Refund not being processed despite of repeated calls and mails. There have been multiple exchanges for this id and finally the order was returned by me almost 3 months back. Your customer care executives always apologise and promise to refund but nothing happens.

I have just received a call from Someone named Rahul and he is simply talking non sense. the number is [protected].

He is blabering about some technical issue etc. My problem is of refund and nothing else. Kindly have your customer care contact me and no one else
Still havent received the refund. The customer service rep called me the same day to again listen to the whole story again but no resolution again.
Still no refund. received calls from their executive but nothing has been done.

    i have placed an order on yepme order number 10109232 which was delivered on 14th August. to my surprise i have ordered shorts and i have got t shirts from them. i registered the complaint on the website on 14th itself and they asked me to send the product back to them at my cost on the adress K-618, Rangpuri Ext, A Block, Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi 110037 which i did on 16th by first flight courier docket w991b0722203. i have tracked the status of the shipment on 21st and the courier was delivered on 18th at the mentioned adress. i called the customer care number of yepme to know the status and they said they have not received the material. i have shared the details of the consignment and they promised to get back in 24 hrs. i got a sms stating that they have not received the material. i called them again and to my surprise they say they cant do anything about it . i am still under dark and cheated by yepme as there a a bunch o[censored]n professional people sitting there to handle the complaints. Please help me with the further course of action. Asokdas.

      I had placed an order for 4 (FOUR) kurti on 2nd July 2014 and paid in full. I received a package containing 2 (TWO) kurtis only on 14th July 2014. Rest 2 (TWO) kurtis i have not received till date. This matter was highlighted several times to the customer support but they are claiming that all 4 kurtis were delivered.       I do not see anything moving, YEPME till date has not communicated anything. PATHETIC YEPME what can be said now.

        I have ordered 2 sports shoes on 03/08/2014 with the order id 10027134 through yepme website.I made an online payment of Rs.547 for both the shoes.Please note the item details. Yepme Cal Sports Shoes -Blue Yepme Baron Sports Shoes - Grey I have received only blue sports shoes on 08/08/2014.I did'nt receive grey shoes.I contacted yepme customer care but they are not responding clearly regarding this.I even filed a complaint in their website and also initiated refund of amount option but there is no updation on that.When i went through that courier site that is Gojavas.com with the tracking no DELYEPP240852 they have mentioned as 1 shoes delivered.Please try to solve this as soon as possible.My contact details is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no: [protected].

            I have placed my order on 27- July- 2014 with order ID: 8378597 . I have called so many times to Yepme customer care but there is no use of calling. Not even in website has taking our complaint's. I have raised a complaint on 08-aug-2014 about my product. Complaint Id: 926337. But till there is now use of complaining. What the [censored]ing business are you doing. by providing this kind of fraudulent services. you people are just eating customers money. and not responding for there problems. this is not a good way do business.

            I demanding you to provide any of these :
            whether my product deliver to me or refund my amount to my account immediately.

                i had a yepme account using this email id: [protected]@gmail, com.I had placed an order for sandals but on arrival of the order i found that the sandals are not of my size so i returned the product. After a few days when i checked my account I found the status of that order as REFUND REQUESTED. but then i also say that the same sandals were being sent to me again by COD. The entire order was splitted into 2 sandals per order.The biggest problem is that now when i log into my account to see my orders, no orders are shown. it is written no orders found. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. PLease look into this matter ASAP. I am attaching the screen shot of previous order details of sandals.Calling your support number only says that "All our customer care representative are busy serving other customers". and put me on hold.
                automatic orders have got placed..in my account order details are nor being shown..customer care doesnt pick up phone..sandal size mentioned doesnt meet mentioned centimeters. PATHETIC experience.

                  I had ordered one shirt vide ID no. 8092244. The same was returned after registering complaint ID 867467(subsequent complaint 908511 ). The receipt of the same was acknowledged by SMS dated[protected] . But I have Not received any further intimation. Please look into the matter. I m ready for replacement . Please guide me.                     Order Nos[protected] Yepme have wrongly delivered this product and are ignorant to replace it. Now they ask me to return the product for which i have already paid and after receiving it they will dispatch right product. In this in case something goes wrong with the product during logisitics i am responsible for it. They are not even giving same in writing. Customer care says they will replace it, but when no one is able to answer. Overall horrible experience.

                      Hi I am Yashpal mehra and i am order 6 t.shirt date 11.08.14 and my order is cancelled on your side without information me...And your customers care told me that. your order is delivered in 24 to 72 working hours and today is saying your order is cancelled... I am not satisfied with your services and i am not received any of call msg and mail from your side I'll never accept this kind of activity from your side. I want my order delivered in 24-72 hours otherwise I will take really strick action towards you. And your customers care executive behaviour is really bad. Whenever I called to your customer care center his telling me the new story and his saying that your order is cancelled. I will not accept this I want my order with 3-4 days.                         I have purchased 3 ladies Sandals from Yepme on 30th June 2014, the details given below. Order Id : 7766263 Expected delivery date : July 07, 2014 Mode Of Payment : Credit Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 398 ============================================== I got Message "Shipment of your order at Yepme.com" "Your order has been dispatched" Expected delivery date : July 07, 2014 Tracking Information: The Delhivery courier tracking number for this order is [protected]. Tracking details will be available on courier website within next 24 hours. But i cant Track This Number Delhivery courier tracking (This fake Track Number Created by Yepme.com) I am waiting waiting waiting waiting ... But I havent received the product yet. ==================================================== I gave refund request on July 22 .after that I got Below Message from Yepme.com fraud Website "The online refund request for your orderId 7766263 has been successfully processed to concerned department.Your refund will be sent shortly" But i Have not get refund from Yepme.com yet. Many time I asked Customer Support.. They Didn't Give Proper response . (they told Only Please wait 10 days, 10days...) Now I cant Book Complaint ..when I book Complaint i got This Message "Dear Customer, You can not enter an online complaint for this order as you have exceeded the permissible time limit for a return as per our return policy." ===================================================== Finally.. Now I cant login in my Yepme Account. They Cleverly Delete My Account. Yepme is World NO:1 Fraud Cheating Company.                           Hi, My transaction for formal shoes worth Rs.323 on 25th June 2014 failed twice, once using debit card and then using credit card. I received refund for the failed debit card transcation, but have not got the refund for credit card one yet. I did send bank account statement showing the transacction and even lodged a complaint no:892096 but i has been of no use.                             My name is neeraj and i booked three products from websites which is - 1)Yepme Premium Moccasins - Olive(Shoes) 2)Yepme Rumenia Women's Watch - Pink 3)Yepme Carloil Men's Watch - White/Black on date 4 aug 2014 i recived the delivery from Delhivery courier service. When i opened the box i did't see any women's pink watch. Its both are Men's Black colored watch. I Emailed yepme customer service but i did not received any response from it. I think yepme is not Credible and liable company. Flipkart, Snapdeal, homeshop18 is best. My order id is 8394601

                            Pls do not write your contact number on any public forum website bcoz it is misused by bad people's, your order number is sufficient for tracking.
                            If you want to return your product you can call yepme customer service and you must read return policy from yepme website.
                            But yepme customer service is not good if you call customer service you wait for long time to connect customer care executive.

                                  i canceled order no:10041221 and 10041220 on aug 5/ 2014, before yepme sending the item for which i paid rs.2461 by net banking sbi, they told that they will refund the money with in 10 days but i did not get refund my money yet, when i contact customer care on 13 and 14 august they told me tat will refund with in 24 hours, my complaint number for order numbers are also given below, my contact number is [protected] refund compalint no 901076 against the Order no. 10041221 and refund compalint no 901063 against the Order no. 10041220 hop you will help me to refunding my money,
