Waste of time/Stupid response/Dont try Yepme

I was ordered[protected] two pair of shoes and received it, problem is size was not correct. The customer support team told resend to yepme address in Delhi. I have sent the product on 7-July and it got delivered by 12-July0-14, and I can see the status of my parcel delivery showing delivered when I ask customer support team said that still the product not received.
