Order No: 6165629 I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by you. The items i received were entirely wrong with the items i ordered. I ordered four items. Three sandals and a Sun-glass. But i received only 3 items. That three items is also wrong. Package had three items two sandals and a cut shoe but the order slip sticked in the package shows four items. None of the SKUID in the order slip matches with the products you sent in the package.       I have ordered products from Yep me through online shopping. Order no.as mentioned above. Till date i have not received product.which have ordered and made payment through online. would like to know how can i get my product.for which i have already paid the amount. after contacting customer care at Yep me getting answer that we are following it up and get resolved as soon as possible.but now almost a month over no feed back or no product received.

        As your different teams have been changing statements since the day one, I am sending
        your replies to my start of refund issue itself.

        1. As you will notice first in your email dated 11 Feb. you wrote receipt back of product and
        quality check and released 150 reimbursement of refund courier charges.

        2. Then in your email dated 16 February you mentioned that complaint would be resolves once the
        quality issue is over, while quality check was over vide your email dated 11 Feb.:

        3. On 21 Feb you informed that refund process has been initiated and it would take 3-5 days.

        4. on 27 Feb again you informed that you have processed my request for refund and it will
        take 3-5 days.

        5. After consecutive reminders when no money was received. You asked for my credit card
        statement copy which I sent on 6 March and on 14 March, I received two emails that you have processed my refund and it will take 3-5 days to credit.

        6. When refund did not show even after that and I reminded, now I have been sent an email today
        by your office with a photo print: as below:

        7. As I informed you yesterday over phone (I have full recording of your customer executive and
        my conversation that lasted for nearly 6 minutes) that credit card refund can be executed only for similar amounts and not for different amounts. AND, for whatever reason, the refund shows 557 against capture of 566, naturally my bank HDFC Bank has not received this refund credit and obviously it has not been credited to my credit card
        transactions of debit/credit.

        8. As fault lies in your wrong transaction (FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU reduced the refund by a
        paltry sum of Rs.(, causing entry mismatch and rejection of refund by web payment portal.

        As CONSIDERABLE TIME HAS ELAPSED SINCE MY PURCHASE DATED 18 JANUARY AND REFUND DATED 25 FJANUARY, I REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY RELEASE MY REFUND DUE OF RS 566 WITH
        INTEREST @ 18% pa FROM 11 FEBRUARY 2014 TO DATE OF CREDIT, FAILING WHICH I
        MAYBE CONSTRAINED TO RAISE THE ISSUE AT A SUITABLE PLATFROM FOR REDRESSSAL OF
        MY GRIEVANCE.

              This is in regards to the order number 5623442. Order was placed on 28th of February 2014. The amount was debited but the order was not processed since the webpage displayed that the transaction had failed. On the same day, I contacted customer care and asked them to cancel the order to avoid duplicate order since I had placed another order and the transaction was success. I was also told that the refund will reflect in my account within 7 days. I called them up on the 8th day and informed that I did not receive the refund. They informed that it would take another 7 days. So when I called on customer service again to confirm weather I will be receiving refund or not. They informed that it will take another 72 hours. So I called up customer service today again to know the status of refund, they informed that there is no complaint noted about the refund and hence the refund is still not processed. This frustrated me and I commented on their Facebook Page. But they removed the comments and also blocked from writing anything on their page again. My question is consumer has all the authority to speak positive or negative. Who gives you the authority to stop them by deleting the comments on Facebook page. This is a Fraud Company. Not at all trustworthy. Worst company ever to deal with. Let me know how to reach out to your CEO also.

                This is after series of my telephonic calls to yepme regarding
                non-receipt of refund of defective order no. 4308960 since last two
                months. Everytime there is an assurance of refund given for the next 3
                or 4 days from the date of call but the amount does not gets reflect
                back into my account.

                The refund process was initiated on 28-december-2013 as both the
                defective orders of the subjected order were returned back. Should this
                amount doesn't gets returned back within the stipulated time; i shall be
                forced to take the following course of actions-

                I. Make the propaganda of this issue on all the available platforms on internet.
                Ii. I shall be forced to make formal police complaints against yepme to the police for fraud & cheating.
                Iii. A formal request will be made to the information &
                technology ministery of govt. Of india giving links to all the plethora
                of complaints against yepme to take suitable action &
                hopefully ban this website & affiliates altogether.

                As a customer; this would be an un-willing gesture for me, for which you'll be entirely responsible.

                I leave the the decision at your discretion.

                    I ordered a shoe at YEPME on 16th December 2014 and made payment through SBI netbanking.Unfortunately the transaction got failed and the order got rejected.I called to YEPME customer care many times for refunding the amount.They didn't give proper response and each time they used to tell "Sir, Please Wait for 72 Hours.Your Amount will be credited to your bank Account".But Nothing they are done sofar.Its highly irritating.I also checked with Bank for this transaction.They replied the amount has sent to merchant site and asked me to check with the merchant(YEPME).Can anyone help me to sort out this problem.

                      I ordered for 2 shoes and the product got delivered to me as per the agreed time frame, 1 need to exchange the 2nd item as I have a size issue and the model doesn’t look like what I had ordered, I selected an alternate for a lesser value, now YEPME is not refunding me the price difference as I am purchasing a lesser value product… Its not fair. It was a gift and I am embarrassed I spoke with call centre after been disconnected twice and was on IVR for a long time, Consultant David was good but he is bound with Yepme procedure and hence he asked me to send the product 1st and shared the timelines More over they want me to send the product to Delhi and later they will check verify and send me a new product which will take 15 Business days from now. Is this we call as it is an Online experience? My order id is 5655371 and my no is [protected]

                        Hi my name is Sanjeev Kumar Trivedi, working as a computer engineer in chennai. I recently bought a pair of shoes from YEP ME.COM and returned it within two days according to the companies policy. But i am still waiting for my refund from the company. The product was returned on 04/02/2014 through India Post. As per the customer support the cash will be refunded within 14 days after they receive their product. I got the intimation that they received the product on 06/02/2014 and the quality check was completed on 10/02/2014 and I expected the money to be refunded to me till 24/02/2014.                           I have ordered a tracksuit and shoes form YEPME website,
                          The specifications made through the website is false and they delivered a cheap quality product .
                          The website specified that the tracksuit will have a mesh lining, but the actual product delivered doesnt contain it..
                          rather the track suit material itself is very thin similar to that of a a plastic cover, which could be easily torn out, i didnt expect such a worse quality of the product to be delivered..highly disaapointed with the product and service by YEPME.com

                            I had order a saree from the yepme site for 299/- on 14th Feb(Item Code: 31054). The site described the details of the saree and the picture. By looking on this product i had confirmed the order and made the payment. But I received a completely wrong product. As per their policy i had to return the wrong delivered product on my cost. Which I did with a complaint registered formally(#573274). The complaint was acknowledged and I was assured that the correct product would be sent after proper verification before dispatch. But again I had received the same wrong product (which I had received in the first delivery). On questing the repeated error, the yepme team says that as per their policy I will have to again send the wrong product to them on my cost for a refund, when I asked why they are not able to give me the correct product which I had order viewing their website, they replied there is a catalog error and could not delivery the correct product. I had already wasted 200/- on returning the wrong product and number of phone calls on this issue. The team is not ready to explain the negligence on their part and refund my full money. This is my initial complaint from this forum. I would appreciate if this is taken seriously and satisfactorily resolved.

                              I have purchased a shoe online from Yepme.com, since the shoe was small in size i lodged a complaint, my complaint no-556485.I was told to return the shoe back, i send the shoe back through dtdc + courier service, consignment no-V 1597807, on 17-2-14 at Yepme.COM, K-618, Block-A, Near Telco Bus Service Station, Rangpuri Extension, New Delhi-110037.Now Yepme is not responding to any of my call, i dont know wheather they will send the shoe back.

                                This is the most useless and hopeless site to shop online no proper customer support their different exicutive say different things their mail department is different and customer care is different no coordination between both services mail n customer care their product quality is very very poor they write on their t shirt 100%cotton which is not 100% cotton i myself being a textile engineer have tested their products their products are blended not 100% cotton not at all comfortable to where street side appreals are way far better then this they use cheap quality dye and chemicals in manufacturing of product their colour bleed while washing they use chemicals which cause cancer when comes in contact with skin they use chlorine in manufacturing of product i have got same product defective for 2 times and they say it is our policy you need to send us back the product then only we will refund you can you imagine what kind of quality check they are having they send same product defective for 2 times and i have ordered 6 products out of which i got 3 product defective and their support to customer is hopeless they say they will reply mail in 48 hours but they dont reply in 3 days also and they dont reply properly i m shopping from may online website but this is the worst and most pathetic site to shop and they say they are" india's first ever online shopping store " but they are not they are fraud

                                  Y replacement complaint no 578610 . Parcel was send to them by speed post no EM[protected]. I have a confirmation from postal department about them reveiving it on 27 feb 14.but still they are lieinh to them they didnot receive it It shows their intensions are not good. Pl do not buy from them i am repenting.

                                  same here i have also ordered a pair of chinos order no: 5554581. returned the product on 25 as i want a replacement and it was delivered on 27 . but when i call the customer care they say they have not received the product.

                                  I had order a saree from the yepme site for 299/- on 14th Feb(Item Code: 31054). The site described the details of the saree and the picture. By looking on this product i had confirmed the order and made the payment. But I received a completely wrong product. As per their policy i had to return the wrong delivered product on my cost. Which I did with a complaint registered formally(#573274). The complaint was acknowledged and I was assured that the correct product would be sent after proper verification before dispatch. But again I had received the same wrong product (which I had received in the first delivery). On questing the repeated error, the yepme team says that as per their policy I will have to again send the wrong product to them on my cost for a refund, when I asked why they are not able to give me the correct product which I had order viewing their website, they replied there is a catalog error and could not delivery the correct product. I had already wasted 200/- on returning the wrong product and number of phone calls on this issue. The team is not ready to explain the negligence on their part and refund my full money.
                                  This is my initial complaint from this forum. I would appreciate if this is taken seriously and satisfactorily resolved.

                                    I have been a loyal customer of Yepme as I have placed more than 15 orders before this with no issues.I had placed an order[protected] on November 12 of 2013, and another order[protected] on 14th Jan 2014. The product got rejected from their side which they claim due to out of stock. Ive literally called 30 times and each time I was asked to wait for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks. Last time I called was on Monday and they asked to wait till Saturday. Im so much frustrated because of the way they have been convincing to wait ending up making me a fool. Kindly help me to get my amount back which I paid through Debit Card. Lost amount 2, 809/-

                                      I have ordered the product on 17th jan 2014 and paid money online. After some days website showed its delivered but i didn't get the product. I have raised complaint regarding my order no: 5035179. Irrespective of continuous followup, still i didnt get my product or my refund. Now its showing complaint got resolved, i don't understand without giving me any explanation or POD how can they close the complaint. When ever i m calling customer care i m getting same bored response " its been escalated". Are they trying to play with customer after getting full money and not deliverying the product. please don't buy any product from them.Its look like complete scam.

                                        hi...I have done shopping from various online portals. And recently for the first time I did shopping from YepME and I must say it is turning into horrible experience.
                                        I had placed the order of 2 sarees on Yepme and later on found one of it was defected. There was big hole in center of one saree.
                                        I registered complaint(complaint no. 547630) on 27Jan2014 for Refund and as there is no reverse pickup facility so I courier the defected product to Yepme. By 29Jan2014 the product was delivered to Yepme.
                                        Its been almost 5 weeks but I have not received any call/sms/mail from YepME. And its me only who is following up with Yepme customer care executives on phone and to my surprise every time when I called firstly they told that refund is in process and on further asking they said your Product has failed in quality check and same defected product would be sent back to you. And when I asked on what basis the defected product is being sent back...then they said they are escalating my issue and I will be contacted by Yepme by EOD but till date didn't get any kind of acknowledgement/call from YepME team. No response of email as well.
                                        It seems to be a trap where firstly send the defected product to customers and on user complaint...reject the product in quality check and no refund.
                                        I don't want your defected product but I need my money to be refunded. It is now almost 5 weeks but still neither refund nor product sent back.
                                        Atleast you should respond to customers and there should be proper update.
                                        After this mental tortuous experience I will not recommend Yepme to anyone.
