My order number[protected] placed on 23rd june
Expected delivery was 1st july

On 2nd july i have raised an complaint, complaint number is - 3016011
No one responded till date.

I haven't got the goods nor the refund, and i cant even find my order in the list.
I was trying to reach customer care number, but no one responds.

Its literally been 4 months i'm waiting for my money

I had ordered sneakers from yepme and I had payed online through Paytm. I got a message that it will be delivered within 5-7 days but after 15 days it wasn’t delivered so I canceled the order and till now didn’t get any msg on refund the order was canceled but no refund given. Please give my money back. And I tried calling the yepme landline but no one is receiving.

I done the Payment as well andstill i have not received my order and i am not able to reach customer care as well.

I kunal jalan, hereby like to alert you that yep me has been fooling me since past 8months. The matter is i ordered few products on 31st july 2017, order no. 33812307. Since i have been trying from past 4 months via yepme customer care and emails., they are least bothered for my order worth rs. 3500 which i hav already paid. I hav called and been on hold for 40mnts to get response but i was put on hold. This has happened 3 to 4 times. Yepme should be closed if they cannot provide service. So my kind request is to resolve the situation asap. Also they hav changed order no. Without informing me. I hav attached copy of orders, coupon scheme.

I had ordered three shirts from yep me. On 17/06/2017. Each was of rs 681/-. The order number is order id:33761774. I recieved one shirt but the rest two were cancelled by yepme saying those two are not available with them. I called the customer care, firstly these people take more than half hour to attend the call. The customer care said that your money will be refunded within 30 working days due to some technical difficulties yepme was facing. A month passed they told me it will take 15 days now after 15 days still they say it will be done with in 7 days. Its been 4 months since ive order yepme has not refunded my amount and now from the last 2 months they have stop answering my calls.
The amount yep me has to refund is rs 1362/- the customer care service is really bad and worse.

But my said order has been cancelled by yepme itself without any reason. I have already complaint against this but yet i am waiting for my refund.
I was so excited with my order at yepme.com but now its really bad experience with this order.

Hi,
I booked a pair of casual shoes on 14-oct. I made online payment as well. After that there is no update from them. When i logged in, order detail itself is not available. If not able to process, then atleast money has to be refunded. That also not done till date.

Logged complaint two times 3047332 and 3048450. No response over mail. No one pickup the call if i call customer care number.

Now i'm not able to login into my yepme account, it's saying invalid password,
Even that forgot password link does not works.
I had sent many emails but there are no signs of reply.

Even,
Tere are no signs of refund.

I have ordered products from yepme 1 year back, i have received confirmation that the products are being shipped to my billing address upon checking the status of the order number it has been cancelled. I was shocked i called back to customer care persons they have informed that it was cancelled by yepme team due to non availability of products. But i have already paid for that order. After few i expected that money will be refunded. I have even emailed and called to customer care. Still today no response

Respected sir,
It's my third complain for yepme on these sites still i am not able get my money back from yepme. No one contacted me from yepme regarding these issue.
I have been send mail to their official email account at least 3 times still no one reply from yepme.
My orders number are 33866797 and 33866801 which placed before 50 days on yepme site through online debit card. After that my order cancelled due to out of stock without any notification by yepme team. I lodged two complaint on yepme about my refund still i did not get my refund. I want my refund in any type of form like yepme credit points in my yepme account.

Please give my money back to me and don't copy paste the comments to complain.

I try to connect to yepme service center through there customer care number-[protected]. After waiting for 2 hours a guy picks call when i ask him why you took so long he immediately rejects the call. I had ordered a shoe through yepme under order no:33913397 but since there was size issue i raused a complaint under complaint nub:3047007. I have sent back the product to the address they have mentioned. Through dtdc courier, awd number:b48287527.
But they have rejected the parcel. The tag was intact after just 4days i have sent the parcel. They dont reply to emails, now when i take time to contact them they just shut me down after waiting for 2 hours. That's not acceptable.

I have ordered kurtas from yepme on 14/10/2017 and I made the payment online of rs 1313 the order delivery date was 20/10/2017 . My order got rejected after 20/10/2017 and customer care has not informed me about this and now customer care is not picking up the call . No information about my refund . Please see to it

I have ordered something from yepme.com with order id "33859650" on (Sep 04, 2017). I received confirmation sms also for this product that it will be delivered.
I paid for my order online with a debit card. This is what they show "mode of payment: credit".

But after few days i checked for tracking it says that "order rejected" and no response from yepme.com. I tried to call customer care but they are always not picking up the phone.

Still i not get refunded my money and no response from yepme.com

I ordered kurtas from yepme on 14/10/2017 and i paid the payment online of rs 1313 i didn't get any message about my order but i got the mail that my payment is confirmed and i tracked my order it was showing delivery date 20/10/2017. On 21/10/2017 i saw that my order got rejected no reason was showed that why it was rejected. I called customer care many times nobody picked my call and their is not further confirmation about my refund. I request u to please inform the company about my problem
