I never thought I will be writing a complaint about Yatra.com. I booked my flight tickets with them in the past and I was having no problem.
This is regarding the booking reservation number with Yatra reference number YT15899598, for Mumbai to Windhoek on 1st June 2016. The whole trip details, when booked is as follows

The itinerary was booked back in November 2015 with Yatra, in a single PNR with Ethiopian Airlines(Ethiopian Airlines booking reference number TXHVQQ). We 4 friends have booked the itinerary on the same day, and the only difference is, because Yatra had been good to me in the past, i have booked it through Yatra and they have booked through Ethiopian Airlines. All the connection and the legs are exactly same. The booking reference number of my friends with Ethiopian Airlines are
1. GIDVJN
2. TJRFSG
3. PYOKSR
Now coming the hard part of it. The flight (SW 728 G 01JUN JNBWDH UN[protected] operated by Air Namibia has been cancelled for the 1st June from Johannesburg to Windhoek.
My friends who have booked with Ethiopian Airlines called up the Ethiopian Airlines call center and spoken with them for 20 minutes and rescheduled their connection with South African Airlines ( SA 078 /C9 J9 Z9 *WE01JUN JNBWDH[protected] on 1st of June 2016. When I have called Ethiopian Airlines they mentioned, because I have booked with Yatra, I have to approach them via Yatra, not directly. I have started chasing Yatra since 2nd April 2016, and request them to work with Ethiopian Airlines, and reschedule my cancelled flight as my friend's connection(1. GIDVJN 2. TJRFSG 3. PYOKSR. ), because all my accommodation transportation visa are been made together.
Since then I am been following up with Yatra, have spoken over 7 hours till now in total, have send them a dozens of follow-up email, Talked with Mamta, Vandana, Vikram, Archana, Lovely and half of the office for a week, and in prospective neither Yatra have replied my emails, and they have called me twice till now, just to seek more time(We will get back to you in 24 hours).
The only option they have provided me is next day Air Namibia flight (SW 722 G 02JUN JNBWDH TK[protected] but then my transit time would be about 18 hours, and I dont have a valid visa for South Africa(I have already written confirmation from SA embassy that we dont need an transit visa if we are flying to Namibia with 6 hours stopover in the Johannesburg airside) .
Its been an utter disappointment and harassment i feel to follow up with Yatra and the kind of response I am getting since last one week. I have trusted Yatra, went against my friends decision to book with the Airlines directly, I booked with Yatra to avoid any kind of hassles if any connection.
I would request you to look into the matter with priority.
