    I have purchased a pair of shoes from there website which is www.yepme.com but i was not comfertable with shoes so i called for a return pickup of shoes.in case i gave the shoes to corrier boy who Was send by yepme on 5th nov 2013 but till today they not returned my money back to me . they show on there website one month return policy and I have returned the within one month but now it's nearly 6 month .when I call them they give new excuses every time .

      Hi All, I have placed an order(Order6198139) number in yepme.com as on 1st April-2014and received the below confirmation from them however the goods are still not delivered to me and when I raised the complaint they are now they are asking me to cancel the previous order and issue new order with new prices. This is totally making a fool of the customer either they should not confirm that the order has been placed or when they have confirmed they cannot break the agreement to deliver goods within stipulated time.         I had ordered goods worth Rs 995. My order number is 6137065. But somehow the payment was considered failed. But still the amount got deducted. I checked my bank statement for confirmation and that was true. I then mailed to customer care about this. After a lot of trail mails, I didn't get any response after some time. I had even mailed my bank statements. But no response. When I tried to mail back, it said unused email. So i tried to add complaint on the site. still that said that your order has been cancelled and cannot add a complaint. I even tried to call but the customer support don't pick up the call.The worst experience I have ever got. I am going to say everyone to stop using yepme. Its a fraudulent site

            I ordered (ORDER NO:[protected] pair of sandals for 458Rs through net banking. I was shocked to find those are wrong sized.I asked for a refund.They told me to send it back on my own cost. I once again spent Rs 130. They have received the product and now not refunding anything. I have called the customer care many times and spent nearly 200Rs. Eveything in vain.Still after 1 month I didnt get any refund or replacement.I even sent a copy of bank statement as per their words. I think Yepme can beg instead of stealing

            Well this the worst experience ever in my life...by far regarding online shopping. My order number at yepme shopping website was 7025097 dated 21/5/2014. I prepaid it for the amount of Rs.1285 by net banking. The order got automatically cancelled and till date(12/6/2014) no refund .
            moreover, the yepme people didn&#039;t respond to written complaint and also don&#039;t take up phone or just take the call and keep silent ...while my STD bills rise. (mind it their customer number is[protected]..i.e. not a toll free STD number. YEPME is a scam ...stay out of it.
            My complaint with yepme regarding order number 7025097 has been resolved ..I have got refund. Actually it was a matter of tags..my refund in bank a/c was showing to be coming from "Ibbo"..with no yepme tag..so i got confused and overlooked it. So, sincere apologies for that. However, speedier refund wound have averted the whole problem for sure.

              Hello... sir,

              I ordered blue denim shoes Size 10, I had quality problem, I return product on 27thFeb 2014,
              I add a complaint online for refund on there many times but yepme team not give me response,
              I had a call with them they said they'll refund via in 7 days, but over all 3 months are completed they don't give my refund money back.
              I sent them my bank details but still I haven received any email reply from them.
              Their Call centre is alwyz busy and if connected keeps waiting for 10 mins and charges 1 ruppee and then it hangs by it self.

                PLease register my complaint for the the following, for failed transaction with merchant site : YEPME. However my account has been debited on 27th January but the order was not generated. I was sure that the payment gateway will revert back my payment of the failed transaction like as always. I am pursuing about this matter since long with the YEPME. But with no result, everytime i am getting a system generated email from them.                     Worst experience shopping with Yepme.com, I think this website should be banned from online transaction. All the banks should de-register themselves from YEPME. I have made a transaction of Rs. 419 with Yepme on 26th January, order id 5200315; which turns out to be a failed transaction and money got deducted from my account. But I am yet to receive back my money for the same, despite of calling them 100 times, or sending several emails, nothing happened. Even if I have forwarded the all the transaction details Bill payment confirmation from ICICI bank on February 01, 2014 with reference id:PayU India-WWWYEPMECOM[protected], every time I have received a system generated email.

                        Hi, I have order a sarry for my wife online through yepme.com on 14-Dec-2013, Order No: 4504149 after receiving the sarry we don't like it so I returned the goods with in a week through DTDC courier consignment No: V15662874, as per the terms & conditions of the company I have to get the refund with a month from the date of the goods returned. But till now I did not get it, I wrote many emails to the customer care always they say the same answer as like the issue has been sent to the concerned department I will get the money soon, but this has been 5 moths now. Please help me in this.

                          I vaibhav rohatgi from agra i just placed my order in yep me around 20th of march and due to some technical problem my order is cancelled from my side i request yepme to dispatch teh same order to me but they refuse and i called him so many times to refund my money i saw him wesite shows they tke only 7 days to refund afterr my telephonic conversationa dn snapquote they chnage 7 days to 10 days now they are not returning my money they make me fool they told they return money on 5 april 2014 but still i m not getting any money from yepme side now when i call him they said kindly send updated statement after sending two times they are not working over it kindly help me out and shut down yepme cheaters who do not able to give any readdressal to any customer

                            I have placed order on yepme site on March 3rd, 2014. Details are"Order Id : 5670791 Expected delivery date : March 07, 2014 Mode Of Payment : Credit Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 924. I received order on 9th march and requested a return order for the same on same day. When i placed return pick up for the same, their customer care executives started extending the dates for refund. My complaint no is 594135. After so many follow ups and misleading statements of their representatives, finally I got refund of Rs 619 in my account on 1st April, 2014. Now their representatives are not picking up phone call and not even intimating about the reduction in our refund amount.

                              I bought a pullover from yepme.com then i returned it but till now refund for that is not done. its been more than two months i am continuously calling and mailing to them but they are not giving my money to me.                                 Sir, my this complain is against online shopping from yepme.com on 09/29/2013. I ordered a combo of Yepme Jeans and Shoes worth rs 999, but they delivered the product of different size shoes which was didn’t unbeat size at all, and quality was not that OK, so i returned that product within their policy period. After that many times i talked to customer care executive and even send few mails to them regarding my complaint but they had not done any thing. Every time they tried to convince me by giving me wrong information or a complaint no., and i spend more than that product cost for calling there customer care (more than 700 rs.) so sir please help me in getting my product cost along with calling cost back from them… i have that return slip. my order id at yepme.com was 3541332.

While checking for the status of my order I really disappointed, because it got cancelled. I placed my order on[protected]. The products were cheap in quality and It is not good to wear in front of public, I am seriously dissatisfied with yepme.com, I feel like I have been cheated, I have already made the complaint to yepme customer service agent, the order number is:10455263 and the complaint number is : 1017114. I hv returned the product back to yepme and i got a message from yepme stating tht they have received the product and they will process the refund.its been more than a month and still the refund is not arrived..i called them many times ..and they cant return my courier charges which is 150 rupees.they are saying they will give me 150 rupees points to purchase in yepne.com.i dont want the points. I want the money including courier charges
                                I hav ordered some products and recevied it in which I have resend some products and asked for refund . I got notification that yepme had received my product and my money will be refunded by 10 days on 28/5/15 but till date they didn&#039;t refund my money and the corrier charges
                                there is no proper response also I hav calling customer care daily but there is no response I have spend more than 100 rupees on waiting for customer care service
                                So please provide me with my money including corrier charges and my phone charges my order id 13507741.

                                  1st order no:6072703 Complaint number : 626284 Replacement order number :6159511 Got no courier refund amount which is mentioned in their terms & policies. I have courier 2 product for replacement for which i have created cmpln no:626284 and after getting products they deliver me back 1 product(replacement was for 2 product) which is wrong product not requested by me and they are now not reponding to my mails.. Totally wastage of money

                                    I ordered pair of shoes from yepme.com of order no:6212013 on 2th april 2014 via net banking.later on, due to some reasons, i cancelled the order within an hour of ordering.the amount got deducted from my account after placing the order but now, still after 6 days, I haven't received the amount back in my account. I tried calling the helpline no they said it will refund in 24 hours
                                    Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      i brought 2 pair of shoes from yep me and paid cash on delivery but when i wore them they were very uncomfortable and the quality was even worse then a road side product, so i called the customer care and asked for a replacement or refund and i was shocked to hear that i will have to send them back on my own and that also in a week other wise they wont help me in any condition i really felt cheated and decided to keep the product and not to shop on yepme again but when i wore one pair for hardly 2 times it got wrinkles all on front side and worse its getting apart from its base seems like they used some cheap glue to paste the shoes and now they falling apart i think same will happen with the other pair so people beware of these frauds all 30day return policy and 100% secure payment written on their site is completely lies and only lies and above all the product quality is so bad that u wont be able to use it for a full month after purchase..
