This is my 3rd order... First 2 orders got delivered without any difficulty to my delivered address.. Now this is my 3rd order which i placed 4 orders for shoe worth of 1277... I don't even get email confirmation for the placed order only sms confirmation i got. Now after 9 days the order was cancelled without informing me. Till date i don't get any email ya sms that they cancelled n refund will be done. When i calls nobody answer.. How customer support will be so useless... These site should be punished severely

    I purached item worth 700 rupess. I am trying call center for reverse pickup. Daily call on number given but phone ring for 30minute and get disconnect. No response of them. Not even by mail
    What to do in this case.

    Please give me solution as soon as possible. Very bed quality of item. I need refund and reverser pick up from them.

    Ever courier people not delivered item on hand. And they didn't update status too

    Please call back. I have return product but it was unclaimed by company. So it has return to me back again it cost me 120 rupess over all .post tracking id is Ek[protected]IN.       I ordered a yepme branded men's watch - blue (Order no[protected] on 16th aug, 2017 and paid online. It was showing delivery will be done within 25 aug, 2017 but till 21 aug no dispatch process had been initiated so i launched a complaint in yepme to make the process fast with complain no - 3036960.

      The next day i have seen no order is shown on ‘my orders’ section and ‘order cancelled’ status while checking ‘order status’. They cancelled my order without any reason and have not refund my money till date.

        From 5 days i am trying to contact with them and i'm waiting on cal while they are transferring the cal for so long and no one is picking the cal and there is no response from their side.
        This is not right one should respond from the site. I prepaid money for this order. Kindly please contact with me and solve my problem.

            I order a yepme shoes from yepme.com on 25/10/2017 which order id is 33932610, i pay via my credit card & the payment was successful paid & order was successful placed & delivery date was 29/10/2017 but i can't receive my product yet, after 4-5 days my order was not listed in order history, they (Yepme) remove my order from my order list, i m trying many time to contact their customer care but can't rach to representative after waiting 30 minutes on call, customer care service is very poor, wrost customer care service, i have never seen before customer care service like yepme, pls help how i get my money or product

              I placed an order of a shirt on yepme of rs 578 on 2nd november... The same day i made an account with the name of vaibhav. I made the payment with paytm and the money was deducted from my account as i confirmed the order... I did't receive any mail or message regarding order confirmation but one message stating that loyalty points worth 80 rs will be credited to your account after delivery... Everything was fine till 2nd but on 3rd when i checked my account for the info of the product... I found that my name was changed to my mother's name... Although i logged in form the same account... I tried to change my name but it didn't change... Then i checked the order list... But it was all empty... Now i even don't have the order id as it is not showing in the orders list.. Nor it was shown in any message or mail... There is no email... No message regarding the... Product... I called the customer care but they didn't pick up the phone... Now either return my money or deliver my shirt as soon as possible... Email - [protected]@gmail.com... Phn: [protected]

But product not yet delivered I am checked in 29 oct also after I am checked in 31 oct 2017 the product has been rejected. How it is possible to reject the product. Kindly explain the same.                     In September I ordered a watch from yepme company but company not give me product and also not give me single response against my 15 complaint. This is very unprofessional behaviour of the yepme company. I suggest my all frnds and family members to not get any products from yepme company.

                        I have complained 3 to 4 times against them in this forum, but no response.
                        My three orders, order nos 33762437 in june 2017, 33795213 in july 2017 & 33819811 in aug 2017. I paid money online for all the three orders amounting total around rupees 860. Yepme cancelled all three orders one by one without giving any reason and inspite of many communication, including in this forum, my money not yet refunded till now. My worst experience. Please take up with them and kindly make them pay my hard earned money back.

                            I ordered the product online yepme.com on 28 oct 17. The money of rs.1217 was paid through oxegen wallet for the same but order status/details not sent by yepme on my registered mob. No. [protected] or email id. [protected]@gmail.com
                            Oxegen wallet showing transaction successful of rs. 1217 but yepme merchant not rcvd money or showing failed transaction.

                              On october 29, 2017, i tried placing an order for blue bellies on yepme. First, i tried paying with the mobile app, the payments were not successful but the loyalty points were eaten up (Image attached). Then, i tried paying through paytm. The payment was done from it and i got the confirmation from paytm regarding this (Image attached). But, at yepme, the order was not confirmed. But, all the loyalty points were gone, although i am least bothered about it. Now, there is no information from the company about the money they took from my paytm account. As you may see in the images, the loyalty points sections show order numbers: 33936661, 33936662, 33936670, 33936687. But, the order details have been removed from "my orders" page. I sent an e-mail to the customer care, no reply. I approached them through twitter and facebook. They didn't attend. The least i want is my money back or the equivalent product.

                                Please note that i was placing an order for 3 churidars on your site. The
                                Payment of rs 481 from paytm has been successful however, i received an sms
                                From yepme that the order could not be verified.
                                An order no 33924852 is
                                Created on 16th oct'17 against which i had made the payment.
                                I am unable to contact yepme through the
                                Customer care nos[protected] and[protected]. Further, mails are also
                                Not getting delivered to the customer care email box.
                                The order on the portal under my login id is also no more visible.
                                Have also lost lot of money in call waiting as the customer care no gets forwarded and only music keeps on playing

                                  I order from yepme.com yesterday i had receive the courier at evening.
                                  When i had tried my jacket the buttom of the jacket were brokeout and product good conditions are to old, so i don't satisfy the product what i was expected, my need are unfullfill.
                                  Therefore i need to return the product and need cash back as soon as possible.

                                    My order has been cancelled and amount has been deducted from paytm account. When i tried to contact customer care no one attended the call.
                                    I need a refund or the product.

                                    When i checked many has got the same experience.

                                    Making an error is common but at least customer care should be active and solve it. They are not even attending the call and i'm loosing money for that too as call charges.

                                      I have placed two order on 16.10.2017 and made online successful payment for two orders. I have received first order but second order notification is not showing in my yepme app as well as i did not received my second order till now. I have proof of successful payment of second order rs 597 as my bank pass book. So i request you to refund my money or provide my order as soon as possible. Call me urgently for your reaction.

                                        I had booked a pair of shoes on 16th october 2017 (Order id[protected] on yepme.com and made the online payment for the same via paytm wallet. However i'm yet to receive my order. Kindly get the order delivered at the earliest. The customer care number is not responding and mails to customer. [protected]@yepme.com and [protected]@yepme.com are not being replied.
                                        Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I ordered formal shoes of 1 pair in yepme website on 20th october 2017 i payed the amount online i dint get the product when i check the status it shows as order rejected.i dint get refund .please resolve the issue order number is:33928465

                                        Lastly I registered my complaint in National consumer forum and docket no 484493 . Thank you
                                        Order # 33932423 and 33933327 the status of my order still showing as pending for review from last 1 week.

                                        I done the Payment as well andstill i have not received my order and i am not able to reach customer care as well.
