i was suffering regarding my refund of order no.3867282, 3867089, 3818390 & 3799762 since oct2013, even after 50 phone calls to customer care. I had send all the packets to their office and also provided the receiving reciept of the courier company, t which is having stamp and sign of YEPME concern department, I am also attaching the recieving proof along with, THE RELATED DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL IS NOT EVEN DOING PHONE TO ME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, but they are refusing for the payment near about 6800 Rs, customer care are only to forward the matter they do not have any solution nor they are providing other phone numbers.     YEPME.COM FRAUD - BEWARE!
    I wish I had seen the reviews about YEPME.com before I ordered with
    them. I ordered two shirts and a pair of jeans and the quality of both
    the products were really bad. I followed their return policy and sent
    the product back through Speed Post and sent the scan copies of the post
    office receipts for refund of the postal charges incurred for returning
    the products. Product was received at YEPME on 24th Dec and passed the quality check on 28th Dec and I am still waiting for the refund.
    I called their customer care (which is not toll free number) several
    times and placed multiple complaints to get the refund. Not so
    surprisingly, every time they say “we are forwarding your request to the
    concerned team and someone will call and blah blah blah...”. When I
    wrote emails to them, revert comes in no less than 3 days and asking for
    order no and other details time and again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
    They never reply to your phone calls and if you call, every time they
    point some technical difficulties in processing the complaint and they
    will keep you dragging the issue till you give up. If you post
    complaints on their Facebook page, either they will delete your comment
    or block you. So, my story doesn’t end here, I am still waiting
    with least of my hopes for a refund for the past 40 days. I have
    already lodged complaints in some of the consumer forums and seeking
    suggestions from others on further actions against these CRAPS.
    WORD OF CAUTION: YEPME.com is the worst ever website for an online
    shopping. These guys are into looting the customers in a more
    sophisticated fashion. Beware and stay away from this website!

      I have never received this refund yet. Can you check asap? Its been more Than a month i am waiting for the refund of these returns and the postal Charges incurred for the return. I am not going to call your customer care any more and will only deal with you guys throught the consumer forums. Com Namaste! This is after series of my telephonic calls to yepme regarding non-receipt of refund of defective order no. 4308960 since last two months. Everytime there is an assurance of refund given for the next 3 or 4 days from the date of call but the amount does not gets reflect back into my account. The refund process was initiated on 28-december-2013 as both the defective orders of the subjected order were returned back. Should this amount doesn't gets returned back within the stipulated time; i shall be forced to take the following course of actions- I. Make the propaganda of this issue on all the available platforms on internet. Ii. I shall be forced to make formal police complaints against yepme to the police for fraud & cheating. Iii. A formal request will be made to the information & technology ministery of govt. Of india giving links to all the plethora of complaints against yepme to take suitable action & hopefully ban this website & affiliates altogether.           Yepme have not refunded my amount even when they have received their product and have done the quality check. It has been more than 4 months now. everytime i call them they apologize and don't let me speak to their supervisor.and every time they are Entertaining with me like supervisor is busy in another call, he is not Interested speeking with you and they say that their supervisor also cant help me and would provide the same information that they. they give lot of excuses for not letting them speak to their supervisor. and customer Executive also Entertaining with me for every call. the issue is still not resolved and they never called me back. I have done shopping from other online portals as well but YepMe is the worst. They would never refund your money. If at all you are thinking of returning the product then get ready to hear these words while chasing for refund : ' I'll escalate this on priority basis'... God knows who do they escalate top I'll get in touch with finance department'... god knows if their finance department really exist in this planet 'I'll arrange a call back'... the person who is supposed to call back would contact you through telepathy. If you cant receive then it's your fault. Supervisor says 'this time i assure you i will call you back'. But you won't get a call back. The worst part is that when i call them again these days they say that i had denied to return the product. how the hell did you receive my returned product and got the quality check done. How illogical was that. Can anyone on this earth help me getting my money back from the worst ever YepMe. I am fed up of listening to their voice and repeating same thing over and as per my fill YEPME is Cheater company for product quality an customer services .

            Yepme have not refunded my amount even when they have received their product and have done the quality check. Many times they had said that he wasnt in the office. When i pointed out why was he not in the office during office hours they changed their excuses to something else. So far I have been able to get to the supervisor twice in three months. And both supervisor said that they would resolve it and promised to call me back. the issue is still not resolved and they never called me back. I have done shopping from other online portals as well but YepMe is the worst. They would never refund your money. If at all you are thinking of returning the product then get ready to hear these words while chasing for refund :

              I had ordered a kurti for my wife on her birthday in Oct'13 from yepme order number 3758569, which was a defective product, i followed up with them for the replacement for 2 months and then I had raised a complaint for the refund of my money complaint number 499162. Till date there is only one response that the refund will be processed in one week. Worst customer service i have ever come across, will never purchase anything from this site in future.

                I tried to purchase I pair of jeans from yepme.com site and I proceeded to pay Rs 391 through SBI net banking on 19 th Jan 2014. The order no was 5078792, but unfortunately the payment failed but I was debited the amount .Subsequently I contacted several times to the site through mail and through phone but most unfortunately all the time I call the customer care executive he/she replies that the matter will be sorted out within the next few days and in response to mail they reply that they have forwarded the matter to concerned dept and the matter is being looked upon on priority. As per their policy documents in case of failed transactions the amount is revered to the debited A/C within next 7 days but no credit has been made to my A/C. BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY I RECIEVED A COMPUTERISED CALL FROM YEPME THAT MY TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL I CAN AVAIL THAT I CASH ON DELIVERY, I OPTED FOR THAT. SAME DAY I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT AND FOUND THAT THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITTED. I CALLED YEPME FOR THIS PURPOSE AND THAY ADVISED ME NOT TO RECIEVE THE PARCEL AND FORWARD THEM THE BANK STATEMENT AND THE MAIL WHICH I RECIEVED. I DID THE SAME.                 My Name is NIMISHA SIDHI.

                I ordered a watch from [url=http://www.yepme.com]Online Shopping - Buy Shoes, Clothing & Watches in India at YepMe.com[/url]
                I paid the for the product by COD(Cash on delivery)

                But when i opened the product it was faulty, i ordered a watch and the screen was broken, so i checked with the delivery person
                he said that ill have to call the yepme call centre.

                When i called them they said that i have to courier the product if it is faulty, after the quality check the refund will be initiated.
                So, i sent the product by speed post because they that we can only refund upto 150 not more than that, so if you are choosing some other vendor we will not pay for it, so i sent it via speed post.

                After the speed post i have the slip i checked and sent the product full packed, now when i call them for refunding the amount (which is 450, including speed post and what i have paid for the product which is 300 for the watch and 130 for the speed post), they say that they have received an empty box and they cannot refund the amount.

                First of all they don't send their people to pick up the faulty product now when i have sent it they say they have not received the product. They have just received an empty box not the product.

                Are the customers so fool to pay 130 bucks for an empty box.

                In the slip it is clearly mentioned as 164 grams I wrapped the product and now they say they have not received it.

                The supervisor who told me this from yepme his name is VIKRANT AHLAWAT, when i asked for the manager name they said they cannot disclose it.

                How should I know that they are not lying, I have the slip for proof, but how can I know even if the order was flicked in between how should I know that these people are not lying.

                Even if it is 450 bucks it my hard earned money, how can i just let go of it.

                Please look into it, all the help is appreciated.

                  i purchased a t shirt from yepme.com on jan 4th with order no. 4833289 ...as i found this t shirt was of substandard i requested for return...i returned it through speed post as per their guidelines...it has reached them very quickly...i confirmed it through a phone call...as per their rules refund will be done with in 1 week after they receive the returned product...so i kindly urge this platform to resolve my problem as soon as possible

                    I hope from now onwards you guys will try to improve your customer
                    services. It was really horrible experience while talking to that girl Anita Jaiswal. I was feeling that, I am doing some crime while talking to her. She should atleast talk politely to me.

                    These guys need lots of improvements in customer services. They should treat a customer as a human, not as an animal. They need a good training once again.


                    I hope I'll never get this pathetic response from you guys once again. It was a really bad experience with you guys.

                          I ordered 8 pair of footwear from Yepme.com on 29th December 2013 and made the full payment using credit card. I cancelled a sandal on the same day as they did not have the right size. On 7th Jan 2014, I received an email stating that 2 or the products ordered were not in stock and they would process a refund. Finally I received the remaining 5 products some time in 2nd or 3rd week of Jan 2014, of which only one was of the right size and the whole shipment was of low quality. I sent back 4 products on my own expense through speed post in the last week of Jan. Till today I have received my refund. My order amount was Rs. 1024. Any help is greatly appreciated.                             Ordered 3 pair shoes order number 4935374 dated 1/11/2014 3:24:00 PM received products but the product was unfit due to size issue. So I returned the product vide receipt no. [protected] Overnite express on 16.1.2014. www.yepme.com showed this order as returned but not refunded my money. I filed a complaint with you (28.1.2014) . Customer care contacted me the very next day of filing complaint and assured me to process refund within three working days but till date no refund received.

                            i order 2 shoes from yepme on 8th of july 2014 with order no. 7924854 .. they sent me the product pretty fast on 11th .. i order a formal shoe which they sent right..and another casual coffee brown shoe which they sent totaly wrong.. they sent me a pair of a canvas shoe.. one is red and one is black.. both shoes were of right leg and one is no.8 and another one is no.7 .. i talked to them and asked for refund.. i returned the item to them via speed post on 14th of july with the tracking no. EW[protected]IN to their delhi office.. it charged 135/- ( 730grams ) i tracked the order and saw that they received it on 16th july ( at 18:04pm ) then i called them on 19th july.. they said we have not received ur product yet.. so call us on monday.. (21st july ) when i called today they said the same thing.. and said that indiapost.gov.in is not not opening from there.. they have to refund me 299 + a coupon of 150 .. in there terms they have to receive the product within 14 days... 10 days are already over.. if they can spend 4 more days like this then they wont return my money.. i know that... i need your help to solve my problem.. please..

                            My name is Nimisha Sidhi. I bought a watch from Yepme.com which was broken. I asked them to take it back they asked to speed post it. I did not receive any update after waiting for few days so i decided to call them up. They said the refund is initiated and check with the bank. i checked my back statement i did not find any refunded amount. So i called them up today as well. Now they are telling that the box was empty. I checked before sending the box the watch was in it.

                            I am not sure what to do. I need help. I am fed up with their service and calling them.

                            This is this third class after sales service provided by yep me.
                            I have ordered by using Gift voucher of 1000 Rs. Later on from yep me side due to some technical issue my order were cancelled before almost 2 month and yet amount is not refunded. I have almost 10-15 times call on consumer contact number and representative respond like every time within 3 days your money will refund and yet not refunded this is redicilous service by yep me please dnt use this website its fraud sali.
                            I had ordered shoes from Yepme.com second weak in October with order ID:10690232. But order has been canceled by them and forwarded refund request. I issued refund request. This time itself I made five calls to yepme.com and they replied that refund will be happened within 5 days.
                            I have ordered shoe from yepme.com last October with Order Id 10690232, but order has been canceled by themself and sent me notification about refund process. This time I made 5 calls to yepme service and they replied same thing as it will be refunded within 5 day. Now one month is going to over
                            i returned my damaged shoes to yep me. it cost me Rs 250 by blue dart courier. when i asked them about refunding my shipping charges they told me they can maximum refund me the amount of Rs 150 in form of coupon nothing more than that. it is their policy. they told that i must have send it with speed post. they never send my order by speed post. then why should i? i want my courier charges refunded totally. please help me.

                            Yepme has not delivered my order on time. So two times i have raised complain in yepme.com for refund and late delivery. My complain id are 1576510 and 1664617. Yepme has committed for refund with in 7 days. But still i do not received any refund of my order.

                              Hi Team, My order Id is 4855881. I ordered 3 Sandals, 1 shirt and 1 Jeans pant for Rs.1129 in YEPME.com on 06-Jan-2014 using Credit card. The items were not dispatched till 09-Jan-2014. So I cancelled my order on 09-Jan-2014. As per their rules they should refund the money with in 5-7 working days. But Still I have not received the money from YEPME.com. When I call their customer care they tell that 'The amount will be refunded in 48 hrs' or sometimes they tiil 'Pls wait till saturday' or 'Our Payment gateway is not working'. They dont give any commitment on Refund amount. I got a call on 04-Feb-2014 from the feedback department and they told the money will be refunded in 3-4 days. But still I have not got the money. Its almost 1 month over from Date of cancellation. Pls take this as my complaint and get my money back from YEPME.com. Thank You.

                                  I am really disappointed from the customer care of YEPME.COM. I wanted to give an order for 5 jackets. I called on[protected], some girl Anita Jaiswal picked up the call. She had no sense how to handle a customer. She was so rude on the call. She was in a hurry, like she has to catch up her train.

                                  When I asked her about the stuff of jackets, she told that " mam aap customer care no. pe call kar lo, ye no. sirf order place karne ke liye hai " .


                                  I was really feeling bad while talking to her.

                                  These people have no sense how to talk to a customer. No professionalism on the calls. Pathetic customer services.

                                  I want to log complaint against that stupid girl Anita Jaiswal. How can she talked to me so rudely. Is she the owner of the company ???????

                                  How are you guys tolerating that stupid, mad.. girl...?????...she has no sense to talk to a customer..

                                  I want a written apology from that stupid girl...Anita Jaiswal...

                                  Please try to improve this, otherwise you will be finish sooner. Because I wouldn't like YEPME.COM to go down, its a good Online shopping website.

                                        , i was suffering regarding my refund of order no.3867282, 3867089, 3818390 & 3799762 since oct2013, and latest order complain no. 513817, 513832 and 492271. even after 50 phone calls to customer care, I had send all the packets to their office and also provided the POD report which is having stamp and sign of their concern department, but they are refusing for the payment near about 6800 Rs, customer care are only to forward the matter they do not have any solution nor they are providing other phone numbers.
