With reference to your trailing mail, had a discussion with Shalaka, please find details
Before had a talk with Manish, have received a call from Rekha on same subject line.
1. Shalaka is completely denying that she haven't said that Sangam had occupied hotel from 24th - 26th March, and today is 26th called to Shalaka from Pune
2. Shalaka confirmed that telephonic discussion with Travel agent was not audible.
3. Generally, Shalaka will receive list of customers who checked in on daily basis, if Shalaka confirmed that Sangam had checked in on 24th March, please share me the list
4. Also during check-in every hotel will insist for an Id proof, I want that proof of Id I have submitted
5. Also all copies of hotel invoices I have signed
6. I have dropped Manish number with Shalaka, she will be giving a call with Manish to re-confirm
MANISH, LETS HAVE A CONFERENCE CALL BETWEEN YOU, ME & SHALAKA TO DISCUSS FURTHER.
Once Shalaka speaks with Manish, will give a call to understand where my issue stands.
I would also like to have grievance numbers of Yatra and also Kohinooor Samudra Hotel, so that I can take it forward.

Hello All,
I have booked a hotel room from Yatra portal at Kohinoor Samudra Beach Resort Beach for two days from 24th to 26th March on 21st March, 2016.
For this I have received a conformation from Yatra that room booked vide booking reference number [protected].
Next day around 10:00 pm, receive an email from Yatra that they couldn't arrange a room for me as per my choice of hotel.
Based on the mail, have called customer support next day around 8:00 am, and support representative confirmed that they tried to call hotel and couldn't reach hotel and confirm my booking and suggested me to go for cancellation.
As per telephonic discussion had with yatra customer support have initiated cancellation and also as spoken to support team with almost 5 different support representative, last spoke to Navneet, till now haven't received and confirmation from Yatra that my request of cancellation executed and refund initiated.
Would like to know the status of my request.
