sir i ordered 5 items form yepme.com on 24 june, order no-7644523, worth 1048 rupees due to not availability of 2 items they refund me 241 rupees on 11 th july, rest 3 item i have not got till date, they said your rest items are in refundable mode but till date i have not get my rest amount, while calling to call center no one responding my call, sir i am hope less please kindly help me

order no.- 8252133, . i had ordered 3 shirts from yepme.com upon online payment by my debit card..i was supposed to receive the order on 31st july..but its 13th august now and i didnt receive my order yet.i tried to track my order but couldnt do that even. I even contacted the mentioned courier company OVERNIGHT EXPRESS, but they said that they didnt receive anything on my name..i want my money refunded immediately..and i need a yepme complaint no.that responds to its customers..i am very disappointed with the customer care cell.

Still not get my order, I have called in customer care too, But now they are saying and regrating to not serve me that order which I ordered, kindly provide me a service I ordered for shirt. Send me my order.order number :10098319, 10098497, 10098271.

having a refund issue with yepme... they got the product which i sent them using speedpost... and they initiated the refund on 5th of august..but the money didnt came to my account yet... whenever im calling them they r saying that they have sent the money... but i update my bank passbook everyday... need some serous help.. the refund amount is 273/- .. sending the pics of my passbook updates

I ordered 1 sandals and 3 pair of shoes in yepme.com on 30.07.2014. and paid by my credit card they dispatched the courier on 02.08.2014. and shipment tracking number is [protected](overnite courier).But till date(13.08.2014) i didn;t receive the parcel.I try to Trace the Shipment But there is no proper Details and they never update the tracking details after 03.08.2014.I call the yepme customer care.In my Online Shopping Experience Yepme Customer care Service is the worstest Service.thy always tell the same reason"Your Product Deliver Soon" i ask for the refund.They Simply Said "Your Refund Approved after 10 Days" i lost my time and money too.I planned the product for birthday gift.But with this useless shopping website totally collapsed.[protected] my contact Number

Somebody Called to My Mobile Number he told ask about he is calling from yepme.com refund department. And ask about my Debit Card details.I wont give My CARD details . (I think They Are Online Cheater) I received Call from This Numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] Please Be alert.

After one month they called and said we received your product, but no mail has been sent for me regarding further process and additonally they are not picking up the contact number which they provided.
I think after few months they will say that they have completed quality test.

Hurry up guys donot make me angry then i think i need to proceed to consumer court it is waste of time in talking to you


Yepme is a fraud site and i am fed up with these things, i dare donot buy any other product from this site .

I got Below Message from Ypeme.

"The online refund request for your orderId 7766263 has been successfully processed to concerned department.Your refund will be sent shortly"

But i Have not get refund from Yepme.com yet.

Many time I asked Customer Support..

They Didn't Give Proper response .

Now I cant Book Complaint ..when I book Complaint i got This Message

"Dear Customer, You can not enter an online complaint for this order as you have exceeded the permissible time limit for a return as per our return policy."

Yepme is World NO:1 Fraud Cheating Company.
Dont Buy any Kind Of Products are Any Kind of Payment method (Include COD you only get Blank Box only )from Yepme.

Hi I have registered in yepme.com, because of this they are sending promotional SMS's to me every day without my permission. In SMS thay mentioned send NOSMS to 56161 to unsubscribe.I did it.(They collected Rs5 also)But even they are not stopping.So i have complained them to stop SMS through email.But even though they are not responding and still i am getting those message's again& again.Because of this i am getting irriation, so i am here to request you to take necessary action against them.

One of the crappiest service received ever. None of the Contact no for customer service is reachable. Thank god I set up for COD or I would have been throwing my money away. This is complaint for Yep me and the Delhivery courier service as well. Courier guys never tried delivering even once and there site shows 3 delivery attempts. I wasted 3 days staying at home for the delivery. The customer service no for Delhivery courier is never reachable. After 30-40 attempts if someone picks up that lady is busy discussing her personal life with her collegues than talking to customers, . After being frustrated with this I tried Yep me Customer service number. What to say same response. After 3 days past the delivery commitment Today is the great day. I received my parcel finally. Thank you for the services.

I placed an order on 30.06.2014. I paid Rs.1096 and ordered 9 products. I didnt receive the order and when I called the customer care they said one of the sandals I ordered is not available and hence they rejected that order and splitted the order. Already it was more than a week I told them to cancel my order and refund the money. After 2 weeks when I called them they said the money is reverted back to the same account and when I checked the money was not refunded. I called them daily and till now they didnt respond me properly. They told me to send my account statement and that was sent almost 6 times to [protected]@yepme.com. No proper reply from them so long. My order Number is 7777685.

I have placed an order with "YepMe.com" of 2 ladies sandals (weight almost 1000gms) and made a simple request to change the size. Now they telling us to initiate this courier and as pert wait the charges are around 300 and the cost of product is 400. i hve placd the order of one pair of sandel and one pair of shoes. bt due to wrong size i courrier it back. both the products were sent together in one packet. but i got the sms that they hve received one product which is nt possible at all.my order no. is 8318127 and 8318126.

Dear Sir, My name Suryabhan Singh i online order for buy two product at 4 July 2014 T-shirt & Watch of 510 Rupees but company delaying taken more time for product Odering and say that i have not available both product then i am cancelled at 19 July 2014 but now till after 21 days company not refund my money.

We have ordered 10 pairs of footwear May first week( order number[protected] and received after two weeks - the sizes where not matching, so we sent it through Professional couriers - And got an SMS after a weeks time, saying that they received the goods, then we replaced the order on 8th july, but today is 10th august - more than a month - they didnt send the product nor communicated.

I purchased 6 items from yepme.com on 31'st July. Only 1 item has been received which is completely different from what i ordered and the rest have not been yet received. My fault was to pay in advance. My order number is 10011326 and 10011328. I would like refund for the undelivered products.

After several complaints they “Dispatched” my order on 27th Jul through Speed-Post (Docket number *ED[protected]IN*).. Again still today I’m NOT GETTING ANY CONSIGNMENT DETAILS with the Docket number they provided… I reported same issue with 3 Complaints (Complaint IDs 904337, 902661, 897149). But of No use. I already paid for my Order.. They requested me to wait till 2nd Aug, Yes I did. First of all I ask Do One Can expect Delivery without Getting Consignment Details since 10 days from Despatch? Yes, I asked Postman, He says Not received anything For me.. For You (Yepme), what Commitment mean? 48hrs dispatch.. 6-8 Days Delivery. Don’t make fake &Far Promises. Still I have Patience, Take action as soon as Possible.
