I had a placed an order on yepme.com on 01.10.2017, but till today (On 7th day after placing the order) its status is under verification. I tried to call customer care no. But no one is picking the call. I am also tried to write a mail through the available option on its site, but thing is not good here is too. Page for complain booking is not open. Itt seems site is closed and i lost my money.

      It is sorry to say that my order has been cancelled without any information. I booked an online order a pair of shoes vide order no 33840638 on 23 aug 17 by online payment.
      Many time i tried to call customer care no. But no contact yet regarding the above matter.
      It is requested to look into the matter forcefully and to arrange my my money refund.

        It's very disappointing from yepme that even after 1-month the refund for the orders below hasn't been made.

          I ordered kurti from yepme ;received on 5thoctober and its ripped, torned apart in front. Its badly smelly as if someone used it n returned, it was also very dirty.. I called cust care for more than half an hour no 1is responding.. No mail id for support im fedup n shocl to see such open cheat website.. I need my refund of 1000rupees..             I am continuously calling the customer care no.[protected] but no one is picking the call. Its not a toll free no. So i m spending my money in calls and wasting my time too.

                I have submitted an order 33900365at yepme.com on 27th sep 2017 and paid for the same online. The order was supposed to be delivered on 3rd oct however it was not delivered. I tried calling the customer care multiple times but there is no response. I checked the status of the order on-line it is showing as pending verification for the past one week. I have already paid for the order and i am concerned if the order will ever get delivered. Please do think about it.

                  This is something weird experience about customer service on any e-commerce website in india. I keep calling them, first, on 10-05-17 & on 07-06-17, a lady spoke to me arrogantly & said i need to wait for refund at least 21 days after quality check is done. Though, almost 19 days were passed so i thought, its okay to wait for couple of days. & for orders mentioned above, the return was done for cloths but they missed on returning the money. Now, on 05-07-17, shiva the representative spoke to me & told the refund was done & within 2-3 days it will be processed, i was telling him to get someone lead/manager/director/ceo on the call to assure this but he said everyone is busy so cant be done but someone will call me next day. But it did not happened. So, i called on 10/07/17 but after awaiting for 30 mins no one responded, so called again today 11/07/2017, surprisingly, shiva picked up the call & he was reading the same script as he read on 5th july to me, nothing new & most importantly he disconnected the calls from his side on both the days i spoke tom him but failed to get someone on call & also i asked him, why no one called me back? But he said, they tried, but i have checked i did not missed any calls or my cell phone was working all days but not received any callback. For this, i have my call records from vodafone as i have a network complaint going on with them so i got it. Hope here i get some help & some escalation on customer service of theirs.

                      The yep me people didn't accepted it and they didn't provided valid consumer care number. I planned to file complaint in district forum but trying once in consumer complaint.in.

                        Though order status is showing that it is ready for dispatched with tracking no:*[protected]*. It is not dispatched and tracking number given by yepme is invalid.
                        I have confirmed tracking id with courier service, they are saying this is an invalid tracking id.
                        I suspect this is a fake tracking id yepme is providing. I am not receiving and email or call reply from yepme.
                        They are doing willful cheating with customers.

                          I ordered for some items, and paid thru net banking rs.2478 and get the msz that 'your order no.33744175 will be delivered to you within 4-6 days ' but i get nothing then i called on yepme cutomer care and he told me that your order is canceled due to unavailability of these products then he told me that we refund you, next time again i called after some days the person said that we can give you the refund in form of coupen code i agree for that but nothing happened, so now i want my refund.

                          मैंने 11/07/2017 को नेटबैंकिंग के द्वारा yep me. com से कुछ कपड़ों का आर्डर दिया था और 2478 रूपये transfer किये थे और मुझे मेरे mobile पर msz मिला जिस में लिखा था your order no.33744175 will be delivered to you within 4-6 days .लेकिन मुझे जब बहुत दिनों तक वो items प्राप्त नहीं हुईं तो मैंने customer care पर call की उन्होंने तब मुझे बताया की आप का आर्डर cancel हो गया है क्योंकि ये हमारे पास उपलब्ध नहीं हैं, जल्दी ही refund हो जायेगा मैंने कितनी ही mails की, कितनी बार site पर जा कर लिखा, कितनी ही बार phone किये लेकिन कुछ भी बहिन हुआ, जब कभी फ़ोन मिल भी जाता यही जवाब मिलता 72 घण्टे के भीतर आपको रिफंड प्राप्त हो जायेगा, मैं रिफंड कूपन के रूप में भी लेने के लिए तय्यार हो गया मगर वो भी प्राप्त नहीं हुआ । अब मुझे रिफंड चाहिए, उसी बैंक खाते में जिससे payment मैंने advance की,

                              I have ordered 7 items from yepme on 30th september 2017. Payment also made. I got a message from yepme, that my order was placed with order id: 33902572. Mobile number: [protected]

                              When i tried to track my order status, its showing error' dear customer, you cannot add an online complaint about this order because the order is not confirmed. Please contact our customer care[protected] to confirm your order'
                              But when i try to call, that number does not exist.
                              And i have tried on '[protected]' but they put me on hold for 30min, no one responded to my query. It happened 2-3 times.
                              Till now the item was not confirmed, not shipped yet. They have given the delivery date of 6th oct 2017.
                              It's irritating that already 6 days over, but they are very lazy to confirm my order.
                              I want the product within 2 days from right now. It's your mistake.
                              Rectify as soon as possible and ship my product as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered yepme clover premium kurti on 23/09/2017 with order no 33886546 and made online payment for the same. I canceled my order due to late delivery date after making online payment on dated 23/09/2017.
                                  Company also sent me an sms regarding cancellation of my order and it was mentioned that the refund will be process within one week.
                                  I have not received any refund till now (04/10/2017), company customer service is very poor.

                                  Please help me to recovery of my refund amount.

                                    It has been more than 10 days i have yet not received my product. Kindly either deliver my product as i have already confirmed my order and paid the amount or else refund my money back. When i registered a complaint on yepme website they said that your complain cannot be registered as "your order is not confirmed". So i sent a mail to them stating my order confirmation as they never pick up any calls. Yet i have not received my product
                                    Kindly deliver my product as soon ad possoble or refund my money back. How can you cheat a customer by putting such a big banner saying"pay online and get 20% discount on yepme product". A customer will naturally pay beleiving that yepme being a brand who will not eat people's money asit is even advertised on television.

                                        I want to complaint against my product issue but yepme company not have time to respond on complaints of consumer i have complaint in 6 time but yepme consumer services is very poor. I think company only interested to sell products and not think to maintain customers relationship.
