I have never received this refund yet. Can you check asap? Its been more
Than a month i am waiting for the refund of these returns and the postal
Charges incurred for the return.

I am not going to call your customer care any more and will only deal with you guys throught the consumer forums.

This is after series of my telephonic calls to yepme regarding non-receipt of refund of defective order no. 4308960 since last two months. Everytime there is an assurance of refund given for the next 3 or 4 days from the date of call but the amount does not gets reflect back into my account.

The refund process was initiated on 28-december-2013 as both the defective orders of the subjected order were returned back. Should this amount doesn't gets returned back within the stipulated time; i shall be forced to take the following course of actions-

I. Make the propaganda of this issue on all the available platforms on internet.
Ii. I shall be forced to make formal police complaints against yepme to the police for fraud & cheating.
Iii. A formal request will be made to the information & technology ministery of govt. Of india giving links to all the plethora of complaints against yepme to take suitable action & hopefully ban this website & affiliates altogether.

As a customer; this would be an un-willing gesture for me, for which you'll be entirely responsible.

I leave the the decision at your discretion.

    Complain 466705 was logged for product replacement 2 months back, however after repeated follow-up I was informed that the warehouse have not received the returned product, after sending the DRS copy the team accepted of receiving the product and assured for refund, which according to them was done on 3rd Jan however the amount never got credited in my bank hence I sent updated bank statement for reference but after that also no one even bother to callback and provide update, when I call they keep on saying that the refund has been done on 3rd Jan, no one willing to check the transaction at their end, also as claimed i should get my courier charges refund, for which the team says will be processed only when they receive the product, HORRIBLE...looks like yepme does not have a proper tool where the customer details and issues are captured correctly.. Any one really willing to help and look into this issue will be much appreciated, this is not the question of money but trust..

      I ordered for 3 pair sandles and one pair shoes on 27/12/2013. Order no. 4566097.I received my product in given time frame of delivery.But the products were of low quality and were missized.So i lodged complaint for refund of money.I also sent them the product on 3/01/2014 which they received on 7/1/14.I have called them prrsistently for several days from then but inspite of repeated promise they are not refundind the money.There is another order for which i had cancelled after receiving my first order.Order no. of that second order is 4618307.Both orders cumulatively cost 1414 rupees.Please help me out.I am also going to file complaint in district forum.

        I called and they said you'll get a refund because the replacement i received was same as before . But when i accessed the site they said no complaints to be added to replacement . I request you to look into this problem because this will be the second time that i'm sending the product back

          you have been sitting on the refund of order number 4668955 for the last 1 month now I have given you pretty good amount of time for rectification and i am not seeing the progress As intimated i will be proceeding to consumer court on monday and will be claiming damages too...

          They are not even refunding my money. Even after follow up of 17 days, i don't get any refund. What i got is spammed email replies to my queries. They have a pathetic staff and such a poor assistance.

          THEY ARE FRAUDS.

          I am also looking forward to file a complaint against yepme in Consumer Court.
          I have ordered shoes through YEPME.com on 3rd july 2014.Order id is 7822918 .

          On 7th july 2014, I received the package and i have rejected at my door stepos, The same day, i raised a complaint with YEPME customer care about the refund money for the product..

          I tried to call them several times, but all the time they were telling that its been under process.Now today, its almost more then 1 months, to get 323 amount i have spent 89 rupees till now to call this people.

          The response which i got from is so horrible. Every time when i call them they are saying that it will take 7 days.they going on extending the day, but refund is not done till now.

          Rs.323 is not a big MONEY, but the way they responds in really hurting.They are all cheating the consumers.I believe that consumer protection forum is the voice of the consumers and they can resolve my issue.

          I just hate this Yepme service and if they would have said me directly that you will not receive any money as refund that answer would be even more better, because they are clear about some answer.

          From now i have decided to give -ve feed back even to my friends and also suggest them not to buy products from YEPME.

          Shame on your service, you will take 323 days to refund just an amount of 323 .It is better you close you company.

          I had ordered 3 products (order # 7227873 on may) out of which 1 one was of manageable quality and 2 were just crap. I send it back for refund and i had to pay the shipping charges + i had already paid for the product.
          Now they say they received my product and are processing my refund. Its been 5 months and no refund received, all these call center guys from somewhere in north says that i will receive it.
          This is the first time i faced such an issue with an online shop. I believe flipkart, snapdeal, Shopclues etc are genuine.
          But one thing i can say is Yepme is a cheap road side seller of low quality crap and also a big time Cheat.

          My order (no[protected] was placed on 19th december 2014 through online paymnet and the sari delivered was a different color from the image shown, so it was returned (complaint n. 1234393) and after quality check and I received a message on 16th january 2015 that refund of Rs 1524 has been processed. But it was not credited into my account. When I called customer care, they gave me a transaction ID which was non traceble, and so they asked me to submit my bank statement & they said it will be processed in 3-4 days. I have made several calls to the Customer care department but nobody seems to know what the refunds department is up to and they wont even respond to mails.
          According to the terms and conditions of yepme.com site, after quality check refund will be processed in 10 days and I have not received the refund even after 40 days of returning the product.
          Please do the needful and get my refund.
          Its been a month now that I have kept calling yepme.com but of no aid ..
          the customer care representatives cannot talk properly and once even the call was cut on my face !
          Neither I got the refund nor I got a call from their senior department
          infact i have called them 15 times now .. 10 mins each call which is Rs 150 itself added to it !

Your refund amount save on your account. i will chek my balance after 4 to 5 hrs but not save in my account Rs. 500/-.                   Hi i placed an order on 1st Jan 2014 and order number is #4770748 and immediately on that day itself i cancelled the order and requested for refund the amount. I requested for the refund for the same on 1st Jan 2014 and now it is end of January, which almost a month. Is this kind of operations you have to refund the amount which will take one month? I called so many times from the date of refund requested, and your customer care people always says the same reply “ we will get back to you within 48 hrs and we escalated your concern to the concerned department and can expect the refund in 72 hrs”. Like this I spent almost Rs. 80-100 in phone calls while talking to customer care, But still no resolution from your side. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                    This is in reference to our Order no 4501861 with Yepme.com, we have requested for the refund against complaint no 516062.It has been almost a month where in we have been calling on a daily basis with no results. Every day same answer from the tele executive that it will be done within 24hours/48 hours, seems like an answering machine where in same answers is been fed.If been asked to transfer the call to the Supervisor, every day answer is been that he/she is busy or will call back, but til date no call back...may be they are so used to the refund complaint that they are least bothered. Have a request apart from the refund that strict action should be taken against the portals like this who are giving bad name to the Indian market.

                            Hi, I ordered a product from www.yepme.com and made payment through internet marketing of rs 345/-. I got a confirmation email and message on my mobile phone regarding the confirmation of my order and deduction of money from my bank account. Later on, yepme guys cancelled my order for no reason and now they are not refunding my money. I have maintained a complete follow up with these guys but they are just sending me automated emails everyday. They are not providing me any assistance and causing a mental harassment to me. My order number is - 5015225 I have also contacted my bank authorities and they have confirmed that the money is deducted from my account. PFA. I HAVE ATTACHED THE TRANSACTION DETAILS AND THE SCREENSHOT OF EMAIL THAT I GOT FROM YEPME REGARDING THE DEDUCTION OF MY MONEY AND CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER.                             I have called on this number for several times but it never got connected to the staff. Moreover, i have sent tons of emails to you guys but all i got is the automated email reply like the automated reply you have posted here under my above query.

                            I have purchased 2 top on 24 April. But they have sent me wrong product. Then I have called on Yepme customer care for refund my amount. They told me for returning product and said that amount will refund within 14 days by Cheque. Todays is 2nd of June and I have called minimum 5 times in Yepme regarding my refund. Every time they tell that we have sent cheque by courier and I will receive my Cheque within 4 days. Last time they provided me docket no. But after 4 days, still I have not received any cheque. And today when I called, they told me that cheque is returned because Address is incorrect. When they sent product at that time address was correct and now when they sent cheque address is incorrect, How is it possible?

                            Please stop fooling customers and if yep me cannot run business then they can shut down .

                              I placed an order in Yepme for a shoe (Order Number : 4527179) and when i received it there was mismatch in size so i was asked to resend the product by yepme customer care back to them for a replacement product in my own cost and they assured the shipping charges would be refunded back. I spent Rs.135 from my own pocket to send them the product through Speed post on 23-Dec-2013. Up on receiving the product i have received my replacement product with the order number : 4598752. After all this, i kept calling them for my Shipping refund i got to know that refund was initiated on 27-Dec-2013. As per their policies the refund should be settled in 10-12 working days, but still now (24-Jan-2014) i did not receive my refund. I repeatedly called the customer care just to hear their fake promise that my refund will reach me in this week, 24- 48 hours etc twice. If you going to order something in yepme and replace it please be aware of this process, they does not arrange pick up by themselves like other service providers. Really horrible service i have never experienced before with any service provider

                                Hello I had purchased an item from Yepme.com where they had transfered a damage product. So i had returned the product as per their return policy. Its been 30 days still now i havent received the amount, daily I am checking with them and they are telling it will be done in 2 days.                                 Hello at that time i was busy hence not able to pick your call, after that i got a message asking for the best time. So i had replied back to that number with the timings. Still now i havent got a call from you people.
                                For your reference am posting once again with the timings.
                                Before 6 PM is fine for me on any day.
                                Still there is no call from you... may i know the reason.
                                My order Id is 4855881 . I ordered 3 Sandals, 1 shirt and 1 Jeans pant in YEPME.com on 06-Jan-2014 for Rs.1129. They did not dispatch the items till 09-Jan-2014. So I cancelled the order on 09-Jan-2014.

                                As per their policy mentioned in their website they should refund the money in 5-7 Days. But till now I have not received my refund back.

                                When I call to their customer care they always tell 'Pls wait for 48 hrs'. And they dont give any commitments on Refund amount.

                                So Pls help me to get the money from YEPME.com
                                it has been one month that i have returned my product asking for refund but till now i have never recieved my money back.
                                I have returned the product within half an hour . This really a bad experience of shopping at yepme

                                  I had send back products worth Rs. 823 via dtdc courier # M01227425 costing me another 150 Rs. I lodged a complaint # 158999 on 8th jan wrt to pathetic product quality and as sent back the product to Yep me Delhi address. Once the product was delivered, have been following up with the Yep me . At first, they confirmed that the courier has been received and the refund would be processed in a week. However, on the follow-up call, the representative says they didn't receive the courier. I called back the courier company and they even sent me their DRS copy stating that the courier was indeed delivered. On the contrary, speaking to the supervisor from DTDC, got to know that the yep me guys play hard and do not receive couriers often asking them to come later to deliver. Also, when they do take the delivery Yep me guys just put them all in a sack and throw it away in the warehouse without even taking a note of which courier is coming in. To top all this they have got an even pathetic customer care who keep making you narrate your facts again and again without providing any solution. Never ever shop with Yep me...

                                  I have placed order on 15-Feb-2015 (Order No.[protected]. Till today order has not been delivered. I raised complaint on it's portal on 23-Feb-2015 & their officer told me that it will get delivered in 2 days. Still it has not delivered.
                                  When I again enquired on their contact No. person says he will look into it & give feedback in 2 days. I do not know what exactly the problem is.

                                  What kind of service is this ? Do these people bother for their customers ? If you do not want customers, tell specifically.

                                    I had replaced and order due to size issue. For that i had to courier them back my order on my own and as per company policies they would refund me the courier charges. It has been 1 month they had not refund the amount, also they have taken my bank details asking so that they could refund the amount. I had contacted the customer care many a times and mailed them too but there has been no positive response from their side. I need my money back. I am fearing whether it is a Fraud Company, as it has taken my bank details for refund purpose and has not made the refund yet.Order no's are :4475825 and 4467421. (Returned) Order no : 4476532.                                       My order no, is 4863680.my speed post charges are not refund by them till now...i had ordered a pair of shoes on 10th jan 2014...but due to thier blunder mistake...They send me both right foot...then i called to costumer care for replacement.They said me that send it back that pair of shoes by speed post.And they said that your charges of speed post((((((Rs[protected] will be refundable...and send it u back.but till date no refund delievered to me... YEPME.COM IS GROUP OF ALL THIEFS...SHAME ON U YEPME.COM

                                        I have order an item bearing code-29486_YPXL_1 on 16th jan 2014 at 5:40 PM, order no.5014530.
                                        I paid through my SBI credit card vide POS 00009096 through Growthways_EMVANTAGE IN txn#[protected] worth Rs.399.

                                        But i didnot receive my product yet.
                                        But on 22nd jan at about 4:29 PM i receive one message from YEPME that my online payment could not be completed.

                                        Plz help me in this regard to avoid me to take the shelter of law.
