Charges incurred for the return.

its been more than 1 month i have purchased the shoes from yepme.com . they were not having shoes size which i required so i asked for refunding my money back. when ever i call consumer care service they keep on delaying that complaint is under processing. complaint no 456101 order no 4299524...

Hi i placed an order on 1st Jan 2014 and order number is #4770748 and immediately on that day itself i cancelled the order and requested for refund the amount. Hi, I ordered a product from www.yepme.com and made payment through internet marketing of rs 345/-. I got a confirmation email and message on my mobile phone regarding the confirmation of my order and deduction of money from my bank account. Later on, yepme guys cancelled my order for no reason and now they are not refunding my money. I have maintained a complete follow up with these guys but they are just sending me automated emails...

I have order an item bearing code-29486_YPXL_1 on 16th jan 2014 at 5:40 PM, order no.5014530.
I paid through my SBI credit card vide POS 00009096 through Growthways_EMVANTAGE IN txn#[protected] worth Rs.399.

But i didnot receive my product yet.
But on 22nd jan at about 4:29 PM i receive one message from YEPME that my online payment could not be completed.

Plz help me in...
