation policy. Apart from that, they are not having right process to capture service requests. If you call their customer care, you wont get a service request reference number. All the issues are through voice based. And they request customers to front end with hotels for cancellation. In my case, they only requested to speak to hotel about cancellation. I had spoken to person from hotel, whose mobile number was shared by Yatra. Yatra customer care told me, they will come back with reply by next day. But, they didnt come back, I had to followup from my self and in return, I get questioned and harassed by their customer executive. They simple dropped an email, that they spoke to some person from hotel, who didnt agree for cancellation. This looked absurd for me, after having chat with customer care, as if an albeit from these guys. Please be away from online travel agents like these, who allow customers to front end with hotels. Please make sure you pay to hotels directly rather that paying to these travel agents even if it cost some extra money.

          My name is Abhishek and I have booked a trip with yatra with YH2006304 for bali. This was honeymoon trip.My travel consultant name is rishabh kaushik. i was first time went outside india so i asked from rishabh kaushik that from where we should buy foreign currency then he said buy from airport in very low charge. i purchase $ 650 from delhi airport. in bali airport i have reexchange money in local currency from bali airport. i have to bear for only for exchange the curreny approx 8000. when i asked after trip from outsider authorized exchange office then i realized that this exchange work can be done with in rs.[protected] only. i waste approx rs. 6, 000 for exchanging the money. yatra.com wrongly suggest me . they should provide both option in suggestion to client. and other things consultant promise me that u will get special decorated room with welcomed by cake and flowers in hotel. but it was not happened with me and room bathroom is very very very small . I forget to click pic of bathroom. we get dinner coupon from yatra in last time and coupon given date also wrong total 4 day 4 dinner coupon provide but 2 dinner coupon date was same. when I complaint regarding this at bali through mail to yatra then mr. rishabh kaushik just given me a number of bali local person and said that you have to contact with them. if I have to arrange all this type of things then why I have booked trip through yatra. I called 2 times local person and hotel was charged very huge amount for local call. who will bear for it. and response of yatra is not good. very bad experience with yatra. From Abhishek[protected]

            Exact same issue faced here while booking flight to tokyo, after booking through hold option when I tried making payments on yatra.com it showed I have to pay additional 11k. customer care said hold option is only for visa application, there is no guarantee of seat or flight price!! finally booked directly through airlines for additional 16k :(
            very bad exp with uninformed and unhelpful staff in customer care, will never use yatra.com again...As the damage is already done in my case this post is just to inform this fraud to the general public.

              Order booking number:[protected] I had booked hotel room through Yatra online on 12 night for stay in Asiana palace, chennnai. Unfortunately, I had to cancel trip and had to return midway. So, as i was traveling, I had contacted customer care of yatra. They informed me, i have intimate to hotel and get confirmation from them. I called the number shared by yatra and the person by name Mr.Ramashivam informed me, He should get a cancellation letter from yatra. I again intimated through yatra customercare about it and shared email to [protected]@yatra.com. The concerned person, informed me that they will intimate me tomorrow morning. I didnt get any reply from them, I calledup myself again on 14th Jan afternoon. But this time, the customer care person spoke very rashly and he was questioning me, as if it was my fault and there was clearly not politeness while talking and he instigated me to talk rashly. The customer care executives of yatra are of no help, in making the situation understand and they made it worse. I felt like i was harassed. he didn't believe my words and the effort that i have been putting to resolve the issue. He also, cut my call.. General: You don't have clear cancellation policy for hotels and you don't help customers in the end that's what i felt. Word of advise to everybody, Please be careful with all the online travel agencies as i don't believe they operate in a fair way. I think they are playing with customers and also with hotels. I believe the hotel would not have got the money i paid and neither me in the end.

              I, Farhan Akhtar booked my stay at Hotel Rajputana Heritage, Vigyan Nagar, Ranthambhor Road, Sawi Madhopur, Rajsthan on Oct 1st, 2017 for one night stay against YAT[protected] & ref No[protected].
              But the hotel is not ready to honour this booking for which I have made full terif amount Rs 3358/- which have been accepted by Yatra.com.
              Now, Sir, I am finding myself cheated and having no amount with me book at other place.
              You are requested to get me booked at some other hotel of same stature.

              If, Yatra.com is not able to command it's credibility then it's better not accept money from the consumer against provideing services but to guide consumer to pay at the counter after availing services as was being practiced in the past in India.
              If cannot assure to the services then how you can accept the money.
              I am very much ineterested to avail the relocation but if you are helpless then it's better to cancel my booking.

                  Blocked my money and did not give me ticket confirmation

                  Yatra charged me 49797 INR and my yatra refrence number is 130116f73561.they took money from my account and later on they said that we cant confirm your tickets and we are refunding your money in 5 to 7 working days .that was the only money i was left in my account so if i book it after 5 days for the same tickets price will go high. they are doing farud by keeping customer money .it happened with me twice.. never book tickets through them...

                    It has been extremely annoying and harassing dealing with Yatra.com. I had booked a holiday package to Thailand for 5 people on 21 September for which I had paid an advance of 30, 000/- The trip had to be cancelled on 1 October. After deducting the cancellation fee they were to return 5-6 thousand to me. I was told it would take 9 working as per the Yatra.com policies. It is more than 3 months now and I have not received my refund. I am in touch with Mr Aman Chandel, Holidays Expert[protected] Extn – 2425) I call him almost every day and the only answer he gives it someone from the finance will call you back. Last I spoke to him was day before yesterday 5th Jan at 1600hrs and he promised that I would get a call in one hour and it is almost 48 hrs no one has called me. Thanks Rebecca

                      Dear Sir / Madam My booking reference number is XY34QQY (Yatra no: YT[protected]. I booked my flight ticket between Chennai and Penang, Malaysia scheduled for 19th and return on the 25th. Unfortunately the return airline flight timings had changed an i was informed by email on the 26th. I tried to get in touch with the travel agent Yatra to have the ticket cancelled, as the change in time does not suit my schedule. An afternoon flight was offered which was no good too. After dilly dallying by Yatra for nearly a week and excuses that they were not able to get in touch with the Malaysian Airline office, i ended up calling Malaysian Airlines for the cancellation. As per Yatra's last email, I believe now that Malaysian Airlines will not initiate a full refund. No reason is stated in the email, which is weird. I would request you to kindly cancel my ticket and forward a full refund. No where do i believe that an Airline would dictate to a passenger, when and at what time one should travel, if it inconveniences the passenger. I have spoken to Zameen, Vasundra, Emmanuel, Monica, Pankaj and many more..including people in the customer service / cancellation department such as Mamta and Archana. Today is the 30th of December and there is still no outcome on the cancellation of the ticket. All I get is we have sent an email to Malaysian Airlines and have not recieved a reply. Yatra also mentions that they would call back in 24 hours or 1/2 hour but i never receive them. The only call back i recieved was from Archana, as she promised that she would. I went ahead and contacted Malaysian Airlines today - 30th December 2015 and they gave me a reference number - XY34QQY. The Airline said that they would put in a request to the travel agent - Yatra to get in touch with them for the cancellation. But also mentioned i would have to have the cancellation done through Yatra as they have collected the payment for the ticket. Trying to cancel a ticket is creating undue stress during my Holidays and I would request Yatra to solve this issue at the earliest. Thank you. Whatever promises they made over the phone i m not getting in Email (written). I spoke to one of your TL (Piyush - sales) and shared about the promises made by one of his team member.                             I booked a ticket through Yatra.com. The flight was cancelled due technical problem and neither airline (Jetairways/Etihad) nor Yatra refunded the ticket amount. Each time they will listen to your complaint and will infrom that "they will enquire about it" but you never get the money. Instead you get lot of "reference numbers" of your complaints and each time a new "EXECUTIVE" will attend. I regret so much going through third party portals like yatra instead of booking directly from web site of the airline. Then at least you have to call only one company.

                            Booking a ticket?? Go to airline web page as other "agents" will suck you if there is a problem before or after you travel! The Customer Care Executives are there to delay/ postpone/ or just get rid of the consumer and not to help then if its about a refund. With a good company you need to call only once, and then you will see he result in a specified time!!

                              I had booked one room in Rann Riders Safari Resort, Dasada, Gujrat, India on 18.11.15 for two nights ie checkin 8.12.15 and checkout 10.12.15 in the travel site yatra.com. The booking confirmation was made by them being booking reference [protected] and payment was made by credit card of Rs. 13980/- on 18.11.15. On 4.12.15 received a telephone call from yatra.com that the room is not available and the money is being refunded. I fail to understand that once booking has been accepted and payment also has been taken, how the booking is cancelled after more than two weeks. It seems that travel site is committing a fraud on people booking thru their site in the sense that they are booking rooms not available with them and even accepting payment against such false bookings. In the process, the traveller has to bear the brunt of last minute cancellation. Incidentally my tour had already commenced and I was travelling by road when yatra.com people called me. It has been a disgusting experience of booking thru yatra.com site and because of their acts I had to stay in an inferior property with my family and that also after paying thru my nose. Incidentally, the hotel booking terms and conditions, as expected, is totally one sided which entitles yatra.com to do whatever they feel like with the booking with the consumer having no recourse whatsoever.

                              Standard reply by unethical people. The basic issue as to why the booking was cancelled by yatra.com after 2 weeks of confirmation of booking and accepting the payment in full has been left unresolved and unanswered. The cancellation by yatra.com was made only four days before the checkin date. Is the person who has relied on such booking and that also in the peak season stay on the road once he reaches the destination or cancel his journey and incur financial losses due to cancellation of air tickets/car booking etc.
                              Beware of booking through yatra.com.
                              Incidentally, on 22.12.15, I had also mailed my complaint to Manish Amin (Email id manish.[protected]@yatra.com), Sabina Chopra (Email id sabina.[protected]@yatra.com) and Sonia Mehta (Email id sonia.[protected]@yatra.com) all of them responsible persons of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd. having fancy designations and the reply is still awaited.

                                  We have booked a resort in rangerwood natural castle from 26 th to 27th Dec 2015 through yatra.The accommodation has been confirmed by yatra and we got the confirmation voucher from yatra. When.When we landed in the resort they told us the money has not been transferred from yatra to rangerwood natural castle, thekkady. The managing director of the rangerwood natural castle MR.Satish Kumar threatened us to pay the whole amount if we have to stay.We are forcefully thrown out of the hotel because of the inefficient service done by yatra. We have paid an amount of Rs 6691/- for not staying in the rangerwood natural castle. We are trying to contact yatra from 25th morning until now 26th night but there was no response from yatra customer care numbers.                                   I have main only one question.
                                  Why there was no customer care support on 25thDec 2015, 26th Dec 2015, 27th Dec 2015

                                  I called the following customer care numbers on the above mentioned dates but there was zero response.

                                  What i'm going to do with the two thousand rupees gift vouchers which I can use only next time while booking.
                                  I have completely lost faith in yatra which doesn't support the customers in the crunch time.

                                  I have lost around ten thousand rupees because of the mess work done by yatra.

                                  As per the original plan the departure date to Chennai was 27th Dec 2015, but I need to leave forcefully on 26 Dec 2015 with shifting unreserved buses to Chennai as there was no accommodation in other hotels on 26th Dec 2015.

                                  The ranger wood natural castle managing director told they don't have tie up with yatra. When there is no tie up
                                  with the resort why the yatra is listing the resort in the display.

                                  I paid Rs 500/- extra for the accommodation for the stay on 25 th Dec 2015 to 26 Dec 2015 as they told yatra as transferred Rs 6000/-.The amount paid is Rs 6691/- from my side for the accomodation. The.The hotel management did not allow me to leave until I pay Rs 500/-.

                                  I got a call from yatra customer care on 26th Dec 2015 11AM promising that the issue will be resolved.The person who spoke to me assured that he will resolve the issue once I reach the resort in afternoon 26 Dec 2015.

                                  When I reached the resort around 11.45 AM thinking that the issue has been solved, the happening has been heartbroken and terrible.

                                  The resort managing director gave as a reciept of Rs 7000/- which I have to pay immediately as the check time 11AM has been crossed.The managing director satish kumar threatened us to pay the whole amount of Rs 7000/- either if I stay or not.I have to really beg him like a beggar that I dont have the required money.Finally I paid Rs 500/- after a long conversation with the in charge where I have to face extreme humiliation in front o[censored]nknown persons which I never faced in my life.

                                  The kind of humiliation faced by us was extreme frustration on yatra management where there was no support at very difficult times.
                                  If you really wants to give us a compensation then the present gift vouchers is not sufficient which wont even cover the fifty percentage of the loss.

                                    Sir/Madam, Yatra Booking Reference Number - [protected] The resort rangerwood natural castle, thekkady is telling that they have not received the payment from yatra, so I cannot allowed to stay in the rangerwood natural castle from 26 Dec to 27 th Dec. The response and service from the resort is very very poor and they are telling to pay again the rent if I have to stay in the above mentioned date. The manager of the resort is treating us like anything in a very worst manner. I have booked in the resort from Dec 25 to Dec 26 th separately and that stay was confirmed by the resort. Now the hotel management is telling that we are not allowed to stay tommorow 11 AM 26 Dec. Thanks, Vinod N Ph [protected]

                                      We booked a thailand package trip with Yatra.com on 31 november 2015.Since the time of booking, the response from their end was pathetic, Throughout the booking process our queries were never addressed completely and satisfactorily and it was every time we used to follow up for mere confirmation of our trip.However, every time, we would get a confirmation from their end that the trip was 100% confirmed.Our travel dates were from 21.11.15 - 26.11.15 and after making the full payment well in advance, when we called on 18 december to ask when will we get our flight tickets and hotel vouchers, to our greatest disappointment, we are being suddenly informed that our trip has been rescheduled to 26th November.however we agreed to go on 26.but point to be noted we got all vouchers just 1 day before to our departure date which has cost us huge mental stress. We're very shocked and disappointed by the highly unprofessional and carelessness in services by a reputed name like Yatra.
