Fraud - ecash redemption

When you are about to pay for your ticket through your credit card, on top of it you can also redeem the ecash (40000+ in my account).

but when you go on you banks verification screen it shows the full amount of 24982 which will be deducted from the credit card.
Basically no e cash can be used. Its just an eyewash.

I booked a ticket from Delhi cochin return flight from Yatra.com on 10th march.
I selected 6 meals for my return journey on 7th April 2016 in extras and paid 100580 Rs. Yatra.com sent me confirmation email on 10th March and it showed extra 6 meals. To my surprise when I took my return flight there was only 5 meals. I called up customer support of yatra.com and they kept saying that I only paid for 5 meals, they even sent me a new bill...

Cancellation of bus without any information

I tried railway booking ticket and did payment via Paytm wallet. But unfortunately ticket wasn't booked giving "website fatal error" and amount was deducted from paytm wallet .

I tried following up with paytm even, they said, amount was successfully transferred to Yatra.com account . So I must follow up Yatra.com .
