Placed an order on 2/10/17 order#33904205
Initially order status was verified, then it was pending verification since i used indusind voucher provided with platinum card. Customer care initally said it will be verified and processed, you'll get the shipping details on mobile and email for tracking.
Called for hours on [protected]. Nobody picks. It ends automatically after 50 min of waiting every time.
After that today my order is not even visible on page.
I have screenshots of order status verified and pending verification if you want me to upload.
No tracking info, no confirmation provided.
Removed the order from profile as if i never ordered any product.
Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

So this means, I can't complaint regarding my order because my order is cancelled and vanished from my profile without any information whatsoever.

Got response on Facebook which I assumed they will say after checking complaints here.
The product selected by you has received an over whelming response and is currently out of stock. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your order. you can place new order.
Now the voucher shows Coupon Invalid. Complete scam done by Yepme.

    Yepme snd me invalid coupon code on 28 july'17. While i try to apply that coupon code it shows invalid coupon. Value of that coupon code is rs 2146 valid till 26 oct'17. Now i try to contact yepme customer care they are not receiving my call. Almost i try daily 1 hr to call them bt they not receive my call and nt response to my email also.
    Yepme.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        My order has been not been shipped yet eventhough it said that the delivery would be by 10th october. The order status was pending since many days. I tried contacting the customer service several times. Nobody answered the call and they kept me waiting for more than half hour. There is no way to contact them and enquire about my refund details. I didnot receive any message about the refund as well. It is sure that yepme.com is an online fraud shopping. They send only the damaged products and you cant even return the item. Once u post the item to their office you would not get...
        No one responds to mails sent to [protected]@yepme.com. This is like hell. Is yepme shut downed its services. Why the hell no one is responding

        Wrote many times to [protected]@yepme.com, but there is no the hell to reply for my concern.

        If the item is out of stock, then why the hell it is showing in the product list and why the hell order is accepted and money getting debited. I want money to be refunded back ASAP

          I have ordered on 30 september 2017 to yepme and paid the amount already but it shows status pending and i have not received any email. I tried customer care so many time but it shows always busy and no one responds to it after a waiting for an hour. It took too much time for delivery when i received message that it will be delivered in 5 to 6 days.

            My ordered id is : 33903000.
            I have ordered total 10 products on 30 sept 2017 and got order confirmation also that order has placed successfully. The worry is, till date not recd any call from yepme, not recd any dispatch details. We have checked with the help of tracker but status is showing pending for confirmation. Tried to call everyday on customer care number but no one has picked up the call and this call i am doing daily. Is it really the customer care number?? Is this the way to care the customer??

              My order no. 33825993 dt 14 aug of shoes was delivered to me on 20 aug they are informing through their app that 50 reward points worth rs 50 will be credited to my account after delivery. But one and half month has been passed and points are not credited. Several attempts have been made on phone to contact customer care but they keep on waiting and not attending the customer. There is no any email address to send them mail. A very poor service to contact them. Phone is also not toll free hence customer are expending lot of mony to contact them. Yours sincerely r c pandey

                I bought a pair of shoes from yepme.com on 4th september 2017 and didn't received it and when i complained about this yepme told that product is out of stock and you will get your refund within 14-20 days but its more than a month and i haven't received any of my money yet.
                This company has brocken all records of cheating and frauds i have complained about this matter on www.consumercomplaints.in about 4 times and everytime they just bluff it off.
                No one picks up the phone on customer care number no response from also.
                I am going to file a complaint in consumer court now if yepme.com don't refund my money.

                    Jeans is not of my size it is too loose too long in length . It can not get aulter in any way. It is not in use . It will get waste . I have short height so loose pattern will not look good on me . I have purchased it from coupen promo code gifted me from HDFC bank on my credit card. Kindly change my product .

                      I ordered two pairs of track suits. After receiving i came to know that they are of low quality and returned the products with my own charges. They didn't refund the amount till now. I have been doing follow up since 4 months. The only response i received is we'll inform it to the concerned team and apologies for the inconvenience caused (The same copy paste mail). I request none to buy any products from yepme. They are worthless and you forget about the refund. So better don't buy products from yepme

                        I bought a tshirt amd paid the whole amount and its delivery date was 30th september but till now they have not.. I have callinged their helpline several times but i think they even don't have a customer representative to take the call.. Waited for atleast 15 min, i thought it takes time... They are not picking up the phone.. Such a useless helpline.. Its my humble request to take some necessary step to solve the issue..

                          I have ordered a shoe from yep me. I paid them trough mobikwik
                          Of 340 rupees. The money was deducted from the wallet but after one day yepme app is showing that you have no orders. Since then i am trying to contact customer care but they are not responding to it. I have tried waiting for 15 minutes it only give some song but not the customer care service. Please help me.                             My order id is 33887830. I have ordered on 24th sept 2017. But still the status id pending. Theexpected delivery is before 1st october 2017. I have paid the order amount before. So deliver the product on time. Customer support no call is being receiving and not responding on mails. Very poor service. Can't ignore such type of things. Complete ignorance from the company, which is not good. You should at least take responsibility of the orders placed by the customers.

Till date they haven't yet even confirmed the order. They don't even let me cancel the order (The order cancellation button doesn't work) nor they deliver it. I have called their customer service dozens of times but no one attends to the calls even after staying on line for hours together. All this seems to be a vicious cycle. Now that i'm posting here i'll wait for few more days and then i plan to send a notice for cheating/fraud.

                                    I had ordered two pair of sports shoes worth of 518 rs total. Because of some reason, my order cancelled without my notification. I made payment thorough online. I am still waiting for refund of my money.

                                    So please just don't copy and paste your reply to complaint. Give proper response otherwise i must have to go to consumer form with my complaint for online cheating case.

                                    Some random person call me and tell me that he is form yepme and ask the details of my bank account and debit card account. So, please beware of the fruad call. Don't share your details with them.

However one product was delivered nd the other one s still not delivered. Have lost order id nd when call customer care of yepme i have been made to be on hold for 1-2 hrs after which out of frustration i disconnect the call.
