Have placed order on yepme on 6th november with number 33948871 due to mistake in entering zip code it has been misrooted to different destination (Ananthapur). After clarifing the adress they again dispatch to other place (Hyderabad) make necessary corrections to send the consignment to adress provide as early as possible.

    Order no 33959854
    Order not dispatched even after 5 days. Nor does the customer care pick up calls. Few days ago i ordered a shoe and faced the same problem. When tried cancelling the order, the order was removed from the order list but no cash was refunded.
    So i don't want to repeat that mistake. Although i don't have any complaints about the quality of yepme products, but their poor customer service really upsets me.

    Dear yepme,

    I have been a loyal customer of your site from a very long time. And i never had any complaints about the quality of your products. Though your shipping and delivery may not be the fastest, but it still was nothing major issue solely because of the fact that your product quality is simply amazing.

    But lately i am facing some really bad issues with your site. I still order from you site but a few days ago, i ordered a shoe and it was not dispatched for a long time. So i tried cancelling the order. After that, the order was removed from the order list yet no refund was received. I thought it was a minor bug and let it go.
    I continued shopping from your site and two orders after that, was received flawlessly.
    But once again, now order no 33959854 was placed by me and it again faced the same problem. It is still not dispatched. I am not sure if i should cancel the order, since the last time i didn't receive the refund.
    Kindly respond soon as your customer care number is also not responding to any call.

      I had paid by paytm wallet they had confirmed that payment has been successfully sent to yep me. But yepme has cancelled my order n now they aren't even replaying mail or not even receiving calls. So please help me out i had sent them mail around 10-12 times but they didn't gave reply and i had tried calling them for 40-50 time around 2 -2 hours still they didn't received my call

        I have ordered nehru jacket on 8th nov 2017 with order id 33956617... The yepme site shows that order is rejected from their end... Seeing this as a transaction failure i have already confirmed with billdesk and paytm for successful payment to yepme..

        I m calling them from last 4 days daily 20 times but no response and hav sent email also

        Plz give the refund...

            It's my fourth complaint on these website still my problem not resolved.
            I have filled complaint against yepme on national consumer of india.
            My complaint id is 500736. Yepme have seven days of time to resolve my refund issue. I am waiting for your reply.
            Order was placed on 8 september 2017. It has been 90 days still i am not able get my refund. Order number was 33866797 and 33866801. Amount of 518 rs total deducted from my account but order was not delivered and order cancelled due to out of stock without any notification from yepme.
            I had ordered two pair of sports shoes price of 518rs total.

                On 1/11/2017 i given order 1 formal shoes from yep me order placed & amt deducted from my account but i can not received any sms or email of order number its shown in my order list but next day its not shown in my order list i can not mention any where my order number still i have not received my order or refund.                   Hi team,

                  I have placed the order on 06th nov'17 12:15pm, but the order status is reflecting as pending review. Post that i made a call to your respective customer care no. But post waiting of almost 30 minutes one of your representative picked up the call then he enquired few question & asked me to be on hold for while, i asked him not to put on hold for long as i have waited for 30 minute to speak to them he did assured me that he won't keep hold for too long but he did kept on hold for more than 10 minute & then without resuming the call he disconnected it & wasted my all effort. Though i considered it as xyz issued and did called again on customer care no. But no one picked up the call even after waiting of 31 minute 49 second. Trust me this is worst service i faced till now & i won't recommend yepme now to any of my friend or collegue. Request you to look in to it & solve the issue asap.
                  I do not wish to seek for such service or yepme ahead in future & will end up here with this last transaction only. I kept trying the same till now but call has not been answered through customer care. Now my order is also not reflecting on yepme.

                  Please refer to attachment wherein you can see the Order ID No. 33951113, have ordered using coupon of 1000 rs from SBI & 617 Rs. from my HDFC net banking. now even i can't see the reflecting the same order ID in Yepme a/c & neither i did received any refund from yepme. now please refund my 617 to my HDFC a/c.

                      I ordered a watch on 11th june 2017 and i order id is 33735589. I received the watch in damaged condition so i request for refund, yepme arranged for a pick up and promised to refund within 14-21 days but it is already 5months and i did not get my refund yet.

                      In between i sent them mail 2times and i got reply that they forwarded my message to concern department but still no response.

                          I placed an order with yepme on 7th November, 2017 (Order Id :[protected]. Although I received a confirmation text from yepme with the mentioned order Id. The text says it will be delivered to me by 11th November, 2017, but nothing such has happened yet. When I’m calling the Customer Care, they’re not attending the calls. I read the complaints from the customers now. Can someone please tell me if I’ll be receiving the order or I wasted the money? Or if in case I receive the order, will it be used? I’ve never experienced this before in online shopping. Seriously I have not expected this.

I ordered other things and got other things in my parcel and i have tried ur call many times but your call are coming busy from last two days & I ordered this for function which is on 16 November so Please sir pickup my product soon and refund me my paid amount which is 857 /- INR soon because your return policy is only till 14 days from delivery.& Not contacted yet i[censored] don't respond till tomorrow then I'll go to consumer Court against you Thank you

                                On 26/10/2017, i bought/placed the above order with you for [clothing]. The [clothing] has still not been delivered.
                                We agreed at the point that i placed the order that it would arrive [on date -02/11/2017].
                                Under the consumer rights act you are required to deliver the [item-clothing] to me at the agreed time. As i have still not received [item-clothing] and it is past the agreed time, i believe you’re in breach of contract.
                                In accordance with the consumer rights act i am giving you a final opportunity to deliver the goods.

                                If you do not deliver the [item - clothing] by [date-16/11/2017], i will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of [rs.-2794/].

                                    I didn't get refund for a product that i cancelled within one hour of ordering.

                                    I also have transaction id of the payment that i made to yep me.com.

                                    Moreover no one take ups the call in customer care. It is not right to disappoint your customers. Atleast tell me when i can expect my refund.

                                    I tried calling yep me so many times. Not even a single time my call was taken. Ho w can you just take somones monay like this.

                                      I am making this complaint again because my previous complaint is marked as resolved but actually issue is still pending.

                                      I am still waiting for refund for order placed on 15 june 2017 with order no: 33758123. I made advance payment online

                                      It is 4 months now since i placed my order. Order is rejected by yepme and they are still keeping my money.

                                        I had placed an order on[protected] vide order id 33951819 and after making a payment only an sms is received regarding order and no email regarding order confirmation is received till now. Order status is still shown as pending for verification.

                                        Tried calling on customer care number but numbers are not responding.

                                        I have also purchased from yepme before but this type of service is not expected.
