I purchased 2 pair of shoes and transaction done by debit card. My order was cancle by yepme team because out of stock on dated 15 july 2017. So at the till date i have not recieved my refund. I have many mail and many call try it but no response anyone. Plz help now what i can do?

Ya u just reply by mail and tell to wait for response but after 3 month what your team to do and plz tell me which have a recieve my refund. Online shopping me itna slow kyu hai apki service ? I have prepaid for yepme order, so far it has not been delivered and there is no contact number to reach out to. I tried cancelling for the order and its not happening either.

    I have been purchased a kurta from yepme.com but quality is too bad so call yepme but they didnt attained my call since 2 weeks.

    After 2 week they told me that next day we will pickup product but they came after 1 week.

    Now they received my product since 2 week but not refunded my money and not receiving call.

    Yepme has third class services. Never buy from this site because after selles service is too much bad.

      I have ordered same product twice and paid for one, but unfortunately the two orders were cancelled ( order no : 33889577 &[protected] and i haven't received any refund.

        Requesting yepme to refund money. Because i received damaged product..

        I ordered yepme premium formal shoes - brown 1 shoe size-11 on 2 oct 17.

        Expected delivery date : october 09, 2017. My order id: 3390412. After making

        Complaint. Today i received my product on 15/10/2017. More than 5 days from expected delivery date.

        But its old and damaged product that i have received.

        I tried to contact you but no response.

        When i request refund i cant submit. Because its asking shoe size which i am not able to select shoe size.
        So i am sending this mail. Please replay and guide me what to do next.

          I have ordered from yepme 2 months back payments are done online but they are not delivering and whenever i m dialing customer care number then don’t receive they make us wait for 5 minuets and cut the call automatically. It’s been happening from 2 months my family has been trying there number it’s not happening. I need to contact them it’s going out or limit and i am loosing my order number is 33847135
          They didn’t deliver it then i made another order but then did not deliver that too that order id is 33833225 it’s just too much i m thinking to file complaint in police now please revert back

            Frist order no.33796089complaint no. 3029117 second order 33802402 dt 26 july2017 and 33802403 complaint no 3031060 dt 10 august2017 refund money immediatly.. My mobile no.[protected] this company fraud avoid online shopping

                  I placed two seperate orders for a apir of sports shoes and made the payment through icicbank credit card on aug29 2017 around 8pm. While i recieved one pair of shoes against one order the supply against other order for which payment was made by me has not yet been recieved.
                  I logged the complaints on sept 15, sep18 and oct october4. Complaints acknowledged by sms[protected]sep,[protected]sep, 3044816 4oct, 3044874 4oct). The phone calls to their given number are kept permanently on hold till they get disconnected. I had also sent them an email giving the above details.
                  . The transaction reference under which above payments were made through icicibank card is given below

If you can't give me my order than give me my money back on my account. I try to contact yepme customer care but they are unavailable. Its till more than 1month i try to contact but i failed so please i[censored] cann't give me my order then refund my money to my account.

As they are unable to give me my order they refund my money. I tried so many time to contact with yepme cutomer care but they are unavailable. They don't back any call to me. If they cann't give my order they back my money. It was an online transaction for the product.

                      Sir,

                      I have ordered a shoe from yepme.com 0n 14-07017 and paid rs.419 for it through net banking.
                      I have cancelled the same order[protected] and the refund initiated on 17-07-17.
                      They have a refund policy which says 'it will take 14 to 20 days for refund process' (Too late compared to other shopping websites).

                      On 11-08-17 they sent a mail
                      'we regret to inform you that refund is getting much delayed due to unavoidable reasons. We alternatively suggest you to take refund in form of coupon."

                      Its been now 3 month after refund is initiated. No money refunded to me. While contacting them via toll free number, not connecting to executive..

                      I have checked there facebook page. There are many customers raise complaints againts their cheating... They are making consumers fools..

                      I have raised a complaint against www.yepme.com on aug 27, 2017. My complaint is 'marked as resolved' without actually resolving it.

                      Is this forum is fake.. Can i trust your support..

                      Please do the needful.

                        I called in yepme customer care many times but they are telling that we will refund the amount. But till now i have not received refund from yepme.

                        Please help me to get out with this mess.

                              I was ordered on 9th september delivery comitted on 14 september but they can't send. Again those peoples update my order on 7 october and delivery time update 11 octoberand not recieved till now even i wasl pay 2500 with coupon and balance commited for cod. Moy total value is approximately 3300 i was pay 2500 rs and balance cash on delivery. So many times i was call on customer care no body pick the call, complaint some time @ website in complaint boxbut result is zero nobody reply. So plz resolve the issue and delivered the items.                                 I have ordered few items from yepme.com, which they have neither shipped nor refunding my paid amount. Im doing constant follow up since 30 aug 2017 and every single time they are just making fales commitment and today when i asked question about my money yepme cs said they will block me, what does it means, we have paid our money and we cant ask for that. Kindly look into this matter and refund my money into my bank account.

                                      I had purchased fives pairs of yepme shoes on dated 06 september 2017 at 2:9 pm, but due to some product defect my order had been automatically cancelled from company side (Yepme.com), after that i had concern yepme customer representative then he told me your payable amount will be refund within 21 days, but till date my amount has't credit in my account.
                                      So kindly check this issue & resolve my problem and also refund my payable amount.

                                      My order id is 33861593. I had placed order on 06 september worth rs of 1536. I have ordered five pairs of shoes which cancelled by yepme itself due to some unavoidable problem. I had concern registered yepme customer care about this problem. Still i am not get my money from yepme.
                                      If yepme was not able to refund my money i will register complaint to consumer form of india regarding these. So you have 1 week of time to contact me and refund my money.

                                        I have ordered a product from yepme on 28 [protected]@ave paid the money through my card. But the product is not delivered to me. 2 days before i check my email there is ready to disptach but when i check today then the order id is not there even order id has been deleted by you wat the hell is going on. I have also tried to call on your customer care no but nobody pick up the call i have waited and wasted my 30 min there. What # services you are providing?? I dont have order id even why you have deleted that tell me and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        Hello yepme, myself prem dhyani . i m totally unsatisfied with ur service .i hav orderd a sports shoes from yepme before 7-8 days i didnt recieved till yet and customer care are not responsive my order num[protected] ...call me fast what should i do
                                        I want to cancel my order which was wrongly ordered. I had received the yepme confirmation call. And rejected the order, but still its showing your item has been dispatched. Order Number is33919548. It was wrongly ordered by Cash ON delivery. I want to cancel my order.
