"No Refund! No Product delivery! Just give your money to us! " This is new offer for prepaid orders in Yepme. They found a new way to loot money in the name of online shopping. I ordered 5 products on 1st July, 2014. Only received 2 products as of now. For rest of 3 products no answers from YepMe till date. Wasted more than 200 rupees for just calling them. Still no proper response. One order[protected] was cancelled in their end and said I will be receiving refund in 7 days. But even after 1 month I dint get any. Another order[protected] they mentioned it is been dispatched but it is not a valid tracking number. Means not yet dispatched from them. Please dont go for YEPME and waste your money. Instead give that to some poor.

      Order no: 7910841 .
      I returned my product on 19th of last month through dtdc courier(C[protected] a three pair of sandals worth
      600.Rs and a waste charge of 150rs for courier also.
      This is a bad site and i request nobody to buy through this site.

      They are saying stupid stories that my product has reached delhi to their office but it did not reach their warehouse itseems.

      A fool also will not believe wat these guys are saying.

      A request please remove the statement that refund in 30 days.This doesnot suite you site.

      Yepme a fraud site!!!Beware

      No action is been taken even after escalting the problem.

          i had ordered 10 pairs of shoes from yepme on 27 th of july. expected delivery date is 31st july.but till date nothing happen.till first of august in track order status its showing pending review.i had called customer care so many time every time they told me to wait for 24 hrs.on 2nd of august they showed order confirmed.after sometime in order status they are showing 7 pairs has been cancelled.ihad again called the customer care this time the told that the stock has been exhausted, thats why they cancelled my order.i had tell them to cancel my remaining order of 3 pairs.but they forced me to take the order.i agreed for that. but on 4th of august they are showing allocation failed-PT in order status.and now when iam trying to lodge complaint on there website than they are showing cannot accept complaint.iam very fedup from there response.i had costs too much money for calling them and its also a subject for ashame to me..because i have promise my friend for the gifts.and till date no money refunded of my remaining order.so please help to get my full money back along with fine and i want compensation for my wasted time and problrms i faced.iam also attaching screenshots for the same. I hereafter don't believe in your services anymore would ask most of the people to my contacts that they shouldn't be doing business with you guys through social networking to my possibility.             I just got a stupid message from you guys on 4th Aug with my complaint number 900509 but no actions yet. Kindly resolve my problem ASAP, I hope everyone read this and don't trust this website anymore. They give cheap products and cheapest service. Better then Yepme please trust website like Myntra, Jabong, Flipkart, Amazon, Ebay and so on.. For any online shopping at least they are trustworthy and they also value your money and time invested in their services.

                    Respected Sir / Madam, I have purchase a wrist watch online from yapme.com on 29th june 2014. I have made a payment through my HDFC Credit card of amount 399. I Got the message on 1st July that my product is dispatced with courier name and tracking number. After some days on not receiving my product i checked the courier site with tracking number but it shows tracking number wrong so i could not track my order. I made complain on yepme.com and they told me to resolve the same. But after 35 days i am not getting my product and not even my payment back. i tried 7 to 8 time and i have all the complain numbers but still not getting any response from yepme.com. They all the time assure me we will revert but not getting single call or mail from their side. So final i decide to lodge complain on your site. Pleaes find the details of my order and Ref complain number below. Company : Yepme.com Order Date : 29th June 2014 Order Amount : 399 Order no: 7745883 Payment Made Through HDFC Credit Card : XXXX XXXX XXXX 6086 Registed Complain Details 1. 823604 - 8th July 2014 - i was told that tracking number is also wrong we will correct and get back to you 2.[protected]th July 2014 - This time told your complain passed to higher management will revert in 24 Hours 3.[protected]th July 2014 - This time again told that we again passed to higher management will revert in 24 Hours and if not resolved we will revert your money 4.[protected]th July 2014 - i asked for my money back but then still they want 24 hours for final decision and the make commitment to revert my money back if not resolved. But today its 2nd Aug and i am still not getting my product or my money back. Let me know if you require any other information for the same Please do the needfull.                       Order number:7910841(I returned three sandals) I requested for a refund request last month 12th July and product reached them on 19th July.But till today they didn't intimated me about any step they have taken for refund request. They said that the complaint what i filed was not proper and the complaint number what i gave was not valid.But then how do i got that number, that is because of their poor service and till today i don't even recieved a mail about my product also. I need a proper explanation about my product and my money . I am wasting my time by calling them daily to ask about my product and one said they recieved it and another day other said they still didn't recieve the product. Are they playing with the customer or thinking that we are fools to listen whatever they say.I immediately need a response from their site .I can't tolerate with all these stupid things. I really got fed up with this site and i won't buy an other one from your site and recommend others too not buy from this poor site. YEPME a Very bad website !!!1

                            i have purchased 16th july two pairs of shoes, but one can received 26th july, but another status cancelled due to stock sold out. Kindly refund amount of Rs.275 at earlier to my account. I don't want to your bad service. When i tried to call customer care, the executive with in maximum TAT 31st july, but today 1st august still pending for my refund amount. Kindly look into matter and do the needful at earlier. Very poor service.

                              I had placed an order for a shoes order no. 7273536 and I received it but he size was small so they asked me to send it back for a replacement.i send it to them in courie 1 month back and followup ever 4 days they were saying it will be send n 2 days. I had called now also for asking about my replacement of the shoes to yepme now they say that I hav send only a single shoes so they are not able to process my order. They hav given confirmation that they hav received a pair and now they say its only a single shoes. I think they are making money using us and its a fraud company. They are not fit to be in this business as they are meant to cheat people.

                                I returned the products but the return service charge of 150 per package, totalling 150*6 has not been remitted. Different executives give different information. Not responding to emails and they say that they will return calls but not returning the calls. The product quality is horrible.

The trailing mail shows the history about the order and payment failed statement from the yepme site and my complaint and my concern.                                         My order no. are 8191877 and 8191874. They are expected to be delivered by 26th July. But till 24th, it is not yet dispatched. The orders are replacement orders. The first products were not even proper in size. Medium tagged product is actually a XXL size product. I have spent Rs.460 to send the products to their office. They only returned 150 as coupon. Please either deliver the product by 26th or refund my money asap.
