Dear Sir/Madam, I had placed an order for a T-shirt from yepme.com which was cancelled due to out of stock and my order amount was deducted from my bank account through net banking. Hence, I wanted my amount of money to be refunded back to my account which was not processed since 12 days of complaint booking. Now I want my money to be refunded back to my bank account immediately for which I shall remain ever grateful to you and oblige. My Yepme Order No.:-6740791

    Yepme complaint # 619005 Hello Team, This regarding the invoice number # 4681408 which i placed ordered on 20th March 2014.Where i selected shoe size as "9" and track size as "M".After receiving the package i came to know that shoe is big and track suite is small for me. So i have placed a request for exchange, for shoe size as "8" and Track as "L".I return the package on 2nd April 2014 via "over Nite Express". You can track this on " www.overnitenet.com ", Tracking # [protected].But i got a message saying that you didn't receive the package but it was delivered to you.Kindly verify and provide me the exchange.I sent these details to your customer care team and got response saying that few details required.Even i got call from yepme customer care team requesting courrier bill proof, i submitted that as well but didnt got any refund

        I have 2 issues with Yepme for the past 1 to 2 months to which I have received no response inspite of sending emails and contacting through phone many timesl. 1. Regarding the order ID's 6129909 and 5920090 of which I had returned the items Yepme Nelly Pants - Navy Blue and Yepme Green Shoes, one due to wrong product and wrong size sent to me for the second time . Im looking for the refund of the items which is 699 + 299 = 998. And also the courier refund (EL15544966IN)157 Rs. 2. Regarding the order ID 5911473.I had filed a complaint online in yepme on one of the products I received, Yepme Nelly Pants - Pink which was defective.It had light blue color discoloration.Hence I sent the product back on 5th April 2014.Speed post tracking ID is EL[protected]IN.Please provide refund of this item which is 699 Rs plus the courier refund which is 101 RS. Kindly process it soon as possible rather delaying to 3, 4 months where I have to end up making minimum 30 calls to your company.

          To, Customer service head Yepme.com Gurgaon, Haryana Sub: Replacement order 6615395 and 6777904 has not been delivered yet. Dear Sir, I placed an order 6615395 on 28th April 2014 from yepme.com and the expected delivery was 04th May 2014 but I got the order on 6th May 2014 and a shoe pair was defective in my order also there was no invoice present in the box so I called customer care and informed them regarding both issues so they told me to Speed post the product. So I speed post the damaged shoe “Yepme White & Green Casual Shoes” by Speed post tracking ID: “EM[protected]IN” which cost me 180 Rs and on Speed post parcel I didn’t mention the Order ID as no one told me to do that also As I didn’t get any invoice in the pack so I didn’t keep that too in the defective shoes box. Now the above speed post “EM[protected]IN” was delivered to yep me on 12th May 2014 but still I am getting messages from yep me saying that my new Replacement order ID 6777904 is going to cancel as Yep me has not got the product yet But product is already delivered to you on 12th May 2014. I called yep me customer care daily which is chargeable number not toll free and ask about the status of my item and each day your customer care told me that I should wait for next 24 hours. Also I am sending Emails to [protected]@yepme.com from my Email ID [protected]@gmail.com continuously but no one is replying to my Emails. I also raised many complaints on customer care of yep me and the complaint IDs are as follows “669397” and 656235” but no one is listening. I already paid 299 Rs for shoes +180 Rs to Speed post the damaged shoes +45 Rs to speed post this letter so totally I am in loss of approx. 525 Rs and I got nothing from yep me. I already launched a complaint in National consumer care complaint number: 512312 against yepme so if you will not send me my shoes + Speed post amount within 7 days of receiving this letter then I will go in consumer court against yepme.com. So I urge you to help me to get my replacement order ASAP. Also you should check your speed post records of 12th May 2014 date. Regards, Arpit [protected]

          Hi Yepme, I think you are playing with your customers like me and not taking the escalations seriously from consumer forums . Yesterday on 23rd May 2014 i received below mail from "yepme.[protected]@yepme.com" but when i called customer care today on 24th May 2014 asking that when my new order "6777904" will be delivered and when i will get my 180 Rs money then they said Sir your order has not been confirmed yet so she can't say when my order will be dispatched. Now what should i do?

          Also As I already posted above that i paid 180 Rs to Speed post the damaged shoes which was clearly the mistake of Yepme.com quality of materials and Yep me is just giving me a voucher of 150 Rs which means again I need to shop from Yepme.com but after this issue I am no longer going to use your site so I will urge yepme.com to transfer 180 Rs in my account.

                    I have placed an order with Yepme, they have delivered damaged clothe. I calld them thy askd to send it back through courier. I've sent it and they said they will reimburse courier charge. Calling customer care is very pathatic they are liers, they gave me a coupen code 4DC66A93 worth of 150 rupees to use on thier website. Complin number:521787.
                    I placed an order[protected]by using the coupen. After a week of time I have checked the status the order was rejected along with coupen code. I called them again they said they will check and give the coupen code again, I did not receive so far. After two weeks I talked to many advisors with yepm 5 times I've called each time I have spent 30 to 40 rupees for calling them from my mobile. Many supervisors Named Rahul, sandeep, Aravind did fake promise on the call. no one helped me.I lost trust on yepme. I bought many shoes from yepme. I have all the order numbers and evidence. I emailed them 50 times for this, email suggesting call on their customer care. there is no way to raise a complain now. People please aware about yepme. they are cheat and zero customer service...If they delivered damaged goods no way to get it back, poor quality.

                      Hello... sir, My order Id is 5187793 I ordered blue denim shoes Size 10, I had quality problem, I return product on 27thFeb 2014, I add a complaint online for refund on there many times but yepme team not give me response, I had a call with them they said they'll refund via in 7 days, but over all 3 months are completed they don't give my refund money back. I sent them my bank details but still I haven received any email reply from them.                             I ordered two pairs of shoes[ Order no : 4209419] in December. Since there was size issues, I returned them for exchange by Professional courier. Since I didn't get my replacement, I called them to enquire about it and they say they will revert in 3 days. Called the courier they said the parcel has reached Yepme. Yepme kind of stopped responding to any of my mails, so I started calling the their customer care almost every week . They promised me for a refund. But afterwards I see no response from them, so called them again. The last month call to my surprise they say, the courier has not reached and my order/replacement is cancelled. So all my money for buying the shoes and then the courier charges all gone wasted. PLEASE HELP!

                              I have placed an order in Yepme.com on Mar 23, 2014 after checking whether the service available to my area by giving the Pin code number in the official site. After one week i have checked the courier number in the overnite courier site. It is showing the status like they don't have service to the particular area where I placed an order. So it went back . Regarding this I raised an complaint and Yepme people told like they will refund my money back. So normally it will take ten days to do refund . so i waited 15 days and called them agian. That time I got a surprise response from the customer care like the order was delivered to me where they previously told like they dont have service to the particular area. Then i checked again in the courier site with the courier number and it showing status like it tis delivered in to the place(Gurgaon) where the dispatch happened. So I clearly explained them the issue and asked them to raise a complaint against it . So the customer care executive patched me with his higher official name called Sandeep. He told like he will handle the case personally and resolve my issue. Till now I have called them 20 times and lost around 500 RS in that way also. My order amount is only 757 Rs. After Sandeep, Vikranth, Suresh and Arthi these are the people who personally handled my case till now i didn't get my money back. The person Suresh is special case. He is threatening me like " what ever you want you do you wont get your money back" . This is how Yepme.com is threatening their customer. So I personally suggest people around me who views this website. Don't purchase anything in yepme.com. They are cheaters and gunda's threaten their customer also for money. I don't know how to get my money back. God only should help me. I am not the only person who got affected because of Yepme.com. Lot of complaint's I can see in this site itself. And lot of people also raisong their issues in Facebook and Twitter. Please people don't loose your money in Yepme. Yepme spoils the hope that people have in online shopping. For your information I have placed this order two months back.

                                I had placed an order for yashika jute silk casual wear-purple saree and paid Rs.361 thro online via credit card payment. My order Id No.6791720. I had got a confirmation from my bank confirming my payment stating that i have spent Rs.361 on 7.5.2014 at Growthways EMVANTAGE. I have received a mail from Yepme stating that my order No.6791194, my payment has been failed. I am not clear what is order id No.6791720 and order No.6791194. I request u to clarify in this regard as to where my order stands. I liked the saree and so i ordered for it thro online. what r the two different types of order nos. 6791720 and 6791194? pl reply early in this matter. regards, Lalitha Kannan

                                  I am yet to receive the replacement products for the replacement order with the id 6567141.Which according to your website hasn't even been dispatched yet, that too 11 days after you received the product, which i had sent by courier for replacement.I had received a confirmation mail on the 29th of april, confirming the receipt of the product i had sent and that the required quality check has been made.I have called your customer care with regarding the same and each time i had been assured that the product with the order id 6567141, will be dispatched within the next 24 hours, which has not happened even after these many days.Kindly ensure that the issue is resolved.                                     This is regarding a issue related to a refund of Yepme Orders 6375535 & 6377151. These orders were placed on the 13th of April 2014 and were cancelled within a few hours as i changed my mind. The payment was made to Emvantage Payment Gateway the payment was confirmed and the amount debited from my bank account.I have not received a refund of Rs 1848/- so far its is now 6th May 2014 this is even after contacting them on their customer service line numerous times and also sending an email with my bank statement confirming that i did not receive a refund. I always get a standard response from them stating that i need to wait for 48 hours. i have also requested them to give me the details of the Emvantage Payment Gateway who received my payment but they will not give me contact details. I feel i'm being harassed by Yepme when i have to wait for such a long time when i did not receive any product or service from them as i cancelled the orders before dispatch. I would want to escalate this matter and i need help to get a complete refund of 1848 plus any compensation for the call charges amounting to nearly 200 Rs i had to make to their customer service as they still give me the same response and have failed to resolve my complaint.

                                      I have ordered three pair of sandals as per order no - 6602678. According to size guide mentioned in the site www.yepme.com I ordered size 6. But after delivery of my products I fount that it is not at all fit for me. I made a complaint for the same but according to yepme policy which is as stated- "Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ Yepme.", I will be reimbursed courier charges for my future shopping. I want to say I misguided by the size guide provided in yepme web site so it's not my fault and courier charge discount should be provided for the same order otherwise after such kind of misguidance I will never prefer any services like this and any future shopping with yepme. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Please provide me courier charges back in the same order as this was misguidance by yepme site.

                                        I have placed Order( Order No:6211190) of 4 shoes and 1 sandal on 4/4/14 and got delivered on 8/4/14, but i didn't receive the sandal but i have paid for that. after that i have keep on calling and mailing to YEPME Customer Service to deliver that sandal or to refund the money back, (Complaint No:632866) but they not at all responding to me and repeating the same stuff that we will surely relieve you and for confirmation we will call. but no cal or mail from them... Totally stupid on there Customer service. and my request is dont go for YEPME its a fraud online company. PLEASE BE CAREFULL.
