I had booked Europe package with YATRA on 28th Oct 2015 with booking amount of 15, 000 Rs for family of 2 adults and 1 kid. After one month they asked me to pay 40, 000 Rs for reservation of tickets, which also was paid. Every time when they call they give only 24 hrs to pay or pressurize saying that your package deal will be cancelled. I paid final amount on 11th April. (Total is 3, 87, 506 Rs ) Which was followed up by YATRA person daily at least 2-3 times.
On 20th April he confirmed that your schedule has been cancelled. As we had made many arrangements of leaves, projects in hand, Visa of my husband, he travelled from Jamshedpur to Kolkata for visa, we collected all documents, etc. I requested for any other schedule which will give option of processing visa and travel same time. YATRA quoted me almost 1 lac Rs. extra for Australia package, so I requested my money back on 24th April. YATRA fellow told me it takes 4-5 working days to receive money back. (While they pressurize to pay in 24 hrs otherwise the package is not valid for consumers). Today it’s 10th May and I haven’t received money back and still no clue when I will receive the same.
Its mental torture to call them daily without any concreate answer. YATRA fellow never bothered to call me in last 15 days. Rather when I called he told me if my money would have been in bank I would have earned 500 Rs. interest… So as if it’s nothing great that YATRA is not refunding money on time.
With this package YATRA had offered me e-cash of 15, 000 Rs. Today neither they have paid me my money neither the e-cash plus the amount of time I spent on follow up is quite measurable. I can produce all the evidences of the money paid and calls done with YATRA.

    I booked a ticket from delhi -- rome, paris -- mumbai. When i checked the ticket on yatra website, it showed the ticket was refundable and baggage allowance is 23kg x 2. But on booking, the booking email says that it's a non refundable ticket and 0 kg baggage allowance.

    After all this, the website doesn't even allow me to write a complaint due to some technical error at their end. And there is no phone number given for help for international flights.

      I had booked a double bed room on 28/4/2016 at bala regency, bellary and was abt to check in by 10:00 pm as my bus reaches by 10. I got a call by 9.30 by mr. A man from yatra asking me to cancel the booking and take refund. By this time it's almost night and how the hell m i supposed to cancel the booking. Where m i supposed to stay at night if you guys give me a booking and cancel at last moment. It's marriage season and almost all lodges r booked. I had such a terrible time. I waited for almost 1hr at bus stand and at last had to land up in some lame bus stand side dormitory. It such a hell of experience i need an proper apology and a proper compensation for this act of yatra.

        U had booked visawa hotel in tarkarl on 28th april 2016 for a period of 4 days from 14th may to 18th may. I was charged rs. 9484 for the booking. Nut no confirmation was provided from yara.com. The message displayed after paying was a server error on the page. The reference number that i recovered from hdfc bank is[protected] . And narration is [protected]-yatra com. I tried calling customer care but the put me on hold for over 20 mins after transferring the call to accounts dept. I have mailed them bu no positive response has been shown by yatra.com. Please look into the matter. Atleast confirm the booking or refund the amount so that i can book the hotel again. Thanks in advance

          Dear Sir,

          I just got a call from yatra customer care service at 3:15pm on 28th April
          regarding a complaint i had submitted and when i asked the customer care person (a girl) a question instead of answering the question the hung up on me and didn't even bother talking dealing with the issues in the right manner i am very disappointing with ur service and this is the second time the customer care service is acting poorly and i am very much disappointed.

          I want some serious measures to be taken regarding this case and also the previous complaint that i made which has been pending for the last 6 months now.

          This just shows how bad the service provided by yatra is and that is cannot be trusted.

            Dear sir,

            I had tried booking the ticket for srs travels 2+2, scania multi axel semi sleeper a/c and for the payment i had typed my password and pressed okay and it showed processing and then said payment failure but then the amount of rs.3896 got debited from my account and it was never credited and i never got a ticket for that amount.

            If you had checked my bank account statement you can see that the account was debited 5 times! 5 times by yatra and i was only given 4 tickets (I had booked tickets 4 times that day).

            This is the proof i have, please do what you can about the amount rs.3896 which was debited for no reason.

            I have been emailing your company from december.

            The money was debited from my account on 23-11-15 and its been 6 months. This shows your poor customer care service and im really disappointed.

              When you are about to pay for your ticket through your credit card, on top of it you can also redeem the ecash (40000+ in my account).
              Ticket price 24982
              ecash redeemed 21786
              Balance shown: 3196
              but when you go on you banks verification screen it shows the full amount of 24982 which will be deducted from the credit card.
              Basically no e cash can be used. Its just an eyewash.
              If you dont check and process it, your will end up being duped and looted in broad day light in your own house, on your own computer through a site.

Flight details were shown on second screen also and on the final screen too, before you confirm the reservation. The booking got confirmed on the same flight which you have searched for.                   This is to bring to your kind notice that mr. Devendra kumar (Yatra's customer executive) was very desperate for me to transfer rs. 10, 000 in yatra's account and he kept insisting that he won't be able to give me a final quote for my europe trip until and unless i deposit rs. 10, 000 in your account.

                  I requested him again and again that i can do it only after getting a final quote but he was adamant that he cannot give me a final quote until i deposit rs. 10, 000 in your account.

                  After much apprehension, i finally deposited the money and requested him to confirm the amount.

                  As expected, the budget that he gave me was way above my expectations. The hotels i wanted to stay in wasn't available with mr. Devendra kumar. So i requested him to refund the complete amount as committed by him.

                  It was 12th march when i requested him to refund my rs. 10, 000 back. He assured me that it will be refunded in my bank within 7 working days.

                  Today it is 16th april (It's been more than a month now) and i am yet to get my money.

                  I have been emailing this man like an and their is no response from his side.

                  Before i made the payment, he used to call me 4 times a day and send me 7 emails requesting for the payment. Now he doesn't even bother to reply me.

                  I have already sent my bank details, cancelled cheques as requested.

                  I would appreciate if i could get the money in next 24 hours.

                  Never coming back to yatra.com again and will advise all my friends and family members to stay far away from you.

                    Rs. 20130 debited from my account.
                    Ticket confirmation failed.

                    The yatra representative called from no. [protected] saying as the booking has failed i can try again, when i reverted that from my savings account rs. 20130/- has been transacted, they said then in that case it will be reverted within 24 hours.

                    I had also called on [protected]. There a representative states that the balance which has been cut from your account will reach there portal and then only will be reverted back. Till now the payment has not reached there
                    Account.

                    I have not received anything till now.

                        I booked a ticket from Delhi cochin return flight from Yatra.com on 10th march.
                        I selected 6 meals for my return journey on 7th April 2016 in extras and paid 100580 Rs. Yatra.com sent me confirmation email on 10th March and it showed extra 6 meals. To my surprise when I took my return flight there was only 5 meals. I called up customer support of yatra.com and they kept saying that I only paid for 5 meals, they even sent me a new bill on 7th April which shows total bill amount of 100400 Rs. What they charged me on 10th March was 100580 Rs.
                        How can they even disregard bank transaction and their confirmation email sent on 10th March.
                        My child could not get the request meal because they messed up my booking even after charging for the service they didn't provide it.

                        For resolution I want a written apology from them and a refund of 180 Rs.

                          I never thought I will be writing a complaint about Yatra.com. I booked my flight tickets with them in the past and I was having no problem.

                          This is regarding the booking reservation number with Yatra reference number YT15899598, for Mumbai to Windhoek on 1st June 2016. The whole trip details, when booked is as follows

                          The itinerary was booked back in November 2015 with Yatra, in a single PNR with Ethiopian Airlines(Ethiopian Airlines booking reference number TXHVQQ). We 4 friends have booked the itinerary on the same day, and the only difference is, because Yatra had been good to me in the past, i have booked it through Yatra and they have booked through Ethiopian Airlines. All the connection and the legs are exactly same. The booking reference number of my friends with Ethiopian Airlines are

                          Now coming the hard part of it. The flight (SW 728 G 01JUN JNBWDH UN[protected] operated by Air Namibia has been cancelled for the 1st June from Johannesburg to Windhoek.

                          My friends who have booked with Ethiopian Airlines called up the Ethiopian Airlines call center and spoken with them for 20 minutes and rescheduled their connection with South African Airlines ( SA 078 /C9 J9 Z9 *WE01JUN JNBWDH[protected] on 1st of June 2016. When I have called Ethiopian Airlines they mentioned, because I have booked with Yatra, I have to approach them via Yatra, not directly. I have started chasing Yatra since 2nd April 2016, and request them to work with Ethiopian Airlines, and reschedule my cancelled flight as my friend's connection(1. GIDVJN 2. TJRFSG 3. PYOKSR. ), because all my accommodation transportation visa are been made together.

                          Since then I am been following up with Yatra, have spoken over 7 hours till now in total, have send them a dozens of follow-up email, Talked with Mamta, Vandana, Vikram, Archana, Lovely and half of the office for a week, and in prospective neither Yatra have replied my emails, and they have called me twice till now, just to seek more time(We will get back to you in 24 hours).

                          The only option they have provided me is next day Air Namibia flight (SW 722 G 02JUN JNBWDH TK[protected] but then my transit time would be about 18 hours, and I dont have a valid visa for South Africa(I have already written confirmation from SA embassy that we dont need an transit visa if we are flying to Namibia with 6 hours stopover in the Johannesburg airside) .

                          Its been an utter disappointment and harassment i feel to follow up with Yatra and the kind of response I am getting since last one week. I have trusted Yatra, went against my friends decision to book with the Airlines directly, I booked with Yatra to avoid any kind of hassles if any connection.

                          I would request you to look into the matter with priority.

                            I have pre booked a hotel through yatra.com for my stay in Kodaikanal and have paid the full amount well in advance(one week before). To my surprise the customer care called me the day before my stay date . Since I was travelling I couldn't attend their call, but they left me with a message to call back without communicating the information. I tried to call the number which they mentioned but got no response. To find out why I called the customer support number and asked the reason, to my surprise they said my room booking was declined by the hotel and they also said me to they cant find another room. They were soo lethargic to inform me only few hours before our stay without any alternative. Because of them I have to cancel all of my plan and return. For good sake I went with my Friend, if I would have travelled with my family we would have ended up with a very big problem.

                              I am writing this to you with lot of concern with regards to your customer support and packages department my booking id is YH2588094

                              I have been in touch with one of your representative called Daljeet Singh, he has been extremely unprofessional and rude.

                              Below are his short comings which occurred during our booking process:

                              1. First he gave me incorrect dollar conversion, when I pointed out he then apologized and changed it.
                              2. He assumed that I am traveling from Chennai and gave me an itenary which had flights from Chennai where in I had clearly told him during our conversation that I am from Bengaluru, lucky I pointed out and he changed it after that.
                              3. He kept on confusing me with not providing the right itenary and options including the itenary and was behind me to do the booking fast
                              4. He did not guide me properly during the payment for the package, I had very clearly told him that I would like to avail the EMI options which is mentioned in the Yatra site for the Bangkok, Phuket & Krabi package and after making the payment through the link which he had provided he pointed out that I have not selected the right option of the EMI, it was his duty to tell me which option to select when I am making th payment, now I am struggling to convert it into the EMI.
                              5. I have not yet received the final booking confirmation from him nor Yatra and it is not appearing in my Yatra account as well, and I am really worried about the booking (I have paid almost 1 lakh 10 thousand through my credit card and 19 thousand through Yatra coupons)

                              I never expected this kind of response or carelessness from Yatra, I am extremely disappointed, please take necessary action against this Daljeet Singh, he was also rude in talking to my wife when she had called him, he is not at all a professional. Also he is making me feel that all this mess is because of me and he is right at his end which is ridiculous he is not ready to take any responsibility at all.

                              I write to you with lot of hope that my booking will be confirmed and my details will be sent across soon and my EMI issue will be resolved.

                                Dear Sir,
                                1. I am presently employed in UN Mission outside India. I have taken Tour package from Yatra for UK and Europe for my family i.e wife and two children. As I m staying abroad the deal has been made that they I will be applying Visa from my place of work and for my wife and children they will be responsible. However documents required for Visa like Hotel Booking, air tickets, Insurance etc will be provided by them only.

                                2. Accordingly I have applied for Visa for UK and Europe in respective Embassies. However UK Embassy has refused the vis stating following:-
                                (a) They couldnot verify the hotel Booking provided by Yatra.
                                (b) They asked for Europe Visa also
                                3. When I told Yatra intially they accepted their Mistake but later on the started saying sir that it is group booking and they Might have checked booking in your name etc.
                                4. Finally they said that we should convert our package to Europe instead o[censored]K and Europe and they said we will send you the revised cost.
                                5. Instead of repeated correspondence they kept buying time and took almost seven days and finally they have send just one mail saying that their is increase of 1, 60, 000/- due to various reason like rescheduling of flight etc and they asking us to bear 50% of the cost without giving any further details.
                                6. They have send the mail today only and also saying that I have to give decision today only otherwise as per policy they will forfeit my 80, 000/- which is initial booking amount.
                                7. Now i am feeling helpless and request for guidance on the matter.

                                  I hereby write to bring to your notice that I, ishparkash singh booked a homestay at Tarkarli from 25/03/2016 to 27/03/2016 and the experience i had was much more than just miserable as the photos posted by yatra on the site were no way near the actual place that was alloted to me at tarkarli . First of all the address given was improper and it took me almost an hour and a half to get to the place and that too after i managed a call to yatra people from a place where there was hardly any connectivity . But once I entered the room it was nothing but a dharamsala whereas pictures uploaded on your site portrayed it as a starred place . On contacting the yatra people regarding the issue they asked me to upload the pictures but how could i upload the pictures where there was hardly any connectivity still i tried and failed and they after mentioning on the call that they would certainly call me back after 15 or 20 minutes, they never did and i had to stay in there with my group which was quite insulting infact and you be rest assured that i wont be taking a back on this issue until and unless the justice is served . You people had ruined my trip and its You who are going to pay for it, NOT ME . My reference No was [protected] booking for TG STAYS TARKARLI, MALVAN MAHARASHTRA .
                                  Since my trip has been done and dusted all i want is you refunding my money back to my account no cashbacks nothing else i am certainly filing a case against you along with the proofs of the pictures that you people upload and make a fool out of your customers.

                                    1. Shalaka is completely denying that she haven't said that Sangam had occupied hotel from 24th - 26th March, and today is 26th called to Shalaka from Pune

                                    2. Shalaka confirmed that telephonic discussion with Travel agent was not audible.

                                    3. Generally, Shalaka will receive list of customers who checked in on daily basis, if Shalaka confirmed that Sangam had checked in on 24th March, please share me the list

                                    4. Also during check-in every hotel will insist for an Id proof, I want that proof of Id I have submitted

                                    5. Also all copies of hotel invoices I have signed

                                    6. I have dropped Manish number with Shalaka, she will be giving a call with Manish to re-confirm

                                        On the night of 24th march 2016 i booked a bus ticket from gandhinagar to udaipur on yatra.com boarding time and date 8:45 am 25th march 2016. 1 hour before the boarding time when i inquired about the if there is any delay travel agency said the bus has been cancelled. I didn't received any messages of sudden cancellation from them.
                                        Then i booked another ticket boarding time and date 12:15 pm 25th march 2016 on yatra.com. Same thing happened again, this bus also get cancelled due to some unknown reason. Again didn't received any messages from them about the cancellation.
                                        After these two incidents when i called yatra.com to complain about it, they said they don't have any information about this. If the buses are really cancelled, i will get my refund.
                                        They weren't seemed like they have any regret about my inconvenience. Because of this my whole plan and day got ruined.
                                        I would like to register a complain against yatra.com for their nonprofessional behavior.
