Hi,

I placed a order of loafer shoes. When I opened the delivery packet I saw totally defected Shoes.
When I told for replacement in customer care they are saying you have to speed-post the delivery in good condition
first of all I told you this is not my mistake this is your responsibility to deliver product in best condition.
If I replace the product whether the color or size matter than I speed-post it no doubt.
This is so disgusting I ordered first time in Yep me now I will never order in this totally fake company.
Please consumer forum do action against it.

    I have ordered a shoe on april 15th 2014. The shoe was not in a proper condition so i gave a complaint within a week of my purchase.. and this has taken so long nearly 2 months that they are not refunding my money. purchase order details Order Id : 6405927 Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 398 Your order details : Product Yepme Grey Canvas Shoes
    Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have ordered for two pair casual/canvas shoes on 17th May'2014 but I have received only one pair blue shoes on 19.05.2014 then I have doing a first complaint to Yepme.com customer care centre on 20.05.2014 and I have also doing many times complaint with phone calls within this period i.e. 20.05.2014 to 30.05.2014 but I have not received any proper response and have not refund from yepme.com till date.

    So you are requested, please help me and forward our massage to yepme.com as soon as possible.

      29-Jun i placed a new order on yepme it always shows "Dear Customer, your order is Pending for verification due to insufficient information. Call our customer care at 0124–4750200 to verify your order. Please click here if you wish to cancel your order." I called a customer care he said complaint raised & it will be resolved with in 24hrs.The complaint is closed immediately(Complaint Screenshot attached) but it still shows "Dear Customer, your order is Pending for verification due to insufficient information. Call our customer care at0124–4750200 to verify your order. Please click here if you wish to cancel your order." I need a shoes immediately before 7-Jul because my family fuction held on 7-Jul I don't no how to track my order. Order ID: 7749955 Yepme Sucks & Worst Customer Care.

      I am also facing the same problem here
      i ordered a shoe on may 16 I also made payment through netbanking amount also got deducted but till today status is showing "pending for verification"Order Id : 13599129
      Expected delivery date : May 22,
      I am facing a worst experience with yepme
      Can anybody solve my problem I am not getting
      Any phone call or e mail or messages from yepme
      If possible refund my amount

        Dear YepMe, Surprised, how still you are running the business. Placed an order on 14-Jun-2014, still not received. Called 3 times the customer care, 2 times complaint raised through online. No response. Please educate your customer care people on how to speak with the customer. Now, i am completely fedup and please reverse my transaction. Don't say it will reach it on Tomorrow/Dayafter within 48 hours. I know it won't reach even after 2020. Thanks to reverse my order! And please if you don't have a good customer support, stop your business and do something else. Karthik

            this is Rahul Gadia i canclled an order of rs 1459/- (order no:[protected] just after 5 minutes of booking which is booked on below name n address:- Amit Jain4, station road, Jaora Dist:- Ratlam pin code:-457226.contact no:- [protected], bez i have to book some more articles. but i didnt get refund of rs 1459/- which i paid online .i also called to companies customer care they promised me 3 times for refund of my money.i mailed all required documents with order no. 4 times but no any process done from company. look into matter n refund me rs 1459/- to my bank a/c.

              Hi, My Name is Param and I would like to tell you about my order id - 7433975 I have ordered 10 products and never get that. The status from the first day was "ready for dispatched" but never dispatched. After every 3 days i received an sms for inconvinience and delay for 2-3 days and after 15 days when i called yepme, their staff told me that your order will take more days. And when i asked them to cancel my order then they told me that your order is already cancelled. And with few seconds then deleted the order from my account. They deleted the complete order history. So as per me this is the worst service and website i ever checked. You cannot compare it with snapdeal, jabong and all. Regards

                    Dear Sir, I ordered ( Order No. 6965111) a pair of brown casual shoes from Yepme on 17th of May which i received on 21st of May, 2014. I wore those shoes for 6 days and it broke off ( sole was detached). I wrote a complaint ( complaint Number 755698) on yepme website on 14th June, 2014. On 19th june i received a mail from their side that the issue has been resolved. I immediately called up their customer care number and asked them how have they resolved the issue, executive replied that Shoe cannot be replaced or money refunded so the issue is resolved. It was funny but sad. Now i dont know what to do with the broken shoe as the Yepme as supplied me with the sub standard product and they are not ready to replace or refund. I REQUEST YEPME TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Regards Babar Khan

                            I bought some Tees from this site on 4th June and They promised to deliver on 8th June. TO my surprise they have not delivered anything as of today!(17th june). In between i contacted them almost every day but they are so rude that sometime I lost my temper too.. :( I am still waiting for my Tees to get dispatched!                                 Due to i didn't receive my order, i cancelled the order, but i didn't received my refund amount yet.I tried so many times to register a compliant on the issue, but the yepme customer service people register the compliant, they did 't return my money back.I never seen such a bad service from e-commerce service through online

                                    Ordered product (Sandals) way back on April and this is June. The products received were not of right size and spending 350 I couriered back those products to their warehouse ensuring I will be send the products duly. and Waiting for another couple of weeks saw the status remaining cancelled as they said the reason unavailability of product and t hey will be giving me cash back. It is June 10 and made around a call to yepme for Rs 70 by now with a total loss of (200(non reimbursed courier charge)+70+550(product amount)=820).

I got a speed post docket no. by sms but is an invalid number while checking with speed post. And thenafter no response received from yepme or by the courier carrier. What i should do now..??? On June 3rd, I received a call from their concerned team who said that they will need 3-4 business days to resolve this issue. It's 9th June, but no resolution provided yet.
