I had placed order vide order ID 6662721 on 1/5/2014 for 4 pairs of shoes. I received 3 pairs within 5-6 days. The order was missing 1 shoe with item code XXX. For the delivery of missing shoe or its refund I called several times to their customer care with Mr. Krishna and Mr. Pravin Kumar vide request/complaint no. 655481, 670870, 678962... These people assured return of money Rs. 299/- within 8 to 10 days. But now after 37 days of my order yepme has not resolved the issue. Please do the needful... Thanks...

Today I am uploading a photo of invoice attached to the courier I received. In this photo you can clearly see the content as only 3 shoes. The total of Amt of three items i.e. 299 + 499 + 299 comes to Rs. 1097/- But the photo clearly shows the total as 1396/- which is short of Rs. 299/- of the 4th shoe.

I orderd watches in 1+1 offer.I got both the watches but of the watches is damaged.I want to return that watch.so Do I have to return both the watches or return the damaged one?

company is closing complaint for replacement or refund after 10-12 days without giving refund or replacement and customercare mentioned it is there internal procedure

After delivery i found that shoes were very loose in fitting, and also one shoes is big & the other is small. so i called them up but customer care no found busy all time.So how can I return them & get new shoes replacement or my money back.why yepme customer care or complaint no not responding ???

      After sometime got mail from yepme my order was cancelled due to trancation error.
      From my side transaction was succes.
      I called fro refund bt didt got any reply more then 3 weks passed.

        Hi I am Mrs. Marian Curtis from Chennai TN. On 1st Feb.2014, i purchased six pairs of casual shoes from YEPME online. After delivery i found that three of the pairs were too tight so i called them up and told them about it. They asked me to send it back to them via courier/speed post. I chose to send it back to them via Professional Courier service. I sent it back to them within the deadline time frame of 14 days. The courier people say (and also sent me POD) that it was delivered on the 22nd and collected by Messrs.YEPME too. But till today, four months later, disregarding the number of phone calls, emails, etc. i have been so cheated. Neither have they given me a replacement or the refund for the shoes. Shameful and disgraceful.

          I have placed an order with Yepme, they have delivered damaged clothe. I calld them thy askd to send it back through courier. I've sent it and they said they will reimburse courier charge. Calling customer care is very pathatic they are liers, they gave me a coupen code 4DC66A93 worth of 150 rupees to use on thier website. Complin number:521787. I placed an order[protected]by using the coupen. After a week of time I have checked the status the order was rejected along with coupen code. I called them again they said they will check and give the coupen code again, I did not receive so far. After two weeks I talked to many advisors with yepm 5 times I've called each time I have spent 30 to 40 rupees for calling them from my mobile. Many supervisors Named Rahul, sandeep, Aravind did fake promise on the call. no one helped me.I lost trust on yepme. I bought many shoes from yepme. I have all the order numbers and evidence. I emailed them 50 times for this, email suggesting call on their customer care. there is no way to raise a complain now. People please aware about yepme. they are cheat and zero customer service...If they delivered damaged goods no way to get it back, poor quality. [protected] After this complaint on Consumer Complaints website, they have called did nothing... Your customer care reps called and PROMISED AGAIN. THAT YOU WERE GOING TO INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVING IT. YOU DID NOTHING. SO FAR. HOW DARE YOU ARE AND WHAT A LIER YOU ARE THAT SENDING EMAIL STATING YOU HAVE RESOLVED THE COMPLAINED????? YOU PROVED AGAIN YOU ARE LIER BY DOING NOTHING. you have my email address, resolve it - dont treat Indians like this, this is Modi Government, company like you has to be thrown out.

            I placed an order for two shoes on May 3rd and paid an amount of Rs.464. When the order did not arrive till May 14th, I called customer care and they informed that order was returned, where as I did not get any notification or call regarding the same. They assured that the order will be reshipped and will reach me within 3-4 biz days. Upon not receiving the order, I gave call back on May 19th and the executive first told that the order is reshipped already. When I asked for a confirmation number, he told that my prepaid order is cancelled due to unavailability of product and he has processed a refund. I asked to speak with a Supervisor. I got a call back from supervisor and he was the worst executive i have ever spoken with. He told that the refund was already processed on May 10th, which was completely opp to the things they were telling so far. but even after waiting for another 5 biz days as requested by them i did not get any refund and till date, I havent got any refund. My yepme order number is 6707555. This seems to be a regular thing with yepme and I can see 100s of complaints regarding yepme, where the even the sequence of excuses given by the customer care is exactly the same. The company is a total fraud!!

            yepme has been requesting
            3-4 biz days from May 14th to resolve the issue?? What is taking so much time. When the issue is acknowledged, why cant u Jus give the refund?? This is not the first time a company is giving refund. pls dont try to fool your customers or soon you will have none left.
            I had submitted the refund request to your website, the complaint id is 10870304 and the order id is 11596957.
            I have gotten no response from your side even after successfully dispatching the product to the mentioned address, and the costumer care number is also not responding.
            i had order Yepme Formal Shoes - Brown on 17 mar 2015 ( order no 12616114. till date not delivered . again order on 25 Mar 2015 for product resend request ( order ID[protected] . then after 20 day i requested for refund on 12 April with order ID 12968047. but till date i have not received refund . numbers of call given . now i am fed up ... it only 499 rupees . kindly help thanks venkey

            I have shipped the product back and got the mesaage from their side on 21st MAY 2015 that your refund has been initiated and according to their policy i would get the refund in 10 days but till now no communication from their side.

                Order Id : 7169385. On 28th May, placed an order for two wrist watches and made the payment online through debit card. Checked the order status and it appeared in "Pending for verfification".

                Called customer care and they said due to some address verfircation they product could not be dispatched. Spoke with customer care the next day, they said they forwarded the concern to the concerned team and they will be calling me. No call recieved. Then called customer care again and spoke with supervisor who said that there were some technical errors with the website and the product amount I paid was less. Hence, they did not dispatch it. He said concerned team will call for further instructions. No call received.

                Then checked the order status and it has been cancelled. No one called me from concerned team. No communication through emails. Cancelled order without my consent and no refund.

                Hi,

                I spoke with 5 different representatives at yepme. Each one of them gave me a different reason for order getting cancelled.

                One guy said "concerned team tried to contact you twice (on 28th May) but you were not reachable so the order went in pending verification"

                Second guy said "The product went out of stock and hence the status pending verification"

                Third guy said "There were some technical errors on the website and the amount that we charged for the product was lesser than the actual price, hence we are not delivering the product"

                Fourth guy said "Issues with payment".

                I have received two emails. One confirming my order and the other confirming payment success.

                No one from concerned contacted me till today morning. I had to send several tweets and make calls to get a reply.

                I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THIS EXPERIENCE I HAVE GONE THROUGH.
                my order no - 7131080 of Rs 2095 was cancelled on 02/06/14 . No refund has come to my A/c .

                kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund .

                    I had ordered 2 T-shirt on 1 May 2014 throught my credit card, order #. 6673277. It has been not came to my place(in kollam) and got returned from Delhi and this has been not informed to me for what reason. I had called customer care on 14 May 2014 and even they dont know what is the reason and they took my complain, my complain # 671414 and told me they will credit my balance in 10 days. Since then they I have called they twice and it had still not have been credited to my account. Its almost more than 15days excluding saturday and sunday n still I have not got refunded.

                      I had ordered a shoe with the order no: 6916700 from Yepme.com, which has been cancelled successfully at the same day, because of online payment transaction failure. But Rs.398 got debited from my account and as per yepme order cancelation detail mail, I wait up to 7 days to get that money back, after 7 days I called yepme customer care and asked for it, they told me that it will get back to you in couple of days, but now after 15 days, still I don't get it back in my account. Please do the needful and credit the amount of Rs.398 to my account.

When I asked for my refund to YepmeShopping's Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/YepmeShopping) they did not answer me and my Complaint deleted from their Facebook Page ... and block me to post any comment on their page ...                               this is Roopa we have ordered yepme sandals 15 pairs but received only 13 pair and the invoice shows all 15 items dispatched by seeing the same we paid the cash 1552/- on delivery but when we open we find only 13 pairs, we need to know what happen to our other 2 pairs (Yapme green sandal's 30831, size-8 and yepmee purpule sandels 30830, size -9)

                                        A technical failure at yepme.com made me cancel my order no.6764545 on 6th May 2014, for which my bank account got debited and the refund hasnt been made even after two weeks and half a dozen calls to call centre. I am given assurance of refund within next 2-3 days everytime I call the service centre. I have also sent an email regarding the same querry. But no response yet. Worst online purchasing experience I ever had.

                                        I returned my order on 31 Mar 2015 for the replacement but still there was no response for regarding replacement i changed my mind for refund and called customer care for refund.
                                        Firstly there customer care representative assured me the pickup arrangement of product but when no pickup was there i again called them.
                                        Then i sent my product via speed post (EV[protected]IN) which was delivered there place which sent message by yepme'employee on 3 Apr 2015. After that i called them several times, but they always asking me your courier address is incorrect so complaint to your courier service and return again by them where they delivered.
